@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Count on EE? 🤔🤔 Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service 😠

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE Well you said you’d help. You didn’t. Now transferred our mobiles to Vodafone. Broadband will follow. This morning spent 1/1.2 hours on phone to @EE and chat trying (failing) to get a PAC code (1st one failed). Complaint raised. Very unimpressive. Been with EE a long time.

@kiki_delivers_2 @EE When the translink app crashes, I always had to quit & reinstall it, but when trying to board a bus or train etc it is time sensitive. meant I either had to pay twice or miss that service while the app loaded. Often missing the service cus I didn't have cash for it (tech days)

Yet more fiasco with @ee turns out you think that consumer law doesn’t apply to you. Wouldn’t replace a broken product even though @Apple said it was through no fault of my own. It’s less than two years old. Been a customer for 10 years. Not for much longer.

@EE I’ve just got my new sim after moving 2days ago from Virgin and have never got internet on my new Sim. This is crazy
