Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

I don't get a great signal with @EE but I stay with them because their service is great and this is the exception rather than the rule now. #CustomerServiceIsParamount

@EE just got full fibre max connected - EE home app Wi-Fi signal can’t find a Wi-Fi connection despite my phone being connected to Wi-Fi & download speed is less than half what I’m meant to get - not an ideal start.
