@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@EE another day....actually, another 16 days and still no signal despite having a message saying engineers had fixed the problem. Paying for a service I cannot use most of the time.

Morning @EE I’m currently abroad but not able to receive texts and haven’t had any service since being here. (I didn’t activate roaming before I set off in the UK) is there anything I can do to activate it whilst here please? Thanks

@hjq1981 @O2 @EE They don’t care about their signal, they sit there and say it’s fixed and it never is, leave them and move elsewhere, o2 need to be closed down and taken to court for fraud

There is absolutely no way @EE are putting my price up an extra £8.50 a month on an already £60 phone bill. Why sign contracts for them to put it up yearly, 3.9% over the CPI which was a disgrace to begin with. No wonder people can't afford anything if this is the **** happening

@EE Only your company would agree to a SIGNED contract, take payment and then lie about the whole thing. The customer service from your advisors is beyond disgusting. A signed contract I have, money taking from my account and I am being told no.
