@Lego_Scientist @EE @O2 I really rate EE though. Such good service, so friendly, so helpful. And I really need their smart WiFi where I live now. Although I'm talking about broadband and SIM only, no phone contract.

I live in one of those neighbourhoods where theres never been any social housing but property is cheap enough for lower income families. Subsequently services are suboptimal and I am currently without mobile network @EE , wifi most evenings @virginmedia and inaccessible buses

@EE issues with our service. Or prob user error on our phones we need help with and I can’t get hold of ee. Our account we spend a fortune on but ee not there when you need them.

Disgusted in @EE for overcharging me at total of £260. No one wants to solve anything, they just pass you from advisor to advisor; how lame. Customer service said that they'd call me back and never did. Will be switching ASAP. @EE

Wow! Stunned that after 16 years of being a customer of theirs, @EE can't find me a deal that makes me want to stay with them! @O2 can offer more data, 5G and EU roaming for £5 a month less....

@iD_Mobile_UK HELP! In Les Arcs…unlimited data with you Worked okay until a day or so ago….now really struggling. Typing this off wife’s @EE roaming. What is going on? App tells me I have used 138MB! HELP!

@RosemaryJDyson @EE @O2 yeah. I told them what o2 could offer me (and I have since seen better deals advertised by another network) and they could drop my plan by £2.50 a month to lose data, which still came in as more expensive as the other network.....
