  @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for

  @EE Yes I have an eSIM for my phone to access the cell network also bought a seperate 5 Day WIFI plan and that is giving me issues.

  @EE How would I go about raising a complaint? I’ve spoken to Virgin Media who have said this happens a lot with EE putting through broadband or checking when no permission is given or basing an upgrade deal on it. Store didn’t want to know.

  @EE I reported a fault with our Broadband last week, it was supposed to be fixed by yesterday, just so you know it’s still not fixed and nothing has been done by Open Reach, no updates, which is really poor customer service, and cost to me paying for something that isn’t working.

  @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?
