@EE is there any news on the status of the issues with data gifting. It’s been down since Friday and as yet I haven’t seen any official acknowledgement from your twitter account on the issue. Support and customer services have confirmed there is an issue.

@EE and it would be another week maximum. That week was up yesterday and still no updates. The waiting for the watch isn't the issue it's the fact that no one again has bothered to update me. I have 6 phone accounts and this was the 2nd watch account I was adding so expect better

@EE Hello. Do you match plans from other providers? Having been a customer for 15+ years, I was highly disappointed with the deal I was offered,.a new customer could have gotten better. I've now bought a phone elsewhere but still have a sim with you & again the deals are poor. Thanku
