@EE this is disgusting. The increase this year will be 14.4 % (CPI 10.5% + 3.9%) and we’ll contact all customers, via email or SMS, well ahead of any price changes, clearly stating what this will mean to each customer. These price changes take effect on or after the 31 3 2023.

@AFamilyUK @EE @EE I called you guys this morning and no solution was provided except paying what I can and owing collection services. I suggested reducing my allowance, but that was declined. I’m on a 125GB allowance but only use about 30GB average, why could a reduction not be accepted?

@EE i would like to also use my ee app or web service but that wont let me log in after many call and password resets ect. quick to take the money at ee
