@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Who can I talk to to fix our broadband? Phoning leads to an automated message saying you are taking time out to congratulate yourselves on a year well done and no one is available. Unbelievable!

@EE No signal in the ML1 area for 3 days now, the past two days I’ve been told it will be fixed within 4 hours but now I’m not getting a response on Facebook and your live chat is closed? I have an important phone call to make this is ridiculous.

@EE tried to phone your broadband team, apparently they are not available due to exceptional service, well not to me it isn’t how can i contact you before i just cancel and move to sky mobile and broadband?
