    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE So, any more feedback on your ridiculous price hike? To simply say you were up front about it is a disgrace. Please tell us why you think this price hike is justifiable? I’d love to hear it. I am a customer and I think we all deserve better. 😡

    Getting my money back off @EE has become a joke, I'm owed £131 was supposed to get it the end of January, then when it never came they said they would sort it, this is been happening every 5 days, still not got it, everyone watch when taking a contact phone with them #conartist

    @EE Here we are again. Signal in my area is poor. You promise a great service and signal but you don't deliver. I'm down to 1 bar and I can't get a signal to talk to my family.

    @EE signal still down after 2 weeks with no end in sight (next update 10th march). Effecting 1000s Apparently due to land owner not allowing access to mast!!!! How can this be the case???? Took over 45 mins to get through to 111 re. my 10 week old due to sign keep dropping 😡

    @EE Hi. I'm looking to come back to EE by getting a SIM only 2 year contract. My question is that if I decide to upgrade my phone with EE and get a pay monthly phone contract will I be able to cancel the 2 year SIM only contract with my new one .

    @mrandmrslast @EE Isn’t it disgusting! Adding the 10.5% inflation on when no one has had this inflation reflected in any wages! £120 extra a year! They can **** off tbh. Sick of it all.

    @EE speaking to your customer service team and the advisor has not put me on hold and I can currently hear him cursing me with his supervisor absolutely disgusting. I made it clear to him I just heard everything as you did not put me on hold !!!!!
