@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

Hey @EE I bought a 500MB 7 day Data add on and got only 250MB on my PAYG account. I have a screenshot confirming my purchase. Spent 30mins with support just to get a refund, but still unable to buy the advertised 500MB pack. Not alone. That's a 100% scam.

Been charged £44 a month, for 8 months, after my contract expired. Can’t cancel the contract online and don’t want to pay international roaming rates as I’m in Thailand. Any help @EE ?
