Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE We are very executed.. only issue.. the confirmation email came through and it hasn’t taken the 20% nhs discount off! I double checked the monthly cost twice.. the price on the confirmation is before the 20%!!!!

I’m still waiting for my new sim to activate @EE. Currently here with no signal or access to calls/texts from either one of my phones as I’ve just had an upgrade, yet the website says my new sim has been activated?
