@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@MoneySavingExp Been told by @EE that they’re changing the terms of our contract so they can increase our prices and given us the choice of suck it up or leave…guess what we’re doing on the 1st April. Loyal customer for 7 years but no more.

@EE Sorry Michael, not good enough. You shouldn’t be putting people in the position where they can’t pay their bill by hiking prices up almost 10%. Don’t buy the corporate spin and bs. You (ee not you yourself!) are the problem not the solution and you can’t pretend to be!Shame on ee

@SkyHelpTeam morning , I have swapped to sky mobile on Friday , I stated I wanted to keep my number it has not yet happened all my text calls going to @EE still am not getting even a notification . I contacted your customer service yesterday they said it will b done first thing??

@EE Hi Chris, good day to you too. Nothing funny happened - been on wifi all day except maybe 2 hours in the morning, and didn't do any streaming all day. But the issue is likely that my phone is 'invisible'/unavailable in the family list in the app (I'm the contract holder)

@EE @OpenreachHelp it’s shocking that in a home where all occupants work from home and NEED the internet to make a living, you think it’s reasonable to leave us without internet for half the working week before sending an engineer to attempt to fix it ½

@EE Paid my bill on the 25th and the direct debit still took on the 26th, this isn’t a problem but would that reflect on next months bill so I wouldn’t have to pay anything a month from now?
