    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE thank you EE for another bad experience, now moving away from this company, all they’ve ever done is cause me hassle… almost 2 years ago lies and problems (someone did fix the issue after couple weeks) and now issues with broadband.

    @CustServ_Hub @EE Have I just given my details out to a scammer? I have just received a call from someone purporting to be EE Support who was very argumentative and rude. They hung up when I refused to download an app. Please tell me what is going on?

    @EE my wifi has been down since last night and its frustrating that everyday I have to reset the router due to awfully slow speed. I cannot continue like this.

    @EE you know even your hotspot WiFi is a load of ****, it keeps dropping out. Also why can I not get 5G at your shop in Basingstoke, great PR I say. Even the staff in the Apple shop think EE is crap.

    @EE I’m waiting for someone to call me. I wrote ASSIST in a text message 30 minutes ago. EE is on the ball when you want my money. Silence when I need to speak to a real person for help.

    Back when huawei were in the UK signal was amazing all over! Now it’s a struggle to get signal anywhere, phone dips in and out of signal driving around Exeter. @EE has piss poor signal all over it’s chuffing ridiculous.
