@EE Absolute joke went through the message service where you check my speed and connection was then waiting for an advisor to call and never received anything… but if my bill isn’t paid you have enough staff to ring me 10 times a day?

@EE Nope, get it in G69 6 area and the default 4G is terrible, much worse than before. Unsure if it's due to 5G sim but never had issues before changing 4G EE to 5G.

@ldramsey72 @EE My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

@EE my current plan was due to expire soon, one of your team called me on 31st August to offer SIMO 10Gb for £10pcm for 12mth- why does my account say the plan is £40? Please advise this must be a mistake or I will cancel the plan?
