    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! It’s really the worst tv package I’ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I don’t. You can’t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup

    @EE 6 days left on my contract with a complaint with exec team, I've just rang up and been told its unfortunate @O2 have massively undercut you by £12 a month unfortunately I'm better moving to o2 what ****** customer service after 9 years, @Offcom need to look at you

    Kind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?

    @EE Your customer service is impossible to contact! I’m in Australia so I can’t download your app and I can’t phone you. Get an email or something! I’m being so overcharged and I have no way of contacting you 😭
