  @EE @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK are you just conmen? What a joke- 9 pound in parking and 2 hours for them to just say the phone’s damaged. How is their damage if you haven’t checked the phone??? Screen protector not been touched and they said no visual damage ??? It’s a known fault

  @EE @Ofcom Finally sorted c4 hours later. Quite simply this is why people lying to sell is wrong and why online chat doesn't work. Time she will never get back unfortunately.

  @EE Can I raise a formal complaint on this matter and arrange a refund. I have tried several numbers. Nobody is interested in helping unless it relates to a phone issue. It has now been 6 working days with no information, with a promised 1-3 working day delivery.

  @EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I can’t phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but can’t phone. Thanks

  @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

  @MarkyTalk @EE Share your sentiments Mark. Been with them since Orange days. Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I can’t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etc… are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!! Brag bout being best co 25 times!!

  @MarkyTalk @EE I had this exact issue recently. @EE didn't care that i'd been with them for 25 years and were happy to screw me over at the first opportunity. Considering a new company now, as it clearly doesn't mean what I thought!
