  @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

  @EE Is anyone from EE going to advise what is going on. No 4G Internet for nearly 2 hours. Cannot get through to an advisor if you call, saying the office is closed. Shocking service.
