@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Also the fact that you’re only sending this email to myself with 3 weeks notice is ridiculous. @EE If you are not willing to offer benefits to customers, then you should allow free cancellation to your service so we can go to another provider that will offer a cheaper contract.

@EE Beware of taking out a new EE contract. I just did and after only two months of being in contract I’ll be seeing around another £14 per month. Regardless of CPI, this is misrepresentation and a poor show. 2/2 people rely on connectivity should consider being less ‘reliant’

@jctrxx @EE These are the typical tricks. 1 advice: cancel that crap!

@EE Thank you for the kind offer but I think it’ll be cheaper to just cancel in 3 months 👍

@EE Yes, you have been upfront with price changes but it’s never been an significant increase like this before. You’re a profitable company, you should know that times are hard for your customers so price increases should be lower or at least frozen to help your customers. Or better…

@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

@jctrxx @EE That's pure robbery. They first lure you into a contract that looks great and before the end of the mobths they increase prices. So typical. You should cancel that **** instantly really.

@EE what’s going on with the phone signal in AB41? We can’t have a full conversation as line keeps cutting out. Has been like this for a good few days. Bill has gone up by 10% but service is dropping.

@hollywheeler_ @EE Yeah it’s ridiculous! I understand that there’s increases everywhere, inflation and so on. But the added extra % is ridiculous. They should be different to everyone else and not increase so much for customers and help them out instead.
