@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Never in my life have I received such shocking service. @VodafoneUK @vodafoneservice my issue has been ongoing since November with no resolution, no contact that wasn’t first initiated by myself and no compensation. Hi @EE fancy yourself a new customer huns?👋🏻

@EE any reason why you repeatedly hang up on customers after 45 minutes as soon as they mention compensation (which you promised us)? Once I can understand but three times?!? That’s a whole Friday afternoon you owe me. Awful, awful customer support. #cowboys

The one disadvantage I have working from home in a rural area is relying on 4G for internet. When it’s UP it’s great, when it’s DOWN it’s a nightmare. I use a 4G router with a @EE SIM that seems to be effected by heavy rain! iPhone 4G reception is OK all the time. Today it’s bad.

@EE I really don't think its acceptable to make yet another increase to mobile phone contracts!! I certainly will be leaving ASAP. I never had increases like this with other providers!
