@EE why is my internet service so so poor?! Always drops out, speed intermittent. moving to EE was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made...... This will be the second time too with these issues... How do I terminate my contract early??

@EE Vodafone have much better signal where I live. I was gutted when Asda Mobile ditched Vodafone for EE, and delighted to receive news today that they are going back to Vodafone!

@EE So I ordered a new pro iPad.have had £300 taken form my account for a new this iPad.Ordered last Thursday you mucked up delivered to wrong address, so you have my money but I have to wait till Friday.just send me another.shocking is an understatement EE Not my problem yours😡

@Lf25793600 @EE @wembleystadium You do know that that it's bt and open reach that provide their Internet so if you change you will still have the issue as they provide almost all Internet in the UK except for virgin. Also if your Internet hasn't been working for that long you could leave for free. Contact ofcom

Thinking of switching Broadband from @EE to @bt_uk? DON'T. Not only do you end up with 3 different phone numbers, you have no internet connection. Still on the phone to BT using my EE mobile - 59 minutes later. Oh yeah, and they both bill you for the same service too. #Shambles

@EE We need a direct line, your 0800 number keeps us holding on and keeps sending us to different departments. We’ve now been told the internet has been switched on but it’s not working. We need to speak direct to a manager.
