    @EE is there any news on the status of the issues with data gifting. It’s been down since Friday and as yet I haven’t seen any official acknowledgement from your twitter account on the issue. Support and customer services have confirmed there is an issue.

    @EE Hi there. Two questions. When does NHS unlimited data end? Also I’ve just moved house and the area I’m in it’s awful 4G and even 3G! Luckily enough I can connect to a hotspot. Is there any chance I can get better signal because I don’t get any.I’ve heard about EE booster pack

    I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

    @EE I feel my loyalty has counted for nothing in this process and don't understand being upgraded to a phone which isn't brand new on the market can be more money per month, unfortunately I am in a situation where I may have to go to another network,

    @EE the broadband is down in my area but can’t check the status of it due to your incompetent way of checking. Tells me a problem is in the area but my connection is fine, if it was fine then my broadband would be working which it isn’t.

    @EE get on the line and then wait and wait, while they tell you that they get rated best phone provider in the UK. If they are the best, I'd hate to think what others customer service is like. Complete utter BS.

    After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service
