We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

Iโm stuck on 3G, Iโm on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks ๐๐ป

I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for ยฃ10 a month

Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.
