@EE I just ordered a new phone yesterday — was assured of delivery today. DPD now says Monday. No way to change my address or cancel or anything! This is just such horrid service. I am appalled.

@EE are your systems up and running yet? I've spent 2 hours this morning trying to get through only to be told that I can't upgrade/cancel my 3 phone lines with you as your systems are down. I really want to sort my phones out
