  @EE So today an engineer comes and checks our faulty Internet and says call EE and ask them to send you a new router. Phone EE and told no you can't have a new router. So we have no proper Internet. Should I cancel my direct debit until it is sorted out. @Ofcom

  @EE it’s actually impossible to get a signal I am paying for a phone that o have to constantly reset 3/4 times to be able to get signal and that’s 3/4 times each time throughout the day it’s actually getting annoying now

  Just on a call to @EE tech support, when I got cut off. Apparently when they say their support is open until 8pm, they literally shut down the system 8pm 😠
