@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

Hey @EE I’m getting called by a number that is linked to yourselves so often that it’s becoming a nuisance. I never answer and I’ve received 3 separate calls just today from the number. Is there any way to remove myself from being contacted?

Hey @EE, you know when you send a text with a 6-digit PIN code when a customer is trying to activate a new SIM, where does that text actually go? Because if it's to the number with the yet-to-be-activated SIM, that's a bit f*cking stupid isn't it?
