    @chocoranges @EE Keep a record of everything, make a formal complaint. Ask for compensation. If they are not reasonable go to comms Ombudsman. I would say £25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth

    @EE we are away on holiday, I can’t log into my account as you have not amended my new number when I called to change all this in February. I can’t call as we have no signal and we need a helping hand as we are on holiday and our family is going to run out of data

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    This is exactly the sort of corporate one sided arrogance that needs levelling up. @EE We sent you something. Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not yours. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     Switching to @ee broadband, might’ve been the worse thing I’ve done!! Damn near every week something is wrong with it! I’m sitting in the same room as the router, and I can’t get any connection.
