  @EE "expected dispatch within 24 hours" 3 days later and still no delivery date. Nearly as long as me saying I'll be 5 minutes. Never get my iPhone at this rate.

  @EE been on to your tech team today for over an hour regarding my ongoing fault with my 4g internet. My upload and download speeds at currently at 0.49MB strangely enough not good enough for my work Teams meetings. I was promised a call back but didn’t get one can you help

  @EE to all the lovely people, you have generously sent me a returns package to trade in my iPhone - it is a great service! However, I’m yet to receive the phone that I’m trading it in for…. Is there a time limit for this?? Any ideas when you might be getting some iPhones?

  I'm on a wired connection yet everything is interrupting my Internet connection. Every game I play is lagging I get major packet loss and high ping. @EE I have been having issues for ages now and you keep blaming my stuff, yet the engineer today said it was a network issue.
