4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@lickle_monster @EE My ee mobile data hasn't been working since around 1pm, my wife's 5g HAS been working, she ran out of data so it's running but really slow, so I thought I'd gift her 10gb of my data so I can use her phone for work, as soon as I gift her data (15mn ago), her 5g stops working too!

@messermitch33 @garetharmstron1 @EE How much is due back is hardly a point. So say this tech isn't fool proof for a few hours every week, it all adds up. I'm sure if you go over your allowance once because "**** happens, human error" they would still charge you.

@EE stop claiming that WiFi calling isn’t effected by this outage. It is, and has been since about 1pm. Update your information, or better still get the issue fixed!

@Smogonthetees @EE Phoned 150 earlier having lost all signal and feeling like someone had chewed me arm off, to be told due to the number of calls they can’t answer and to call again tomorrow! TOMORROW!! Very quick to send daft texts flogging stuff- could of text all users to say it’s down!

@EE No 4G and no Data I hope that I will be compensated for you not providing the services that I am paying for and I am considering moving network in any case
