  @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  Hi @EE Why have i had the same issue with billing for 8 months and each time someone opens a new compaint and closes it without it being resolved?! Complaints procedure is open a complaint and close it when its actually resolved

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  @EE Yeah. It’s useless. Keeps testing the line saying there’s no problem when clearly the internet dropping for 3 hours at 8pm for 2 nights suggests something is up If it goes tonight then Starlink it is
