    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE my router has stopped working, nightmare when working from home. Tried calling and online chat and both give message saying no one there to help!

    @LStacey @EE Bizarrely from Sandbanks to Hengisbury Head is the only place I get a stable giffgaff signal, but when I was with EE it barely worked anywhere outside of the Square

    Well @kevinbacon , a little update for you. @EE are telling me they cant say when the problem will be fixed. I asked if that meant 1 month, 6months a year? #EE couldnt say. Bit of a joke seeing as I live in Wales and their latest ad has @tomellis17 getting shaved up Snowdon!

    @mikeoffoftheuk @ammaccii @EE Communication devices use microwave radiation, which is non-ionising. It can't damage cells unless concentrated, like in a microwave oven, where it'll heat water molecules instead.
