@EE Yes I do. It’s just not as good a signal on phone calls now. My area reception is patchy which is why the f2c was a lifesaver. Now I get call drops, broken audio & a lot of calls ringing out that just don’t connect. What can we do here to resolve? It’s a business account

I thought @EE's checkout process was poor but looks like @emmamattress are still using a checkout system from the 1980's - how are these paying developers to churn out such poor user experiences.

@EE It’s about the EE Business sharing plan. You withdrew the plan, but kept advertising it. Just spoken to a patronising customer service agent who contradicted this and kept telling me that EE Sharing Plan was the same as EE Business Connect.
