Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

@EE Yesterday was indoors at GL52 6HZ. Day before was GL3 4HU. Signal outside not too bad, drops off a cliff as soon as you go indoors

@EE I am abroad and waiting on a call back to fully activate roam further pass and set up promise to pay so my phone service isn’t restricted while travelling home nobody has called as promised I am unable to get through to U.K. numbers from inside the US

Hey @EE I reported to you that my fibre broadband is disconnecting regularly on 27 Nov. I’ve spoken to two people and still having problems despite being told an engineer will attend to the external problem. When is this going to be resolved?

@EE my broadband has been down since about 9 and your customer service phone line is conveniently closed. FYI not my devices, rebooted router and shows connected and turquoise light but nothing working wired or wireless
