@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

Starting to think the conspiracy theories regarding 5G were just a distraction from the actual truth, which is that since its rollout the UK mobile phone service has gone down the toilet! @EE

@EE trying to make calls from abroad, have roam abroad pass, enabled roaming before travelling and have been successfully making calls within country, but it won’t let me dial out to any UK numbers. Can’t call the helpline for help as it just says “calling” and never connects
