@GettinTwitta @EE I had an issue when I received the sim. Turned out to be a Vodafone profile overriding the apn settings when using dual sim. New to me! Anyway they were really helpful, logical, friendly, professional, knowledgable (esp for 1st level) and we got there. So was impressed actually

Hello, @EE. My EE says that I can Get 100% off Early Upgrade Fee. But when I select a new plan & get through to checkout, it is saying I will still be charged the early upgrade cost. Could you please help? Thanks.

@EE Please can you confirm is the mast down or works going on in Da17 area london no internet 4g since 10am still not working now. VERY frustrating was bad also yesterday but today dosent work at all!

My daughter just lost her @ee WiFi due to some cut cable in London E2 (Hoxton/Haggerston) and they said it will be out for 6 weeks! Pandemic restrictions have her working from home (writer) like most people. Who thinks a 6-week wait for restored vital service is acceptable?
