Looking for help got iPhone 8. Get terrible back ground noise/interference when I use it been back to @EE they say it’s an Apple fault. Looking for anyone with same problem please. @Unteachabull #Apple #poorservice

@EE I’ve been a customer for over a decade and have just been told the best upgrade deal I can get is a measly £3 off the monthly price, or a whopping increase of £620 on the handset if I reduce the monthly cost! Is this really the reward loyal customers get? Time to change providers

@EE your phone line is so frustrating. Doesn't recognise a data SIM phone number as one of your numbers so won't let me call the support number. So now I'm having to hold on the "buy a phone" option even though I know it's the wrong department.

@EE Latest update is that it’s proving more difficult than originally thought, fix date is supposed to be tomorrow but they have sent me a mini EE hub as they are expecting it to take longer 😩

@EE - I’ve been a customer of yours for over a decade, just called to discuss an upgrade and was told the BEST offer I could get is £3 knocked off the monthly cost of a new deal. For a customer of my level of loyalty I’m disgusted at how little that counts for.

@EE I’m guessing you’re receiving a high number of calls (currently on hold) because like us, lots of your customers have woken up to a massive phone bill for no good reason (because your pdf bills are awful). Adding insult to injury we took out new plans with you just recently 😔😢
