@EE Is there a nationwide outage with mobile phone service? I’m with yourselves and I have no service (as do other colleagues of mine with you) but there are people on O2, Tesco, Vodafone etc who have also lost all service.

@EE my data add on that I paid for each month so I got unlimited data has been removed without any warning? I keep getting messages saying I’ve used my data but I paid for unlimited? Since my upgrade last December I’ve had nothing but issues.

@stefanjl15 @EE As stated in our T's & C's, we cannot guarantee a fault free service and the 99% coverage is across populated areas. As advised, this being an issue everywhere indicates a fault with the SIM or phone - Callum
