@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

I love @EE and really don’t want to move network but I’ve just been in the EE store in Cardiff and for sim only I’m being offered 10 GB for £20. Went into @skytv and I’m being told 10GB for £10 with rollover data and send data to a friend! How could I not move? :(

@EE Yes , but EE customer service is lacking . Ordered an upgrade with option to trade in the old phone . Received the new phone , but no communication what to do with the old one ! Spent 3 hours trying to figure out what to do before I get charged and still did not get anywhere!

@EE not even a customer yet but wondering what the best way to log a complaint is. Been waiting over a week to receive my sim, and there was issues even before this relating to Uswitch.

@EE network speeds below 1mbps again in EX32 9--. If you dare to tell me this is a one off again, I'm completely ******* done with you lot. This has been an issue for 6 WEEKS NOW!! I don't know what is going on with you clowns, but it needs to be sorted. This is unacceptable.
