@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

If Sky mobile is ran by @O2 then they need a new provider because damn, there data is shite!!!!! Shouldn’t take up to five minutes to download an app on 4G, yet my wife who’s on @EE can download an app within seconds!!!

@EE I am with ee and in Glasgow and God help O2 is EE is 6x faster. My signal is poor unless right in city centre. Have to use wi-fi calling in my home and Vodafone is much quicker everywhere I go in Glasgow.

Shout out to @EE customer service - super helpful, polar opposite of @Virgin . #virginbroadband still down, told it was fixed, it isn't. No engineer until Tuesday afternoon which means nearly 36 hour outage. Exactly as awful as reputation suggests.

@England @EE, During the Euro’s my son was on a Lions Den YouTube show and @JHenderson won him a prize to be entered into a draw for 2 VIP England tickets vs Andorra which we won. Since then no one has been in contact or is responding to emails. Can anyone help us with this?

@EE Trying to log into EE perks to get a discount code for NHS. They couldn’t get us on the site in store and told us to try at home. Still won’t work. What do we have to do next? Guessing it’s a website issue.
