  @dave_aldrine Can’t wait! Been with @EE for several years as IMO they are best, felt they are getting worse and worse. Even upgraded to the priority line. Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink 👌🏽

  @EE @aliham84 Ours is now back on but as you say no information provided we had to call 2 days to ask if there was an issue as the app check your signal didn’t work!!

  So today has been a new low for @EE a staff member has refused to connect me to there cancellation team and then telling me I don’t have the right to cancel. As a consumer we all have the right to cancel if we are not getting the service that we pay for!!. @Ofcom

  @EE ive just had someone knock my door asking me to do a speed test of my Internet. He told me to get my phone to complete this albeit I told him No multiple times. As a customer since the orange days I dont appreciate the aggressive attitude of your employees on my doorstep.

  @EE really bad experience today. Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. Just got an automated text: sorry we missed you book another appointment
