@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@EE You also said I’d get my iPhone 13 pro max on launch day and still nothing, you have also given lots of people £50, you keep telling me to rtn my old phone or pay £600+. Can’t i@shine how bad the other networks must be!

@EE seriously how hard is it to upgrade? App useless, online chat not working. I have been a customer over 20yrs and I'm being offered a new deal £15 more than I currently pay? No nice extras. Is there no customer loyalty?
