@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@karleburford @EE It’s been like that since they took over Orange, I couldn’t get a signal in Stockwood 15+years ago, with Orange, only marginally better now.

@EE hi I spoke to your technical team as I've been signal issues and they said there was nothing they could do so they would apply a reduction to my bill for the remainder of my contract but my latest bill is for the usual amount despite having signal issues since 8 january

@EE phone and data services have been bad since at least Septenber 2020 in the NN67SQ area. You say you know about it and are working on it. Still the service is very poor.
