@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@EE I've placed an upgrade order with you Friday. I was asked to call you on Saturday as there was an issue with the order, and was assured that the insurance I requested was added. I've now started getting the new contract texts and both that and MyEE show no cover? Help please.

@EE Don't join or shop with EE. EE added my name and address on contract without taking my consent and requesting payment. EE can't provide copy of contract they pretended I signed. Customer service is not aware of anything Fraud team is not investigating and not providing feedback

Then encouraged by @EE to raise case with ombudsman. No referral letter sent by @EE as promised for ombudsman and still unwilling to offer any resolution / compensation for not only the incorrect charges but continually charging me after I asked for device to be removed from 2/3
