    Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE any idea whatโ€™s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all Iโ€™ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! Itโ€™s really the worst tv package Iโ€™ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I donโ€™t. You canโ€™t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup

    @EE Not helpful when I have neither WiFi nor mobile internet. I'm probably out of pocket to the tune of ~ยฃ250 for missing out on a day of contracting plus a ยฃ40 train journey to get to somewhere with WiFi. I want to make an official complaint and, inevitably, when you don't do...
