@EE I signed up for bt sport on Sunday to try it for a month, I text to cancel soon after I signed up. I was charged 10 for the month assuming I’d have access for the whole month but my access has been cancelled on 02nd feb....can someone help?

@EE I upgraded after February bill produced and still ee have messed up this is not good enough I rang the day after receiving phone and the person I spoke to messed it up so rang again and assured it would be sorted this is bad service

@EE Hard to believe the worst customer service from that I have ever experienced. Passed from pillar to post blaming everything on Open Reach reach on a “glich”. Should have been on WiFi from Jan now saying 10th Feb for a review. I will defo go to @Ofcom whoever regulates them

@EE Doesn’t 5G use a much higher frequency (to enable the high speed and data)? Higher frequencies can’t penetrate buildings & we therefore need significantly more masts/base stations for coverage. The issue here is the amount of radiation we will be exposed to from more transmitters
