@EE Just had the bluntest "we're charging you ~£10/month" email from you. For the record, how much does it cost to cancel mid-contract? The prices you're charging aren't fair value or sustainable. I've seen how you try to justify it to other customers. Not interested.

@munchl4xx @EE I know right!! That’s why Stu switched, and I’ll be dropping my contract as soon as I can. Bet prices won’t go down when inflation goes down

@EE I took my contract out in September 2021, there certainly wasn’t a clause for a 16% increase with 3 weeks notice. Maybe a slight increase but 16% is absolute day light robbery. Maybe if your network actually worked efficiently then it would be less insulting.

@EE So I get a text saying about price increase that’s based on inflation so you ‘can continue to run.’ But based on profit for the last couple of years that’s a load of ****. Definitely time to look elsewhere for my phone provider

So I joined @EE in 1 March. A monthly contract of £101. 7 days later they email to inform me my bill will increase to £115.54 on 31 March. 14.4% increase. Nice way to welcome a new customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

@ee putting my phone bill up by £12 a month is outrageous! I already pay £89, bet as soon as prices come down you won’t be putting them back down, money robbing!! 😡😡

Lovely message from @EE this morning, due to inflation we are putting your bill up £8.24 great way to treat your customer of 14 years guess who I won’t be renewing with ever again

@EE @RFC_RhinoRyan I have never had as many Txts telling me a problem with the network in my area, doesn’t look like my increase is being used near me ! 👋EE
