@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE You can't really do much as it's been very unstable for a few weeks. One minute 0kbs next minute 80mbps. Constant drop outs or hours of dial up speeds. I give you a postcode and you tell me there's no problems. Thanks for the message though. Have a nice day.

@EE They are not helping so you have to help. If neither of you know where the SIM is then I want a refund, I have put £10 on it. I should not have to have an EE number just to be able to speak to someone. I also need one to set up an account so how am I meant to resolve the issue?

@EE Hi. I recently switched to yourselves from O2 and have been having multiple issues since I started. I can’t get a resolution. Now I cannot even call you without getting a call failed message. Your AI helper cannot help me and just loops the same messages. Help me!

@EE what is going on with your service in South Warwickshire. No data transfer, no mobile home broadband, poor signal inside and out. Standard response: check our service and all looks good. Reality: its not working across multiple devices in multiple locations. ????

@EE I called your help line earlier and got an automated response saying it was an openreach issue. I called again, spoke to a helpful operator who said he’d try to persuade openreach to look at my problem quickly. No luck, they can’t do it until 1st Oct. Not good enough
