    @EE Why can't I get any 4g signal anywhere when I go shopping and have to rely on shops WiFi? You provide a service that isn't fit for purpose at all, absolutely terrible. Are we back in the year 2000?

    Hello there @EE, I transference my number to EE last week and I have received a confirmation that the number transfer has been completed. However, I cannot make a call with my phone for reasons I don’t know. I can’t even call the customer care number 150 from it. I need your help

    @Samishlol @EE I'm paying my contract off as it works out cheaper than paying the amount for a service I mistakingly taken up on my recent upgrade for next 24 months & when my TV & Broadband contract finishes that will be cancelled as well

    @EE @birthdaycakexo I agree.....EEs only answer is check the coverage....the signal in Falkirk has been dreadful for years.....value for money is about 1 out of 10....time to move network shortly...

    @EE well after nearly 4 weeks and numerous calls and posts here we are nearing a resolution- however an engineer has got to attend tomorrow because there is still something wrong with the connection!!!! For heaven’s sake ! But don’t think that’s the end of it

    @EE To think, I have to call you just to reset or refresh my data, because your network is crap! Mind you, 2 weeks ago I had to refresh my data, because the network service is crap! Do better EE!

    @EE They already have several times and the problem keeps recurring, surely we're not getting what we pay for and therefore should be able to get out of the contract, with a refund

    @EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming
