@EE I can’t call you because it keeps failing. Our WiFi is down again. We call roughly on average once a month and an engineer comes out each time. I am tied into contracts with you but how can you expect me to continue to pay for this ‘service’? What do you suggest? ##eefault

@tescomobile @EE you should be sorry for not being an MVNO and being the no.1 network 7 years in a row according to the latest RootMetrics results. How dare people pay for quality 🙄🙄

@TalkTalk Mike, I have cancelled my account mate. The customer service has been absolutely appalling - literally the worst I've ever experienced. Contrast that with @EE today who have managed to give me a callback within an hour and have an engineer on the way tomorrow.

@EE You absolutely cannot as a PAYG customer. The app/website only works if you're monthly. I've thus been presented with a page wanting my card details every time I visit an "adult" site (again, why Urban Dictionary is classified as such is nonsense), and it *ALWAYS* errors out.
