  @EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

  @EE And that is useless too. Told it I want to pay my bill, it took me to the sign in page then took me right back to the chat with a message saying "You cannot type right now". Get your act together ffs, this is ridiculous.

  @EE awful service… 12 days no broadband… over 8 hours on calls to resolve… hub does not work… can’t speak to anyone with capability .. and now their own tech is down… trying to leave but they can’t get in to accounts … worst service… does @kevinbacon know who he represents

  @EE How can I cancel my contract before 2 years? I thought EE would be better than 3..but I have problems with phone as well as 4g WiFi 😕🙄😞
