@EE I tried @EE for a month. Yes my phone was showing signal but painfully slow. My guess is they have over sold the bandwidth. Too many users trying to use too little bandwidth. Switch back to @ThreeUK fast speeds once more.

@EE A few months ago now. They were very helpful and said they wouldn’t close the case until we were satisfied. But it just keeps dropping out. Open reach say it’s all fine. When it works it is fine. It’s the random and frequent and prolonged drop in service that is annoying.

@EE The same genirc reply. I used to work for France telecom as an engineer and know first hand how your post code coverage maps do not show the poor coverage and the mast sites you have now are running at their limits with constant new build homes
