@mouthwaite @EE Only way you get a same day replacement is withing 14 days is if the phone is faulty by no fault of the customer. If your due an upgrade more then likely your out of contract and it isn't worth repairing your phone, better to upgrade.

@mouthwaite @EE EE are awful like you was a customer for many years & when I switched to @bt_uk the EE customer service rep said why am I moving to a crap provider…. I did ask him does he know who owns EE… most unprofessional unlike BT who have proved that I was right in moving over too!

@mouthwaite @EE couldn't tell me where it was from or let me pay it. I had sale agreed on a house and co ownership sorted but my bank pulled the plug because of this £50. 6 months later I received a cheque for £75 from @EE because apparently that piece of **** company actually owed me money. And
