@EE Hi I'm having some issues with the EE app and for some reason I try to buy data or top up it keeps coming up with error purchase. And it won't let me check my usage it constantly says error and I have updated the app uninstalled & reinstalled it still hasn't been solved.

@EE is there an issue with the network? I'm having to use WiFi calling as I have no signal. Not had issues before yesterday/today, so it's not the fone, area, etc

I liked @EE so much I ordered their broadband, they've missed two appointments with no communications and now when I ring their helpline from an EE phone it hangs up. Not the best of starts, shame because your mobile service is excellent.
