@Spooky15 @EE If your phone shows 3 bars, you have good coverage. What's the actual issue you have... is it problems with voice calls? Slow data? Or something else?

@EE loyal customer here and just had an agent on live message they your app trying to tell me my line rental discount was going to expire and needed to upgrade my contract. Clearly trying to earn some commission as when I rang was told this is not the case.

@EE what’s going on with your network, was Deon for 8 hours yesterday and it’s the same again today, this can’t be happening I’m missing too many calls, there’s need to be some kind of compensation for this.

@EE I've tried twice to give notice on my phone contract with you...and twice I've been told I'd receive a message back to sort this out...and twice this hasn't happened...I don't have time to mess about...I'll cancel my DD you can contact me instead..

@FPL_Solicitor @EE Yes I found 1pmobile to be weaker than standard EE. I’m now with Mozillion on my iPad, which I initially went with due to them offering eSIM, but they’re also cheaper and the network feels better than my main EE phone sim?! Harborough is struggling though. I believe there is a mast issue.

@EE What are you doing to fix problem in checking data usage on a 120GB 12 month Sim package 2 months in and still can't get access. Your shop staff know of issue but couldn't or wouldn't help. Also unable to use in France or buy addon

@EE WiFi down in SA6 Swansea postcode. There has been work done recently to @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach lines in the area. Haven't got time to phone you, just letting you know you may want to investigate.
