    @EE so wife has been on your live chat for 3 hours now. Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Is this how you treat over 25 year customers? @Ofcom a complaint will follow unless sorted

    **** you @ee that's best part of an hour I've wasted trying to view my bills, look at upgrade options - phone & broadband but you website is so shite at loading pages, or not as is the case I'm now exploring other providers options - poor customer service extends to your website

    @EE Respectfully im not going through to the same teams I've been put through to already as my complaint was deemed no resolution, however one of your employees made the fatal mistake of misleading me with factually incorrect information so I'll be taking it to the ombusman

    @vis_unita In all my years of driving and using my phone (hands free!) I have never had a call drop out! Never not been able to connect! Some people really do just imagine up things to be angry about! @EE customer

    @mblacky78 @EE Pity you were not a passenger in my car tonight’s journey from work. You would have noticed how infrequently the signal was sufficient to make or receive a call. Makes me laugh how people with no fkin idea can be so ballsy.

    @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care

    @EE We did a home move 2 years ago and have so far had no issues, other than the extortionate price we’ve been paying! The switch over is on you @EE not us but we’re having to suffer because of it and had to sign up to a new contract that apparently, we can leave at any time
