  @EE I got a new SIM card for my works phone since my old SIM expired, but to set the new one up, I need to receive a code by text but neither cards work so I can't receive the text with the pin! The same thing is happening with my colleague. Please help

  @SkyHelpTeam I'm abroad, you charge £2 a day for some passport to "roam". Apparently there's a cap on spend on my account & you can't activate said passport, how am I meant to use my phone? Partner is with @EE and he has had none of these problems. Help.

  @EE Yes it won't pop up to let you type, had to go to Nottingham City Centre earlier asked in 2 Branches there and no one had a clue, one shop had so called Samsung Experts but could not help

  @EE I’m in the US at the moment. I paid to terminate my Pay Monthly contract. My number is now inactive but I was hoping to keep it as a PAYG. Is there a way I can get my number back? I can’t call 150 & the chat option doesn’t come up for me.
