    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE of all the nights please don't let the broadband be shite. Our service has been piss poor all year, and no less than at least 50 times we've had signal drop to f%%k all. You are getting dropped once our contract is up in a couple months.

    Absolutely disgusted with @EE. Taking advantage of my mum, a loyal customer of yours for 10 years by telling her she can't have a new SIM because the plan was originally taken out with TMobile. As for offering a "like for like" contract... you didn't offer her anything close.

    @EE so EE have outdone themselves. After a month of waiting for my iPhone order to come in. I called up to find out where it was The person i spoke to cut me off and has cancelled my order. On the plus side at least i can now leave this rubbish network.🤬

    @EE can you review your policy of sending routers to new customers 3 days ahead of go live, EE cancelled my previous internet service yesterday but no sign of the new router and no WiFi for 2days. EE waited over a wk to send it out despite promising no interruption to network.

    @EE I am having issues with PAC code sent when ordered new contract. Phone on for 36 hrs now and no change to number and nobody taking calls.

    @EE hello. I'd like to leave EE to another network, I got the PAC sms but it says I'd have to pay £13 for ending contact early if I leave early. My contract ends Jan 16th, when can I leave without paying that fee? Thanks

    @EE Hi, so the reason for the problem was that you had enabled Google RCS chat on the SIM. Why would you so that? Lucky I knew how to disable it after all the obvious stuff didn't work. Non tech minded folk would not have known how to do that. Why did you do it?
