This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

Jean Morris (@jeannibea) reported@Hepworthclare @EE How dreadful. I'm with ee mobile for network & data only but since BT mobile moved to ee I’ve found Customer Service has dipped. I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!

Why didn’t they phone the branch back or call us back? Why do I have to phone you again?

Well I’m stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isn’t working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception

toby (@tobyryland1) reported@EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service
