  @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

  @EE No point really. It’ll be fixed when it’s fixed, and then it’ll be countdown to the next issue. I’m not going to regurgitate the same old comments, but after nearly 20 years of zero improvements to the signal in all my area, and excessive annual tariff increases, I’ve had enough.

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @EE you fixed it and withing serval hours its down again EE are a disgrace I want my contract termianted for breach of contract people please dont sign up to EE they lie to you and blame people and just want your money for a **** service
