@EE This is not a one off issue, this has been an ongoing issue for years. It’s an absolute black spot, although you claim ‘excellent coverage indoors and outdoors’ - I can’t even complete a basis speed test of internet as there is nothing there!

One whole week after I wasted another hour on the phone to @ee about my complaint, how many of the things they promised have happened? Absolutely none... No phone call on Monday, no follow up, nothing. Not. One. Thing Absolutely disgraceful 😡

@EE they told me on the phone that I had unlimited data and now they tell me my data has run out , IS IT UNLIMITED or NOT? I ring up customer servers and any option to speak to someone leads to an automatic disconnect, what nonsense!!

@fenlandposh @EE @Microsoft I've been with EE for my mobile for nearly 20 years with no problem, went with them for the landline and broadband recently, had a few teething problems initially but it eventually settled down
