@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@EE customer service has got to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Absolute jokes. Getting conflicting information and when challenged nothing they can do. Owe money back to me and I have to wait 3 weeks!!! Shocking!!!

@EE Worst customer service I have ever encountered!! Getting conflicting advice from different people with the next one saying the other is wrong. But no attempt to resolve issues. Now awaiting a refund and got to wait 3 weeks!!! Quick to take money. Jokes!!! Stay clear!!
