  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  Do @EE have any actual humans, other than those on commission in sales, working for them? Almost as bad as Virgin Media, certainly worse than @BT who seemed to have taken the worst from both companies and merged. Are there no good comms companies out there?

  @EE hi, why is it when customers use an offer from a third party website to get their broadband with you - you then cancel it? Apparently you’re cancelling 2 out of 3 people who do this so it feels like i’ll be wasting my time if I sign up?

  Hi, when I send VM on to 150 I keep getting this error reply - "Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later." When I sent Off, it turns off ok. Just won't turn on. Help? Thanks. @EE

  @EE Complained multiple times. You guys just say to buy one of your wifi devices or suggest I switch networks (resulting in me paying to leave EE 🙄). I shouldn't have to purchase a secondary device just to be able to use the service i'm already paying for...

  @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

  @EE I can assure you I get no signal whatsoever. And I have the latest iPhone too. I used to get 5G there. I raised the issue at the local EE Shop & was told the problem is engineers cannot gain access to where the problematic mast is. This was 3 MONTHS AGO! It’s so so poor!

  @EE This link is useless as it is the one I have been using only to be fobbed off and lied too. I want to speak to someone who can sort things out. Just one person who can successfully deal with the complaint of human incompetence. Who is a manager or head of complaints?
