    @EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra ยฃ10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful

    @EE really you ******* penalised me for not paying my phone bill but you ******* can't even fix the ******* EE App as I said before the ee app is ****** because it doesn't allow me to look at my bills which gives me the option to pay my bills

    @EE we have all our devices with you. This week we have tried to upgrade our home service and so far we have had no internet access for over 3 days. Current cost to ourselves is ยฃ3k. We have had 3 โ€˜engineersโ€™ out, all of which say it is nothing to do with them.

    @EE I canโ€™t say that Iโ€™m impressed with the @orange service that Iโ€™ve been put on whilst in Barcelona! Iโ€™ve never had a problem with @movistar_es that I got up until this trip! Signal dropping out and still no connection when the signal returns! ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผ

    @EE Iโ€™m not โ€˜having a spot of botherโ€™ as you put it, Iโ€™ve got no internet- no TV, Alexa or Heating control - and no help from EE (so far)

    @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

    @janettocornetto @EE There is no roaming in Austria. Same SOS signal here
