  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @EE @paulmatt86 Our networks in the UK are a scam. I left EE to go to o2 and I have the same problems with either network. Both offer “5g” but speeds are worse than 3G!!

  Can't believe after 18 years, I'm going to have to leave @EE for my phone and broadband because Virgin have a much better offer on their Broadband and TV - over a £15pm difference for like for like basis! Retentions unable to come down any more.

  @EE well well, I’ve just received a letter from yourselves at EE stating that my complaint has been closed ! Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time ofcom was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩

  I upgraded my phone on 16th August to new Pixel 11 Fold pre order they were realesed on 20th August so when are they being dispatched because I haven't had anything by email, I can't check on website because it's been broken for many years @EE

  @EE are actually the worst broadband and TV provider ever. Always up and down like a yoyo and cause its all internet streaming now, when it goes down can’t even watch TV. Every day its on and off ffs

  @EE I’ll leave it to the exec call on Wednesday now. If neither yourself nor BTO can identify the issue and we’ve done a router swap I think we’re just clutching at straws now.

  @EE Picture blocking, channels simply stop so we have to turn over and back, loss of picture and audio sync. Wifi range is very poor.

  @EE what has happened to your customer service recently?? The last 3 calls have been awful. Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.
