@drasnah @EE @Ken_129 You don't get them unless you sign up 9,184 times for them. Even then they tend to send you the opposite of what's happening. Today I got an "update l" to say there was no issue in my area, it must be my phone." All services gone for an hour at that stage

Trying to contact @EE about misrepresentation of my recent upgrade, a FREE tablet I was advised would save me money on my phone bill now makes my bill even more expensive, NOT Happy and no calls being answered in the call centre to help!
