@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

Spent nearly two hours in my local #horsham @EE store upgrading my phone. Fantastic service, faults non of their own. Shame on @SwanWalkShop for absolutely no heating, I was freezing but can’t imagine how the staff working there cope day in day out. #toocoldtowork

@EE app absolutely feckin hopeless yet again. "Problem with connection" when I want to see when my plan runs out but through ASAP when I click to buy something. Omnishambles. 3 months to go, can't wait to get rid of them.

Hey @ee is there any news on when the problem will be fixed in my area !? I missed my disabled parent’s seizure alarm last night due to not having any service & data signal. Totally unacceptable now ! And I’m expected to lay my bill at the end of the month ?! 😡😡😡
