    @MarkyTalk @EE Can’t disagree. I’m only with them as I have a historic deal they continue to try and get me to move from. I find their customer service poor and their pricing is for phones ridiculously high compared to others. They are the best for coverage but at on that to a ridiculous degree

    @EE I can assure you I get no signal whatsoever. And I have the latest iPhone too. I used to get 5G there. I raised the issue at the local EE Shop & was told the problem is engineers cannot gain access to where the problematic mast is. This was 3 MONTHS AGO! It’s so so poor!

    @EE Complained multiple times. You guys just say to buy one of your wifi devices or suggest I switch networks (resulting in me paying to leave EE 🙄). I shouldn't have to purchase a secondary device just to be able to use the service i'm already paying for...

    @EE hi I would like to cancel my tv & broadband package & before you say i can't because I have a contract then I will take this further as I'm sure it's illegal to charge for something you can't provide I will phone tomorrow when your so called telephone service 150 opens 🤬

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!

    @EE ordered broadband from you, BT eventually fixed it, but service constantly drops, now BT have billed me for £37.99 despite being told I would get a rebate for first week nor being connected My question is am I a BT or EE customer as EE promised to pay off my previous

    @EE @MarkyTalk The UK’s biggest buffering network , balaclava on every April , had 3 contracts / devices at one point , IPhone / iPad / Apple Watch , wouldn’t even get a tenner off a new iPhone contract ! Absolute robbing ***** no loyalty reward . On a sim only now grudge paying the ***** 🖕🏼
