@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE I thought the whole point of Retentions was to try and keep the customer? I was given plans that are available on the site with a £2 discount? Even the 'This is the best I can do and its only available in this chat' offers aren't great either. £4 discount! 🤷🤦

@EE just wondering why it's so difficult to contact you by phone (there's literally no option just to speak to customer services), or fill in the online bereavement form (it won't accept my mum's number as a valid number) to let you know my mum (the account holder) has died. Thanks.

@AylesburyRFC a volunteer run community rugby club having its @ee mast rental slashed by thousands. £10k already spent fighting it. Now forced to go to court (costs around £70k), to set a precedent to protect all grassroots sports clubs. Would you support a crowdfund? Please RT
