Mac, McClackers. (@McClackers) reported@EE That was the first thing I've done. I've unplugged and checked connections for all leads too. Just continually flashes yellow indefinitely. it's not working through ethernet but I don't have a physical landline phone to check if my line is down.

I've been on hold on the phone w/ 1 Q - the EE engineer cannot get here til a week after the current plan ends. Will we lose our service in that week? Thx! 🙏

Can even access your complaint form. Customer services non- existent. Can you help???
