    @Hepworthclare @EE How dreadful. I'm with ee mobile for network & data only but since BT mobile moved to ee I’ve found Customer Service has dipped. I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!

    @EE Complained multiple times. You guys just say to buy one of your wifi devices or suggest I switch networks (resulting in me paying to leave EE 🙄). I shouldn't have to purchase a secondary device just to be able to use the service i'm already paying for...

    @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳

    @Hepworthclare @EE Does any major company have good customer service? They all seem to be absolutely useless and not care about their customers. All the websites now have an AI bot that absolutely pointless but needs dealing with before speaking to a human. It’s just so frustrating and stressful.

    @EE You claim to be the best network in the uk, your terrible in Birmingham does ee stand for “extremely exaggerated “ probably the worse network I’ve ever had

    @JohnStokes0uk @EE A speed test doesn't show coverage quality. You can get good speeds in poor coverage just as easily as bad speeds in a good coverage (but congested) area

    @KellyHatfieldx @EE No big company cares about you or your service. Their full responsibility extends to grabbing your money. After that any 'correspondence' is reducing their profit on your transaction. Thats why they have AI and bots designed to make you so frustrated that you will just give up.
