@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

Anyone else having issues with @apple #Iphone using @ee Got good signal, phones is receiving messages to say I’ve got missed calls. It’s just not ringing when call comes in. 9/10 calls being missed!

@EE I’ve just got to Brazil and I’m being asked to pay £5 for 8MB data when on your website it says £6 for 150mb of data. Also network won’t connect .who can help as I’m not paying £1.80 a minute to call customer service . I’m stuck with no phone

@LewisTull @virginmedia FWIW, we've had ongoing issues with our broadband, & @ee broadband have been highly responsive throughout. Have they solved it? No, but they've had 3 BT engineers visit, to the point where the senior local engineer now just texts me directly! (We keep 4G hotspot as backup.)

@EE do I’ve noticed a few people are complaining about the very same thing I’m yet to get an answer for. You can’t cancel or close someone’s account without permission this doesn’t even make any sense.

@EE my smart TV is connected via cable yet still can't stream a movie coz my Internet is so bad. I'm looking at new providers to start my new year unless you can help improve the shocking speeds. Any tips or upgrades would be welcome.
