4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE Is there an issue with your voicemail system on PAYG at the moment, both my wife and my phone now won't go over to VM. Tried dialling VM ON to 150 and it's saying it 'can't complete request'.

@EE my phone never gets 5G but is a 5G handset? Partners on a 5G mobile with yourselves both handset are currently next to each other the *** has 5G the s21 plus doesn't?!

@EE So basically pulling our pants down. Got it. I will start looking for a new provider. The 3.9% isn’t ideal but it happens every year (even though I feel I should pay the same price throughout the duration of my contract) but the 14.4% is a joke.

@EE please sort out the EE app not opening for us iOS users since the latest version came out 3 days ago. Screen stays turquoise. Don’t ask me to DM you again as we did that already, it’s a wider issue & reports of it coming through.

@thePHILLOCKETT @EE Same here Phil. I'm running my contract down and leaving iut of principal because I can't trust a new lower contract renewal won't just increase to inflation busting increase again within 12 months. My bill is going upto £51 and £44 was a stretch
