@EE My internet & calls are not working properly from last 2days I am using EE from last 2.5years. This problem is effecting me a lot because I got the Covid staying in the room,now I can’t use the phone to order food are call my friends , I am paying around 85£ per month. 1/2

I just don't get it @EE I had a 100 Gig deal with them which on a normal month I used around 2-3 gig so when the contract was coming to a close I decided to change it to a 6 gig deal which I thought was plenty. This month I'm down to megabytes with 6 days until replenishment!

@EE you have overcharged me on my phone bill for the 2nd month in a row. I was assured that, for this month, the overcharging had been stopped and a credit added to my account. Please could you help me resolve this, I'd rather not be in a queue for over an hour again....

@EE please make contact regarding leaving my daughter without a new SIM card for new phone and stopping her old phone working! I have spoken to customer services and asked to speak a manager but this didn't happen. Both my daughter and I are vunerable and ned our phones.
