    @WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.

    @EE Same problem with different browser. Likely wifi IP block, out of mobile data (used up during new house move) cannot use that. Ive had pages not loading, spinning wheels and all sorts this week, hoping it was known issue for everyone and fixed soon, but seems not🤔 what to do..

    @PolemicTMM @EE Obviously not totally automated but I did use AI to help her. Quick 2 minute query written up in a way that she could understand how to change within the EE app. Sent the output to her and it worked a treat

    Switching to @ee broadband, might’ve been the worse thing I’ve done!! Damn near every week something is wrong with it! I’m sitting in the same room as the router, and I can’t get any connection.

    @EE I’ve called the technical team and they’ve said they can’t provide support. As the internet is down, we can’t turn the heating on in our home.
