@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE Hi, I"m having issues with my dataplan, it was giving me incorrect figures on the myee app, I also purchased extra data this month, and it ran out of data even though the app stated I had 10gb data remaining, it is now showing I have 15gb but also no data

@EE I’ll be leaving EE forever from tonight. Before I go, I just wanted to remind you of how pathetic your service has been and how you sold me a roaming package for Morocco which didn’t work leaving my wife and I in the lurch without comms capability. Offered £30 compensation!!

@rokymillion @VodafoneUK @EE Oh look no Wi-Fi again at home what a surprise Vodafone got to be voted the worst operator in the United Kingdom I've only been phoning for the last month every time you call you go through the same spiel go through the same tests it's over priced and under delivered useless too
