  @O2UK did I get a good deal because I can't get reception pretty much anywhere? Switched from @EE and frankly devistated. Had no idea EE were that far ahead of you in terms of network coverage.... (Took ages posting this because of the rubbish network ..)

  @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??

  @EE pay nearly £70 a month for digital and wifi. Supposed to be guaranteed. It’s hopeless and inconsistent and to make matters worse you can never speak to anyone! Can you please do something to improve

  Over two weeks since I wrote to @EE customer services about my account and not even the courtesy of a reply. Phone huge waits, web doesn't work, app wont recognise my account and now ignoring letters. Awful service. Time to contact ombudsman I think.

  @EE Have reported it online now. Signal is very weak.
