@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE hello, I have received an email I would like to discuss with the complaints team. I made a complaint some time ago and thought it was resolved. I no longer have an EE account. I do not wish to call; I want to email. I have PTSD from calling so much in March I cannot any more.

Thank you @EE just rang your “helpline” it said to speak to Someone press 1, i pressed 1 and it said we’ve sent you a text and then hung up on me. You should rename it no help whatsoever useless line.

@EE @cjdracing1969 If your phone has coverage, but you're reporting capacity issues, toggling flight mode could actually make it worse - by unnecessarily increasing signalling traffic. Losses of coverage can be resolved by flight mode, but I suspect this is not your issue.

Back in the @EE store today. Still trying to get a phone returned and contract cancelled. Absolutely appalling customer service. Nobody seems to have any authority to do anything, just shrug their shoulders.

@EE Just thought your top brass should know that I was in your store today at Bloomfields Shopping Centre in Bangor, County Down. I was served by a young woman called Jess. No older than early 20s. Exceptional customer service, patience and knowledge. A really good experience. 👍
