@EE We have it in HX3 (Halifax) but not where our house is. Looking at the map it seems to be all around but not there. We have poor phone signal anyway so I am thinking it’s a poor connection around it

@EE Not at all. I know I’m not logging in daily, but when there’s an upcoming football match or MMA event coming up, I’d expect to login and watch. Instead, I get a message saying account suspended or some other nonsense

@EE so just been told I can upgrade early... when I look at your deals without singing in to my account they are around £10 a month cheaper than when I do sign in? What a way to treat a customer who has been with you for nearly 20 years!

@EE is it true if a EE customer doesn’t use a Pay as you go SIM card for six months it gets suspended and after three more months it goes cancelled down?

@EE Yeah we have looked into it with EE previously and kind of learned to live with it. Luckily I’m in work most days so it’s not a massive issue for me but it could have been.
