@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening, very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

  • DavidKe45613452 David Kemp (@DavidKe45613452) reported from Camborne, England

  • GuidedogJackie Retired Guidedog Jackie (@GuidedogJackie) reported from Falmouth, England

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

  • NDK72 Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, England

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

  • GuidedogJackie Retired Guidedog Jackie (@GuidedogJackie) reported from Falmouth, England

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

  • Kallie_86 Kallie Johnson (@Kallie_86) reported from Mullion, England

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

  • c74nicky Agent 3-7™ (@c74nicky) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@EE I'll be using my PAC code shortly and going somewhere that actually gives me a signal I can use. Dreadful of late. No help at all for loyal customers, price increases and that's it. Flaming got a nerve.

  • lucycdoyle Lucy Doyle (@lucycdoyle) reported

@EE You are about 24 hours too late for many of us . Will we be receiving a partial refund on our line rentals for the outage or perhaps the month free since we had zero support or info?

  • ANME_Rick Rick Cowell (@ANME_Rick) reported

@ICTEvangelist Not looked at the other replies... First and foremost, you should check which works best at your home/work/places you go a lot etc. - you'll resent it if it's poor... @EE still has the fastest Internet, I've looked at & compared it with others quite a few times over the years...

@EE @bignes1080 What an absolutely stupid comment. “We’ve been upfront”! Well that’s obvious, we all know what the T&C’s are. All you’ve done, is use the highest level of CPI +3.9% for purely profiteering. EE are saying their costs are going up etc etc. Well CPI has steadily reducing and will be

  • opsshaslam Anonymous (@opsshaslam) reported

@CitizensAdvice what happens if after 2 months of signing a contract my mobile phone company wants to put it up by £14?Can I cancel the contract as I don’t agree to the unlawful change? @EE They are also urging the price up on accessories meaning these where misold as no interest

  • StockInvestor16 StockInvestor (@StockInvestor16) reported

@EE @bignes1080 Admitting your costs will. It’s a complete and utter rip off and no one beliefs your garbage about increased infrastructure costs etc etc. anyone who believes that needs help. Account will be closed come July. Been with you 15 years and that decision has cost you 1000s of £ from

  • StockInvestor16 StockInvestor (@StockInvestor16) reported

@EE @bignes1080 Falling very sharply come the the end of this year. So when your costs go up supposedly, you increase! But when CPI comes down which it will, your costs go down and your 14.4% doesn’t change. Your charges down decrease when CPI comes down, even though by definition and you

  • BPASHLEY1 Barry Ashley (@BPASHLEY1) reported

@JamesAHogg2 @EE Again more greed. Once my contracts are I am strongly considering giving up my phone for good. It’s like the postman. It never brings good news.

@davenash77 @EE @MikeHughes_ The answer is… no. Unless we have significant deflation, nothing is going down.
