@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Been waiting 6 weeks for an engineer to make the broadband line active, waited in 4 different days and had no one turn up with no notice and they still don’t know when someone will come out to us. Shocking service from @EE After being a mobile contract customer 10 years+

@EE Can you tell me why you let fraudulent activity on your loyal customer’s account and when they ask for help you do NOTHING!!! Yet let the fraudsters continue to use the phone that you allowed to be sent and still be used 3 days after it being reported??!!!

@EE Hi, my name is Callum btw. Basically we have really poor wifi. I called you’s up yesterday and they sent a guy out from Openreach today. He did a speed test and said everything was fine, but the wifi itself was poor.

@EE clearly have an issue. Haven’t been able to make a decent call in three days. Zero data. Even worse than the usual abysmal service. I’m sure there’s a message apologising for their total lack of services, but it’s not actually able to get thru….

@EE I’m currently with you and on a monthly contract which ends in December. Please do educate your staff in the Peterborough store to not just chat to each other and ignore their customers - honestly so rude! Makes me want to take my money elsewhere frankly.
