@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@zaghumhashmee @Adzymo @EE Depends where you are all I can say but all networks have problems time to time wouldn’t really say voda is taking over EE have best 4G network and more 5G locations than voda hence why I joined EE been with voda years no improvement

@SocialTechHD @Adzymo @EE Even I had sim replaced 2 3 times and phone replaced but problem still there.. but when I pop voda in phone and its bang on perfect. EE was good pre covid but now it's just lacking their performance these days and voda starting to take over.

@EE Hi. I purchased a roam abroad add on, but since landing in Canada have been unable to connect to a network provider. My data roaming is switched on and to automatically select a network provider. Have turned my phone on and off several times. Still nothing. Help!

@EE had a terrible day today. No internet, interrupted phone call service and text service. Nowadays we rely on phones and internet too much. Could not do anything. What a waste of day.
