  @OnlineQueryTm @dpd @EE thankfully resolved my issue, perfectly. I recommend you take a leaf out of their book and provide an option for customers to speak with an actual person

  @EE you gave DPD the wrong mobile number for my delivery therefore I didn’t get the PIN. The same will happen again tomorrow unless you correct this. Can a person and not a useless virtual assistant or IVR DM me to fix this
