@EE This pretentious, decadent, waste of money advert only shows your customers you have too much money because you're been fleecing them for all these years. Also, it's a crap ad.
-
Iain Montgomery (@H0raceWimp) reported
@EE Even if that were true, wouldn't touch you with that crap advert.

@EE can you use the trade in service to trade in a Samsung for an I phone to get the discount?
-

@EE @GraemeMacArthur Pigging backing. It states we can cancel if we don’t like the charges? Any specific window to cancel in, is it before the increase is applied or shortly after? Asking as I’ll be cancelling.

@EE hi, I have just upgraded and gone into a new contract. First payment taken yesterday and I have been overcharged. Taken almost £50, should be £37 with a £40 spend cap. Phone lines seem to be down. Can someone look into this please?

emma hazell (@emmamonkersons) reported
@EE neither 150 nor the other number are working. You are sending me increasingly threatening letters for a service I have already closed. Please can you let me know how I get in touch with someone? Thanks!

@EE I placed an order for iPhone 13 pro max, still don’t have the phone and my new plan has started 🤔. And no indication of when I will receive the phone. Why should I pay for the new plan when I don’t have the product? Shocking service and no updates what so ever.

matt hodges (@sonnyfocai) reported
@EE I went and had a look and all the shutters were down and the door was locked

Graeme MacArthur (@GraemeMacArthur) reported
@EE Normally the money to invest comes from shareholders or capital investors. You’re now getting the customers to pay to build the network then charging them to use it. An increase at the rate of inflation is understandable; anything above that, especially in these times, is not.
