@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE the signal in my area (standard residential area in a big town) is hopeless. Complained loads of time but they keep saying there's no fault. 0 bars and terrible call quality even in the garden

@EE I'm due to upgrade and my employer has a 20% any contract discount perk that I can't redeem for some reason. Any help on this? Looking at a Black S21 Ultra and without the discount will have to look elsewhere :X

@IPoppit Hi 👋👋 you are having Tec problems; we need to form a club. We can get to see tweeted images on or phone but nothing on our tablet. We thought we got it sorted by going to @EE Shop in HWest where using their WiFi no problems, come home not a FUDGING thing.

@EE Hi, looking to switch to you from @giffgaff. Do your PAYG SIM cards support Apple Watch with cellular data, visual voicemail, and eSIM? Or are these only on contract? Looking at the £10/month pack with 5GB data.
