@EE help. My son is in the USA. He has the roaming add on etc. we were told to use t mobile USA but only AT&T is giving him signal and 4g. Is that ok to use?!

@EE I’ve contacted you multiple times with no response. I’m currently abroad with no phone connectivity other than on wifi, so I’m unable to call your helpline. Since I arrived my phone has not connected with a local network so it’s unusable. Can you please rectify this asap?

@EE @hisophiehey Sophie just choose different options. EE try to palm you off. Just call the sales line, they'll always pickup the phone to make a sale. Not so much to help anyone. Useless.

@EE Please consider joining up your Call centres with what being offered in your EE app. It’s not great when your call centre can’t reassure customers about cost issues. Especially nowadays 🤨
