It’s been down since Friday and as yet I haven’t seen any official acknowledgement from your twitter account on the issue. Support and customer services have confirmed there is an issue.

The pin number you gave ne doesn't work, the PUK you gave me doesn't work, the old simcard doesn't work, my EE password doesn't work and my beautiful new phone is functionally a brick.
