later the shop admitted their mistake, as this was the old policy but said they have no compensation scheme and said to go online to try and get one. Customer service phoneline was horrendous with waiting times and just told us to go to the shop @EE

hi @EE been told u might be able to help been a bt cust 13 yrs have here internet which is fine but uploads and downloads so slow , thus im after an unlimied 5g data sim for a portable mighthalk m1 router thus giving me download and upload speeds im after plus internet on the go

@EE @btsport never mind the football look after your customers, been one for 11 years and phone for upgrade and its shocking the deals to offer no loyalty bonus full contract as if you have just signed up... 5 times phoned amd different stories from the sales team everytime

@EE your mobile internet service has been so poor for the last two weeks. I’m having to connect to any wifi possible to even moan on Twitter. It’s embarrassing.

@O2 truly appalling service. 2 attempts at placing an order, so far. 3 hours speaking to customer sales only to find out that the backoffice staff are completely incapable of sending basic emails. I guess O2 doesn't want new customers, oh well seems like I'm staying with @EE

Thanks @EE for sending me a defective phone, then not assisting me in branch to resolve the problem, then making it hard to return the phone for replacement. Excellent. Really excellent.

Now have been charged for a whole 1 month of wifi I will not use. I hope no one has to deal with this again and would never recommend anyone getting this temporary wifi/ even dealing with EE! @EE
