    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

    @EE I believe quite a lot of complaints and messages have been sent from the community only to be shunned off saying fault has been fixed. It really hasn't and as the tourists arrive the signal decreases even more. I'm not going to call sadly as I have intermittent signal!

    @EE Upgrade deals iPhone 12 mini between 41 and 71 p/m or take out a new contract with a different network for 26 p/m or new contract with EE for 32. Makes me so mad that companies don’t look after their loyal customers! 🙄 Looks like I’ll be joining @Stujhodgson and leaving EE!

    @EE Are you issuing the firmware update, the same as BT, for their Smart Hub 2 routers which will fix the connectivity issues? You've already split my 2.4 & 5ghz signal but I'm still having issues.

    Loyalty when it comes to @EE is none existent. Having been with them since the days of T-mobile age 12! (14 years)I find it rather disheartening that in order to get the best deals from them I have to leave and return as a new customer 🌝🌝🌝. Really?

    @EE @MarcAllera and asked if there was any way to credit her account. I was told there wasn’t and that it was down to my Grandma (who’s 87 and vulnerable) to call up and renew. I said I wasn’t happy with this and asked to raise a complaint, the caller said they’d do this.
