    So let me understand this I can pay Β£40 to @Starlink and get 100mbps while today I pay Β£36.99 to @EE for up to 30mbps and their choppy broadband with weekly texts about issues in my area? Bye bye @EE

    Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

    Have no idea why @EE use DPD for deliveries. Every single time there’s always an issue with drivers just not going to addresses taking a picture then walking away. Just the absolute worst

    What is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    @EE can you tell me why I can spend the vast majority of the day at Paultons Park which is entirely outside with no signal to load anything whatsoever despite having 2 bars and 5G showing? Really is soo poor, due for renewal next month making my decision pretty easy.

    @EE Currently in Turkiye and meant to have roaming as part of my package. I've not received the "Welcome to Turkiye" text, I've been locked out my app, I can't WiFi call for support, I can't get on live chat, my roaming is out but I can't connect to any network. Ridiculous.

    @EE very disappointed with you, tried to renew my broadband contract with you today in the shop & 3 customer service agents hung up on the staff. We tried to speak direct to you, same again you hung up. Perhaps you don’t want to give me the deal advertised on your app & website?
