    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    Slightly disappointed that @Plusnet signal isn’t as good as @EE - swapping between sims two bars on EE zero on PlusNet, is this due to you not accessing full range of frequency? Sent you a DM to cancel within 14 day cooling off period.

    @EE You cannot help as it’s been proven to me over 5 times now, 5 different people attempting to resolve the situation and of course actually getting to no resolution at all. I’m completely unhappy in my contract but will wait until the day I can completely cancel it & won’t return.

    Dear @EE, my relative's EE landline has not been working today. There's been a technician on the telegraph post in the street. I've tried ringing support but I think it closed at 9pm. Can you advise on how we resolve this as soon as possible please.

    @Trevski_LFC @EE Oh! I don't remember adding anyone - I think it was automatic so you might need to give them a call (I phoned a few weeks ago as app was down and son needed data urgently and they were really quick and helpful).

    @EE from the 7th May I’ve had nothing but signal problem and no compensation at all over it sometimes ask why I pay my monthly bill when you don’t keep your side of the contract

    Never received such poor customer service as I have from @EE this week. Taken 2 days for them to block a stolen phone, none of their agents seem to care or be trained in what they can and can’t do. That’s just to name a few issues, absolutely shocking! #EE #CustomerService
