    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @EE @WeAreOpenreach one of you is responsible for possibly the worst Broadband known to man! I suspect it’s the infrastructure but neither of you seem to do anything about it!

    @EE ordered a new device on the 22/12 was told two weeks. No confirmation email. I called chasing now being told a minimum of 4 weeks. Ridiculous since I paid an early upgrade fee and got screwed over before by you guys so nice customer loyalty appreciation👍🏼

    @zahoor_sheraz @EE I’m having issues with signal on my 4g router... only just flown from uk... my phone was ok yesterday when I arrived and today it’s on and off like a yoyo.... I need the router to work for work, seems strange the day after the transition period it suddenly stops? Help!!

    The customer advisor my wife spoke with today was totally obnoxious, and thins were above his pay grade! The phone was meant as a Xmas present for our other daughter! Absolutely appalling service from @EE (so called UKs number 1 network) @BBCXRay @Ofcom

    What service from @EE 👏👏 Outstanding ordered my upgrade, told me should be with me within a day of 2! 1.30 hours after ordering guys knocking my door 👏

    @EE I’d like to speak to someone in tech support. The phone you sent me is water damaged and is now not charging - I have spent nearly 6 hours on the phone to you over the last week - are you open ?

    @EE Recurring fault previously investigated by your Engineers.Service continually dropping in and out.I’ve done all the usual reboots etc but no improvement.Coincidentally it’s a wet day when it’s normally worse. It is no coincidence that the @WeAreOpenreach cable is full of joints!
