@EE hi I need urgent help, I am in Canada and have purchased roam further but I am unable to make any calls, I have looked on my app and it is showing roaming blocked! But I can’t unblock it and I cannot call you either. Please help!

@EE hello, I am travelling to Mexico on Sunday, I can see an add-on for £8.70 pm for “roam further” but when clicking on it via the app it just says to “add or cancel”. There is no list of what countries are included?
