Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

@EE Hi I’ve performed a software update on my phone and toggled the flight mode off and on and restarted my phone and it still says “No Service” I’ve not had signal since Friday afternoon and my account is up to date with billing etc.
