@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

Hmmm so @VodafoneUK can only give me speeds of around 9Mbs on 4G and 5Mbs on 5G yet their network engineers see no faults?! @EE, just ordered a SIM to test on PAYG and I’m getting 170Mbs!! Looks like I’m moving all my numbers away from this crapy service!!

@EE service hasn't worked since I got it. did call up but now on constant hold. Cancelled direct debit as I couldn't get through. in contract it said I had to cancel by email in writing but you have not made that easy to find

@EE shocking customer service for a loyal customer with 5 phones a month on contract with them . Customer service read...... blah blah party line from a script - but no respect for loyalty . We'll be taking our custom elsewhere . Really bad @EE - profits before good business

@EE I switched my smart benefit for my sim to work in the us and I’m getting no signal anywhere. It keeps dropping. My esim doesn’t work at all but my physical sim decided to start working again. And I can’t contact ee because I have no connection.

Update on stolen phone. Big thank you to @EE Carla,Walworth Rd for new SIM card and letting me speak bad Spanish and Connor in Darlington for his patience when I couldn’t remember my password 😳 @metpoliceuk Walworth Rd, so kind. Using old phone, need a grandchild’s help now
