@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE why are @BT customers getting PS5 stock, yet EE customers have nothing? Is there any update on when it will drop for EE customers? Do @Ofcom know you treat customers differently depending on their account type?

@EE Yes I've always been happy with the service, but when I get a call giving me false information about my account and trying to trick me into buying an additional device at "no extra cost" it puts me off. I was tempted to add a device, but this sales technique changed my mind.
