OMG Beardd (@OMGBeardd) reported@MMKUK1 @Ofcom @EE Take the issue back to EE and not waste your time with a social media worker for Ofcom. Escalate through the correct channels and take it to the ombudsman if you need to. They will review the issue and demand a resolution from EE if they feel EE haven't been fair.

Kay Griffiths (@kayleighnikita) reported@STEVEOLUCKY7 @EE They told me it’s been fixed but I still have no signal 🙄 my contact is up for renewal soon so I might look at other networks.

Yokenthwaite (@BayXXIV) reported@EE Can you please fix your service that I pay you to provide by contract. I have gone through all of your different avenues and no one can provide me with an answer as to what the fault is. The connection is spotty at best and drops out fully roughly every hour.

DftguyUK (@BigGayDanxx) reported@EE spent ages on the phone with auto customer services. For it to end with you must text for this service and they ended the call. I do the text thing and get a response "we cant match your details to an account" So yeah.....useful service. WiFi signals been awful for days!

Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reportedIf any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
-
Dave (@UK_DC_One) reported@Ofcom A good start Need to make it so everyone can exit a contract if either service being paid for is not up to standard, or after 6 months if not happy can switch at no cost, or added to a contract based on information provided by an agent (@EE did this to me back in December, and now im locked into a phone contract that is not what I was told I was supposed to be paying). It's time these companies are punished for ripping off the British people
