4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE It's just so awful. I'm upset at every level of customer service. All I would need you to do at this point is get me the numbers I asked for when I called 150 on Thurs. If you can't do that, I don't see the point of DMing.

@EE are there issues in a Coventry with your service? I can make calls & access the Internet via mobile data but when people call me it goes straight to answerphone. I've tried turning on WiFi calling and reset network settings too and it's still happening.

@EE hello, please can you tell me if there is an issue after the storm yesterday? I cant make calls as it says not registered on network. Wifi calling works to everyone but to EE. I am in the GU16 area. Thank you

@virginmedia @O2 thanks for you great work now sitting in the @EE shop because you forced me move my virgin phone to another vendor as your system can't deal with me being an O2 customer. Thought it couldn't get any worse after having to give up my smart watch to go to O2.

@EE #crapservice #worstmobileprovider How bad is it that you book a call with EE to discuss leaving and they don't call you back. Then you request to unlock your phone and 10days later you are still waiting for the unlock code! Useless service.
