    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE @OliverH69492772 You go to Gran Canaria get a ferry out at sea and get a perfect 5g signal but back home down at my local sea front you no data signal at all . pathetic.

    @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.

    @VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. I’ve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead it’s higher costs and poor customer service.

    @EE Had a call today so hopefully the phone line will be sorted by 27th third or fourth time for this promise! Checks last night showed intermitent connection and router reset. Still poor internet and coverage

    @EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!

    @EE Thats the problem call 150 🙄🙄 they are some staff are useless & I just can't be annoyed dealing with them anymore 😮‍💨😮‍💨 loyalty is nothing to EE anymore just same stuff time after time with them. Thanks anyway think sky mobile is offering better deals.
