    @EE the ee app doesn't work and I want to gift data to family members, is there another way...I uninstalled app and reinstalled it but still won't open

    @EE So internet sorted - the email advising me to connect arrived this evening (18 hours after broad and went off). But…my home phone is disconnected. It’s not an internet phone & never has been, and the whole point of switching to EE was to maintain a landline…

    @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

    @vitaelectrical @EE I do, It was BT engineers made the connection error at the main exchange. EE are my broadband supplier point of contact who passed me to BT when a connection issue occurred

    @EE It's been over 10 hours and no assistance has been provided to solve this problem. I am unable to book my airport taxi. This is a breach of contract and it is unacceptable

    @TheBeardedNardo @EE Honestly this is very poor business practices as a company and makes even me question how legitimate as a company you are you should be prioritizing your customers over anything else and working with them to find a solution this is poor business practices
