@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE how do I cancel my order? I have asked twice in DM's but no answer. 50% colleague discount isn't worth the poor customer service I have received so far. I would much rather pay full price with a network that will actually deliver the goods.

@EE so, to confirm, you only offer the legal minimum and no other get out clause if the signal isn't good enough, and i have 14 days to see if it's good enough for my needs before being trapped in a 2 year contract?
