Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE Just hitting 2 months. It’s ****, the speeds rubbish, router is constantly going down.. Regretting upgrading really - never had an issue on the old plan apart from the speed being stuck in 1569

@harald_b @EE Hi there, a provider should cover key points at the time of sale including a description of the service, contract charges and the contract term. If this information is provided and the consumer decides to proceed, they are aware of what they have signed up to.

@EE That's really weird as I've called the particular company before and I never have call charges on my bill 🤔 When you call one of the numbers from a mobile is there supposed to be a warning that the call will be charged? If so, I didn't get one 😢

@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

@EE When I bought it, it was advertised as locked to T-Mobile then came with an EE sticker but it has full signal and just tells me to insert the correct sim it’s a LG KS360.
