    @EE Hello? Anyone,? I got kids trying to study for a levels and I work remote. Annoyingly useless. Never an issue over ten years with BT here. Seems you take over and just continual issues. Just sort it out I don't want to call anyone just FIX THE ISSUE

    @EE please help! Im currently abroad in Asia where my old phone broke and had to buy a new one. My esim won’t transfer across and I have no access to any phone in order to call you. I can’t access banking or any important apps because of this. Please help!

    @crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.

    @EE Thanks. finally: A call to 150 shd allow ME, the customer to choose to talk to a real person. Twice it leads me round the houses, then says, "Weve sent you a text. Follow the instructions and you're sorted. Good bye". I need to say thanks and bye to end the call.

    Hello @EE soon to be ex-customer here. Absolutely appalling 'customer service' from one of your shops today + if true, a policy of facial scanning that's blatant discrimination against anyone with health issues / undergoing cancer etc treatment & sinister AF 🀬
