    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @EE Your customer service so poor that nobody contacted me, i am unable to connect Internet, the smart hybrid is not working, after 9am ur phone line magically busy till 5pm no call back nothing, this is how worst you people are, i made a mistake trusting u

    @EE They said they cannot help as I don't have access to the settings on the phone. Because it is a new bloody phone and I can't set up with out the working SIM!

    @EE Hi, is it normal for a £165 bill for equipment being returned, added to the bill in advance of receipt of the equipment. £165 charge, reduce the cost by £65. If that's not profiteering by stealth, you are truly unfit for purpose. @MartinSLewis disabled people need support

    @JoshCF_ Had the exact same **** with @EE broadband. 18 month contract came to an end, increased the initial price and new customers are £20 cheaper for the exact same deal. Retention is a joke to these bums.

    @EE down again. Can’t go 20 minutes without being ****** over by the broadband. My *** are they the best provider. It’s 2026, how can your broadband be THIS terrible? Been happening for months. Ridiculous.

    @EE I have tried all that and it has worked overseas with no issues previously 🤔 Have turned it on and off and toggled between airplane and no airplane - only works on wifi 😢

    @Ubiquiti do your 5g devices support all networks? I’m on @EE your uk site lists T-Mobile but you don’t get that network in the uk.
