@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@EE Very very annoyed! I’m in a foreign country trying to unlock my phone which isn’t working even after the 24 hours. Call your customer service at my expense - because you charge £2/min - and get hung up on after 20 minutes.

Well I have had enough of @EE their incompetence & their fobbing off to customers. Looks like a new year new broadband & mobile company as never been so dissatisfied with a company lying & making excuses in my life They pride themselves on great "customer services" not this time

@EE. Latest update is that reporting no service in Sheffield to @EE, my complaint cannot be processed as I have failed the security check. Ironically because EE could not send the security pin to my phone as there is NO COVERAGE! @Ofcom
