@O2 Your customer service is diabolical Waited on hold for 30 mins only to be cut of twice and you could of rang me back as you had my number total lack of common decency and your South African call centre is a joke at least @ee has a uk call centre !!

@EE This hassle I’ve had with @EE. Shows you have no regard for your customers. This was never a special offer for a loyal customer. It’s just ripping me off. Just seen I can get the AirPod pro with curry’s for what your offering the wireless ones for.
