    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Oh and the mast had gone down too so the mobile phone wouldn’t work either! I had to drive over to check on my parents.

    EE broadband is absolute rubbish @EE talked into switching from sky..told I would be reimbursed for leaving fees (I wasn’t) now my super duper fast broadband fibre buffers all the time. I wish I’d never changed

    @EE really bad experience today. Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. Just got an automated text: sorry we missed you book another appointment

    ******* @EE & its multiple options of help but non of which are to talk to a ******* human! also not one option on any link covers my issue WHICH I WHY I NEED TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE YOU *****. (I have mental issues that make this stuff super hard)
