  @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.

  @EE you know even your hotspot WiFi is a load of ****, it keeps dropping out. Also why can I not get 5G at your shop in Basingstoke, great PR I say. Even the staff in the Apple shop think EE is crap.

  @EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.

  @EE @paulmatt86 EEs standard response....visit coverage checker.....which does nothing.....standard of service has definitely got worse over the years...

  I'm convinced that zero humans work for @EE what a **** storm of conflicting information. Repeating yourself over and over with different outcomes to only be put to someone else and repeat again and then told different information and other person wrong. FU EE FU

  What an absolute mess from @EE Isabella promised the world, then hung up. Jack followed up on those promises and gave me the deal I needed…well so I thought. Full of lies and **** ups! Bye Bye EE, never again!

  @EE Not having any issues i just want to know why @ITV where you RECORD a programme to watch later and prevented from skipping Ads. I would be interested to hear from @ITV about this as they seem to be the only commercial station that does this

  @EE @DavidSu99220975 We had 4 day outage last week, we did all the chasing zero communication from EE and not an apology in sight!! “For 13 years running we are number 1 on customer service” I don’t think so!! Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!
