    @EE No broadband line so have to use 4G for home internet. Issue with connecting mast since 10th June making service unusable, Tree requiring lopping apparently. Its now 5th October, 117 days later, either EE cant be bothered or Its incompetence. Affecting all local residents.

    @EE good morning last night my broadband and mobile signal wouldn't work for hours the wifi box turned red it happens often my signal have gone terrible 😭

    @EE @Ofcom @financialombuds we executive complaints department have my complaint and advised they would call me back to resolve. I’ve been waiting and still no callback received. I’ve poor customer service and a very negative customer experience. 👎

    @EE is your telephone line 150 having issues at the moment? Just called and kept trying to select an option but it didn’t seem to register & the automated lady kept repeating herself

    Still waiting for @EE to get back to me as they don’t provide a number if your out of the UK. So messaged them on Twitter still waiting. Customer for over 10 years means nothing….

    @EE @WightFibre 4G over wireless keeps on disconnecting when on call, would this be a network (cellular) or LAN issue?
