@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@Ofcom When I rang @EE earlier today and on other occasions, they were unable to find my account details and they denied it but there must be a fault with there system, can you help please? I am fed up with them!!

@MohamedAbdulwa @EE Same here mate I’ve been with EE for 15 years and they won’t match an offer from another network. Orange was amazing in retaining loyal customers but EE is all about profits. I have like 5 phones with them I’ll be moving them all next month

Dear @ee your mobile signal in the Brecon area has been down for well over a week. We may be a rural population but we rely on for your our work and personal communications. When will this be sorted? And how do we claim a refund for the fees we have paid & received no service?
