@EE why has my wife lost all her allowances on her payg account? Plenty of credit to cover renewal, but account is saying she's used all her mins, txts and data, which is garbage. An explanation and getting the issue resolved would be nice.

@EE Your new iPhone app doesn't remember the selected product/account. My account has both my wife and I as "products" but keeps reverting to her details on reopen despite selecting myself previously. Can you fix please – it should remember the previously selected product.

@EE Hello Sarah. My comment was based on being a customer of Plusnet, who use your network. I spent years on and off telling EE the signal in Hoylake is unusable, but told system tells you all is OK. Just need someone to go to Hoylake and drive down north parade. No signal.
