    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE my router has stopped working, nightmare when working from home. Tried calling and online chat and both give message saying no one there to help!

    @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

    @EE You hope I am well? No! I am not well! I'm utterly in bits! @EE staff and @marcAllera are horrid. They believe they are untouchable so they do not care how badly they treat people or how much pain they cause. I cannot find one person in EE that has any authority to do anything.

    @EE struggling with using my phone at kt20 premier in the 4 g is showing two bars but unable to use and the Wi_Fi here is slow not good when you have to use phone work

    @EE I would if I could get a decent signal. It's 2022 you can send men to the moon but you can't get 3 bars signal in the FK2

    @EE - been trying to get the @btsport Large Screen add-on for over 2 weeks now - absolutely impossible to get through automated lines. C’mon, fitba is on tonight… any chance of some help (and please don’t say the answer is “Text SPORT to 150” - it isn’t…)

    @EE you think you would have some sort of provisions in place if one of your 5g masts was on private land, happened to lose power and couldn’t get the landowners permission to gain access to it to rectify the problem. All because the landowner is away on holiday and you can’t

    Hi @EE I've changed mobile network from Virgin to EE. I've provided my PAC code and swapped Sims over. I've restarted my phone as well. However, my number has not swapped over. Please help.
