@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@EE I doubt it, spoken to a manager and all they have done is patronise me and talk down to me, I’m just looking to leave the network now, worst customer service I’ve ever received
