Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE I live less than 5 miles away from an EE transmission centre and your signal still sucks. Same applies to all other mobile signals

@EE Hahaha absolutely garbage. Placed order for accessories on your app. Both website and app showed in Stock. Recieved email to confirm this. Chased order to he told different things by different teams. Customer service is a joke. Can't wait to leave when contract expires.

@EE I've had a brand new router and also a brand new port of the wall for the cable to go in to, and yet I'm still having these problems, I literally live right next to an EE mast and it's still awful

@EE I recently switched to ee. Why does data drain so fast with your service? Habits haven’t changed but data is draining.
