@bt_uk @EE my broadband router has a known issue in that the power cable develops a fault and you lose broadband until it’s replaced. Is there a reason you don’t tell your customers what you know so they don’t lose their internet for 2 days and without compensation?

@intouchwithox @EE That seems a pretty wide area to not have service. I'd be suspecting a device issue in the first instance. Does EE show on a manual network search?

£208 fines “accidentally” a complete mess and not once have I had access to a manger. Always too busy or in a meeting yet I’ve been promised one on numerous occasions. I terrible service all round. @bt_uk @EE please feel free to look at recorded phone calls for evidence.

Just started a new job in Cranleigh, Surrey and I think I've found the 1% of the country that @EE has terrible signal. Not ideal at all.

@EE So a whole month maybe more is a joke ! Could get one quicker by switching to a different network ! What a joke

@bt_uk @EE I tried that before messaging here to be told that you are aware of the issue of power cables for hubs breaking down but you have decided not to tell customers about it until they suffer a fault. Even a manager told me the same. Poor decision especially without compensation?

@bt_uk @EE pride themselves on customer service yet I have had the worst experience! Since July I have been trying to resolve issue after issue. What should have been a simple house move has turned into, cancelled contracts “accidentally” change to sim plans “accidentally”

@EE Cheers, apparently I have the ‘green light problem’ which means I need a new power supply for the router. As the router doesn’t work, The hybrid connect can’t do its thing either. So it’s wait for a new power supply!
