  @EE Still outages across the UK being reported but you won't actually admit it, why? I have had either no signal or no higher than 1 bar and many missed calls for almost two weeks now, how do I cancel sim only contract? Really fed up with the lack of service now! 😡😡

  @EE Yes, as explained. We went through to customer services the first time who were of no help and were unable to handle a network issue beyond my and other users homes (albeit one that is only affecting EE).

  @EE Hi, I’m having reception issues in BB2 7AX. Seems to be every time there is any kind of bad weather I can’t receive calls! Similar issues a few weeks ago, I was assured it had been resolved!
