@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Phoned customer services earlier and eventually spoke to someone. While she was finding prices for me she either disconnected or list connection. Had loads of texts since but still not what I need.

@EE now on third phonecall having been cut off each time. All my husband wants is the VAT info from his bill for his accountant. How can something be SO difficult?? Law changed so you don't have to supply it, so you don't? But your customers want it? WTF?
