@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE EE you steal from the elderly customer time and time again; you must be supporting the ruling party to be able to empty my account overnight - last time £16 just "disappeared" - you are shameless thieves from an elderly person who needs to keep in touch with relatives

Yet again let down by @ee. Losing track of the places in Germany where EE doesn’t provide coverage. Absolutely ******* hopeless. Much of Berlin, nearly all of Brandenburg & Saxony, Dresden. How about you send me a list of places your ******* miserable network actually does work?!

@EE We work during the day so went after. Princes St was closed at 17.45, so we walked down to the St James’ which was closed when we arrived at 18:00. I tried to call ahead but they didn’t answer - perhaps closed even earlier. We can do what we need online, it’s just frustrating.

@MarcAllera @EE Haven’t been with EE that long, unfortunately I find the network extremely unreliable in many places. Sometimes no signal, where on a competitor I received a strong signal. Out just now and the signal is jumping 4G, E, no signal 3G. I’m a patient person, 2028 not far away
