  @EE Because the hotspot appears to be from someone's home router, and I'm not sure they are aware someone else could be using their phone line to get access to ee public network services

  @EE your app is just awful. I was about to buy hundreds of pounds worth of kit but have given up. It is always so slow, glitchy etc. I actually tried numerous times to get to check out and just cba now.

  @EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.

  @vitaelectrical @EE I do, It was BT engineers made the connection error at the main exchange. EE are my broadband supplier point of contact who passed me to BT when a connection issue occurred

  A top tip for mobile operators (I'm looking at you @EE). Don't tell people you're putting their prices up and try to trick them into selecting a more expensive deal than necessary when you haven't been able to provide service in their area for a week.

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.
