Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

@EE Just spent another hour on the phone asking for a number back which has been shut down due to lack of use. The same no, belonging to my husband, that we had to fight for following his passing last year. Your bereavement policies and empathy are non existent.

@EE hello my dad is a long time customer currently in Royal Marsden with cancer. Their WiFi doesn’t let him stream things & he has v limited data (in his 70’s). Is there any way you could give him temp unlimited data without him having to purchase a huge data bundle? 🤞🏼🙏

@EE Totally disgusted . Customer of over 20 years. Phoned to cancel contract. Persuaded to stay by an agent who even emailed me confirmations of the deal. Stupidly signed up. Just been told by another EE agent the email and offer was all a LIE.

@ThreeUKSupport Initially signed up to @EE for 5G router but nearest Mast was broken, so I cancelled as was unable to use the service. I can see that almost two months later, the nearest 5G mast is still down with no ETA fix. Would be interested in Three or EE if service was resolved.

@EE no connection, no refund, early upgrade no phone, why lie to us?. Just tell us the truth, my connection is so bad it won't let me call 150 thats ridiculous.
