    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE I am having Internet issues during peak hours. E201EJ Stratford Westfield. Complain 4 times, and took them to the ombudsman as well. There's the small print that says the signal is not guaranteed. Very poor service. Mostly everyday nightmares with this company.

    @EE At my current location in Belfast City centre, my S21 Ultra appears to constantly lose all network connectivity. It's causing the battery to drain a bit quicker. A colleague on a different device is reporting the same experience. Its been happening for a number of weeks

    @EE why is it so hard to return a phone or contact customer services. Reason for return of phone is 1. You changed the contract and over charged myself. I spoke to someone on day one when the bill came though that was two weeks ago and you still charged the wrong price. #ripoff

    @EE can I just tell you simply to SACK your web team. The website is unbelievably ******* diabolical BAD on mobile phones. You login, it logs you out, you click on phones for upgrades, it logs you out. it says login when you are logged in. Been like it for years, ALL NEED SACKING

    @EE hey, EE underground wifi isn't working on my device since Virgin Media shut off their network. It won't work using the SIM option to login annoyingly, any ideas to sort this?

    @EE Fixed router, we got the new one due to the old playing up. Line was tested with no problems
