@EE hi guys, are you having issues with your webchat? I’ve been connected for 20 minutes waiting for an agent, and every few minutes I get an error at the top saying “connection unavailable”, then it goes to “connection re-established” but an agent has yet to join the chat

@EE Ok, I will let her know although I'm rather confused as to what there is to discuss as EE have already supplied her with a signal booster because the reception in her area was so poor she couldn't get a signal and now that the boosters have been disabled she again has no signal.

@EE Thanks Jenny have registered now. The signal used to be really good but there seems to be more and more periods of it being pants. Hopefully the work will be completed soon and back to the great service we used to receive

@EE @ofgem Phone traded in, received confirmation on 29/4.Yet after 3rd discussion, still not getting discount. Same process - emails and complaint calls. Isn’t this tantamount to theft of property if you haven’t paid me for it? #poorservice #loyaltydoesntpay #wheresmyproperty
