@EE Hi, I’ve recently changed from contract to pay as you go and I’m having trouble adding credit to my account (recharge app) I don’t seem to be able to add the credit? Recharge have said send a message to 150 to active it but as I’ve no credit I can’t??

@EE Standard response that doesn't answer the question! This mast has had a generator running on it for nearly 12 months! Not exactly environmental friendly is it? Just fix the power to the mast?

@EE Hi, I've communicated with 5 different people so far (well 6 including you) 4 in support & 1 from the complaints team since the problem occurred: each time I've received different timescales but I'm no closer to having the issue resolved.

@paulchowdhry @EE @btsport Download the bt app (if you are new customer) when registering it should give you option as EE customer. Fill in form then you should be good to go. Can take upto 24 hrs.

@EE She has called and been in and told different things by different people. One said it will be January 2022 until she gets them while another said they had no idea and how long was a piece of string. She is overpaying as she is now out of contract plus down on the deposit

@EE I hope you can help! All the apps on my phone (including Safari, Slack, Citymapper etc). Don’t seem to work with the 4G on my phone, but work perfectly with WiFi. Is this a problem with the 4G or with handset. It was a real struggle today.
