    @EE why is my phone saying no signal everywhere I go! I’ve had no service, in the shops, at work, home. I haven’t had a problem before this, but the last week has been ridiculous! Why the hell am I paying a £60 contract, when I can’t even use my phone out and about? 🙄😡😤😫🤯

    @utdelites @EE They’re overpriced because they have the best coverage/speeds in the country to the point the second best is closer to the worst than they are to EE Despite this it’s still hard to justify their extortionate prices during a cost of living crisis

    @EE No tracking info was provided also -I spoke to customer service today who mentioned that it could be up at 28 days for delivery, smh which I wasn't told on the 12th of Sept when I made the order. I was mislead and was told I would receive it on launch day 16th sept! not happy!!

    @EE Hello, I gave my PAC code today to transfer my number to my new network. But I haven't had any confirmation from you that my contract will end tomorrow and not continue so I'm worried that I will be charged for another month despite my PAC code been used today.

    @EE Hello I ordered a new iPad on Sunday and was said that I’ll receive it on Tuesday due to the queen funeral on Monday but I haven’t received an email or text from DPD or ee saying it’s been dispatched only a confirmation email saying ee has received my order Any help ?
