@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@EE I can't say I'm impressed with your service since swapping over. Been waiting for an engineer for a month to fix a fault present since install. Engineers keep driving off saying they can't get parking. Do people in London not deserve to get an engineer? It's a joke.

@EE how do I speak to someone in payment support id like to make a complaint ive been passed around this morning and nobody seems to know what they're doing and my call was disconnected from EEs end..

Stay well clear of @EE if you work or live round Walsall area, still struggle with calls, signal, data…ring them and they said 0.5mbps on 5g is ok coverage and still charge you £100 a month..poor customer service to go with the terrible network service
