@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

Just spent hours trying to order 2 SIM-only deals with EE—live chat pushed broadband, app codes expired, phone support useless. Still no SIMs. Sort it out @EE — this is a joke.

The 'visual service' from @EE is pure insanity: You phone them, get a recorded message saying they'll send a link, then it cuts off. You click the link. It opens options on your phone. You select the option you want & it gives you the same number that you've already called! 😵💫

@EE Yeah I did but when I click about being an existing customer, does the deal only apply if I have broadband as well? I’m only looking to decrease my monthly cost. I assume it’s best to get in touch by phone

@EE Its called mobile for a reason. Ie, it’s supposed to work when you’re moving! The issue, is your coverage; you don’t have enough of it. What customers want, is some of the big EE profits reinvested in decent infrastructure, so customers don’t have to have EDGE data rates in 2025!

iPhone 16 pro max has the worst reception. Hardly any signal anywhere. iPhone 8 was way better. Same @EE service provider, same package. Never more than three bars - if any at all. WiFi is hit and miss too. Feel scammed
