@EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

@EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is £26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

@EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

@EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

@EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesn’t work.! I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

@StanCollymore @EE To be fair Stan, it's not a free service, and the UK operators incur costs for their customers using other countries networks, but the EU brought the law in, costing £100m's of loss in revenue to these operators. Now that the EU can't enforce, its not really a surprise.
