    @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care

    hey @ee why is your website so ****? no I don't want to "use the app" sitting with laptop - bigger screen, can have tabs with other providers open - compare prices etc for a phone, & broadband provider your website is amateur at best - pages don't load or redirect on clicking

    @EE Done that, been told to suck it up. That's what 37 years as a customer does. Don't worry, I wont take out new stuff with you but I'll keep my mobile with you as your charges are ok. But nothing else I'm afraid and in March 2027 I'll cancel this dumb SIM card and forget about it

    I’m shocked by how a complaint has been handled @EE Following several recorded calls, I agreed to close my account based on assurances regarding my exit fees. Despite this, I’ve been charged over £600. I feel I’ve been misled,requesting an urgent review into this matter. #EE
