My father died before just before Christmas and the Internet was in his name. @EE created an account for my mum and gave her 14 days to cancel her contract. She did within the 14 days and was told that there wouldn't be any further charges. So why @EE are you referring her to a debt collection company when she did everything you asked of her and is no longer a customer?

@EE I will do after I get the message that you've received the broken hub and destroyed it. I'll also be putting in a formal complaint. Not sure how you can say EE are up and coming, I will continue to tell people the truth, now please stop replying.

@EE your a disgrace- since u take over from bt - no broadband yet again - second box replacement- again another day with no internet - wifi - can’t talk to anyone apart from a stupid machine - u think it’s acceptable? The streaming apps ain’t free you ain’t free ..? Pathetic

@EE My year old iPhone SE isn’t allowing people to hear me when I make or take a call. @AppleSupport @Apple I have no access to another phone to call you for support but also n a position that I would be unable to make an emergency call if I needed to. Can you message me
