@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

Hey @EE My PAYG sim has topped working this week apparently because I haven't used it enough. You website said it can be reactivated within a set time but the staff in your job said it's lost forever. I've had the same number for 22 years! Do you want to lost a customer?

@EE tried getting in touch with you regarding a bill I allegedly haven't paid to you. Your website, no access to bills, App under maintenance. Phoned 'sorry that number is not recognised. May belong to another network.' YES, I know, paid final bill & left you in July.

@EE can someone at EE sort out my roaming? I have paid the £10 extra to be able to use my minutes abroad. Its not working, and I've called 150 four times now (not free from USA) so it's now costing me more to get this sorted. I just want to be able to ring UK like I've paid for?

Signed the wife up to @EE and we've had nothing but issues with billing. Charged twice in one month. No discount applied for the trade in and all you can do is point me to the branch which is traveling to meadowhall from Barnsley. Very frustrating!

@EE Poor service. Been trying since 8.20am to have my esim activated and was told 2 hours.. at 1pm the system is not back on. I can’t run my business due to EE’s rubbish system not working. RATED AS THE UK’S NUMBER 1 NETWORK. THATS A JOKE OF A STATEMENT!!!!
