@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE - this is not looking good. I upgraded to 5G, since 13th Jan there has been a service outage, occasionally & if I’m lucky I’ll get 3G. You refunded my two contracts for Jan, thank you, but we are soon in Feb. I don’t want refunds I want a service I can use. Please advise

Arrange compensation. I have resorted to buying an @EE WiFi dongle to be able to carry on working and their customer service were horrified that you hadn’t even spoken to us to arrange alternative provision at a time like this.
