@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Hey I'm good thanks and yourself? I was able to successfully log in on Thursday but it says I've been locked out but the email resets won't come through and when I tried to call the locked out number it doesn't work as I've only just joined

@EE tried to email. Tried the number you sent, but poor customer service on this occasion. Getting 6mg when supposed to get 36. I've updated my details in store, and yet my name is unavailable. Time for a change.
