@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Hi @EE can you help? My mobile phone bill is nearly £7 more than it should be with the 20% perk discount and I can’t see why it’s gone up so much? Help would be appreciated x

@RealMattLucas @EE I agree it could be fraud. Raise a complaint to EE and contact action fraud to log it also. Stay in touch with EE at least once every 28 days and if its not resolved after 8 weeks, complain to the communications ombudsman 🙃
