@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

Thank you but certainly no upgrade or contract renewal @EE I've never been in a contract with such awful customer service, takes double the amount for the bill then only pays you half back and for the best part of the first year i could never make a call . I will bid u farewell

@EE hi EE, do you use an automated telephone service that cuts you off instead of default connecting to speak to a person if not option is selected? They way @VodafoneUK do?

@EE the battery life on my s20 is absolutely terrible now. It goes from 43% to dead in 10 minutes without me using it. I put on power saving mode and that makes it much worse. I'm stuck with it until January next year. This is not worth the money I pay. It's dead half the time!!

@EE can you please help! I called last week to set up roaming in USA and was told it would activate automatically and it hasn’t! Tried calling you and says department closed and online can’t won’t connect me to a person

@JennieeBCUstn @EE you could cancel the contract and go elsewhere, or get them to deliver it to your house, and make sure that they do not charge you for the days that you have missed.

@EE and my ee broadband is down again. Of course outside business hours so cant even ask to activate the 4gee device of my smart wifi. 3rd time in less than a month..... only joined ee less than 2 months ago. Never any issues with previous provider!

@EE No your company doesn't *need* that, it's decided to push people into spending their prepaid money in order that they will top up again, and is threatening them with losing their phone number if they don't comply. Anyway it reminds me to text my nearest I love them so not all bad

@EE The customer had a domestic bills, a (non photo) drivers licence, would be able to answer security questions, etc. She was never asked for any of these. She was able to sign up for 2 devices with your network 11 months back WITHOUT photo I.D. This appears to be monetary based
