    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

    @EE my router has stopped working, nightmare when working from home. Tried calling and online chat and both give message saying no one there to help!

    @orange @EE I have done and no reply. It seems to be normal to take money and not provide a service. I do believe you are not providing me with a service as I am not French. My neighbours all have internet and the only difference is that they are French!

    @EE my mum can’t get through to 150 to top up days calls are not connecting what’s going on? Are you having issues? I’ve noticed a few people saying the same.

    @EE No it isn't!! I cant even get full 4G signal in my own city. Such a false advert and that second bridge is exactly how this ****** network is. I wouldn't recommend this network at all. STAY AWAY!!!

    @BTGroup @EE BT decided to switch off my Broadband yesterday, they flicked a switched and just switched it off. Now in order for them to correct their error I have to wait 2 days for an engineer. Can someone from BT please contact me with a solution as currently unable to WFH

    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.
