Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE now received texts obviously meant for some drug dealing customer of yours!! Data breach but no one at EE cares or is interested!! 8 days and counting no phone line and no call back from management! Agent hung up on me at 7.45 rather than trying to help!!

  • DJReadman Paul Readman (@DJReadman) reported

@seafordroly @EE @MobileUK_News It comes down to how good your general signal is. A 5g signal will not improve anything it just makes your existing signal faster.

  • rachypetalface Rachel Howells (@rachypetalface) reported

@EE Followed all the troubleshooting. The issues have been with signal jot the router.

  • Michael56069166 Michael W (@Michael56069166) reported

@VModifiedMind @EE I have multiple gigabit switches, but I don't want to add a switch and a mains socket when I have a solution that works right now. Also space on wall in cupboard for a second device. Its the hassle, not the price. For a home network I want things simple and neat.

  • danzlakeman Dan Lakeman (@danzlakeman) reported

@EE hi guys. I have one of your 4G home Wi-Fi boxes, and when I got it, it was ish okay (didn’t give very good signal), but the last 6-8 weeks, it’s gotten so bad that it freezes every 2 minutes into what I’m watching and makes the picture quality awful. What can I do about it?

  • simeydotme simey (@simeydotme) reported

@HipsterDufus_ @EE What happened? When I left UK EE was the only reliable network?!

  • theitsmpros Will Johnson (@theitsmpros) reported

@princess_j86 @EE Go inbox this tech guy @Orgleking_tech on Twitter, he is fast and Accurate in retrieving account, he recovered my account when I got issue and support services aren't responding within 30 minutes..

  • _JHeath Jamie Heath (@_JHeath) reported

Hi @EE my broadband indoors is so bad I’m just wondering if I could maybe go back to plugging the phone cable in and using dial up?

  • BarrieHatrick Professor Barrie Hatrick (@BarrieHatrick) reported

@EE @MobileUK_News Got 5g here but it’s sketchy, sometimes lightning quick, sometimes slow and erratic.
