    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @GavinWilliamson @EE Tell me it’s not taken all this time to sort broadband out, money shldnt b an issue, pay it. THEN get bk to yr job, mass testing isn’t the only answer to sch safety, VENTILATION cos u know COVID is airborne 🤔 wake up man !

    @EE. Hi, just received my upgraded phone in the post. Inputted the sim card, phone did not recognise it. Tried to open the sim card but it will not open. Help.

    @OpenreachHelp @BritishTelecom The accidental heros of this story are @EE . Less than 24 hours of speaking to them on the phone (and they answer < 2 mins ), a 4G Wifi box was here, ready to go. If I had a solid 5G signal here (it's intermittent), I'd go with them in a flash now just to reduce my blood pressure

    @EE Hi, I've got my final bill but I cannot see the credit that was added by a customer services advisor for me on the bill. Linzi T gave me £78 credit, but it's not showing on my bill. Thank you.

    @EE Is there something wrong with your site at the minute? I can't access my account other than the main details page. I just get errors on my PC web browser and endless "website redirected you too many times" messages on my phone browser. I need to be able to see my own bills!

    Hey @EE what's going on? No one answering the phones, no chat. Not getting network on my mobile, this is the second day in a row. No notification, nothing. This is not good.😠
