@EE No signal for over 5 months. There has been on going issues since November 2020 in my area. I cannot receive calls or texts messages due to signal issues. I would like someone to contact me to discuss refund as I’m paying for a contract which doesn’t work.

@EE Had my service suspended for being over my credit limit despite speaking to someone last Thursday and making a part payment and an agreement to pay by 15th April. You have left me with no way of contacting my 90 year old father who is ill with COVID

@EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

@EE Hi David, yes, a PAYG card. It was last used a few months ago. We've been firmly locked down and without need for this backup phone, but now need to revive it quite urgently.

.@EE @goEnjoy very bad customer service. Got allocated a time to stay in between 6-8pm tonight and was told everything is OK at 5:45pm. Now been told that it will no longer be delivered and I have been on hold for 30 minutes. I have lost out on work due to staying in for delivery

@EE useless set up for people using tablets or routers without a phone. Can’t get set up or verified why can’t anyone make a service work anymore?
