@EE I’ve been with EE 10+ years and I have never seen anything like this evening, Went from Hornsey to Enfield looking for a signal and its still stuck on “E”. I just need to know if it’s going to be fixed today please

@bt_uk you should never have merged with @EE you have just dumbed down customer support as i was lied to about full fibre hence now paying out of contract broadband i will tomorrow try to renew contrat with old bt hub not this new b/s ee full fibre hub i am absolutely steaming angry

@EE I am trying this as after an hour on the phone the young man couod tv find my account. App no good either.. My problem: new customer -July - and although it initially worked I can no longer get Now on my TV. I can get it on iPad/iphone. Email address please.
