@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@Berrilic1ous @EE Im not even on a contract phone tho , like its pay as you go and they have no reason to keep messing me around , my number has already been switched to VOXI , but due to the lock I've not been able to use it yet but im paying for it , like , I thought EE would have better support

@EE Hi I'm in a bit of a situation in regards to a contract around 5 years ago. The phone i had was stolen, and due to circumstances at the time of my son being born prematurely, at 2"13 ounces, And moving address contact was lost. Can someone please contact me to help.

@_Cerys__ @EE Yeah I had to go out the hard way and just buy myself out because they were refusing to honour the contract. Ever since then I've been with 3 and haven't looked back. Hope it clears up for you because it sounds horrible
