  Don’t often take to X but I’m beyond frustrated with @ee Business Customer Service response today. I don’t mind any company making human errors, but the true test is how they manage their customer response…call centre and chatbot epic fail! Shoulda gone to @Vodafone

  @EE got lots of problems with my internet connection when i am out and about besides being on full data plan i now see my mobile data is switched off very unhappy with EE as I can no longer call you to sort it

  @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!
