    @HendyC163 @EE @dpdireland Hi Hendy. Your contract is with EE therefore it is their responsibility to ensure your parcel arrives. If your parcel does not arrive on time, EE is liable to send you a replacement or refund. It is EE's responsibility to deal with DPD as EE has sub-contracted their service.

    @EE is there an issue with service in my area? Yesterday & today my calls are intermittent quality both ways so trying to have a conversation is impossible. I need my phone all day as I wfh so it’s a bit of a nightmare. My postcode is CF37 if you need to run any checks?

    @EE you're customer service this week has been shocking. I was promised a call back today at 445pm and of course nothing! I have a technical issue and I was on the phone this morning for over an 1hr and was promised a call back. Not impressed and problem still not solved.

    @EE can I ask why you have the audacity to put my phone bill up and yet for the past month I constantly get texts from you guys saying you’re doing work in my area meaning I won’t have signal for days on end???

    @EE Realise this is now a dated ad, but for anybody who reads it: EE is now *awful* in central Leeds. It degraded severely since pre-Covid down from avg of 30-40Mbps to less than 10Mbps on 5G. You tell EE and they just ask you to report speed stats. Never seen any evidence of action.
