    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

    @EE customer loyalty is not something this exists within EE’s business model. Apparently 19 years with the company warrants an insult of an offer on an upgrade. Quoted more than double what I can get with Vodafone. Thanks but no thanks EE. I will just walk.

    @EE Yes, I've tried that, every month for 6 months. They tell me they have fixed the problem and give me £20 compensation to close the complaint. Then the same thing happens again the next month

    @EE Which is fine, if the person I’m speaking to tells me that rather than the first payment will be in November…I wasn’t aware that I need to be clairvoyant to be a customer of EE.

    @EE if I were u I’d change your delivery partner #DPD ASAP they are an embarrassment still not had my new phone delivered. 3 re-arranged days and counting Lies from drivers saying I didn’t get my parcel due to not passing on correct pin!!! When I never even saw a driver!!!
