    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @botbusta999 @virginmedia @EE when you join EE for their "internet", you'll be complaining you're being scammed, fact is aside from Virgin, noone can come close to the speeds they provide. Dont get me wrong, im not praising Virgin, their customer service is AIDS

    @gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

    @EE are useless honestly, they mail over the broadband kit to manually set up, you plug it all in and then it just flashes orange continuously. Awful service.

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE
