@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

I think @EE is so effed up offering contracts to people knowing full well they won’t get any signal around where they live or in their homes. People should at least be discounted. Been with them for ten years too at a different address. Not only cancelling but how do I complain?

@EE dont reply to messages. customer services is awful. you lost my phone then wont close my account and managers wont talk to you. over a week now with no explaination. you really know how to treat new customers

@tyke34 Looked at @ee too and their site says we can’t have landline either as says we don’t have a line at home? We do, but I assume it’s via voip with @bt_uk as have a special box that converts it to analogue phone signal for old cordless.

A BIG shout out to @ee for your brilliant customer service yesterday. I called to cancel my contract and ended up having a new monthly price for 1/4 of the price PLUS a discount on our broadband. And I thought good UK customer service was extinct but, no! Well done @ee 👍

You need a degree in theoretical physics to understand @EE and it’s roaming policy abroad. Going to have to switch to another provider when I get back. The worst customer advice ever devised.
