Have been sent a new sim, sent to store and now back to support, who say I need to get a new contract for 5G (upgraded phone, but only getting 4G) on @ee. Offered a new 24 month contract at 3x price I am on now (sim only). Yikes! What an epic waste of time too.

@DPDgroup_news @EE My real problem here is with EE who are proving difficult to contact, but I do notice on the DPD website now my parcel is being returned to EE? It's all very frustrating that it was tantalizingly close but I appreciate it is mainly an issue for me to resolve with EE.

@EE thanks for the speculative call from your customer care team 02039877701. Being told you'll keep calling me until I tell you who my current provider is and ignoring my request to delete my details details was... interesting??
