    @EE Your basildon branch sold my mum of 73years old with dememtia 2 contracts for a tablet she doesn't need at £55 a month. She is vulnerable and your staff have taken advantage. Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service it appears no one cares at all! Disgusting

    @EE .Terrible Internet service. @EE don't install on time, send the wrong we equipment, don't activate your account even days after your Internet supposedly starts. Call them? Passive aggressive staff will lecture you. Awful #broadband #internet

    @EE just updated the app and can't see anything for all the ads and promotions that now clutter the screen. Very poor. Please sort it out asap
