    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    @EE Can you send me the formal complaints department email please. I am now on to my 8th person who can't seem to grasp how to do their job. HUMAN error is rife with this issue.

    @EE another day goes by and still no resolution- your organisation really is the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to have a service forced on me that isn’t fit for purpose, I’m fed up with sorry, I’m fed up of the whole damn saga - your service deserves every single one of these piles and yrs It’s now 18 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

    @KellyHatfieldx @EE No big company cares about you or your service. Their full responsibility extends to grabbing your money. After that any 'correspondence' is reducing their profit on your transaction. Thats why they have AI and bots designed to make you so frustrated that you will just give up.

    @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.

    @EE I’m in Montenegro and I’ve bought a zone 1 day pass for £6 but calls out are blocked and calls in go to voicemail. All my phone settings are correct. I can’t call support and support can’t call me. I badly need to call and receive calls from the UK. Please help!

    @EE I’ve made an appointment to speak with the branch manager next week, I will be making a formal complaint and taking the issue up with him and his staff will verify the hanging up on us. Why didn’t they phone the branch back or call us back? Why do I have to phone you again?
