    @Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.

    @Aaron96simpson_ @EE I’m actually thinking about going with Starlink, my contract with EE is up in September, I’m paying nearly £39 pm for a service that is pitifully slow. But the real kicker? They are offering new customers £24.99 pm. 🤨

    @EE I was on a call for 42 minutes this morning and got nowhere. Nobody wants to take any responsibility and suggesting I didn’t order despite the fact SIMs have moved over to One plan and Virgin Media contacted me about leaving. Very poor service
