    @EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

    @EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @bobbiedazler @EE I've done that. But I've found a number of companies on X are infiltrated with fake "help" accounts, it's not just EE. There must be some sort of bot as all these bot replies appear within minutes of the original post.

    @EE The problem is not the broadband at the router, that’s fine,it’s the degradation of signal from 600 mbs at router to zero (literally) despite EE assurance that four EE WiFi extenders would ‘do the job’ - not even close & the engineer didn’t even bother to look round the house

    @EE Thanks will have a look. Although now suspect the issue may actually be a conflict or incompatibility between specifically just the @AppleTV app and my @SonyUK android smart tv 🤔 so the broadband may not be the problem.

    Hey @EE Why is it that both Openreach and your website say that Full Fibre is available at my address but your CS team says that its not? Also all the fibre deals supposedly available at my address disappear when I login to my account.

    @EE I can’t I have no access to data on my phone - i’ve nothing other than wifi calling I can’t even use the app to make a complaint
