@Stonelaughter @EE Horrific price Tom. I was with @EE for well over 10 years. Was struggling during lockdown so contacted them to explain. Was told there was “nothing they could do” switched to a different provider and the customer care is exceptional. Contracts way more reasonably priced too!

@EE nit sure what is going on with 5gz broadband in BB2 but mine is constantly slow and has been for weeks. Can't find an update abiut staus on the website as I don't have a phone line. What is going on? I work from home and it's making it reallt difficult.

@EE hi there, is there a problem with the app? I’m trying to upgrade but each time I get to the payment bit the page sticks on the whirling icon, as if it’s trying to do something, and failing. I’ve tried three times on two devices, appears to be your issue.

@EE Hi, i tried to add roaming further as an add-on last night and kept getting an error message saying contact EE. After messaging 150 I got conflicting responses saying it had been added and another to say there was an issue. I fly to Canada tomorrow. Any help will be appreciated!

@EE So maybe you can explain what the extra £630 fee is for? I'm already paying you for the phone, the fix is £200ish which I'm willing to pay - what's the additional £630 for?

@EE horrendous service !!! Been with EE over 30 years ! Refuse to help with bill incurred when away as EE did Not tell me how it would work !!! Rude and dismissive staff !!!
