@EE Hi! EE I wanted to say how very elaborate the add with the guy being shaved from a distance. But I don't think you'd pull it off in my location YO25 4AS why don't you come & try? You get Kev Bacon here & tell the truth. It just doesn't work here Ha!

@RobertoAdamson @EE You would think they would be ready for this. The first guy told me it can only be done via the app, or website (it can’t). He just wasn’t sure which! The second guy was literally on another planet 🪐 @EE which department can help me with this?

@EE please help. My bro signed up in Sep for deal £12 pm SIM for 24 mths. Was told 1st payment wd be £17, which wd be refunded. Just got Oct bill & £17 taken out! He has 10yr old phone & just pays SIM. Please help.

@EE are horrific and do not care about their customers one little bit! Customer service is shocking - non existent in fact!! Clearly don’t give a **** about helping their loyal customers - they’d rather lose them altogether than help add another product!!
