    @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !

    @EE I swear since you upgraded us to full fibre we've had more buffering and less ability to watch and load simple things like iPlayer. Not a happy customer.

    @EE Every morning for last couple of weeks, the broadband service goes down, here in HA9 area. Again, this morning. This is a terrible service. C'mon, sort it out. It's 2026, not 2006.

    Hi @EE your customer service is ****. All I wanted was an upgrade to my iphone and you've wasted 5 hours of my time (3 store visits, an application via the app, and a long chat this morning). You can't process my order because of an IT fault that you don't know how to fix.
