  • gjo2405
    Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported

@EE Morning. I spent 55 minutes on the phone to technical support and another department last night to no avail. Solution proposed was to change my subscription to different hub at extra £15 per month! No further forward and still items dropping WiFi at will

  • PamelaLaws99068
    Pamela Lawson (@PamelaLaws99068) reported

@EE @gjo2405 Hello EE. If EE identified a network fault related to a domestic VoIP landline on Friday 12th June, how long would it take to fix? Also, what is the average 'wait' time to get through to your 'fault' team when dialling 150 from an EE VoIP landline, please?

  • LaBloggeuse
    Dr Devra Kay (@LaBloggeuse) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I have terrible reception. I have 2shout to be heard. Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me. But with people nearby we can barely hear one another

  • Gammonzilla

@England @EE WTF? Members of the Nigeria squad seem to have infiltrated England's camp - again! They really need better security

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
