    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE What’s so sickening about this story - as well as the appalling treatment of your mum - is the thought that there must be a lot of people - whose daughters/sons aren’t public figures - who have never been given a refund by a phone company.

    @MarinaPurkiss Terrible action by @EE This is obviously a costly mistake by this company and a 72 year-old pensioner is the victim. Times are hard enough for us all at present. Purely from a customer retention point of view, it's in EE's best interests to refund the £500 to this elderly lady

    @EE you have let me down big time. Before going abroad to India I even called customer services to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. Landed and I couldn't choose the pack inwasbtold I could. No one from the UK could call me. Even after calling you from India, let down again
