    @EE Your customer retention process has failed this week. initial transfer ok but no promised callback, no additional callback after escalation and a promise of another callback and promise of a line manager being copied in, latest promised callback from technical. didn’t happen

    Not only is your customer service appalling, @EE has the audacity to inform me I can only view my bill via your App. Why? I receive my bill by email which I can cope with. EE would cause havoc in an empty house! I am aged 76 and feeling totally marginalised.

    @EE Then I find out that my tv order has been cancelled, and will not be delivered, and now I have to reorder again tomorrow, you’ve had a month, dreadful service, I’d better get my boxes by Friday

    @tescomobile your phone signal is extremely poor, why is it so bad? Visited your St Helens store earlier today and couldn’t get a signal outside/inside the store! Oh and your WiFi is poo as well. Should have stayed with @EE but they’re mega expensive!

    @EE I spoke to your under trained business customer service, who said my line was cut off for non payment on October 11th yet the direct debit was not due to be collected till the 24th of that month, so that doesn't add up does it.

    WHY HAS MY SERVICE STILL NOT BEEN RE-ACTIVATED?? Its been over 5 days since i have paid my bill, RE-INSTATE before next friday or i will ask my lawyer to help me cancel the contract with you!!! @EE

    @SkyHelpTeam @EE There's a problem with sky you can't call or receive a call from anyone on sky .other networks seem ok . Hopefully sky can fix it. Hopefully telling everyone on the website about it.
