@Jvnnypie @EE @OpenreachHelp If it’s only VAL it’s probably a routing problem. From what I know (could be wrong) it’s kinda impossible to fix unless EE just magically change their routing in the UK, think your only option is to change internet provider and pray their routing is different

Seriously @O2 is so terrible. Signed up for their rewards and now I know I should have just stuck with @EE. Whole thing is a Kafkaesque nightmare. "Sorry sir, rewards are only for PAYG." "Sorry sir I can't help as you are on PAYG." WTH
