@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE Hi Neil - this is untrue. You’ve put it up over £7 a month. This was never mentioned. It’s usually circa £1. Daylight robbery & a sure way to lose customers !!

@EE I have tried that, u don't have apple app so used website and sign in but says name not recognised and when I do the whole forgot ID I out in info and says ID not found.

Hi @EE I think it's a joke I've tried to pay my bill & thanks to a fault on your app you've taken the payment (pending on account) but it's not showing on my EE account. Your chat "help" said 'its my banks fault" (I don't agree - it's your system)

I'm not surprised Google support is "follow these weird nerd instructions (and confirm consent to look at any device diagnostics you submitted)". I was surprised by them contracting out to @EE, *not* providing proper nerd instructions, and the @EE store refusing to serve me.

@EE your customer service is genuinely shocking. I ring up to discuss the price increases from March 31st and I'm met with attitude from your team and their supervisor. I've always been an advocate for your company but this was just shocking

@EE could someone explain why my bill is increasing by 14.4% in March when inflation is predicted to fall? Yours sincerely a very p***ed off loyal customer & why it says its CPI inflation rate PLUS 3.9%?? Another company who has mad big profits #CostOfLivingCrises

Hi @AppleTV I got a free trial via @EE due to end February, do I just cancel via EE app as when I try via Web (as don't have apple products) says I need an apple ID which I don't have
