@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@AncientGleek Like most companies, they treat you rubbish right up to the point they think they might lose you. Should give the best service to loyal customers all the time. I was with Orange @EE for 30 years until they took my custom for granted.

@ee no signal since 25th November 2021. This is getting beyond a joke now. There needs to be some way I can leave my contract early as you are not providing me a service. I can’t leave the house and make phone calls. This is unacceptable

@EE I don’t think agents terminating calls on people, at 19:31 when their shift finished at 19:30 is good for business. Agent said no support structure on phone to me - is this the kind of service you strive for EE? Utterly shocked at what I’ve just experienced.

Companies like @ee need to do more to help the digitally excluded to buy and use their products by allowing relatives to order these on their behalf. My mother needs a new phone but they won’t let me order it. #accessibility

Trying to pay my outstanding @EE bill. Can't do it over text as it's a new bank card. Can't do it online as it's telling me to call. Can't do it over automated pay system as it's not working. Can't speak to anyone because they've gone home. 🤷
