    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    It's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you πŸ‘

    @EE I cannot log in. Neither on the website I'm sent on an endless loop of confirming my identity with SMS codes. I rang EE and they told me it was an issue across the board affecting many customers and that it would be solved shortly. Could you help, please? Thank you

    A bit of context to my previous posts. I have been a loyal @EE customer for over 3 years. I pay Β£96.99/m for Sports & Entertainment & 900Mbps internet. I also pay for @tntsports through EE which is now part of HBO Max. If I am paying over Β£100/m I shouldn't be forced to watch ads

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! It’s really the worst tv package I’ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I don’t. You can’t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup

    @EE I've tried calling, spent an hour on the phone with your tech guys, no dice. It's the same account, ported straight over from discovery to HBO. The ball is in your court to fix this.

    If you come to the swindon designer outlet don’t expect @EE to work. It never has, suffers the same issue as SN1 Old Town. Dire and EE can’t be bothered to improve it.

    outstanding work from @WeAreOpenreach when installing neighbours fibre they cut our broadband, just cut the cable, Even though it clearly goes into a different house, and @bt_uk / @EE said, best we can do to get it back is Tuesday. The levels of customer service are at a new low
