@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE It's not badly worded or handled. Frontline aren't fed out minutes by minute updates from the engineers. They have no idea when it's going to be fixed and the response here is identical to any other mobile network in the world. It's clear a core backend system has crashed....
