    It's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you ๐Ÿ‘

    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning Iโ€™m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    Are you looking at Broadband and/or Mobile contract? DONโ€™T go for @EE - in all the years of mobile contracts I have never come across a more USELESS company. I feel so sorry for the staff working for such a greedy, downright disorganised company.

    @EE been trying all day to speak to someone about my WiFi router which canโ€™t hold devices to it. Keep going through the text and waiting for someone to call. Seriously considering leaving. V poor service

    @EE @Anarchy_Jim Trying to get around rural Italy when this went down, luckily after an hour we found a spot with wifi. Now to figure out how we contact our Airbnb without any network cover :) awful

    @EE hi there need some help please. We have disconnected our broadband services and been asked to send back out router however we havenโ€™t received any packaging or the QR code that had apparently been sent. How do I get another sent to us asap so we can post? Thanks

    After getting a new ๐Ÿ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, Iโ€™ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ
