I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

@EE The problem lasted only for about 30 minutes. It affected all voice calls (via mobile and VOIP) and data services.

@EE is there any news on the status of the issues with data gifting. It’s been down since Friday and as yet I haven’t seen any official acknowledgement from your twitter account on the issue. Support and customer services have confirmed there is an issue.

@EE Appalling service & attitude on the call we made to 150 today. After waiting 1hr to get through - Alan(Sunderland) was rude, arrogant & unhelpful.I'm shocked to have been spoken to in such a way. EE have just lost my custom after 14years, certainly don't value their customers

@knittyphd @EE That’s exactly the problem - navigating their abysmal user-unfriendly phone tree. Needs a separate dedicated number. You’d think a company doling out phone numbers could manage that, right?!

@bt_uk and @EE are two of the most dishonest companies I ever had to deal with. Agents mis-selling products, lying and then charging clients for services they never wanted. I have been in a mess with these two for two months now. Absolutely mind-blowing!
