    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE Could you please DM so I can sort out using my EE phone in America? Can't use minutes, texts or data even though I've paid for the Roaming service. Tried going on the app and it won't let me select the option for any of the services.

    @EE no reply yesterday, can you provide clarity on your "stable links" policy for UK military personnel serving overseas? I renewed based on a promise of an exception and that promise has now been withdrawn, I'm about to be forced to cancel my contract under my cooling off period.

    @EE My husband logged an issue via your website so he could see if he could work from home today or not. Reply was “we’ll get back to you in 48hrs”. Totally unacceptable service. We rely on the service we pay for to do our jobs. When it doesn’t work we can’t work!

    @EE absolutely shocking customer service. Website doesn’t work properly and it’s impossible to get through to speak to someone. The automated answering machine doesn’t help
