  @ee Hi, I have problem in establishing with some degree of accuracy when my property is due to be able to access Full Fibre. Having been told last year it would be the end of 2026, now I am told there is no identifiable plan. Not acceptable. Help, please.

  @EE Your customer service so poor that nobody contacted me, i am unable to connect Internet, the smart hybrid is not working, after 9am ur phone line magically busy till 5pm no call back nothing, this is how worst you people are, i made a mistake trusting u

  I’m trying to talk to someone at @EE as my phone is not receiving calls, but every time I try to do so I get a text message promising to call me back to discuss the problem! I can’t help but think there’s a flaw in that process! @Ee can you please DM me with a number I can ring.

  @EE No the link doesn’t help me at all. Just tells me I can get part fibre. This isn’t helping at all.

  @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

  So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
