    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

    @EE I’m not sure what the problems at MyPlace you keep notifying me about on a daily basis are but given their regularity over the past month anyone would think you have the flakiest network ever

    @EE Hi, thanks for the reply. I feel like you've misunderstood the issue, maybe I wasn't clear enough. I'm supposed to have 10GB, that's what I pay for on my contract, but EE have only given me 6GB. I upgraded & switched contracts last month. Thanks
