    @EE ordered broadband from you, BT eventually fixed it, but service constantly drops, now BT have billed me for £37.99 despite being told I would get a rebate for first week nor being connected My question is am I a BT or EE customer as EE promised to pay off my previous

    @EE Yeah, that’s when we get back to the problem that I CANT CALL!! EE needs to have a human text chat through the app that I can communicate with. The bot on the app is complete ****.

    That's the end of c.28 years with @EE , started with Freeserve - Wanadoo - Orange, finally @EE good service overall, must say, shame they treat their loyal customers with such contempt. @vodafone been okay so far, at least the guy called me to check all was okay as he promised!

    @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

    @Ofcom I am concerned that @EE sales approach is not genuinely customer-first. They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. Do better!

    @EE can you tell me why I can spend the vast majority of the day at Paultons Park which is entirely outside with no signal to load anything whatsoever despite having 2 bars and 5G showing? Really is soo poor, due for renewal next month making my decision pretty easy.

    @EE very disappointed with you, tried to renew my broadband contract with you today in the shop & 3 customer service agents hung up on the staff. We tried to speak direct to you, same again you hung up. Perhaps you don’t want to give me the deal advertised on your app & website?

    @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳

    @EE why is your wifi so bad? Told you it would be when i joined. But as usual your bit doesnt understand and no humans. All i wanted was to add another extender At least BT were mostly helpful, even their autobots sometimes. Ee now help whatsoever
