@EE is there a problem with the network? I have unlimited data but everything’s saying I’m offline when I try and access the internet/apps using 4G. My wifi isn’t reliable so I do need to be able to use my data

@EE hi EE - I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro 256gb black to be delivered to store. But I’ve not had a single message on it, no delivery number and if I put my order number in to site, it just says it can’t provide more information at this time. Can you help me?

Anyone ordering iPhone 14 PM with @EE , expect to not receive your handset on launch. Too many back orders but no contact from customer service. I’ve had to chase them today to now find out it will be 21 days. Not sure this is the experience @Apple want. Time to go to @O2

Trying to watch Severence on #AppleTVPlus and have to say, probably won't watch anything else on the platform. Great show, but keeps fading in and out of HD, and pausing/slow. A shame, as Netflix, Prime, Disney+ all ok on a great @EE connection.

@zoelondondj Zoe. Plz leave three. I was with them for 8 years so I always chalked up all my issues to the iPhone but god three is just SO AWFUL. Full bars but can’t load a google page. In London. All the time. Constantly not loading. Switched to @EE and god it’s all so fast and STABLE
