    @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

    @EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying £100+pm

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE care to explain why you’ve gone above the ALREADY HIGH CPI RATE or 5.5% and decided to add on your own 3.9% for good measure? A near 10% rise and no extra services? I believe consumers may have the right to terminate early no?

    @EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

    @EE Yeah I've spoken to them thanks. As above, they can't actually tell me anything because it's in the hands of open reach. I think there's just a fundamental lack of comms between yourselves, open reach and the customer- could do better!
