Hi @EE question about roaming in South Africa, if I use up the 500MB in one does the data service stop? Rather than automatically charging for another data pass?

@EE About roaming abroud -i see that is quite common issue for EE COSTUMERS. and lies about spending cap issue? How much u need put ? Thousand£. Too small- maybe million £? EE SHOULD BEFORE RISING PRICES FIX LOCKDOWN LAZINESS ISSUE.

@EE Yeah. That was online. Did had a chat with EE support to cancel it. As it never was picked from store - as ordered by online, delivery to store. But somehow i was charged money. This is breach of contract.

@EE The customer service from EE is unbelievable poor and they treat their customers with contempt? Do what you say you are going to do and treat your customers with respect and dignity

@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

@EE Funniest thing is. When taking any upgrade - dont need a passport. Just your phone, your security questions. Phone costs 1000£+. PS5 costs 470£. Other thing is - u have a right to cancel any cobtract 28days. Not even mentioning when u even cant pick up - as by laziness of store
