@EE I am having trouble making calls from my mobile this morning there is no dialling tone when I call out it rings the other person's end then cuts off I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago with a different handset I have a signal and can text etc. Is there a problem?

@EE Scratch this, it has behaved again since. It was YouTube, had an update this afternoon to firmware. No internet issues, seems clunkiness of speed is phone feature. I'll have to stick with it, I don't think I can return for these reasons.

@EE I have a question. Do you train your customer service advisors? Because I don't seem to be getting the same response over a issue I have. Different responses all the time, to be told now it can't be dealt with in store. Soon as this is resolved I will be changing providers
