@Dcunliffe98 @EE I just got off the phone with them - surprise surprise there is a delay with the Pro Max models - delay could be up to 28 days. It's an absolute shambles but the supply chain issue is with Apple not EE.

@VodafoneUK Nah, your network is the worst. Rarely get a reliable fast network. Counting away the last two months to switch to @EE as I won’t be renewing with you. Going to try convince my boss to switch the company to @EE also. Complained yet you still insist on charging me to leave early.

@DaveJohnHowell @EE Aw tell me about it, the same with the Samsungs, £30 extra for the same thing. There were also summer deals in July which showed if I upgraded and paid too and a day later on my actual upgrade date, the summer deals vanished unless I was a new customer. 10+ years for me

@EE I don't understand how a company of this size can consistently deliver me the worst customer experience. I ordered my new phone on more than 10 minutes after pre orders started last Friday, and I still have no idea if I'll get it this side of Christmas. Call me, Sort it out.
