@EE I was advised on Sunday that a mast near Beach Road Porthmadog would be up and working again after being upgraded, has the work now been completed? I was offered £20 off next bill as the poor signal strength has been ongoing for some time

@EE Yes, why’s no one on my road getting service and why has there been interrupted service since the start of the week? I presume this month will be a free month considering the scale of interruption?

@EE As a customer of 15+ years who is now eligible for an upgrade, I have decided to unfortunately go elsewhere. The mobile deal I was offered, new customers can get cheaper, so after buying a new phone & looking at sim only, I can get much cheaper elsewhere. 'Valued' customer 🤔

@EE hi, I changed my mind about a contract and it’s only been 12 days I was wondering if I could cancel it as I am not getting a good signal or no service at my indoor school college
-
Jake (@JakeLCartwright) reported
@EE I’m a bit sceptical of this. AppleCare as standard from Apple or @VodafoneUK also covers the 2 incidents of accidental damage (Per 12 months) for £79, or £29 for screen damage. Why is EE excess so expensive / why isn’t Apple accidental damage included, or is it not mentioned?

@EE My ee box is red and so is everyone else’s in my area but I check the website and it says no problems detected what should I do?
