@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE - been trying to get the @btsport Large Screen add-on for over 2 weeks now - absolutely impossible to get through automated lines. C’mon, fitba is on tonight… any chance of some help (and please don’t say the answer is “Text SPORT to 150” - it isn’t…)

Can anybody from @EE explain why I’ve just been asked by a member of your team what my annual income is to enable them to waver the early upgrade fee of £168?? Totally unacceptable and I will be changing network even though I’ve been a customer of yours for 17 years.

@MikeKellyDisco @EE Yep. Truly awful people. Disgusting customer service. So rude to people. They are currently taking money from my account too. Writtem to head office @MarcAllera but so far just ignored me. Going to have to start legal action. They really couldn't care. The need a massive fine.

@EE I tried to contact customer support via app to give you notice to end my current contract as at 27th November. Unfortunately they say its not possible as I have to contact them on 27th October. If I do it now, it will end on 11th November. 1/

@EE They are absolute ******* ****. Decided to go sim only and as a loyal customer we agreed £6pm for 5GB of data, by 2 CS advisors .. just looked at my account and the bastards gave me 1GB of data charging me ******* £20pm 😡😡😡
