    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    @EE lies about your network .. disgusting attitudes from the shops .. phone centre want to argue and you don't have a straight forward policy between online phone and shops . But like to waste customers time @Ofcom

    @cononeilluk @EE Yeah, but y'see Con, they are - and im quoting an actual employee in their store when i asked why their lowest price was higher than any other provider - "EE is a premium service, so we can charge more", presumably that logic applies to their behavioir in general too.
