  It's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @ThreeUK I renewed my contract for a one year last year with you guys. Turn off a couple of months maybe realise I cannot wait to leave in September. And jump to @EE . I’ve been with 3uk since 2012 since you joined Vodafone, my signal and 5G have been terrible

  @EE How can I cancel my contract before 2 years? I thought EE would be better than 3..but I have problems with phone as well as 4g WiFi 😕🙄😞
