    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE @Veronica_Ameri Wifi calling hasn't been working for hours, can't stay connected. WiFi calling is the only option for me to be contacted or to contact anyone as I live in postcode that doesn't have any signal at all, BUT now it's not working

    @EE what is the issue with your service today? I'm in Canada and having to resort to wifi at restaurants just to get around the city. Additionally I missed a bus thanks to not being able to show a mobile ticket. £78 I am paying you a month!

    @EE I’m not sure if it’s back up and running but I can only get 3G service, which isn’t even letting me access the internet!

    @SeanQui95970135 @grshorwich @EE A proportion of my monthly bill, mine is £108 for one handset. Available on other networks for £48. I pay a premium for a significantly larger network of masts and support. That’s the problem. They’ve gone silent.

    @EE Can you give any indication please? Your ‘keep me posted’ is not working either? Faults happen, keeping people updated softens the problem!

    @ElonMusgraves @EE Yes it's been on and if for last 3 months losing signal Been with EE for 27 years had enough of it🙆
