    Still haven't had anyone ring me from 3 weeks ago when they said they would. Still having issues not receiving full internet from our wifi device so I intend on not paying full price for the last 3 weeks bill! Ignorant company @EE #badcustomerservice #goelsewhere

    @EE morning, any reason as to why I'm getting under 2mb speed on my data speed just now? Any issues in the Cockenzie/Port Seton area been reported? Thats a hell of a slow speed, need that sorted pronto folks.

    @EE bringing back roaming charges is pure profiteering. I will be leaving at the end of my contract after having a continuous account since 1996 (pre EE with T Mobile). So disappointed in the company - have always had great service but very unimpressed with this news.

    @darrengrimes_ @EE They didn't "pledge not to reintroduce roaming charges", they said they had no plans to introduce them. Surely even you can see the difference? I've no plans to move house, but that doesn't mean I never will.

    @EE absolutely appalling service to my elderly parents who are brand new customers of yours. Organised wifi at new house in advance, EE sent the INCORRECT routers and are now making them wait until 8th July to fix it?!?!
