mick smith (@micksmi70872507) reported@EE Do staff at EE have to pass an intelligence test? I have just spoken a member of staff, after a wait of 45 minutes, and asked her if she had ever heard of British Telecom and she claimed she had never heard of that company. The moron works for them.

mick smith (@micksmi70872507) reported@EE I would be fantastic if your customer services could answer the ******* phone. This is your business. I am sick and ******* tired of phoning this company and waiting a very long time for the phone to be answered. Do not use the magic word " virus" as the excuse.

James Meredith (@Jamesmeredith) reported@EE #EE @5G Don’t believe the hype with EE 5G it’s awful in London. Worse than 4G I previously had. Constantly drops internet and very unreliable. Sorry I change to 5G but I believed the hype EE spun me. Never again will listen to them. Once bitten twice shy! EE 5G is BAD
