@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

It's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

Contract with @EE expires in March, called to get contract info and no attempt at customer retention! Time to move to another provider after 10+ years paying 2 contracts. Coverage seems to have got worse over the last 18 months too.

finally done it. after over 25 years and having never been with another provider ive left @EE . My bill has been going up and up a ridiculous amount. i only use less than 1gb data, no calls, no texts and with new increase would be £28...

@EE I applied to purchase an xbox using your 0% finance feature but your website wouldn't work so I gave up and bought it elsewhere. The credit check you did is now showing on my credit file despite me never taking out the finance. I can't contact you any other way.

@EE This is very good of EE and I am sure you got the publicity you wanted, I thought the public should also be aware of how you treat loyal (14 years with 4 contracts) customers. I have cancer and undergoing radiotherapy, this has affected me financially, EE have cut me off ?
