@EE I was advised by one of your advisors if I return the iPhone I upgraded to for the bigger iPhone he can process the new upgrade the same day I return the iPhone I have received, I have emailed him and not heard anything! I’ve been advised by a rude advisor it can take 5 days!

@EE No dont have one hooked up at the moment. There is a broadband signal it's just too weak to use for anything, I can connect to router over WiFi.
