Retired Guidedog Jackie (@GuidedogJackie) reported from Falmouth, England

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

  • DarrenParish
Darren Parish (@DarrenParish) reported from Helston, England

@EE every weekend you can guarantee no signal in the TR13 area 😟 I’m guessing you still want your monthly rental? #ripoff

  • mcpalms
Matt Palmer (@mcpalms) reported from Truro, England

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

  • DarrenParish
Darren Parish (@DarrenParish) reported from Helston, England

@EE do you know of any signal problems in the TR13 area as I’ve had no signal all day?

  • GuidedogJackie
Retired Guidedog Jackie (@GuidedogJackie) reported from Falmouth, England

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE yet again no service! This is ridiculous! TR13 8HQ before you ask for it again! Shall I cancel my D/D? Why pay for something I don’t have?

  • StAustellAdam
Kuan Yin meets Marici (@StAustellAdam) reported from Truro, England

Hey @EE Right now, 21:35 on a Friday evening, in the centre of Truro, this is the appalling state of my 4G connection. This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

  • DavidKe45613452
David Kemp (@DavidKe45613452) reported from Camborne, England

@EE are you aware of any signal issues in Camborne, Cornwall can’t get any signal

  • NDK72
Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, England

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

  • CarolAnnHill33
Chill33 (@CarolAnnHill33) reported from Carharrack, England

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening, very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

  • Kallie_86
Kallie Johnson (@Kallie_86) reported from Mullion, England

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE Can you explain why I need to pay £100 for technician to come out & sort WiFi extender issue when we already pay expensive broadband package? Truly awful customer service & call handler just cut me off when I asked to speak to manager😡

  • ThomasODuffy
    Thomas O'Duffy (@ThomasODuffy) reported

@jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

  • Kiefer1667
    Marc Lancaster (@Kiefer1667) reported

@EE is there network issues in wa11 area, tried to check through the app and it says it's unable to check....

  • thebaines
    Nelly - @thebaines.bsky.social (@thebaines) reported

@EE We tried an option where we have slight increase and installation was due, but even keeping the same it still said installation was required. We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...

  • mat11217534
    Jill Matthews (@mat11217534) reported

@EE EE mis sold me a broadband contract. I cancelled my contract with EE but they poached me back by misrepresenting the deal. Furious! My complaint registered but complaint closed yesterday without them even ringing me. I will not be renewing with EE

  • _b__77

@EE What is going on with our network, the signal has just gone down then up then down to where no pages are loading, getting 4G and 2meg???????

  • Dream_Sculptor

@EE I'm in Thailand and want to get my physical SIM from my old phone switched across to an eSIM on my new phone but the app has no one to contact and I can't call because my Thai SIM is data only. Can you help?

  • AlanRob68902430
    Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported

@EE is there an issue with your website , when I try to log in its in a loop reloading page about 10 times then white screen with "BLOCKED" in top left corner, my contract up today seems you don't want me to renew it

  • timdavis87
    tim davis (@timdavis87) reported

Is @EE the hardest organization to speak to. Instead of meaningless text options why not answer a phone. And why when you open a complaint will you close it unless I contact you. Surely you should contact me to say how and when it’s been resolved. Absolutely appalling

  • lyndannh
    Lynda Hull (@lyndannh) reported

@ee This is an emergency. I have tried the link in the text you sent, the app and your website. Nothing is working.
