    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

    @EE Disappointed in your service lately. I went to upgrade phone, store shut advising to phone for appointment. No response, despite staff in the store. Daughter upgraded in store, told she would receive Xbox. Now told she had to have 10gb contract to get it! #badservice

    @EE upgraded to an IPhone 13 Max with 5G and it’s utter crap. My 4G on my old S10 was light years ahead. Absolutely shocking! Fix up.

    @EE tried to log into the app with my normal Face ID but you’ve scrapped it. Can’t remember my password but still waiting ages for the reset email to gone through. Why is it taking so long? Please help

    @EE The call has just been answered, I asked to cancel the account, and I've now been transferred to "upgrades" - I DON'T want an upgrade, I want to cancel. Now on hold yet again - pretty much reinforces me wanting to cancel.

    @EE Your app doesn't work. When I try to log in via your website, I am asked to register my device. When I do so, I am told an account already exists. I know that!!! 😡. I created it! What is going on, please?
