Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE Thank you, the checker says no problem which is why I thought you would like to know that there is, my Wife is coming home from there soon so it is no issue to me but others may benefit. I can’t ring as my tractor is far too noisy and I can’t stop

@lesleylyness @EE i just object to having to tell the same story to different people, first call i made yesterday , the call got dropped but they never bothered calling me back, second time it looked promising but have been let down today

@EE Poor customer service was told a billing issue had been resolved when BT acct moved to EE. Another email arrives advising my BT payment is late Spoken to multiple people all who say its been sorted, well it hasn't. In q for 20 mins today call answered was then dropped

@EE I also did not receive any alert or notification that I went above this said limit. Which is just as ridiculous. Where can I speak with a manager to file an official complaint? Otherwise I will go through Ombudsman.
