  @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not yours. Same to see why we've raised your charges.   @EE Please can you help. I’ve just landed in Tenerife, I cannot get any service all I have is the aeroplane sign and SOS message. I can’t log on to the app because it wants me to verify my account by sending a text to my phone which I’m unable to receive text messages.
