  @EE So far- Broadband and phone goes down on Friday. 3hrs in total trying to find out what’s going on. Friday I couldn’t work Waited all day for an engineer to come, no one does Was promised a 4g devise, just found out order wasn’t ready processed. Monday phone gets put down!.

  @StaffsComms @EE @TradeStandards business internet through EE. Hasn’t worked for over 3 weeks. No communication and no help to fix and I’m breaching contact if I want to leave. The irony!!!

  @EE in Mauritius and I’m unable to call customer services using my roaming package. It just says call ended, what can I do? I have an iPad coming and I have received no delivery confirmation email/texts but I spoke to a DPD driver on my doorbell as he attempted delivery yesterday

  @EE really wish you’d send your phones out in better packaging than just a plastic bag 😡 just received my new phone and the box is all banged up. Poor service from @EE and DPD.
