    @EE i cant get into the app to check the service (fibre to prem) quality in my area which appears to have taken a massive download hit today whats going on, and can you put this checking service into the public domain and not buried behind an account service which is failing

    @EE third time in a month I haven’t received call back that I have been promised. Total of 3 hours and 8 minutes on the telephone to you so far for zero result. Can’t imagine how you would treat someone who hasn’t had several contracts with you for years! Sort it out!

    @EE hi. I left EE yesterday using my PAC code however as I was on a full works plan my account is still showing the watch data which was included is still active. I've tried to contact live chat in the app but it won't put me through when I ask to speak to an agent. Help please

    @EE why are you so hard to get hold off? Always seems to be an issue logging in or with your systems. Supposed to have a router delivered today but can’t see what’s happening with it, been stuck in all day and I’m going greyer by the minute! Any chance if an update
