Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE Been trying to call you all day and the waits are horrific. the option to request a call back is no longer on your menus. Wait music is so annoying, it's such poor quality that is interrupted with annoying messages

@EE I don’t have access to a local phone I’m not staying in a hotel. I have spoken to someone - suggestion was to change my vpn and they needed an hour of my time. They said that EE doesn’t work here - which is very bad. My husbands vodaphine network does work but is very expensive

@EE Thanks. Spoke to a great agent today, Rachel, who fixed my problem. Got cut off part way through but she called me back immediately. Great customer service so huge thanks to her!

Need to remove one SIM from my @EE plan, but the website is playing the stupid "hide the cancel button" game. Why do companies do this? What tiny margin to they gain by delaying some cancellations slightly? Is it worth annoying their customers over?

@EE pathetic service from you. Order placed last week, delivered by @dhl.. Not to my address! Expect either a refund immediately or the goods I ordered otherwise the police will be informed. This is theft! Twice I've called you regarding this, nobody seems interested! Pathetic!

@EE Everything I went to kept on sending me to FAQ pages, your app is also crap and asks me to set a pin every time I load it, despite doing it 10 times. Luckily you have some good staff working in the call centre. Tyler sorted it out in the space of 2 minutes and was very pleasant.

@peterrhague @EE I had a real problem for a while with my BT contract which I had 4 family sims on one contract. The website started to change after the merger and I lost the ability to manage the account. It came back in about 6-9 months and fortunately I didn't need to do much to it. But it was really annoying. But not quite as annoying as just finding out that O2 will not be providing D2C to phones any time soon. They are using Starlink to put towers in the middle of the highlands without the need of fibre...... Maybe some time next year. Fortunately I don't have a plan with them. If they don't get this sorted I won't be either. Sucks.
