@ee recently swapped to EE FROM BT for broadband - whole family complaining as speed terrible- whats worse is they dont answer the phone and i cant contact them - not impressed at all - anyone know a good provider?

Warning I have been told that @EE do not hold warrantys on phones they sell. My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. I was told I would have to take it up with oppo direct. 20+ years a customer with 4 contact's 😡

@EE Why is your internet so f*****g bad!! Seriously, I was with a smaller broadband provider and had less than half the issues with them than I did with EE. Slow, unreliable, drops out for no reason. Never again.

@zeitgeistlondon @dyerAndie @EE The fact that you’re forgetting here this transaction includes a 2 year agreement which constitutes a financing arrangement, which by law comes with a right to cancel that arrangement within 14 days.

Hi @EE you allowed my top up to go to a deactivated number, I think a refund would of the top up would be appropriate. You never know, I might spend that money on a usable EE top up.

@EE Two weeks since you were meant to upgrade my broadband. You cut off my existing EE service too, left me with no internet for two weeks now. Was told 4G router would arrive on Friday, then Monday and now today. Not come. Shambles.
