    @EE And that is useless too. Told it I want to pay my bill, it took me to the sign in page then took me right back to the chat with a message saying "You cannot type right now". Get your act together ffs, this is ridiculous.

    @EE I can do that but I terminated the call. In the meantime I have a problem of getting sensible information from EE about my broadband. There is a complete disconnect there over assisting me. Your Guides are limited in what they can do to assist. How do we progress this?

    If you're thinking of changing to @EE for digital broadband and home phone dont bother. Been a nightmare. Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay £122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

    @EE your customer service is terrible. Your representative was extremely pushy and made me feel uncomfortable when I tried to cancel my wifi. The process is also extremely difficult for no reason

    @EE The bigger concern is why the seal is broken? I thought the item was New? I have never bought a PlayStation product with a broken seal

    @ThreeUK I renewed my contract for a one year last year with you guys. Turn off a couple of months maybe realise I cannot wait to leave in September. And jump to @EE . I’ve been with 3uk since 2012 since you joined Vodafone, my signal and 5G have been terrible
