    @EE made a complaint about not being able to access my account over 2 weeks ago. Promised IR would sort and also promised to escalate the matter. Heard nothing and still can’t access account. This has been going on since you swapped us from BT Looking for a new supplier 😡

    @EE ABSOLUTELY USELESS YET AGAIN! called yesterday to add a sky sports day pass! Told it would end at 0800 today. Advised call Saturday morning. Currently calling you. Yes we can activate it on TUESDAY! WHAT is the point!? Flexible service my arse!

    @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

    🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

    @EE My phone is locked, message appears to say I need Puk code. I do not have an online account, I can't access the phone and when I ring you just direct me online. Please help me get my phone unlocked and working again

    @houseofbuck @EE Similar we installed and got 6-10mps when an agent told us we'd be able to stream and wfh on the package "sold" to us. The phone calls with and agent and senior manager were awful. She listened to the original call 1hr 15mins within 20 minutes end to wnd and declined complaint

    @EE trying to connect my new smart hub to the EE app and it keeps saying it can’t. I keep having similar issues like this with your app. Frustrating please help
