Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@Cosmology_Geek @EE Sadly I've seen a big spike in their prices in the last 12 months, and since I currently pay around £250 for the entire family, I was looking to bring a bill down, but they seem to be happy charging me £19 for 3gb. But as I said, I'll give them a call.

@EE Can anyone help me? Had a new phone delivered Thursday, sim card does not work and call centre say it could take 7 to 10 days or even more for it to work. Never had this, I'm now stuck with a brand new phone that cannot make phone calls! Not happy, hope someone can respond.

@EE I think gifting data to friends who are on a different accounts would be a good feature coz then I won’t feel bad when I have unlimited data and my mates have none left. I would feel like a greedy bloke.
