    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE my router has stopped working, nightmare when working from home. Tried calling and online chat and both give message saying no one there to help!

    @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

    @EE poor customer service this afternoon i called to upgrade but because i want to pay less than my current plan i was told to 'call back next month' iv been with your nearly 10 years and this is the service you provide? maybe its time for a change

    @ScouserMickey @EE @VodafoneUK I think I might go check out Vodafone, as the man in the EE shop was nothing short of rude and the price was considerably more .

    @EE absolutely awful customer service in one of your shops. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone as my contract finished a month ago. I have never received such rude, arrogant and unhelpful service before. I think I may take his advice of “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN”
