@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE We are on our third router, last one installed on Friday, in 2 years, 3 extenders , Full Fibre broadband, service still unreliable, dropping out regularly, not happy as our full security system is vulnerable without reliable broadband.

@EE disappointed you can't price match an upgrade package. Lost track of how many years I've been a customer (even when it was Orange). I'd be happy to stay if theres any options open to me

@achilledpinot @EE No way tell them he will be leaving and not paying bill if they dont fix it normally Louise when u say u will sign up with sky r someone u find they will come and fix it sounds like the router has a problem

@EE I am out of contract now. I will leave EE as you are leaving me stranded without access to a telephone in the event of an emergency! It’sappallling. I’m sure other providers would help in this situation

@EE @AmyTeamLH Rural living - turn off your device take out the SIM & seat then switch back on & see if it picks up signal. Remember indoors need to turn on WiFi calling as limited signal indoors & that's all providers not just EE
