    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @andrewmacdowall @EE I find @spusu good. Same EE network, but customer service via WhatsApp with a few hours delay. Payment terms much better than EE too.

    @EE Your customer service is appalling - why have I been contacted by Advancers about a debt towards you when I told your CS to cancel it two months ago for free Additionally when I have tried to pay the bill it has told me that EE servers are down and to try again.

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!

    @FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

    Absolutely shocking from @O2 today. Years of loyalty and 2 hours haggling still give me worse deals than a new customer….. who wants my business @ee @VodafoneUK
