    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

    @EE yet again no service! This is ridiculous! TR13 8HQ before you ask for it again! Shall I cancel my D/D? Why pay for something I don’t have?

    @EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

    My Broadband is set to increase with inflation but wages aren't increasing. In fact, over the last 10 years, I've effectively had a 25% pay cut. @EE should cancel the unnecessary price increases. Especially at a time when people are struggling, & inflation is set to fall

    @SimonWardMusic @EE @Ofcom I had this very issue with Vodafone some years ago. Infuriating, but if I remember correctly it was actually written in the contract that I had to give a month notice even though expired🤔😤.

    @MarcAllera @EE @bt_uk Day 155 overdue for full fibre install. Back to the drawing board because engineers just dug up grass with a spade and flung fibre cable in the ground with no ducting, so it was damaged when they tried to connect. Deadline on fix about to be missed.

    @EE Hi. I renewed my contract yesterday & got the I phone 14. As part of the deal. I was also given the apple watch. I am never going to use this. I take it. I can sell it ? Please let me know Many thanks

    Dear @EE , I have been having horrible experience with the Customer service department.I have lost ~500 pounds in 2 months as a bill component due to poor communication on spend cap and then lack of proactive communication of Bills. What worries the most is lack of intent to help
