Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@VodafoneUK warns that they will (contractually) not guarantee supply of mobile signal. So I have to restart my iPhone 16 every time I get home to ensure WiFi calling connects 🤯 @EE provided a perfect service indoors so to move to them cost £116 Early Termination Fee 😡 @Ofcom

@EE @Andy_1098 That’s a lie on my app you’ve offered me a 17 pro max when I call to upgrade you tell me I can’t have it as you’re looking at the wrong account number not my issue! Andy is right 27 years I’ve been with Orange/EE no loyalty rewarded for me at all

@EE after storm Goretti residents of TR12 have had no internet since Jan 8th. This means vulnerable, elderly people cannot phone emergency services or speak with loved ones. Can you give me an estimate when they will be back online?

@EE Hi, I got a message saying that you'd updated some of my network settings & to restart my phone last week which I did, but I'm still receiving the same message every few days. Do I just ignore it or still have to restart each time?
