Looking for help got iPhone 8. Get terrible back ground noise/interference when I use it been back to @EE they say it’s an Apple fault. Looking for anyone with same problem please. @Unteachabull #Apple #poorservice

@EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

@EE your customer service is genuinely shocking. I ring up to discuss the price increases from March 31st and I'm met with attitude from your team and their supervisor. I've always been an advocate for your company but this was just shocking

@EE anything happening affecting mobile coverage in EX33 North Devon? Currently got a broadband issue and relying on 4G mini hub… speed is awful upload between 0.2 amd 1.2 Mbs download about 6MBs

I'm not surprised Google support is "follow these weird nerd instructions (and confirm consent to look at any device diagnostics you submitted)". I was surprised by them contracting out to @EE, *not* providing proper nerd instructions, and the @EE store refusing to serve me.

@EE No loyalty moving to another provider even the upgrades team are on commission to try and get you on the most expensive plan as tried them as well and they can't match what a new customer can get it for

@O2 I've been on Live Help trying to talk about upgrading to the S23 Ultra and 45 minutes in we are finally getting through security!!! Why the delays?? Maybe it's time to go to @ee or @VodafoneUK

Hi @EE I think it's a joke I've tried to pay my bill & thanks to a fault on your app you've taken the payment (pending on account) but it's not showing on my EE account. Your chat "help" said 'its my banks fault" (I don't agree - it's your system)

@gogolitzen @EE Also affected by same issue. Plusnet informed me yet BT shows no known issues on their site. It’s frustrating when these companies don’t provide updates. Hopefully will be fixed this afternoon.

@EE no service in Italy since I left airport on Sunday. Told there’s a problem with servers and engineers working on it but given no indication of timescale. Skiing with friends and had panic when separated today. Over 3 full day no. Any idea of when it will be resolved.
