I never do this but @EE you are an absolute disgrace. @benrichardsact and I will be leaving you after 15 years with immediate effect! The worst customer service I have every experienced and your Cambridge store is abysmal. You have lied, and mis sold us a contract. 😡

@EE Thanks, I don’t need any support with paying the bill but I can’t justify spending that much on a phone contract especially with the cost of living going up, that phone contract is more than a weeks rent where I live 😐

@EE Good Morning, how long do I have to be with you b4 I can add on an additional line? I'm desperately needing mobile broadband so I can work from home without issues. I can't get home broadband as I live in share accommodation & landlord will not allow phone line to be fitted

I really wish @EE would make eSIMs available for psy as you go. Being subjected to this terrible @LycamobileUK customer experience is so upsetting. I hate everything about it. 😩
