Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE placed order for Apple Watch 8 38 minutes after pre-orders opened last Friday. No updates on delivery for today. Spoken to CS and they are now telling me it could be another 3 weeks and can’t explain properly why I’ve not got it today. Poor communication and response.

@EE I called tech support but the agent refused to help because I couldn’t answer correctly how much my last TopUp was. I managed three SIMs and don’t know which amt was for which sim. He hung up on me.

@Dcunliffe98 @EE I just got off the phone with them - surprise surprise there is a delay with the Pro Max models - delay could be up to 28 days. It's an absolute shambles but the supply chain issue is with Apple not EE.
