@EE absolutely no empathy or care to a data breach complaint logged. Having received a text tonight to say it's resolved only to call and find out nothing has happened. What needs to happen to someone for it to be taken seriously I wonder @ICOnews #databreach

@EE Also @EE I have in writing, I requested on an email from your Billing & Customer Care team member, that there was no other ‘pending charges’ ie mistakes, sat in my mums account to cause her to be charged in error again. But a week later £300+ taken in error again.

@EE absolutely ridiculous trying to get through to you. Round and round with fancy tech but it doesn’t solve our problem. No chat, no direct telephone where we can actually talk to someone. Deeply deeply frustrating and annoying.

@EE your internet is absolutely rubbish and I am now looking at other providers. Should have had an engineer out to look at our problem with Wi-Fi coverage around the house, never turned up. Fed up with internet constantly buffering.

@EE seriously who has devised your new sim only plans nothing available in the 50,75 or 100gb range from about £15.00 to £20 a month. Who the frig wants 256gb of data a month. Il be looking elsewhere. Longtime customer of 10 years plus. You need to give your heads a wobble
