@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

  • DarrenParish Darren Parish (@DarrenParish) reported from Helston, England

@EE do you know of any signal problems in the TR13 area as I’ve had no signal all day?

  • GuidedogJackie Retired Guidedog Jackie (@GuidedogJackie) reported from Falmouth, England

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

  • DavidKe45613452 David Kemp (@DavidKe45613452) reported from Camborne, England

@EE are you aware of any signal issues in Camborne, Cornwall can’t get any signal

  • NDK72 Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, England

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

  • Kallie_86 Kallie Johnson (@Kallie_86) reported from Mullion, England

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

  • CarolAnnHill33 Chill33 (@CarolAnnHill33) reported from Carharrack, England

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening, very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@TheyCallHimR @EE I dropped EE best signal but silly prices. Have to keep changing providers for these things to keep the cost down, but they should be trying to keep customers they have happy.

  • EasdaleJohn John Easdale (@EasdaleJohn) reported

@EE a 14.4% increase to monthly mobile charges. You've just lost a customer.

Switched to @EE and their webform is broken so I cannot switch my number without phoning them 😭 I don't want to do that!

  • MathewHGreen MathewHamiltonGreen (@MathewHGreen) reported

@EE Be suggesting this is an issue with the customer is exactly the point I’m making. You make decisions that affect people. Humans living within the a community. Suggesting that your decisions are nothing to do with you is bizarre. Codes of social responsibility practice you follow?

  • _BigRick__ R1CK (@_BigRick__) reported

@EE So you've used a record inflation as an excuse to add on an extra 3.9 per cent , it's price gouging and I will never renew a contract with you again

  • aPedantWrites A Pedant (@aPedantWrites) reported

@EE I'm afraid the messaging problem persists despite your message link. I'll try a different browser

  • TheLastAaron that guy aaron (@TheLastAaron) reported

@EE glad my contract is ove rin a month because you've just lost a customer of ten years , 14.4 per cent increase ? Did BT not make enough billions
