@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying £100+pm

@EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

@EE do I’ve noticed a few people are complaining about the very same thing I’m yet to get an answer for. You can’t cancel or close someone’s account without permission this doesn’t even make any sense.

@EE It is being “looked in to”. We have the Royal Mail tracking proving that it was delivered, and in the meantime we are £600 down. We have bills to pay and no money to pay them!

@EE hi! In my new house I have very weak and patchy signal. For some reason wifi calling isn’t working. Using an iPhone 11 Pro. It’s turned on in settings and wifi is strong. Any suggestions?

@EE Hi Peter. Wifi calling just seems never to kick in. I can only make/receive calls at one end of my house but wifi calling doesn’t seem to allow me to do it anywhere else. I never see the ‘wifi calling’ text at the top of my phone. It’s definitely switched on in settings.

@Ofcom I am constantly getting called on my mobile by 0843 numbers who ring a couple of times in the hope I ring back or pocket dial them. I cannot block them as they constantly change numbers. I am on the telephone pref service. My provider @ee are cannot help. Can you?

@ThreeUK is the worst network for signal, customer service & app. Roll on the 21st February so I can go back with @EE
