    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

    @EE I have 3 bars of 5G while in a large crowd and struggling to access anything online. Though 5G was supposed to stop this large crowd issue? Couldn’t even send this till I got wifi #advertslie #poorsignal

    @EE Hi there I just factory reset my 4gee WiFi modem and my old password won't work.. the casing was changed a year or so ago and the back has no password sticker on it. Can you help me with this problem?

    @EE I’m trying to access service plans for possible upgrades and both the app & website constantly tell me there are no service plans available no matter what handset I choose. But if I log out it tells me plans. Will this be updated?

    @EE @RichHurstPhoto I coughed up £190 yesterday and £9.95 for next day delivery and was assured that it was in stock! Today I called and it’s 21 days! Cancelled and have left to go to another network.
