@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@DpawsonGas @ThreeUK @EE I have to say generally I’ve found EE pretty good and sending data between my phone and iPad is easy and decent. That said their network seems to be a lot more chuggy nowadays, they used to smash Three everywhere me and the wife went. Not the case anymore….

@EE @JakePlaskitt Give your SIM a wipe? I cannot believe EE sugested that. Thousands if not millions of your customers are having mobile network issues at this moment

@mouthwaite @EE Been with @tescomobile for 11 years. Never had an issue with any customer service in shop or by phone. Never had signal problems either
