EE Issues Reports Near Redruth, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Redruth and nearby locations:

  • GuidedogJackie Retired Guidedog Jackie (@GuidedogJackie) reported from Falmouth, England

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

  • GuidedogJackie Retired Guidedog Jackie (@GuidedogJackie) reported from Falmouth, England

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

  • Omodon Dermot O Callaghan (@Omodon) reported from Quintrell Downs, England

@Linseyhart10 @EE Absolutely rubbish signal for a while in Newquay, contract is up soon so I’ll be changing my provider, internet as well...

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • chrisbooth1974 Chris Booth (@chrisbooth1974) reported

@EE Those pressures were already there though so what has changed to justify this change (other than your profits)? Can you point me to the ‘incredible pressure’? Needless to say I shall be leaving your network as a consequence of this profiteering.

  • edgeofbarkness nearly barking (@edgeofbarkness) reported

On long hold @ee as I wait to cancel my contract

  • djjordan23uk DJ Jordan (@djjordan23uk) reported

@EE Thanks Ashleigh, so as an existing customer who is not ‘Upgrading’ it will stay free?

  • NateJB_ Nate (@NateJB_) reported

@EE So its gone from free to 14£ for a one week trip keep in mind most EE customers (sim only) pay roughly 20£ a month. EE provide service in europe already so the infrastructure is in place. EE are already "award winning" so infrastructure is in place so why charge more?

  • TheGrantSmith Grant Smith (@TheGrantSmith) reported

@MartinSLewis Well thankfully I’ve only got another 8 weeks left on my contract with @EE. If other providers are not reintroducing roaming charges then I will look elsewhere for a contract, and maybe I’ll treat myself to a new phone while I’m at it.

  • ffsmonty Ridgers (@ffsmonty) reported

@EE And if the charge is so reasonably small to such a small subset of users, how can it begin to cover the amounts presumably needed for ‘network investment’?

  • ffsmonty Ridgers (@ffsmonty) reported

@EE You want to invest in the network, and raise funds to cover that investment? Why not come up with a product/ service people want to pay for, rather than this, which is the opposite. We absolutely do not want to pay for roaming charges, that’s just how mobile should work.

  • slupasko1 Scott Lupasko (@slupasko1) reported

@EE @WeAre8Official Goodbye from another customer. Lying and insulting.

  • VillaFan001 Jack Harrison (@VillaFan001) reported

@EE @mostynmithering Those pressures still applied when you promised you weren’t going to reintroduce the charges less than six months ago, though. It would be nice to see some proper customer engagement rather than copy-pasting the same response to everybody who raises the issue.

  • Phil_Sledge Phil Sledge (@Phil_Sledge) reported

Over 200 days ago I got a new iPhone 12 from @EE with a 5G contract. I think I have been on a 5G network for about 60 minutes. I wonder if they will offer a refund or say they are working on getting in my neighbourhood by 2030.
