@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE I have a mobile with you on contract an iPhone 12 Plus Max. I used to have an iPhone XR. All my account details are showing correctly on my EE app except my phone is still showing as an XR and not the 12. I have been trying to resolve this issue since May when I purchased it

@EE my current ee sim have been drain my phone battery really fast and my friend who uses the same phone as me with ee doesn't have this issue at all. We're both in the same area. This battery drain has been happening for years now. Is there any ways I can get a replacement sim?

@EE Hi EE who is running the company. I have had the most appalling experience. I have been contacted back but things seem to be going from bad to worse. @MarcAllera needs to sort it out. Especially when you claim to be the UK’s favourite network.
