Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

Well Iβm stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isnβt working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception

You get stuck in a queue for thirty minutes, it's just ridiculous. My message to every service company is PLEASE sort your call centres out and employ more people.
