Starting to loose all faith in @EE - phoned them today for help, the minute they realised they couldn't sell me a more expensive package - the girl just didn't care about anything I had to say. I've been their customer for years (after being transferred to EE via BT).

Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going into contract with @EE on TV & Broadband. I was miss sold on their call of which they now have no recording of. Leaving me with the only option to cancel free of charge, rather than just including Netflix that was offered 👍🏻 steer clear
