Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE is over a month of no broadband as the infrastructure is still being discussed. Why offer something you cannot deliver? And before you send the generic “have you contacted someone in EE” YES I HAVE REPEATEDLY and get pawned off to different deps. (This problem since 2014)

Glad to be getting away from @EE this week has prices increase by a whopping 14.4% in March, they are already according to Which magazine the most expensive network in Europe.
