    @EE Appalling service continues. 2 months of errors and agents never calling me back or making sure the mistakes made are sorted. Stressed and upset. No way to run a supposed award winning service. Total joke.

    **** you @ee that's best part of an hour I've wasted trying to view my bills, look at upgrade options - phone & broadband but you website is so shite at loading pages, or not as is the case I'm now exploring other providers options - poor customer service extends to your website

    @EE just some feedback, change your delivery company. DPD say they attempted delivery when I’ve been in all day waiting and tracking their driver. Their support is non existent too. Frustrated is taking it mildly!

    @EE i’ve called already, had to sign a single document for a new phone on the in store ipad as the link was not working on my phone - your employee has taken it upon themselves to sign my print name to a document for insurance that i didn’t ask for. i am contacting the ombudsman.

    @EE It’s to do with GFast. Why are you allowed to break contract and cut my service to a quarter to what I’m getting now? Can you imagine if I asked that about price or ending my contract early? This is now allowed. How can I take this further?

    @EE As it stands I have a 5th person calling me back on Monday. If this person is as useless as the rest I will open a 4th complaint. I have treated me like trash. Something so simple has been messed up to such an extent it has dragged on for MONTHS.

    @EE I'd have expected it to be a case as simple as updating mailing lists the same way you remove my EIN. I don't have the energy to speak with someone over the phone for it, I'll just set all emails from that address to go straight into the deleted items, appreciate the support.
