@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@vkon1 @EE No. To be honest their phone network is great but as a broadband provider I think they’re pretty dogshit. I’d probably be tempted to go elsewhere before upgrading.

@EE my land line has been down since yesterday which I reported and so far I have made 16 calls to get the line diverted to a mobile which you’ve still be unable to do. I have been promised numerous call backs which have not materialised

Does anybody have any experience of their IPhones displaying a 5G connection incorrectly? My local @EE rural mast has very basic 4G (band 3 only) & has had no physical upgrades. So it’s odd that it now gives me a solid 5G signal. Speed tests are no different to 4G ones.

@EE What is really poor is that I still haven't been sent or given a date that my S22 will arrive. Pre-ordered ages ago and clearly terrible planning from yourselves!!!
