Wondering, has anyone had any success taking @EE to the ombudsman, in relation to how impossible they make it to change bundled payments (we want to cancel WiFi hub but it's bundled with the phone payment)? We are just being taken around in circles here.

In the middle of asking a very rude customer service person from @EE to break down my bill, she hung up. Asked her to speak to someone else as she was abrupt/unhelpful/impatient, she ignored my request. Called back 4 times can’t get through. I loathe this company.
