    This is why I stuck with same mobile provider so long! Moving from 3 to @EE - got a contract for a new eSIM, gave my PAC code. Tried to get eSIM and I can’t download it because of a data mismatch. Store couldn’t help, online tried to charge me to send a QR code

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @EE I am currently aboard and my mobile number has been disconnected, I have tried all avenues to contact you and it has been a fail. No contact number no help on the website so this is my last result. Could you please get back to me and help me please

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    @EE Your coverage at @HeathrowAirport (airside Terminal 3) sucks! I’m not passing through I work here and on a daily basis I struggle to use my 5/4G
