    @EE Problem is I have had to leave the hospital without this resolved again after spending an hour on the phone last night trying to sort it & we wanted to have me named on the account so I could phone to sort this without having to fight through the system.

    @EE I’m done with your call centres. 3 months. No support. I’m not calling back. I’m writing to @Offcom about the most laughable awful service I’ve ever received.

    @EE Hi, You keep asking me to create a new profile as I'm apparently on an old profile. When I try, it states my email addresses is already in use. Why couldn't you just migrate user accounts to the newer profiles instead of causing issues? Technology is great if you use it properly.

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort
