@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@EE No, because each time I have in the past nothing has changed. I think its time you came clean to all customers who live outside of the main cities and towns. The service we receive is poor. Daily messages telling us the signal is going to bad make little difference

Hey, @EE, I was wondering whether it's possible to change my SIM only contract to a cheaper plan and still be able to use the same data add ons that are available now. I tried looking on my MyEE account but couldn't find anything of use. Any help would be great, Thanks

@EE @Brentwood_BC When is the lack of phone signal going to be sorted in the Kings Road Brentwood CM14, near the station?? Its been going on for far too long now!! how can u take down a mask on a building being built & not work out where it should be instead, lack of planning!
