@EE is there any news on the status of the issues with data gifting. It’s been down since Friday and as yet I haven’t seen any official acknowledgement from your twitter account on the issue. Support and customer services have confirmed there is an issue.

@EE you’ve sold 4G WiFi without the ability 2 top up or administer the account. Ur phone reps can’t help. The top up page on desktop site has an error and the mobile site sends me into a ‘set up your device’ loop. Can someone contact me ASAP I work from home!

@EE Well, I have tried to update my address many times in the last 15 months and your app won’t let me. I have looked at your sim only deals and I can find it cheaper with Plusnet who use your network. Why tell me you are going to charge £67 per month when I can pay £10?
