Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

Wow, when @EE are stating there was no issues with their service, yet every single EE customer knows full well that the service was broken. Just be honest. London and surrounding areas lost internet capabilities last night and EE just tried to hide it. Bad service

26 year of loyal service @EE & they rob me out of £200+ on my contract over 2 years for something the retail store surrey quays told me was free disgusting now the store & the @EE support line not interested in helping me let’s see if other services providers want my business

Poor from @EE told I’d have a two week wait for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Get an update it will now be over a month. Had to downgrade to just the Pro. Not impressed
