@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@EE EE silence amidst the backlash of their insane price hikes when customers have been facing cost of living soaring is nothing short of criminal. Shareholders and EE profiteers rejoice though eh? Not even a decent customer service team on Twitter it would seem.

@EE 3) I’m waiting for the ombudsman letter from your disgusting ‘customer service’. I’ve only been with EE just over a month and this is how you treat me? I have 3 family members I was going to switch to you (I’m a nurse and I had an NHS code for them). NO WAY NOW!!!!!

@EE Book an apointment for upgrade in Bury St Edmunds 30 miles a from home got there and their computers are down all that way for nothing so I had to call 150 from home but I got a better deal there than in the shop

@EE Rachel your abysmal and obstinate ‘customer services’ have said YOU WON’T DO ANYTHING. I’m here to warn others not to take a mobile phone contract (or any contract) with EE. In just over a month into my contract you hammer me with a 14% increase. 1)
