  @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

  @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

  @EE Hello? Anyone,? I got kids trying to study for a levels and I work remote. Annoyingly useless. Never an issue over ten years with BT here. Seems you take over and just continual issues. Just sort it out I don't want to call anyone just FIX THE ISSUE

  @EE It's impossible on the iPhone. As soon you as you swap out of the login process, it is gone. No, I was in an area without mobile signal and I was trying to reach a relative. I am replicating this again at home, this is the last page I can see, out of here it starts from scratch:

  @EE is there an ongoing signal problem? I've got 'emergency calls only' showing on my phone. I have restarted my phone and toggled airplane mode on and off.
