JULIEDA (@JULIEDA38970734) reported@EE I was unable to get a text to log into my online banking and was worried sick there was a hacking issue and spent a lot of time on the phone to my bank. We should have had notification of the problem rather than have to google umpteen times to find this link!

Paul Mitchell (@messermitch33) reported@garetharmstron1 @EE Really? So let’s say you pay £60 per month. Divide that by an average 30 day month, gives you £2 a day charges. Let’s say it’s down for 12 hours. You really want £1 refund? **** happens, Tech isn’t foolproof.
