    Hi @EE just like to say thanks for sending Ian Cassidy from @mjquinnhq round to sort my 92 yo dad’s fibre out after a few teething issues earlier. He also connected my dad’s laptop to the router for him too as I can’t get over myself currently to help as I’ve just had surgery.

    @EE @NOW we've recently purchased another Firestick (for mostly watching F1). Our EE box is very close to the TV due the living room layout, but why is the firestick a little buffering. Sometimes it feels like it's being filmed in 1.25 speed & then 0.75 speed, any help/know why?

    @EE I'm 54 only had a orange phone when it first started and binned the phone after a week ,there customer service was awful, so now EE/BT thought I'd give you ago , on o2 and since virgin owned it it's been the worst ,even there broadband is broken , I'll go into shop Saturday

    @EE how on earth can you have 4 bars of signal and 5G and yet you can’t do anything online. Horrendous!

    @MarkyTalk @EE Pretty much same m8 I been with them for over 20 years and feel deals are getting crap plus now the way they split payment between plans and device is terrible as shows on credit rating as a new loan impacting credit score

    @mblacky78 @EE Pity you were not a passenger in my car tonight’s journey from work. You would have noticed how infrequently the signal was sufficient to make or receive a call. Makes me laugh how people with no fkin idea can be so ballsy.

    @EE WHERE'S MY BROADBAND? It's been months now and I'm still using your awful 4G hub . You've got until the end of August then I'm leaving. I'll also cancel my phone contract out of shear spite.
