@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Thanks Neil. Just out of interest while you’re replying could you outline your profit over the last year? And as an aside saying the rises are needed because people rely on the network is daft. They relied on it before didn’t they? 9.3% is not justifiable

Thanks @EE for your text explaining that prices will rise etc… I suspect others will follow suit as they do every year. This completely sucks @RishiSunak. Tighten our belts? I can only tighten so much. Where’s the quality of life? We are going backwards here #costofliving

@EE Already done by EE the only suggestion was wifi calling which is absolutely no good when I'm outdoors most of the time, I've talked about this 3 times now and was told I couldn't cancel, I will be and @CitizensAdvice will be contacted.
