@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE First a salesperson took a contract without my permission, then I was told a manager would contact me, then I was told my case had been closed without resolution, then contract was finally removed, was told loyalty team would contact me and this was a lie AGAIN.

@EE So why do I have to rely on a WiFi calling when I live in a 5G area but can't get an EE signal unless I go in to the loft ...and what was your profits again as I don't see any improved investment & signal

@EE went to your Telford store with a hardware issue. Needed phone fixing asap. Told to go to Apple Store and we would cover cost with proof of repair. Now £169 out of pocket and being told you won’t pay for repair. I’m in EE warranty. Unacceptable.

@ToonPolls @EE @EE I'll pay off my Vodafone contract and switch to EE if you can sort me a ticket. That's £237.87. A fair deal for all involved. I'll then Tweet about how good EE are to my 17 followers every day for 238 days and slandering Vodafone and its service

@EE Hi,why do you hide the length of your broadband contract. I appreciate it is so the customer can't see an end date and hence not look at alternative deals but where does openness, honesty and integrity come into that?

@EE @nathanmatthews Sorry so the 3.9% is to invest into your network? So at what point did any customer agree to pay EE a contribution to invest into tour own assets? Are us customer going yo be receiving shares in EE in return for this additional financial contribution? @MartinSLewis
