Hey @EE I bought a 500MB 7 day Data add on and got only 250MB on my PAYG account. I have a screenshot confirming my purchase. Spent 30mins with support just to get a refund, but still unable to buy the advertised 500MB pack. Not alone. That's a 100% scam.

@EE If I try and ring the number given on your site (07953 966 250) for help with my broadband, it asks for for my mobile number, Im not with you for mobile, so it goes no further. so I cant actually speak to someone to sort my broadband issue out! time to find another supplier!

@EE I’m done with this network. I am running down my contract and leaving. Taking all my 5 lines else where. Every time “call failed” “I can’t hear you”. I call them up and the auto response “sorry we have work going on t your location’.. really???

@EE Is there any way I can reach a human please? I’m an ex-customer and want to discuss my former account. However you phone systems won’t let me through to a human without a valid current EE number (which I don’t have) and your chat system is a bit of a pain…thanks!
