@EE Soooo..I get charged £100 excess fee for losing my phone fair enough. Having a little crack on the bottom of my screen excess fee is also £100! Honestly cant wait till my contact is up so i can leave this greedy company. Your more money focused than delivering a good service!

@EE Chris I am so sorry, I've only just seen this! Hope you are well :-) This has always been an issue with my phone at home unfortunately. I have wifi calling on but it still drops out.
