  @bt_uk @s_starrr6 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  Can't believe after 18 years, I'm going to have to leave @EE for my phone and broadband because Virgin have a much better offer on their Broadband and TV - over a £15pm difference for like for like basis! Retentions unable to come down any more.

  @btsport @EE @SkySportsF1 I`m not sure who to contact about this tbh but my BT box TV guide is showing the Indycar race should have started at 18:00 on Sky F1. Instead it`s yet another re-run of today`s F1 race. This is not the first time this has happened. Really poor.

  @paulmatt86 @EE Because the UK is so so broken and has been since they removed the Huawei stuff years ago and never got replaced with anything as good as that . But the likes of EE still ripping the customers by charging us more but get less…
