@lifeofpoppabear @EE @lifeofpoppabear I left EE for this very reason! Appalling service and even in the shop they were lacking massively on any sort of customer service. Was with them back when it was tmobile up until about 2 years ago! Very sad as they used to be brill!

@EE @urban_teacher @UKBlackTech Avoid EE at all costs worst service I've ever experienced and I don't just mean from a phone company I mean ever they are terrible would never consider EE for any product, if they did a 1 penny contract I wouldn't take them up on it

I think the @EE website is a good example of "design by KPI". Circular user journeys and broken functionality (I've been trying to upgrade 3 of my 5 family accounts to another SIM only tariff for 4 weeks). I might have to call them *shudder*

@EE I have been a customer with you for nearly 4 years, most recently we’ve had problems with our fibre broadband. We spoke to EE who told us that there’s nothing wrong their end.. which doesn’t solve our problems. I will have to pay an early cancellation fee of £82! Continued…

Hey @EE what's going on in the IV558ZA area?! The last couple of days poor speed from home broadband. Got a text this morning that there's a problem but an hour later it was fixed. But tonight i can hardly stream to my chromecast.🙄

@EE I'm in Germany atm on a pay monthly sim and can only get "E" at best for mobile data. Any ideas how I can get this to work as it's really causing problems, not having access to the internet outwith my hotel, whose wifi is atrocious. Thanks.
