    So @EE failed at customer services today. They make the mistake, make things worse and dont want to fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult and stressful for a disabled person to just get broadband! Appalling!! 🤬

    @EE hi there I’ve been told I need to send back my WiFi router otherwise I’ll be charged however I’ve messaged service desk on here several times but they’re not responding!!!!! We didn’t receive any postage information or barcode to send the box back.

    I have made multiple complaints to @EE and even though I told them the signal is not good where I live and that I need the fibre, they insisted on sending me a mini WiFi hub as a show of "good faith" it was supposed to arrive today, guess what, it never did, such poor service

    @ElDino169 @EE @netflix Hi Lee, I’m sorry to hear about your issue with your Netflix/Billing. You can sign up for Netflix separately without using our EE services. There’s nothing stopping you from doing that.

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

    @EE hi, my mother is with you guys and you offered her another deal and she said yes, wanted to keep her old number but the sim you sent is a new number and we don’t know how to change it over. Can you help please? Thank you.

    Shocking service from @EE, says open until 9 get closed message, can’t update my account online - no extra help just ring, try to ring wont let me speak to anyone…appalling and distressing, just going around in circles…TERRIBLE
