    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    @EE the ee app doesn't work and I want to gift data to family members, is there another way...I uninstalled app and reinstalled it but still won't open

    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

    After 25 years of being with @EE, Orange before, I have finally had the time to cancel my account. After creeping roaming charges in (especially data) that never used to exist and increasing prices yearly it feels fantastic. Bye!

    @EE Do you access to accounts in your high street stores? I’ve just been on phone for 25 mins and eventually spoke to a lady but still the same issue

    @EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

    @EE I raise a complaint with you as you clearly can't look after my data. You send me 2 emails to say a complaint has been raised. You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.

    @EE where my ******* broadband that I pay a small fortune for? Nearly up to 32 hours of outage now.

    @EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company 👍
