@EE very unhappy with the recent customer service. I got overcharged £60. When I contacted CS they agreed I’ve be wrongly charged but never said anything about being refunded then I got cut off by them and now can’t get through to discuss this.

@EE extremely disappointed, I personally do not think you should advertise something you do not have in stock and have no idea when it will be in stock... appalling service. Think I shall look into another phone provider...2 weeks and still waiting with no heads up from EE at all

@EE Well, aren't you a bunch of thieves. You've taken my last monthly payment, ended my contract (agreed) haven't contacted me, have not transfered the money you took to a pay-as-you-go account & have left me with no service. Despite holding a my money you won't let me call 150!

I've been to a 3 shop before lockdown for assistance, been promised 2 callbacks today by customer services. No calls have been made back to me. First payment is due in coming days and I'm still with @EE and no service has yet been provided by @ThreeUK. How do I escalate?
