Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

@EE I have had major issues with signal over the last few days ! It’s getting ridiculous!

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE good afternoon! I wanted to sign up to iPhone 12, the Β£25 has been debited but the confirmation timed out and it says I am not registered. Please help.

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did you do in the years you were in government to fix it? Plenty of time to do something, and yet. Stop virtue signalling and find some introspection.

@BTGroup should delve into @EE bb pricing/retention. Long term 1.6gbps customer, Β£85pcm. New customers? Β£28 for first year, 35 from May 27, 41 from May 28. 2yr deal would be Β£769. Me? Β£2040 if I change nowt. 'Special' retention deal was Β£1941. Shocking difference. @MartinSLewis

@EE @TomTugendhat Stockwell here and your coverage is so poor …… as well

  • gavmarten
    Gav Marten (@gavmarten) reported

@BidSurreal @EE @TomTugendhat It’s mainly because our 4G mast equipment is old and oversubscribed. They aren’t updating them, blaming slow networks on delayed 5G rollout. However, 4G speeds are decent enough for most tasks.

  • Ummnope7
    Umm...nope (@Ummnope7) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's not the government's job to help you choose a decent mobile phone service. You're a grown man. You can make your own consumer choices, whether they be sensible or stupid.

  • mhh02
    james (@mhh02) reported

@EE my 5G is running at 0.8mbps how can it be so slow, I nog had it over about 2 in weeks and sometimes we get no internet

  • Jones2204Jones
    Martin Jones (@Jones2204Jones) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Cambridge is meant to be our tech capital, but half the city has terrible coverage. And if you if you enter a building anywhere in town, its almost non-existent.

  • pboromikky
    superposh (@pboromikky) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Same issues in half of east anglia. Its a joke.

  • EX23LCL
    Sideways Tree (@EX23LCL) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Wow it’s almost like the number of people using the network has increased dramatically but the infrastructure isn’t being built to keep up?
