    Hey @ee you send me a message to call 150 inside working hours because you can’t tell me my roaming minutes for an unlimited business account. When I try it tells me they are unavailable. Why tell me they are there 8am-8pm if they are not available. #fail

    @bt_uk now being told there’s a area fault that will take a week to fix?! A WEEK. Forget using this service and forget using @EE as providers. No urgency at all. Pathetic

    @EE so angry with EE metrocentre. Given a price from Z fold 8 this afternoon but didn’t have my I.D with me. Called the store to double check the cost who said it’ll be that cost because of a new customer discount. Travelled 40 mins each way to be told, rudely, it’s not correct.

    @EE get on the line and then wait and wait, while they tell you that they get rated best phone provider in the UK. If they are the best, I'd hate to think what others customer service is like. Complete utter BS.

    @MsVespertilio @EE EE are awful they charged me 270 pounds for a supposed breach of contract , they admitted that they have no proof but I had to pay in protest!! 15 years as a customer down the drain never again with @EE

    @EE Currently in Turkiye and meant to have roaming as part of my package. I've not received the "Welcome to Turkiye" text, I've been locked out my app, I can't WiFi call for support, I can't get on live chat, my roaming is out but I can't connect to any network. Ridiculous.

    My broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one

    Have no idea why @EE use DPD for deliveries. Every single time there’s always an issue with drivers just not going to addresses taking a picture then walking away. Just the absolute worst
