    @EE @EE further to this, I asked your complaints team to cancel the upgrade on my son's account - I do not want to be stuck on a new 24 mo contract so I can consider my options. They said they'd do it; then I received an email saying I had to go to the store; then the store refused.

    @EE still waiting for the extender hub to resolved. Don’t say call customer services on 150, it doesn’t provide anything other than a rubbish text message service using a BOT.

    @EE I purchased a tv from you it’s turned up broken how do I speak to someone about this ? I’m not a member I just brought it outright tried the website and the +44 330 123 1105 number but no correct options

    @rorysutherland HS1/eurotunnel is a particular embarrassment. @EE were contracted to provide signal (perhaps just tunnels?) and yet there’s ~none

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @EE @ee I do have an appointment for tomorrow but I’m pretty sure it’s a bigger issue. Have you got any sort of update as I’m also getting slower internet speeds on my iPhone 17 pro max using mobile data

    Bad rip u lot @EE so it lets me buy the pack for less value but when u try get the better one it just gliches and wat happend to the 5£ pack u punks im leaving anyway
