@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@EE broadband has stopped working DT1 2AT . Flashing aqua light. Checked cables snd restarted several time. Router gives me phone number to call but no one there cos of Xmas. Can you help

@EE I am now being told that 5G service is patchy and isn’t guaranteed, I can see the mast and your signal checker says available in my area! May as well just cancel this contract now, endless lies and bullshit and I’ve been back 24h.
