@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

Count on EE? 🤔🤔 Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service 😠

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@woodmally1979 @geogramblings @EE Not making excuses for them but I used to work for them. That looks like a standard boiler-plate letter that would be sent out to anyone, otherwise you'd have been address Dear (name). I agree though that 'Dear Customer' would be better now.

@Random_Robbie @EE I imagine you must have got this clarified and understood that discounts are applied to get the price down to £10. My renewal is coming up soon and I’m on the same plan, were you able to get anything better or cheaper after this plan?

@EE Thanks however the link is of no use. Says there is no problem when there clearly is. Options only 2 if 3 (texts, calls, Internet) but no option for 'all'. Local Facebook has locals saying the same thing. No EE since Thursday night. I simply want an idea of when it'll be fixed!?

Atrocious customer service from @bt_uk - not had internet for a *month*! The provided @EE 4G box has now decided to no longer work either. @openreachhelp still nowhere to be seen...

@EE could you please tell me when signal is going to be restored to SY209QP and SY208EE. A proper update would be appreciated as we have been with signal for 4 days and your website stated it would be fixed withing 16hrs, that was 4 days ago.
