@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE Hi Gavin. I was speaking to someone when you replied. Just not sure it should have taken three different calls, being told the problem was mine for 'using data' on two of them, and spending almost two hours of my life resolving the issue.

@EE horrific service from EE. My mum has been told she has a £41,000 phone bill after 1 day. They have now blocked mine, my mums and my dad phone whilst we are all abroad. I am abroad by myself now without a working phone. This needs to be sorted ASAP

@EE Thanks for cutting me off while I'm overseas and all paid up. Customer service says it seems like someone pushed a change to accounting system which promptly cut off roaming customers in USA, Mexico, Australia and NZ. Poor show and bad change management. I expect better 😠😡

@EE hi! My husband is abroad and he cannot use his roaming and says his account is suspended. I’m under his account therefore I’m also suspended so both without phone or 3G -and I’m in UK. Can you help sort this please asap?

@EE so I've been cut off from my phone, told I have a ridiculous bill from roaming charges, despite having roaming pass, and no-one is around to help me. Stuck in NZ. What is going on?!

@ryanian650 @EE Customer Executive Team were rude and refused to help, credit score has dropped, so I'm reporting them to Ofcom, raising an Equifax dispute and reporting to FOS.

@HennersL @EE @EE customer service says the system says I owe 1770.77GBP, while the portal says I owe 0.00GBP and I've been cut off. Good work fellas!
