@EE When I joined I was told my Apple TV box belongs to us after 14 days. The service has been awful and sadly we are leaving. Does the Apple TV box still belong to us. It is not clear in our information.

@EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

Anyone else suffering from very slow internet speed from @EE, mine has been terrible for about a week now, I’ve cleared down everything, cache, history deleted etc but it’s like an old dial up🙁

Hi @O2 I’ve done the suggested checks via your help line and nothing help still terrible network coverage, but I did fix the issues I brought a cheap @EE SIM card/phone and what a difference night and day better, 12minths and counting till I swap.. #o2sucks

@EE why cannot all deaf customer not able to send sms text message to all types of fixed landline phone number beginning with 03. 08 numbers that I’ve been getting “NOT DELIVERED” of my sms text that should be sent successfully if set up if registered. Going to complain to ofcom.

@EE - very disappointed, I made a call to a former colleague in Canada from the UK in WhatsApp, the call dropped.I recalled and it went via mobile. Not as I wanted. You changed me £82 for a 23 min call. That's just plain robbery, I called up your customer service, not interested

@EE my grandad has been into two stores to collect a replacement sim and staff every time times have been pushing him into a contact where he has felt uncomfortable and trying to take advantage. He’s been trying for weeks to get the sim. Crappy customer service. Disgusting

@EE Hi I’m currently getting no signal, I’ve a 4G sim of yours which is plugged into a 4G satellite so my house can get internet. There was been very poor signal & connection cut offs the past few weeks. Now there is no signal at all. Could you please advise?
