@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@vocALintuition @EE My contract was supposed to be £59 a month and due to a price increase that they “can’t explain”……. I’m now paying just short of £80 a month. 🥴🥴🥴🥴 also my service is off almost twice a week!

@EE customer service absolutely shocking. Ordered new phone 7 June and have never received it. I paid early upgrade fee and am now paying for a contract that I’m not using. I’ve called multiple times re: getting this refunded, spent hours on hold and no joy.

@EE I was charged for 37 months for Apple Music wich I did not ask for, did not want, and could not access. I already pay £14.99 per month to Apple for this service. I received a 6-month refund. I will reconsider my upgrade after 13 years as a loyal customer.

@EE @dan161285 I wouldn’t bother with a DM , they just give you advice on how to improve your signal , they don’t want to say anything about loss of coverage today . Demand compensation instead

@EE Another day of having issues with data. 4g shows as being available but absolutely nothing happens. Had this last week as well. Works Vodafone phone has no issues at all. Think it may be time to change providers
