@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@Ofcom @EE Also, what is @Ofcom position regarding applicant rejection entirely for alleged credit reasons, it where the firm continues to reject once a proposal for resolution of alleged credit issues removes it as an issue altogether?

@caffyhank @EE ..you might only be able to get say 150mb in your area anyway, so your wasting money and could lower your package to 200 a month cus you'll never get the 400 your paying for in ur area. (Sorry if I've overloaded u with nerd shite here)

@EE Marvellous pop into shop to get new SIM and you won't do it without photo ID which I have on my pc but not good enough for you. Zero for customer service. Send me new SIM or I leave the company

@EE how long does it usually take for a new sim to activate on a phone? My old one has now been de activated but my new one is still not working so now I can't use my phone? @EEHelpdesk
