  @EE The worst customer service for business I have ever come across, no one wants to do their job, go to a store sir done that, got told it was a complete waste of time by a member of staff, you need to call the small business team, go back to them and get told to to a store.

  @h1xone @EE The same ee signal always crap where i live , went to smarty £7 a month as opposed to £24ish with ee , both sim only plans i still get unlimited calls and texts and 6 times the data i had with ee , now get 24gig

  @DerekAllan61 @EE My phone broke and couldn't switch on so phoned and got a new one and when it got delivered the delivery driver said I needed a code, guess where they sent the code 🤦 explained to them that my phone is broken and they said it can only be delivered with the code texted to me 😭

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
