    Absolutely shocking service from an @EE representative in their Southampton store. Mis-selling their broadband package while telling me that I was at the end of my @bt_uk contract and now incurring a £50 early termination fee.

    @EE i've seen crappy broadband provider in my self.. but you guys.. Just wow.. if you are not able to provide just normal service in central London, where can you? Just a disgrace.. in 4month the service has been cut for a month... if anyone considers EE for their home runaway..

    @EE Hi. I rang you last Thursday re signal issues. You explained there is a problem in Speedwell, that would be sorted by 6pm that day. But I'm still having issues. Any update? Thanks

    @EE Broadband. At the moment it has been more than 48 hours and NOTHING. How are you supposed to be a communication company, self called n.1 network and you leave your costumers without service for more than 2 days???? Incredibly disrespectful!
