Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, England4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

Amy Griffiths (@AmyGriffiths159) reported@EE Having signal issues no bars at all, currently in Birmingham. I couldn't recieve a phone call it went to voicemail then when phone call came through after she tried twice nurse from occupational health couldn't hear me. We had to rearrange the phone call tomorrow at 11am.
