@MarcAllera @Qualcomm_EU @EE Within 10 minutes of being with EE I’ve realised how appalling your service is. 15 minutes on hold twice and still nobody can answer the phone. Beyond a joke!!

@EE The details may be so but that does not change that I haven’t been able to use my phone out of the house for nearly two weeks. You got yourself into this mess by putting a mast somewhere that can’t be accessed safely, not something a customer should be burdened with for weeks.

Hey @EE your flaky website took my money for topping up data on my 4GEE mini Wi-Fi router, then crashed (again) You’ve taken my money and I’ve got no data Wud like some customer service please and maybe even some data for my money
