@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@MarkDampier @simonnread @EE I can think of no other industry where you can sign up for a 2 year deal in January or February then be handed a 14% price increase in April, without having the option to terminate your contract

@EE I have barely been able to use my phone for hours and everyone in my house (3 contracts) is the same, plus I’ve seen lots of people tweeting about it but see nothing on your socials and website says good service?

@EE Unable to make outbound calls, ML4 1NX is there an outage or network issue ?? Tried calling CC from alternate network but call disconnected due to high call volume !
