@EE yet again no service! This is ridiculous! TR13 8HQ before you ask for it again! Shall I cancel my D/D? Why pay for something I don’t have?

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE That's mad. Same happened to me a few years ago when l went into an EE store for some help. The guy took my phone into the back room and must have phoned USA. Reported it to EE and they did not charge me. Hopefully you can check the time of the call and get more info.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I agreed several months ago to move by BT Internet account to EE. Recently my Internet router stopped working and I called EE, only to find they had no record of any broadband account at my address. Hasn't stopped them taking £77 each month by direct debit. To cancel I owe £600

@MarinaPurkiss @EE @EE send me bills for a home broadband service that they never installed because the Openreach engineers couldn't find an equipment cabinet, in fact they suggested I try Virgin. They've now put a debt collector on to it but I'm not paying for a service I haven't received.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE EE & BT are riddled with systemic failure and lack of customer/client focus during their own business transition. If only they had better competition!
