Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE SERVICE is atrocious in our area. Every week, we receive texts there is a problem in your area. Tv buffers, phone calls in and out are terrible. You surely can't expect customers to pay for a service you can't provide!!

@EE Your network is down in Gloucester (GL13LE) but wider than just one local mast as I've walked a few miles and problem remains. Shows as having signal and 4G but no throughput, ping is sky high and bandwidth near 0, not enough to SSL handshake or open any websites/apps.

@EE Hi Ashleigh,I accept I may have used unacceptable language & of course I will delete it & apologize! All I want is a new Password as it felt like I had been constantly ignored for the last 2 days,tho I recognize also that you are busy too. I won't bother with the complaint 1/2

@EE Hi, I'm looking at mobile broadband. I like the idea of being able to take it with me and would be easier to do this as I'm moving in the next 6 months. My only issue is that I'm not sure that it is suitable for my requirements and wondered if there was a way to trial this?
