    @EE Thanks but I can't call from my mobile as there's no signal and my landline package (which I resent having to pay for but have to have because of the lack of signal) doesn't include calls to 07nnn numbers.

    @EE EE agreed the fault is owned by them. reimbursement should be automatically added to the customer accounts.

    @EE Hi I’ve done all this and been happening since Thursday last week. Everyone else in our area is back up and running. I need to speak with someone right away texting isn’t resolving the issue.

    @EE There’s no point calling the number……All your staff do is say they’ll pass you to the right department and they hang up. Same story over and over again

    @BTBusiness the sooner I can get out of the contract with you the better…. Actually costing me money now!! Utter shite!! Possibly the worst provider I’ve been with in 23 years… @EE sold me this **** too!!
