@EE is there any news on the status of the issues with data gifting. It’s been down since Friday and as yet I haven’t seen any official acknowledgement from your twitter account on the issue. Support and customer services have confirmed there is an issue.

@EE Hi Chris, no issue with my account. Can access it fine on the web. It’s the app, I get a full green screen. Can’t get past it. No option to log out or anything. Tried clearing cache/ deleting app but nothing. Seems like an app issue?

@EE With the most recent update to the MyEE app on iOS I can’t access my account. The app is just displaying an EE blue/green screen on startup with no option to login. I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading it but it’s still not working. Any ideas?
