  @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!

  @EE I will “reach out” tomorrow, but having just been discharged from hospital after major abdominal surgery I don’t have much strength at present! You have also had the gall to send me a bill for a service I’ve yet to receive,meanwhile statutory compensation accrues at £6.46 per day

  So had an email from @EE saying my TNT Sport is going up to £25pm, message us to cancel the sub. Messaged and they say it will cost £20pm if I want it again! So seems cheaper to cancel and resubscribe! How does that benifit loyal customers? @MartinSLewis @moneysavingexp
