    @EE I got my phone 30 November which was a week late !!!! Was promised the switch a week later. I think EE should make this right beens that it was you wjy the phone was late and causing the problem of the switch not arriving in time! And it also states 14 days not 18 on your Advert!

    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE I’m working from home and trying to live teach but my connection is really bad! It keeps cutting out and I’m sitting right next to the router! If I leave the room then it doesn’t work at all - I don’t think this is good enough!

    @EE 4g wifi network RED the last two days. Says it fine when checking network status but it obviouly is not. We have several here working from home. This is a poor show EE

    @EE She did, yesterday. Was told they can't deal with it and she has to wait for the customer assist team. Which is what my original tweet says. This has been ongoing since November.
