  Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

  @Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.

  @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

  @OPPOMobileUK how do I get my hands on the the new find x9 ultra? I don’t understand why your online shows out of stock. Though it seems the phone is only available through @currys. My current carrier @EE doesn’t even stock the, nor do I think they plan too! Please help & advise

  @chriscollins462 @MissCatTrap @EE You rarely need to go to the ombudsman. All you need to do is make an official complaint and ask them to provide you with contact details for the ombudsman in case you are not satisfied with their response.

  @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the mobile signal or outage as I can't ring my dad on sky network or my mum on @EE and they can't call out to.
