@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@MarinaPurkiss @EE EE refused to cancel my broadband because it didn't exist on their system yet were taking £47 a month from me. They found it pretty quick when I cancelled the direct debit though!

@EE I don’t need to check. I spoke to someone at EE around two weeks ago and they confirmed both masts weren’t working. You call yourself the UKs number 1 network but can’t provide a service to not just myself but other EE customers in the area

@EE @MarinaPurkiss Don't DM keep the exchange open. EE have atrocious customer service and are only willing to do something now because you raised the issue here. Refund the lady's charges @EE
