Kelly Wallace Horne (@KWHPublishing) reported@EE Hi, there appears to be a network issue in the SG16 and SG17 postcode regions. Several of us in the region have no mobile phone or data reception. It’s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! 🤯
-
Raymond Dillon (@rayd_250592) reported@EE Status Checker says estimated fix Monday at 6.27PM. Surely that it won’t take that long?
-
Mark H (@Lordylord) reported@EE your tnt sports activation process is virtually non existent online. Wasted 45mins of my life before resorting to having to wait in queue for telephone support (god knows how much more waiting is needed there)
-
Rob Dyson (@dysontour) reported@Plusnet @EE Brilliant. Double billed and no landline. I never asked for this , you imposed it. @MartinSLewis
-
Greg (@Peter_Gregory_H) reported@EE I am due to get a call from Kevin (around 12.30) only because I went into your Richmond upon Thames shop and Samira was very helpful. Otherwise, as a loyal EE customer, I feel let down and disillusioned with your service, which certainly doesn’t live up to your marketing slogans.
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@EE @adchef76 Phones won't roaming when their home network has coverage. The fix is to enable flight mode until EE service is restored, then let automatic selection do its job.
-
jas🛸 (@jasminight3) reportedWhy is it despite the charger iPhones with a lightning cable don’t seem to charge or are always ‘slow charging’ ??😤 @EE @Apple
-
Stephen (@Stephen090704) reported@alwaysMadManC87 @EE Sounds like the same guide that was rude to me too!
-
Pivozaur_ess ⏸️ (@P1vozaur) reported@EE I have a couple questions about your phone repair services. Is there a phone/email/another medium to ask them? Not a network customer.
