    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @EE Hello there, my mum has £37.20 credit available on her phone (07908038625) which she wants to use towards an EE pack (Minutes, data & texts) My mum and I have have rang 150 and it just takes you around in a circle and it’s very frustrating. Please help with this issue. Ross

    Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

    @iJames_ @jayritchie @EE I'm the opposite so if O2 goes down (hmmm that rings a bell 🤔) then I'm toast. With no data FT audio is useless too lol

    @EE hello I have tried to register for EE perks several times with my nhs email. Every time I try to validate my email it just takes me back to the login page and then when I login it says validate email. I have been trying since mid December now can you help? Thanks

    @EE @EE so Christmas done and back to work and guess what still no 4G signal. Time to move to another provider I think. Only been a month - looks like top level incompetence - either that or they just don’t care?
