  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!

  @EE I may move my own phone & 2 family contracts to EE. Before I do, confirm whether EE has ever, currently, or plans to provide free/subsidised phones SIMs data or other support to organisations assisting illegal immigrants or asylum seekers in the UK? Straight answer please.

  @EE Thanks for the reply, i have done all this and still have not been able to. Not in a nasty way but Just a bit of feedback, the AI and chat function is bad when the issue doesn’t fall into a category and you cant be transferred and you should let phone agents do preorders.

  @StuartT34021273 @EE My issue is that I literally can’t return a watch I no longer need because of their incompetence. They won’t initiate a return because they say a store issued the order (it didn’t) and the store says they cant do a return. Charlatans.

  @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

  @EE reception in Wimbledon Park area is now a 1970 service. Impossible to make or receive calls. Disgraceful to say the least.

  @EE again absolute shocking service from EE ordered additional handset for my bussiness over 4 days ago, no order confirmation, when I ring CS passed through multiple departments which results in automated message saying that are too busy to speak to anyone. EE are a joke really
