@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE I can’t get internet signal at my office & use my phone to hotspot for the internet as I’m not there very often. It worked absolutely fine previously. The mast is about 50 yards from the office door so can’t understand why it’s so bad now. Is there a problem? Postcode G31 3AD

@EE So in general terms when the agreement I am in with EE that says I will get a minimum speed, you can't answer what happens when you EE constantly fail that guarantee? Can I exit EE or do you compensate or not give a ****?

@EE do your chat agents not know how to read simple english? Been transferred 4 times to another advisor and 1.30mins in. Still they cannot help!
