    @EE switched providers to you recently. You’ve had the PAC code and were promised that the old mobile number would be transferred across last Friday. This hasn’t happened....please can you help?

    @EE who do I contact about my sercice suddenly becoming awful and no reception in my house, ever since I upgraded to a new handset 5 months ago? My fiancé also upgraded 2 months ago and his reception is still fine. I can no longer make or take calls in my house :(

    @EE Hello, having trouble with my broadband. Have phoned and awaiting a phone call back, but it is very frustrating. I am WFH as a teacher, trying to do live lessons and have them cutting out. It makes me look very unprofessional and is putting the children's education back.
