    @joehoward91 @EE With the service as bad as it is In Pembrokeshire constantly going down daily and with this over-inflated price increase we should be offered an option of being released from the contract with no penalties.

    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    Kind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?

    @EE Absolutely awful service, left tonight without internet and told the issue might not be resolved until 17:30 tomorrow. Most reliable broadband…what a joke!

    @EE I am abit dissapoined with EE I ordered the S26 ultra today that's coming tomorrow I've been a loyal customer for time you guys can't even chuck in a free screen protector especially when I am paying £91 for the contract

    @EE Immediate effect , she has now rang a 3rd time saying she cannot escalate it due to the outstanding balance and this should be escalated today there was no outstanding balance ill go via ofcom, I've now had a text saying complaint closed DISGUSTING customer service

    If you come to the swindon designer outlet don’t expect @EE to work. It never has, suffers the same issue as SN1 Old Town. Dire and EE can’t be bothered to improve it.

    Don’t often take to X but I’m beyond frustrated with @ee Business Customer Service response today. I don’t mind any company making human errors, but the true test is how they manage their customer response…call centre and chatbot epic fail! Shoulda gone to @Vodafone

    @EE I’ve tried ringing and I’ve been on the phone twice this week to sort it out and after an hour, you guys hang up on me. Just give me back my refund please. It’s beyond a joke when my final bill was you was generated on the 18th March!

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!
