    @EE please help me without telling me phone up! Neither of my order numbers work with tracking . And I can’t track my phone order to know when I have to be home to sign for it! Why aren’t they working? I have 2 codes one starting xko and one just numbers.

    @EE I have to say your support is exceptionally poor. For months now, I have been trying to resolve an issue with your app and now I cannot access TNT support. I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.

    @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE we’ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still can’t watch what we pay for … & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer

    A bit of context to my previous posts. I have been a loyal @EE customer for over 3 years. I pay £96.99/m for Sports & Entertainment & 900Mbps internet. I also pay for @tntsports through EE which is now part of HBO Max. If I am paying over £100/m I shouldn't be forced to watch ads

    @chocoranges @EE Keep a record of everything, make a formal complaint. Ask for compensation. If they are not reasonable go to comms Ombudsman. I would say £25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth

    @EE Please avoid this company if you don’t want sky high mobile phone bills, expensive broadband that’s not a patch on virgin plus awful customer services, can’t wait to be out of contract, try ID mobile for phone and virgin for broadband

    @EE not happy with service. Had an issue with app etc person on phone had to open ticket with main tech people. 48 hours I was told. Now a week later no call or anything. I will have to phone again later today now. If i didn’t pay my bill bet you would be quick to get in touch

    @PolemicTMM @EE Obviously not totally automated but I did use AI to help her. Quick 2 minute query written up in a way that she could understand how to change within the EE app. Sent the output to her and it worked a treat
