    @EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

    @EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

    Yet another @EE piss poor performance due to another failure to plan properly. Why open preorders at 13:00 on a Friday, then to send an uh-oh message on a Sunday, then to have no one available the answer the phones, then to finally get through (can’t fault the staff) then 1/2

    @EE Hello I’m currently in Canada you guys have cut my phone off, I need it to work to organise another flight I have tried contact customer service they said it would be resolved 24 hours later I’m still without my phone? Please can somebody assist me

    @EE it is laughable that you keep sending me messages that your service is compromised at my home address. I moved a year ago and have informed you. At my new local you have almost no service at all, at best, 1 bar of phone signal and data occasionally has 4g but mostly is H+

    @EE I'm not asking her to do this via Twitter, you really are just being difficult now! I have spoken to 6 (!!) people now AND gone to the shop, as you've asked me. There is nothing else I can do from my end, EE need to refund the money to my bank account or issue a new cheque.

    Hi @EE Poor mobile service in YO32. Your webisite first said there was an issue, now it says there isn't, but service remains patchy. Can you clarify?
