    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @MartinSLewis Martin any advice to help me got a brand new iPhone 14 pro had it 6 days and didn’t have it insured yet and got robbed in the street Wednesday night by a scumbag on a electric bike and @EE have no compassion and tell me i have to pay the 24 month contract still

    @EE #badservice #nodata why are you not responding to calls, messages or technical issues. My children have no data so their location services don't work when they are away from me. For days now. I'm paying for no service. Will I get a refund?

    @EE I work for BT and still nobody from the ee department has contacted me about an issue I've got trying to upgrade....I've gave in now after 4 phone calls, seems nobody knows what they're doing.

    @nickrf1966 @EE Thank for letting me know. This has been doing my head in! I'm paying too much for this phone as it is on contract and they're gaslighting me! Ignoring comments, asking me to read FAQs, reset the mobile after text message is sent to me, reset the network settings. All GUFF.
