@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE Have just spent 4 hours today trying to get through to customer service about an order. Abruptly cut off at 5pm as lines closed. Have now cancelled direct debit as unable to speak to anyone to change sim plan. Disappointing 😡😡😡

@ee Can someone please contact me URGENTLY? I spent 2 hours on hold this morning and didn't get to speak to anyone. Managed a live chat this afternoon which clarified some of my problem. I then proceeded with my order and now it wants me to call you! I've stuck in a queue again!

Big thanks to Oliver in Plymouth at @EE - got a good deal on a new iphone. Even when the system crashed on #BlackFriday he offered to sing to fill the time - and kept up the good customer service.

@knittyphd @EE That’s exactly the problem - navigating their abysmal user-unfriendly phone tree. Needs a separate dedicated number. You’d think a company doling out phone numbers could manage that, right?!
