@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

Really want to upgrade with @EE but they never have 13 pro max in stock - keeps saying wait is over 28 days and they are still asking for £100 upfront - which isn’t acceptable as a customer of 8yrs - having to look elsewhere

@EE More inefficiency from EE - customer support supposed to phone yesterday and didn't. I have to chase again and end up holding on for 20 mins. I am amazed you are still in business

@EE Hi my literal problem is that I cannot get thru to an operator on that line because the first thing it asks is my EE number. To reiterate, I do not know it. How do I speak to an operator on that line? This is such an ordeal I’d rather just cancel and go for a better operator.

@EE Passed from one person to the next last time around and got nowhere. Reading between the lines it seems a lot of people have issues with these devices. It's my backup for working from home which I've done for 8 years. The previous device was great but this one..

@EE I have ordered sim only contract and you said it’s dispatched but been days and hasn’t arrived. Cant call your phone number because I don’t have an EE number. Can u please give me details of a customer service rep I can speak to without entering an ee number.

Still no internet since last Thursday. @bOnlineLtd are blaming @TalkTalk and #btopenreach but no solution. Thank goodness @EE gave us more data so we can ssort of keep operating..
