@EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying £100+pm

@EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

hi @ee you misinformed me, changed my contract, admit to misinforming me but can't revert your changes. now moved to @ThreeUK you've just lost a customer of around 6 years. congratulations!
@EE visited one of your in-store outlets earlier this morning regarding an upgrade. What an experience for all the wrong reasons! Felt for the trainee having to work and learn from a manager whose customer service was so poor. Obviously didn't proceed with the upgrade!
@EE day three of no signal! Unacceptable is a word that could be used!
@EE is there a problem with network coverage. I normally have 5G at the location I’m in but today it’s only showing 3G
@EE Hi, just wondering if you’re ever going to sort out our phone signal/4G in the L10 area? I’ve been with EE for a good few years now, and this has never been fixed. Why am I paying for so much data when I can’t even access it in my own home/street? The coverage here is so bad.
@EE Unfortunately the above link is still not working & it will not let me delete phone number from account because of two-factor authentication!? I have however updated my preferred payment method to my card rather than number.

@EE I have only ever had one Apple ID which is why the message doesn’t make sense. Apple support have checked my Apple ID & phone number neither of which are linked to any other ID’s. They said to get in touch with EE as it isn’t a fault from apple. Thanks :)
@EE Yeah I’ve explained I don’t think I shouldn’t pay because of how long I’ve been with the company but it’s never happened no matter what I’ve upgraded to. It was either a £30 or £50 upfront cost and that’s before paying the bill each month. Expensive
