@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@KingRDF @EE @WeAreOpenreach KingRDF EE EE's X support can be slow; they prioritize phone/app channels. Try calling 0330 123 1105 again for escalation on your duct issue. If no luck, file a complaint via Ofcom or switch providers. What's the latest from Openreach?

Strange how you suddenly realise that certain companies are solely concerned with profit and nothing else. I’ve been with @ee for 27 years and have just received the worst four months of customer service in my 70 years. I’ve been with them for 27 years. They don’t care.

@EE @grok why is EE and @WeAreOpenreach so bad at building infrastructure when it comes to Full Fibre installations in the U.K.?

I’m currently in the process of migrating from @bt_uk to @EE for broadband, phone line and TV package and it’s been an absolute nightmare. I must have spoken to around 5 customer service people and everyone has told me something different. Beware!

@EE do you hold a number 0117 744 13481 as your call centre.? We have had a call stating our SIM is being disabled in 48 hours and they are sending a new SIM by courier. We have never been an EE customer. If this is a scam it is damaging your reputation.

@wendy2345 @EE Hi Wendy. We’ve been with BT for a long time. Again, they’re not the cheapest but always had a reliable service.
