    @EE Yeah, that’s when we get back to the problem that I CANT CALL!! EE needs to have a human text chat through the app that I can communicate with. The bot on the app is complete ****.

    See whilst I hear it....sometimes this UK place has trash signal 😤 Don't even know why I continue to pay a phone bill to @EE 🙄 Then they make your data move really slow when on a phone call, so to use my phone whilst one a call, i either need to whatsapp call or use wifi

    @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

    @EE This link is useless as it is the one I have been using only to be fobbed off and lied too. I want to speak to someone who can sort things out. Just one person who can successfully deal with the complaint of human incompetence. Who is a manager or head of complaints?

    @EE very disappointed with you, tried to renew my broadband contract with you today in the shop & 3 customer service agents hung up on the staff. We tried to speak direct to you, same again you hung up. Perhaps you don’t want to give me the deal advertised on your app & website?
