@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@EE absolutely fuming. You left me stranded in birmingham, with no access to my bus ticket as there’s no 3G 4G or 5G. No access to get a taxi or nothing. I had better signal in Europe then I do in birmingham! Sort it out it’s been a year of hell!

@andy_caithness @gingernufcninja @EE When the booking system runs on EE… and the phones… there’s literally nothing we can do. I’m in the same boat. There’s other ways for folks to get to work, taxis are just more convenient for some. Problem? See the office, NOT the driver.
