@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

Super tired of seeing everyone ***** at @VodafoneUK @EE etc about roaming.. virgin-o2 are just not introducing roaming again THIS YEAR, but probs will next year.. jumping ship to avoid charges that for most will be only for 2 weeks abroad is extreme, I say this as a Voda customer

@davidkeir @GooglePlay @EE I had exactly the same, use boku to get your correlation IDs, I had murder with Google, they are the worst! But after a threat to ombudsman and small claims court after denying my claim, they have finally refunded me.. good luck and be persistent

@EE Not good enough - why should I pay an extra £120 per year for roaming when the operators give me that for free (as you used to)? - this is bad marketing & it would cost you practically nothing.

@EE i’ve just payed £100 upfront cost for a phone contract and i haven’t received an email for when it’s coming or conformation or anything? the checkout screen wouldn’t load but then took the money out anyway. please help.

@EE Got sold that if we brought our router then our BB would be totally unlimited and not subject to fair usage as I explained I have games consoles and PC and constantly gaming and downloading. I don’t know what I can do to fix this connection issue when gaming online.
