@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE any chance you might stop making 'essential improvements' in the Poole area soon? According to the messages you send you've spent 31(!)days since May doing this. Wiping out my signal. You must have improved things by now surely?

@EE Unfortunately still the same issue - rebooted twice. EE seems to have blocked the ability to turn 4G off in Pixel 6 settings. When it does go to 3G (rarely), data works

@EE so pay you for a phone dpd don’t deliver it now it’s our problem to get the phone back how when they say return to EE I need that phone tomorrow and you have taken money. Going to take legal advice then. Never known to pay for something not get it and now I have to find it
