@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

Having a Anytime upgrade with @ee really does **** you over. The plans being offered are no we’re near as lucrative as the offers advertised for a new customer!! 😡 #ee #iphone #iPhone12ProMax

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE has charged me £480 for a SIM card for a tablet I got in 2021 even though I have never had a SIM card. Then £1680 since I have been out of contract. It’s a disgusting practice for the so called best network. I have been refunded £274 which I almost didn’t get

  • stevegaughan1
    Steve G (@stevegaughan1) reported

@EE I’ve had a “conversation” with one of your staff online that has taken over 2 hours. And I’ve made almost zero progress. It’s painfully slow, frustrating and cannot be an acceptable way to manage customer enquiries. I cannot face going through all of that again.

  • mersthamsue
    susan vinnicombe (@mersthamsue) reported

@EE you offer all sorts of stuff but how about a new phone? Ours are out of contract, there is no phone shop anymore in Redhill area. What do you suggest? I have been a customer of yours since 1999

@EE are you guys aware that your website portal and PAYG portal is the WORST experience ever. My dog could design a better website.

  • RaysWorkPhone
    Ray’s Work Phone (@RaysWorkPhone) reported

Customer with @EE since 2018, I’ve got 2 landline broadband contracts and 3 mobile phone contracts over £260 a month. Looking to change after bad experience over the phone today. Any/All service providers my inbox is open 🤝

@EE No chance...service is terrible. Didn't even turn up to fix my issue and now your DM service won't accept messages. Any chance of actually physically speaking to a human being please!!

  • dangrimley

@EE in Pendeen in Cornwall and your broadband isnt working. I understand there are issues. Can you let me know the current situation as to when this will be sorted out.

  • CorkGourmetGuy
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England

The last time I called @EE to try and sort out being overcharged for my mobile bill, I spent 1hr and 10mins on the phone to 5 different people in 4 different teams in 2 different countries and they eventually cut me off, without sorting the problem and never called back.

  • j4cob97
    jacob (@j4cob97) reported

@EE there is no problem in the area and I don't have access to make phone calls now at all, I don't have any other phones with me and wifi calling does not work atm🙄

  • CorkGourmetGuy
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England

@__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.
