    @EE I need support via anything other than phone. My watch upgrade delivery has failed today because the DPD PIN was sent to the watch's number instead of my mobile. Live chat only tells me to call. Could someone please contact me via DM to sort this out?

    Hey @EE just thought I'd let you know that the internet you tried to gaslight me about being repaired on the 16th after gaslighting me about how it was working normally since the 4th that you now claim might be fixed for real on the 27th went down four times today.

    @EE just some feedback, change your delivery company. DPD say they attempted delivery when I’ve been in all day waiting and tracking their driver. Their support is non existent too. Frustrated is taking it mildly!

    @EE Hi, I got msg saying "Your Voicemail PIN has been changed. If you have not requested this, please call Customer Services immediately." After 150, what do I select next please, to sort out this PIN issue? I've called 150 3 times now & end up down 3 rabbit holes. Thank you

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE good morning We have an engineer appointment for this morning but I’ve now been informed that it has been cancelled and booked for tomorrow. Yet EE say this is not a missed appointment, how can that be? We have broken phone cables since Tuesday.

    @TheSegaGuy_ @EE UK network quality is utter rubbish. When they had huawei towers it was awesome but after taking it down; it sucks.
