    @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though ๐Ÿคฃ

    @EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

    @EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying ยฃ100+pm

    @ee can you do anything to hurry up the activation for a new SIM card (same No kept). This is causing problems not having access to the phone. We werenโ€™t told it takes up to 24 hours !

    @EE Stop sending me your annoying voice mail calls, texts and messages. Constantly bothering and pestering customers for financial reward is unlawful. It's about 20 times a day, this is your last chance or i will cancel my account.

    @EE awful internet once again. Shortage in my local area has been going since 5am and still not repaired! This is the 3rd thing to go wrong since being changed over from BT to you. Not reliable at all!

    @EE Exactly which means I should be able to pay either off at any time but according to @EE I can't pay up and leave the service and keep paying for the phone (which is a credit agreement). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!

    @EE I have, more than once and recieved no resolution. It is not worth me annoying myself reporting it again for you guys to do nothing when i can just change provider

    @ianclatworthy @EE Sheโ€™s need to spk to bereavement team change name on account then set up price for new customer offer price and reduce cost for line and b/b sorry for your loss mate you might wanna be with mum if you can and help explain it to them ,

    @EE our fibre broadband which we've had installed for a week, after over 2 months of waiting has gone down this evening. The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?
