@EE I have spoken to various team member as have my neighbours. No explanation is given for the ‘outage’ and ‘fix date’ keeps getting extended. We are rural customers. Obviously low priority.

After 20 years being an @O2 customer I have decided to leave and switch to @EE . O2 customer care is abysmal!

@EE I’ve tried all of this but it then requires a phone number for a verification code which makes no sense as the sim hasn’t been activated your end! Which means I have no service and therefore no number!!
