    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE I am due to get a call from Kevin (around 12.30) only because I went into your Richmond upon Thames shop and Samira was very helpful. Otherwise, as a loyal EE customer, I feel let down and disillusioned with your service, which certainly doesnโ€™t live up to your marketing slogans.

    @EE Hi, there appears to be a network issue in the SG16 and SG17 postcode regions. Several of us in the region have no mobile phone or data reception. Itโ€™s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! ๐Ÿคฏ

    @O2 @EE why canโ€™t i get a mobile signal at #Battle station or ANYWHERE on the rail line from Hastings to Sevenoaks and then London? is this the 3rd World FFS???

    So today has been a new low for @EE a staff member has refused to connect me to there cancellation team and then telling me I donโ€™t have the right to cancel. As a consumer we all have the right to cancel if we are not getting the service that we pay for!!. @Ofcom

    Is it normal for @EE staff to knock on doors at 730pm and ask if u are a ee broadband customer and that work will be carried out over the next 3 weeks? We are not EE customers. Wouldn't have she had known this. Shouldn't we get a leaflet saying our broadband may get affected?
