@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE hi. I can can only use my phone thru WiFi. Can you tell me why this is happening? Everytime I try and use the network it connects to my intended call but I can't hear anything then the line goes dead!

In the process of switch to @EE and blimey the service is rubbish. Bought a SIM via Web, started a live chat to find out order progress was told that because I ordered online I needed to phone the 'Digital' sales team. Apparently digital doesn't mean what I thought it meant.

@EE any chance of cutting down the amount of automated messages when we call up ?? literally was on the phone listening to automated messages for 5 minutes when the actual phone call took less than 30 seconds....

@Frankfurt132 @EE I'm guessing it's a reference to digits i.e. fingers. Have to dial their number with your digits therefore the service is digital. Been on the phone for 60 minutes and counting, losing the will to live. #PrayForMike

@EE Lol no mention of how you continued accepting pre orders even after your ran out of stock, and how you told customers they would receive their devices on launch day and now your telling them its a 3 week wait. Botched this launch. Disgusting service.
