Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE yet again there's a network issue. 😔 I can't call anyone one, can't text anyone, WiFi calling is bad.. As I keep stating I need my phone to be free of this bad network issue. I have an important phone call today. Please compensate me

@EE is there any mast problems around SE10. Network dropping out constantly. GRPS internet sporadically. Can’t make calls.
