    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @JudithLewis @EE It’s shockingly bad isn’t it? At this rate, I’d get better speed with a dial up internet 😱. Sucks, as I have lots of work to do but struggling.

    It’s ridiculous how @EE thinks it’s ok to bill you for 5 months straight without doing anything about the service issue in the area. At least have the courtesy to offer your customers a discount while the problem continues.

    @EE why am I paying so much a month for an old handset. Upgrade only happened feb/ March this year and battery life is awful. I have been a customer since 2007! My friend has straight away got an iPhone 13 and is paying a lot less.

    @ee really need to treat customers fairly, spent hours and hours trying to get through to customer services. Tried to resolve a PS5 order being cancelled. Even though I paid in full, EE cancelled due to me being a new customer. Unfair, lucky I’m in 14 day cool off and now leaving
