    @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

    @EE I've bought a travel pass for use in Saint Lucia by texting 150 as per the Saint Lucia welcome EE text but it's not working. Keeps telling me to register on network (even though I already am) help!

    @EE I used to think you were a good network but after having no service for the last two weeks with no explanation except "It's an IT issue " I've changed my mind. So now i am paying for a phone that i cant use ? To add insult to injury i've just been hung up on. Shambles.

    @EE so my s22 received Sunday was faulty. Requested pick up. Agrees you'd send illusive silver bag. You won't change contract until you receive it and yer prepared to leave me without a working phone with a seriously ill hubby. Awful

    @Dave0ufc @EE are one of the best Tbf. Costs a bit more than competitors but never had an issue with network or customer service

    @MattBeacham @EE Same here - told the same thing yesterday. Had brief glorious 5g signal return early this morning but it's gone again and I'm lucky to get 1 or 2 bars with 4g now, even in the centre of town.

    @EE hi, I have no signal or internet whatsoever in the Taunton area. This is day 3 now. Someone in the local EE shop said it was an issue with a mast and was fixed yesterday. But same again today 😞 What's going on?

    @EE I am currently abroad and my mobile bill was due and I tried to pay online and it didn’t allow me to. I go home soon and I think my sim has been shut off. Is there any way I can pay my bill now to able my service ??

    @Ofcom @EE can someone please help. Moved 5 mobiles from bt to EE and they won’t port numbers. I work for the nhs and need my mobile. Customer service don’t assist. @BBCWatchdog
