Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

Sonny Sethi (@_sonnysunshine) reported@EE A little dissatisfied with your service this morning. My #4GEE mobile broadband router will not factory reset and apparently it needs to go away for repair. No mention of replacing it so I can continue to work from home; only been told that it will take 3 weeks to repair.
