@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Just spoke to one your agents who advised that he couldn’t provide the signing up email because of the legwork. Thank GOD I’m not with EE. Poor bloke is being recharged 32 pounds for what hyperoptic is providing at twice the speed for £20. The worst thing is customer service

@EE Idk man.. y’all have inflated your prices. Other networks such as vodafone or id mobile are way more affordable offering the same service and same phone for a lot less.
