    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    @EE I am currently abroad and my mobile bill was due and I tried to pay online and it didn’t allow me to. I go home soon and I think my sim has been shut off. Is there any way I can pay my bill now to able my service ??

    @Jessica85079057 @EE What. Did I read that correctly. £787? Have you escalated it to the financial ombudsman? I think you should. Also request your bank to do a charge back. And they will until the matter has been resolved. Thanks I’ll cancel.

    @MarcAllera @EE you have stuck your hands into my bank account and took £787.51 this month THAT I DO NOT OWE TO EE. Disgusting! customers trust you to have our direct debit details and you THEIVE. Can’t even call into your customer service.

    @EE You’ve cancelled my line and broadband. BT have made an error. Christian.2.smith can’t fix it. I’m 6300 miles away. I’ve now seen you’ve charged me for the pleasure. Please DM me as I’m not calling.

    @Dave0ufc @EE are one of the best Tbf. Costs a bit more than competitors but never had an issue with network or customer service

    I am beyond words with how awful @EE are. Literal hours on the phone discussing £80 they incorrectly charged me and three months in a row they’ve promised to credit me £80 on my phone bill and guess what… they still haven’t done it!

    @EE Good Morning, I have recently joined your network. I was wondering how long it takes to transfer my number from O2 to your EE. Do I need to manually change my number in my settings. (iMessage/phone/FaceTime etc)
