@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE how can something as simple as using the wrong address cancel someone’s broadband?? It’s an absolute joke, there needs to be more safeguards in place. I’ve now got no broadband quite possibly the rest of the week into next week. Frankly, I’m ******** fuming.

@RadioX - Really hope I can enter the competition tomorrow and win... just spent the last 3 days trying to enter and keeps failing due to an issue with @EE!!! Spent hours on the phone to them and they can't seem to fix it :-(
