    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE why is your App deliberately difficult to find what you are looking for? I signed up for TNT sport through EE and want to cancel it. Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.

    @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

    @EE having issues speaking to one of your stores that have mis-sold a phone and being redirected to your main contact number who are pushing me back to store so in lovely loop of not getting matter resolved.

    @EE IT SEEMS THAT YOU AREN'T WILLING TO HELP EITHER... I CANNOT TEXT BECAUSE THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY TOP UP SERVICE... YET YOU HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO THE SUM OF Β£19.60... AND STILL NO MONEY IN MY MOBILE... I'VE SPENT ALMOST ALL DAY WITH TESCO MOBILE WHO WILL NOT ?!

    @EE ... Could someone from EEtop up card please contact me... I tried to top up my phone because @tescomobile are unable to help me topping up my mobile on their app... so I topped up using EE... they took Β£19.60 from my bank account but have failed to top up my phone... I would

    @EE @nickduval Not everyone has either of these, so what you are basically saying is we don’t want you, I suggest they go elsewhere where there is better customer service.

    @EE can you kindly explain to me after 25 years of being a loyal customer the best you can offer me for a new IPhone 17 all in is Β£72 a month when O2 can give it to me for far less. I think you need to review this !
