Looking for help got iPhone 8. Get terrible back ground noise/interference when I use it been back to @EE they say it’s an Apple fault. Looking for anyone with same problem please. @Unteachabull #Apple #poorservice

@EE great service from Tom at your Truro branch yesterday, I took my elderly Mum to get her phone upgraded. Tom was patient & friendly, sorted a suitable phone & new contract for Mum and set it up for her too. 5* service.

@EE I can’t be the only person in the whole of the Uk that is having this type of repair and I am sure you knew prior to sending me a quote that you knew it would be difficult to get parts as I am sure you already knew there was global issue .

@EE 3rd day of no service in the SY23 area…. Was told yesterday it would be back on by 5pm!!! Still nothing, all lies, second class service!

@EE your customer services have been absolutely terrible! To end a contract it has been beyond RIDICULOUS. I don’t have time to KEEP going into a store to sort it?!?!

@EE Signal has now been horrific in Pontardawe, NPT for weeks. When will this be sorted? For 8 hours of the day my phone is out of use!

My father is seriously ill in bed is paying through the nose for a mobile phone he doesn’t use but needs. I have access to his online account but @EE won’t unlock his phone as I don’t know his acct password. They have deliberately blocked the online unlocking service & lied to me
