Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported@EE I can do that but I terminated the call. In the meantime I have a problem of getting sensible information from EE about my broadband. There is a complete disconnect there over assisting me. Your Guides are limited in what they can do to assist. How do we progress this?

NathC (@Nath_Ceretti) reported@EE third time in a month I havenโt received call back that I have been promised. Total of 3 hours and 8 minutes on the telephone to you so far for zero result. Canโt imagine how you would treat someone who hasnโt had several contracts with you for years! Sort it out!

Mr C. (@jimmyharvey69) reported@ee what on earth is happening with your mobile network coverage. I travel the country 5 days a week and there are more and more black spot areas where I cant get an internet connection while driving up and down the nations motorways. What have you guys changed?

Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay ยฃ122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

That he went into shop to ask for help. Hes Still having signal issues. Now they want ยฃ179 from him to get out of the contract they mis sold him.
