  @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @EE I'm 54 only had a orange phone when it first started and binned the phone after a week ,there customer service was awful, so now EE/BT thought I'd give you ago , on o2 and since virgin owned it it's been the worst ,even there broadband is broken , I'll go into shop Saturday

  @anon_opin Yup, Oxford's 5G signal - or lack thereof - with so-called "best coverage" @EE is atrocious even going around the city centre!

  @EE hi. I bought a TV from your online shop last Thursday which had a delivery of between 1-3 working days. I still do not have a tracking number or a delivery date and I am going away. I have called your office but nobody can help. How can this be tracked

  Hi. Been waiting +2 weeks for #EE to sort out a major issue. 2 handsets but set up incorrectly with data allowance. Called my #business account person. Not interested. Not his problem. Went in store. Not their #problem . Thing is, I will take this all the way! @EE

  @EE @MarkyTalk The UK’s biggest buffering network , balaclava on every April , had 3 contracts / devices at one point , IPhone / iPad / Apple Watch , wouldn’t even get a tenner off a new iPhone contract ! Absolute robbing ***** no loyalty reward . On a sim only now grudge paying the ***** 🖕🏼

  @MarkyTalk @EE I had the exact same issue. Kept getting sent to a call centre pushing broadband (clearly on commission) – they wouldn’t listen and were rude. Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.

  @EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.

  Went into an @EE store yesterday, safe to say service with a smile was not what I received. Thankfully my apple watch ultra finishes next month and i can pay off my device as mazuma have offered me enough to pay it off. Not only that but my wifes sim and daughters phone can go to
