@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@Nettwerk @EE I was trying to figure this out. Dont think ee support it. As my friend is on o2 and she has the exact same phone and works on hers

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE I hope your online service is much better than on phone, the RUDENESS was next level! I’m taking my business elsewhere as you clearly donot value customer loyalty. SHOCKING!

@ICOnews @Ofcom @EE hi there. Been getting regular spam phone calls from numbers which are (I think) obviously spoofing the number as the first 8 digits perfectly match my own. Last 3 always change. I’m registered with TPS. Calls either silent or play nonsense recorded msg. Help?

  • MrJamesPayton
    James Payton (@MrJamesPayton) reported

@EE What a curious thing to say about 'changing my mind'. I've told you that the app isn't very good and I'm experiencing poor service, and you somehow think you'll change my mind? Very odd.

@EE Hiya, I'm looking to swap network provider when I upgrade, however I am still paying off a PlayStation monthly until December this year, do I HAVE to upgrade with you as I'll still be paying the PlayStation off or does that not matter?

  • clarea24
    Clare Denham (@clarea24) reported

@EE No cable at all!! Plugs are extra money not all of us are made of money ! That's beside the point of how rude your "manager" was 🤬

  • chailey_
Jonathan Whiteland (@chailey_) reported from Birmingham, England

Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

  • MrJamesPayton
    James Payton (@MrJamesPayton) reported

@EE Far too late, Holly. I've managed to navigate the horrors of your app, and cancel it myself (again). Offence is the wrong word, Holly. I'm not offended, just baffled that my wellbeing has anything to do with what is just an exchange of information.

@EE @bt_uk Hi there - any idea what is happening with the mobile signal in the ST18 area as I've never experienced reception this poor before. Is there an issue with any of the masts around us?
