@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening, very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

So as an @EE customer will your tech team look into this ongoing issue with my number or not? Last time told couldn't as was not an @EE customer now I am... so will they get off there backsides to look at it that @SMARTYMobileUK has been trying for weeks to solve?

@EE, like many people, I am working from home providing a service, in my case, to students & as such, I am reliant on good 4G broadband speeds. Where I live in the Highlands, EE is the only service provider, & as such, I have to put up with a shoddy service without complaint.

. @EE When I spoke to an EE representative on Sunday I was assured that the 4G broadband problem we have had for the past 4 weeks would be fixed on 26th April. I even received a text from @EE to say it was fixed. It isn’t. This is very disappointing. We rely on EE broadband

@EE So I paid £30 PAYG as it’s got the most data. AND YOU downgrade me too 3G which is so old fashioned it’s untrue! My signal is poor. I was advised EE was the best for signal / customer service. There was no 1/2

It's actually incredible how inept UK telco providers are. @virginmedia and @EE are honestly the two worst companies I have ever the displeasure of dealing with.

@EE our Wi-fi was hopeless again yesterday, and again today. We have no upload speed - less than 1.0. Unable to use Zoom (which needs upload of 5.0) yet again. You advised me work in the area was complete but we are still having major problems.
