Having a Anytime upgrade with @ee really does **** you over. The plans being offered are no we’re near as lucrative as the offers advertised for a new customer!! 😡 #ee #iphone #iPhone12ProMax

  • kevwoodlandpr Kevin Stanley (@kevwoodlandpr) reported from Tenby, Wales

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

  • welshchickjenna JennaLouiise (@welshchickjenna) reported from Pembroke, Wales

@Nettwerk @EE I was trying to figure this out. Dont think ee support it. As my friend is on o2 and she has the exact same phone and works on hers

  • vicky_jjj Vicky 🌺🥂🌸 (@vicky_jjj) reported from Milford Haven, Wales

Awful service from @EE regarding an upgrade 🙄😡

  • JWilliamsJames Jason Williams-James 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🧪🥼🚲 🇪🇺 (@JWilliamsJames) reported from Penally, Wales

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

  • chrismann1983 Christopher Mann (@chrismann1983) reported from Penally, Wales

@EE hi need some help cancelling an order and keep getting cut off, it’s to cancel broadband

  • itsthere23 Itsthere23 (@itsthere23) reported

@EE This has to be a Parody account. Family of 4 never had a reception in South Manchester. All fixed with a different provider.

  • pukthis 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 B. Al Zebub 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@pukthis) reported

@EE Given that your average home broadband router has a 192.168.1.x address with a /24 subnet, most broadband will support up to 254 devices, so 100 devices is not really a selling point. Not saying performance would be any good…but it is do-able

  • SailorGirlDebs Sailor Girl 🌸 (@SailorGirlDebs) reported

@EE Hi, do you know your network is down in Greece, and has been for nearly a week. Already spoke to Tech and he’s raised an issue as everything we tried didn’t work. Everyone we know on EE cannot receive calls.

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@VodafoneUK No point, I’m always having issue with the 4G, specially uploads. Nah, think I’ll just plod along and hurry to @EE in November when my contract is up..and I won’t look back either. I’ve been with you since 2018 and had Jon stop issues since last year. Poor show

  • Louise_Official Louise (@Louise_Official) reported

@EE You can disregard that last message. I've finally got through to someone and had the issue resolved. Thanks.

  • charlie3177 charlotte w-funnell (@charlie3177) reported

@AppleSupport Hey, I’ve got the Full Cover with Apple Care Service with @EE but wanted to see which Apple Care product I actually have and determine whether it might be better to get the AppleCare+ as it seems cheaper (£15.90 vs £11.99 w AppleCare+)
