@EE my current ee sim have been drain my phone battery really fast and my friend who uses the same phone as me with ee doesn't have this issue at all. We're both in the same area. This battery drain has been happening for years now. Is there any ways I can get a replacement sim?

Well @EE No service in SO42 7** since 8.30am this morning....app says there's none, your website says there's no issue.
