Wayne Smith @waynesmith1971.bsky.social (@WayneSmithUK71) reported@EE @Hepworthclare This is not just EE but all phone companies, which is ironic but it's just impossible to get through to anyone. You get stuck in a queue for thirty minutes, it's just ridiculous. My message to every service company is PLEASE sort your call centres out and employ more people.

John (@JohnStokes0uk) reported@briavelsjon @EE thats just it, they are poor, not good, and more signal masts, would be better
-

EMSsays (@EMSSays) reported@EE @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK are you just conmen? What a joke- 9 pound in parking and 2 hours for them to just say the phone’s damaged. How is their damage if you haven’t checked the phone??? Screen protector not been touched and they said no visual damage ??? It’s a known fault
-
Dai John (@Dai_John_7) reported@EE since switching from BT to EE with the new hub all I’ve had is problems, having to constantly switch it all off and reset it. WIFI still off and call centre shut, looks like my plans to work from home tomorrow are gone. Terrible service, time to switch providers
-
LK (@AMothersSon) reported@EE My roaming was all set up from my previous trip a few months ago. I've never had to take any additional steps prior to this. If I turn my phone on and off or manually search, it connects for just a minute. Already said I don't have access to another phone.
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@Baron_Flumpy @EE Hello random poster. Your Tweet referenced having a coverage issue at home, which WiFi-calling rectifies. Most people leave their broadband running 24/7/365 - I don't see anything to gain by turning it off randomly. You didn't mention anything about wider coverage issues?
-
Beasty 90 (@90Beasty) reported@EE I cant do either, i have no money to get a new sim or anyone willin to help with call via the landline
-
Dave (@upstairlab) reported@EE I placed an order on your store. You took the payment twice. First time it gave me an error but still took the payment. 2nd time it worked. Any help?
-
Alan Royston (@pagechord) reportedNot only is your customer service appalling, @EE has the audacity to inform me I can only view my bill via your App. Why? I receive my bill by email which I can cope with. EE would cause havoc in an empty house! I am aged 76 and feeling totally marginalised.
