@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

That's it @EE your service has been AWFUL for months your company don't care not allowing us to reply to emails so we ring and waste all ******* day trying yo get a lazy **** to answer I bern trying since 9am 4 hours nearly **** you I am leaving you gone terrible AVOID @EE

14 days with out Internet in the house @ee says its line problem bt open reach but they say its a problem with @ee with cards or some pish it does not get fixed to they will find them one less customer on inter etc and phone

@EE your service is actually really appalling now. I used to swear by EE. Literally just cancelled 2 of my lines as got better deals for the kids, looking likely you'll lose the other 2 and ive been with you a very long time.

@EE Hi Michael, thanks for your reply. DPD said that the sender needed to contact them so I emailed Levi's customer services yesterday morning and I'm waiting to hear back. I returned the iphone package to the parcel shop and they said they'd be contacting DPD, so hopefully your 1/2
