@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE Um. This was an "up front fee" before they even sent it off to have the minor damage quoted for... They wanted £630 up front and then probably £200 to repair the damage. I was prepared to pay the £200 since I broke it!!

@EE Hi, I have had no network for 4 days out of the last 5 and it has been an intermittent problem for a month or so. Where do I log my complaint as this is getting ridiculous now. 150 doesn’t seem to have an option for this other than ‘If you’re thinking of leaving, press 4’

I'm not sure I've ever dealt with a company as incompetent and lacking Customer Service skills as @EE I'm just dumbfounded at this point. Currently making my 6th phone to them since Friday. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone. Simple right?

@EE I cancelled a contract 2.5 months ago. I’ve just found that you’re still charging me, after 25 mins on the phone I’m told you never received a cancellation request and I was hung up on. Should I just cancel my direct debit and you can contact me when you want to talk? Thanks!
