    @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

    @EE I called the number but because it was shipped with DPD it’s no longer your problem? Is that right? DPD don’t respond. Insane.

    @EE why are you so hard to get hold off? Always seems to be an issue logging in or with your systems. Supposed to have a router delivered today but can’t see what’s happening with it, been stuck in all day and I’m going greyer by the minute! Any chance if an update

    @justnvc @EE I had a similar experience with the house my ex bought. The house had been rented 2 years before the date of purchase, but they never shut down their service. We could have moved in and they would be paying for our electricity bills as we had no way to contact them !

    @EE What's going on? I have been trying since about 2pm to talk to someone to change my phone contract. Being consistently told there's a problem with the system. So no-one can help at this time. Not acceptable at all. Can someone explain what's happening please?

    @EE Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered, been led on for 2 weeks, had complaints closed without contacting me - different agents saying different things, including mis-information. Please advise your contact details for complaints, telephone, not 'email'

    @EE i cant get into the app to check the service (fibre to prem) quality in my area which appears to have taken a massive download hit today whats going on, and can you put this checking service into the public domain and not buried behind an account service which is failing

    @MisterCow @EE They're switching off half the network, it's not fit for purpose. 3rd mast down in my area in London. No 5g in the south west today. Seems it's offline
