@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE I spoke to your complaints team this morning. But after yesterdays planned maintenance it still hasn’t come back up, that’s 2 days of no signal. Farmers and similar families on your Wi-Fi are struggling due to lack of masts & you brag about shaving a guy on a mountain near here

@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE I have a iPhone 14 pro max on order I couldn’t order via app or online to use student or blue card I’ve been loyal for 14 years same number. But being called mate & not adding the discount to say cancel and order again the phones backlogged for over a month can somebody help
