@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE my router has stopped working, nightmare when working from home. Tried calling and online chat and both give message saying no one there to help!

@EE Yes. At home I was able to connect to 5G and now its impossible. The settings on my phone are set to Preferred Network of 5G, 4G etc so should continue to pick up 5G signal but it doesn't only 4G.

@WhichUK reckon it’s worth your time to investigate this sort of practise? Could you agree @EE is overstepping customer service boundaries charging 50p for a QR code?

@EE Can handle 100 devices is absolutely ******* irrelevant when there's no homephone available because you're such a **** outfit you refuse to provide landlines!

@StuartMilne1970 @ThreeUK @EE im probably not noticing it much because at home im on my own wifi all the time...usually comes down to price in the past they were definitely the cheapest...that is probably not the case now

@EE Thanks for great service from @EE in setting up our new broadband service which went live at 8am this morning, exactly when promised. Customer service throughout the whole process has been exceptional 👌
