    @EE I'm in the US and roaming isn't working, no mobile signal at all so I can't call the help line. I have added the Roam Abroad Pass.

    @EE Yes we are it's seems that our ee signal has dropped in the last few months and we are resorting to using what's app to call instead of our mobile signal. At this moment I have no bars on the signal I need to go into the garden to get usable signal.
