@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

Just want to express my gratitude to Charlene of @EE who provided exceptional customer service today. After a very frustrating 2 hours on your online chat, she sorted it in minutes. She needs to be training her wider colleagues on how to assist customers. Other 3 weren't good!

@GooglePlay can you please help me with an account hack and charges to @bladeandsoul, as the charges were classed as entertainment there is no correlation ID to complete the online form. @EE want to charge me £238 which someone in Korea spent!!
