@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

We are currently at 47 days past our @ee broadband installation date, and it is entirely down to the fact someone at @OpenreachHelp seem to be utterly incapable of sending an email to request permission to unblock a pipe. A farce of a company who won't speak to the consumers

@AndyNeilWhite @EE Yes I saw yours when I looked to see if anybody else had similar issues. They seem to have replied to others with the same issue but haven’t admitted there is an issue or done anything about it.

@MissLauraHolmes @EE I've never heard this mentioned this in the ads. So @ee are basically saying it's a secondary service only for use outside of the home, and based on the assumption you have WiFi ?

... didn't 'need to do anything' told solve my query and started throwing accusations at me when I pointed out her attitude was really bad. So disappointed - this is not what I expect from @EE. Why should my Mum pay £10 because their engineer didn't call her? Rubbish service...
