@EE Trying to call customer services & coming up user busy. Tried to tweet the Ask EE team and coming up as their account is suspended. Was told someone would call me today and yet again nobody called. Utterly useless.

@EE I hope you are going to compensate all your customers for the awful lack of service we pay alot of money for every month. I am sure if we didn't pay our direct debit you would be charging us extra for this. Shocking this has been going on for many hours now.
