  @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

  @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

  @EE I am really disappointed for ee , for over 1 weeks 6 agents from customer services lies to me I will get my phone within 7 days , and one of them even tell me that my phone is arrived and will be dispatched the next day, calling the next day and I found out actually it was

  @sastawear @EE They are purposefully refusing to solve the issue with my phone (that's will stop charging randomly) and refer me to Apple all the time (who refer me to EE). I think I'll just cancel my direct debit and take my business elsewhere, to be honest.

  @EE so are you actually going to reply to my DM and not ignore. Ongoing signal issues for over a year now. No resolution. I can see lots of people having the same issue. You going to resolve this or will you keep claiming your the best network? What metrics used to claim this?

  @O2 your data coverage is terrible! Constantly being put on E whenever I turn my wifi off! It’s shocking! Think @EE are the way forward!

  @EE Are you still having internal issues activating new eSIMs? I can't activate my Apple Watch, and customer service last week told me there was an ongoing issue but no date for fixing it. Is there an update?
