@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE must be the worst for customer service ordered the IPhone 14pro deep purple last week to them says it’s in stock to then say it will be dispatched within a week to now saying 21days from day of order three separate advisors tell 3 different stories, Not happy at all 👊🏼😡

@EE There’s no need for diagnostics with me. You just need to self solve this one. Having been to Alton towers about 15 times this season, on busy days your data on the network just doesn’t work. You just need to give more bandwidth to your 4G network in that area.

@VodafoneGroup @EE @O2 looking for a mobile provider that gives 4g coverage in the uk .My son is on weekly chemo 02 has given us the worse coverage & is failing epically when he has needed us we haven’t been to hand due to lack of service.even had to have landline .

Currently phoneless because @EE, in their infinite wisdom, decided to deactivate my SIM and activate a new one that hasn't actually been delivered to me yet, and can't do anything to fix it. Thereby cutting me off completely.
