    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @EE I did that and they just told me that they’re all charged before they’re given out so that there was nothing they could do. Very poor, it didn’t last any longer than the 5,000 version we have but it was too late to swap that so now we’re almost without power

    @EE Well I live in Manchester and in Whalley Range the reception is poor and in my flat I don't really get any and I also lose 5G In town so not the best really to be honest.

    @EE Hi, yeah it resolved itself after 2-3 hours, by which point I'd already got on WiFi, so didn't need to worry about your problems and could access what I needed.

    @EE still having issues dudes? Mobile network and data has been a mare for well over a week now. Not a 1st world problem like, but a slight inconvenience when trying to run a business.
