    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE what is up with the mobile phone signals? For the past 3-4 months I just can't get good enough signals anywhere i go, yet yous have all these 5g masts up in the area, yet the services are still terrible.

    @EE Exactly which means I should be able to pay either off at any time but according to @EE I can't pay up and leave the service and keep paying for the phone (which is a credit agreement). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!

    @EE Immediate effect , she has now rang a 3rd time saying she cannot escalate it due to the outstanding balance and this should be escalated today there was no outstanding balance ill go via ofcom, I've now had a text saying complaint closed DISGUSTING customer service

    @EE Placed order twice for new phone. First order cancelled by you. EE text to speak to bot. Bot said phone you. Tried. Time didn't allow me to wait on hold. New order placed. Your text. Speak to bot. Been waiting for bot to speak for 5 hours... Can someone real please help!

    @EE Your customer service is impossible to contact! I’m in Australia so I can’t download your app and I can’t phone you. Get an email or something! I’m being so overcharged and I have no way of contacting you 😭

    @EE I'm trying to top up my son's phone but the app won't load up the correct section and the online tool isn't working, keeps asking for my address multiple times on the same form. Help would be appreciated
