@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

Month and half to fit fiber at my home and was told I would hear back from the complaints team within 30 days to deal with my complaint and still I haven't heard anything. Really disappointed with the service I have been getting over the phone. @EE

@ee your app is absolutely useless. Been trying to set up WiFi controls for months now. All it does is connect to my WiFi and then does nothing. Just says settings are already saved and to connect to WiFi from my settings. Never sets up WiFi controls. Can't use parents controls.

@EE I called this number. They told me that EE are experiencing issues with the app at the moment but the tech team are looking into it. It’s been well over a week of this now. Any idea when this will be sorted?
