@EE Any reasons why 4G has dropped so significantly in Ll141UA please? We get between 15 and 25Mbps normally but down to about 2 at the moment.

@EE Tht no1 is actually checking settings & seeing battery health themselves. Ive not had this phone a year, i dont do anything abnormal and its down to 86%, ive spent hrs on phone with EE and noone wants to fix the fact that youve sold me a product which isnt fit for purpose. 2/2

@EE I got told to phone them and explain so i did, to be told the phone lasts 14 hours which im assuming they werent using it so obviously it would. Its on its way back to store now as they just reset the software - which isnt the issue. It is unbelievable 1/2
