@EE just asked to cancel a broadband account for my father in law as he is now in residential care with dementia and was told no as it’s still in contract. Really saddened by this lack of compassion.

@EE my home broadband internet connection has been awful since 9pm last night (15/09/2021) the upload&download speed is still bellow 5 when I go throughout wifi speed test!!!

@lerrosja @EE If its one of those small rechargeable box types it might be worth trying a reset. If its a home style router id try connecting a pc via ethernet to see if its the wifi part thats not working.

@Hoopsterdell @EE 12 mins and not passed security. My broadband signal is apparently not strong enough to accept a pin code they sent me. They’re talking absolute Johnson&Gove, I’m watching HD tv with no buffering.
