    @EE really, really poor service. Ordered a phone on 18 Aug + sim card. SIM card arrived in 24 hours. Phone has disappeared in the system. Order tracker doesn't work. Over an hour on the phone repeating details last week & I was told it'd been shipped with @DPD_UK. Still no phone.

    £7 a day for 500MB of data. Are @EE ***************? So I can’t use my phone in turkey without a hefty bill. O2 is £6 but atleast the internet is unlimited and you get calls and texts too: absolute joke man. Cannot wait to get off this network honestly.

    @EE Your log in screen is not working. I have forgot my password but when requesting a new password the "I'm not a robot" box is not working and is just turning grey. HELP

    Update on phone gate. - Eventually I managed to cancel my contract with @EE. It’s going to cost me £220 when they can’t fulfil the services - got to love “we can’t guarantee indoor coverage” small print. - I’ve gone to @ThreeUK, got the iPhone SE 2022. £40 v £58 I was paying.

    So @EE now decides to send an apology and a little baggy to my old address to collect the phone that was fraudulently ordered via my account and never received and that they confirmed was sitting in a DBD station.

    @EE GET YOUR BONE IDLE STAFF TO SEND THE BILL TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS LIKE THEY USED TO THEN I WOULD NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM ANOTHER IDIOT WANTING SECURITY QUESTIONS WHEN I TOLD HIM NO FINANCIAL ONES HE SAID HE WOULD GET SOMEONE TO RING ME ALREADY REPORTED THIS TO YOUR HEAD OFFICE
