@EE I’m happy to discuss here. I’ve been to the store in Charlton, it’s shut down.. your website says otherwise and just gone to woolwich apparently you have no stock of e sims.. a qr code that can be printed on paper has run out?

@EE extremely disappointed that you give compensation 2 customers who complain publicly via Twitter, but when a customer emails In private they get nothing. Please explain why 1 customer in the same area gets compensation for an outage and1 doesn’t. Looking forward to hearing why

@EE I’ve now wasted best part of 4 hours either on the phone or going to stores. It really shouldn’t be this hard to get my esim moved to my new phone. I’ve had it a week now and still can’t get it sorted. If you’re having trouble sourcing paper to print a code, il supply that..

@EE over a year since I notified you of being unable to login to my account due to your app and website refusing to accept a + in my email address. I was told this was passed on, looks like you've still not bothered after a year. What gives?
