𝓐𝓷𝓭𝔂 𝓛𝓮𝓼𝓵𝓲𝓮 (@AndrewJLeslie) reported from City of London, England@EE Hallo EE Customer Support. I'm coming up to renewal on my sim-only plan. I use phones that don't support 5G. However, all your plans quote xGB "5G Data". What does this mean for 4G customers?
-
Jack (@jckmlt) reported@EE Any reason why my 4GEE mobile router has gone to crap overnight? Same place, same location.... now pages don't load for a strong minute or 2, well except the EE pages of course, fast as lightning on those???
-
Alex (@alexblaggerz) reported@EE do you have any updates with the signal issue in Brentwood? The community page regarding this hasn't been updated since 7 March and a message says its been archived?
-
James Cooray Smith (@cooraysmith) reportedI have, for reasons I won’t trouble you with, spent all morning in the @EE shop outside Fulham Broadway tube, and frankly the people who work there are heroes. So much of what they do is a kind of pastoral care to octogenarians befuddled by technology. Give them all a pay rise.

Jennifer Atkins (she/her) 🏳️🌈 (@JenniferEAtkins) reported@EE Hi Crystal. Thanks for your message; luckily, full service had resumed by the time I woke up. I would try the text service but I don't have a landline number.
-
Lily (@kaptinhansum) reported@EE hi! I'm visiting NYC from the UK with a Roam Further pass but it hasn't seemed to kick in yet with multiple reboots. How long does it take to start? I'm currently reliant on WiFi and have no data or service so can't call the helpline!
-
Nicola Lang (@rural_buddha) reported@EE no data service yesterday or today in Totnes area. When will this be fixed?
-
🍸Roz 🍾 (@rmills461) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, EnglandTwitterverse hit me with network recommendations seeing as @EE upgrade options are something **** Turpin would be proud of! When I mentioned going elsewhere they pretty much said bye then! Obviously loyalty means nothing! #asktwitter #ripoff

Michelle jackson (@michelle672jack) reported@EE Yes never had any issues before - always just log into the app and see all 3 devices…

ARImages (@HammyPics) reported@EE please don’t ask people reporting service outages or signal issues to follow up by DM. You could save a lot of time by responding publicly so that we could all then see what is going on without a separate set of messages that also end in a request for a DM to sort.
