@EE As long as you don't go through plusnet who has disconnected my old network and they still have not sent me the sim card. Was promised it on Tuesday but all bullshit, I can't even use my phone or receive calls. This is one way for you to get a bad name.

@SkoobyDu @EE @rootmetrics You're right. But it's always been the same. The majority of the time you're getting less than 5G, or 4G etc. It's never delivered as advertised.

@CamillaFAhall @WeAreOpenreach @EE I had the same issue with BT Fibre - 10 weeks I had no internet after it was installed and I was even dealing with the Chief Exec of BT’s office. All of these i’t networks too big and out of control
