@ThreeUKSupport @EE Also your customer relations team said they will honour the price but it got to your billing them and they refused. And then someone had to break the news to me today saying there is nothing they can do. So they did a massive U turn! Absolutely shocking!

@EE I was lied to on an offer and was told that I needed to accept the situation and there is nothing you can do about it. Really disappointed with the way you treat your customers. So unfair especially during these really difficult times. Your customer service had lied to me!

@browny996 @EE you’ve got no hope, I ordered it 11 days before that and still **** all, order finally updated with an expected delivery date after saying coming soon for a month and now it says awaiting delivery confirmation again

@EE Instead of asking people to send you jokes wouldn’t it be better if EE did it’s job efficiently and provided customers with an improved service? We’d prefer phones & tweets answered promptly rather than EE laughing at jokes. EE=Appalling way to treat customers.
