  .@EE I sent this yesterday and have had no reply. “Hi. I’m in Italy and have no service since I arrived yesterday. Roaming is turned on on my iPhone and I can get data from an esim I had to buy but nothing from my regular EE line. Please help. Thanks.“

  @EE I swear I contact you numerous times about my broadband why is it cutting out every hour. So much for the price increase to grow the network… the network doesn’t work

  @EE has the worst service I have had from a mobile provider.Had a bolt on for travel abroad which I apparently cancelled by “text” with no email or letter to confirm changes. £800 bill last month thought it was all settled and now I’ve had another bill for £320.AVOID AVOID AVOID

  @wayniepooz @EE When you agree to the contract, almost all say they will increase by RPI+3.9% every April. As this increase is built-in, you don’t have the right to cancel. And RPI is 10%. Did you read the contract? You can often sign up for a new contract, probably on the old price too.
