  @LeilaniDowding @EE already happened in Wolverhampton with my parents. All comms in now reliant on the internet, mobiles. Dad's on the emergency roster for energy, cos of oxygen machines, but it's soooo cack-handed. The govt is always blindsided by tech and the lobbyists money. They are all morons

  @EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

  Anyone had .@EE chop the phone line of an elderly relative without consent ? What did they do about it? @Ofcom any input ? I am absolutely raging that a 90 year old has had her phone line chopped (a number she’s had for oh, 60 years). And the customer service are not great

  @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!
