    @SimLocal @EE @Ofcom I’m unable to use my eSIM that is active. I’ve been to your Heathrow Terminal 5 store but was told to contact online support since they can’t help me. I’ve contacted online support but no resolution. Please refund my money!!!

    @brit_battleaxe @EE At least you got some attention If I had waited for TalkTalk I would not be able to wish you good luck AI & humans 2+2 failed to find my account so couldn't talk to me about problem Kept telling me to email. Impossible as no Internet .cable prob.Still taking Direct Debit!

    To anyone thinking of using @EE #ee as their broad band service in the #uk, please don't. They have the worst customer service. There was a guy called Marty who basically traumatised me, spoke in a highly disrespectful manner and offered no help or empathy at all!

    @EE We did get through in the end, one of the problems you couldn't fix due to your poor internal systems. The other problem you did fix, but you have just texted us telling us the opposite Do we really have to do through another hour on the phone to sort this? Why is this so bad?
