Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

I was just wondering, is there anyone out there that is actually satisfied with their @EE 4G broadband? I think there’s more chance of meeting an amoeba on Saturn than finding a satisfied customer. £55 per month for a such dreadful service is just daylight robbery. Utter manure.

@Ofcom Hi, so I managed to navigate to the page I think the broken link was guiding me to. Basically, @EE won't terminate the contract without charge. They're insisting that the whole contract be paid up - over £1000.. That's not a realistic option. What would the next step be?
