    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE @BT Hi EE and BT - I keep getting demands for payment for a home broadband service that I took from my old to my new address, didn't work, and I cancelled. Please stop sending me demands for money - you closed the case a while ago.

    @EE hello EE I'm assisting a 83 year old pensioner to cancel a not yet started service she mistakingly signed up for yesterday, I called you and spoke to Sebi who closed it and said she would receive email confirmation , this was 9am when will email be sent please? Nothing yet?

    @EE It is terrible that I couldn't pay my bill on time. I phoned up & spoke to a very nice gentleman who said I was allowed to pay on 22/5/26. Yet you sent me an email saying you've tried to take dd again & it failed so I've been charged Β£12. I'm seriously considering leaving EE.

    @EE why is your website and app totally useless. It is absolute garbage and not fit for purpose. Trying to login is a joke, managing account is a joke. Go back to BT's website.
