@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

@EE I can make/receive calls & use my phone on Wifi but have had no mobile internet on it (Samsung S20) since yesterday morning. Is it my phone or is it another EE outage? Postcode PL21 0SZ. I have called several times and am promised a text with fault details but it never comes.

@EE Rachel your abysmal and obstinate ‘customer services’ have said YOU WON’T DO ANYTHING. I’m here to warn others not to take a mobile phone contract (or any contract) with EE. In just over a month into my contract you hammer me with a 14% increase. 1)

@EE Here’s a couple of questions that you may be able to help me with… 1. During a cost of living crisis, why did you see fit to increase my monthly mobile costs by 14.4%? 2. Why do you think it acceptable to have no EE internet service at Man Airport terminal 2?
