Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

Hi @EE I just had one of your representatives knocking at my door and pushing me really bad to switch to your company. He didn’t really explained what we were doing and made me scan a QR code to switch to your company without being clear about it.

@EE used to be such a great company - not anymore. Customer service is non existent- all promises and absolutely diabolical follow up. They do nothing they say they will! Definitely go to other providers if you can!

@EE please stop using @dpd_uk for your deliveries. They have no customer support, no complaint system, and best of all their drivers wait less than 30 seconds at the door before leaving. Absolute disaster of a company that shouldn't be allowed to operate in the UK in my opinion

@WeAreOpenreach Thanks Gary. It’s EE and they have been awful!! We were told the engineers were coming today with messages last night to confirm and then no show!! Our neighbours have been connected but they seem incapable of getting us connected and this is ongoing since February @EE
