@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@claranetsoho I wrote to you last week, spoke to Dave on Monday and was told Richard Young would ring me on Monday but no, Tuesday - no am now trying to talk to ANYONE and just get a messaging service - I have been a customer for 13 years.. @EE is looking like a better bet.

@MrMatt_Robinson 5G is rubbish too. It was so exciting covering it as a journo (a decade!) back in 2013. 'It'll solve all our coverage/capacity problems.' All the mobile spectrum @EE is reported as buying. I couldn't get a webpage switching between 5G and CrossCountry's Wi-Fi for 30 mins. Mad.
