@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Well looks like my Fold 3 is gonna get delayed because @EE's internal infrastructure suck. This is the second time in 2 years my account has had to get escalated to an internal engineer. Customer service are fantastic, it's a shame they're bottlenecked by their own tools/systems
