  @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

  @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

  @EE She was on the phone to upgrades, I was sat next to her on Uswitch. I felt embarrassed for the poor bloke having to tell us the deals on offer. My wife will be leaving and if @EE continue to send her around the houses in pursuit of a PAC code @Ofcom will be the next call.

  @EE I’m travelling right now and cannot access my voicemail. There is no way I can contact EE support. The service and support is hilarious! Don’t know how the PIN has been setup and there is no way to change it on the app.

  @EE you guys are a ******* joke. Every year, 3-4 fraudulent lines get added to my account and you can’t seem to stop it. Just called customer service, and I got transferred from customer services, to business accounts, to sales, then to billing! Get your act together!!!!!!

  @EE so disappointed with your customer service recently. Myself and my family have been customers with EE for over 20 years and never experienced the issues we’re getting now. Anyone got any advice over the best networks to switch to? #CustomerService #EE
