@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE It’s virtually impossible to contact Brightstar over the phone. I have an ongoing trade in issue that’s been going on since November and I just want it sorted. You say to call them, they say to call you. There’s no resolution!

Watch out scam! Just had a text meesage purporting to be from my daughter. It then sends me to what appears to be an @EE site asking for my login and password they sent in a separate message. Luckily I checked with my daughter....

@JudeeeC @EE Just get "call blocker", you can block No's and SMS. Get it from play store.I was getting a missed call on my standby phone every day from EE , but ha ha no more! And I have never given the number to anyone, and never as yet called out on it,, so the EE Calls are random spam!

@EE how is it I’m only getting 3G at the moment when previously 4G has been exceptional. I now have 5G which has been lightening. No problems showing on your page?
