@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

@EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his📱 as it was out of contract only to find the 📱 he got didn't even have a charger. His old 📱 was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

@EE I did, your default response was 'sorry, nothing we can do'. There was a serious issue, it needed addressing. Unfortunately it took a neighbour to ring Openreach and complain to get it addressed. Whereas you couldn't help me, and I'm your customer.

@EE I have called this number three times. They are not EE and I can barely hear them - this is becoming farcical! They tell me they are some other company. I am seriously gonna give up. I have tried - as a company, @EE are just dreadful at accessible customer services.

@CapelLofft @BTBusiness @EE An EE sales rep talked his way into my (then) 88 year old mother's house and got her to sign a contract for broadband. Fortunately the police intervened as they'd been tipped off that aggressive salesmen were targeting elderly people. I'll never give them any business.

If you like throwing away money then join @EE otherwise I recommend going with a different company as @EE customer service is a joke they employ stoners that have no core what they are doing because they are high as a kite

@EE Why can't it be fixed? Try being honest about the problem. Tell people when it will be fixed. Or, turn off full fiber until you can manage it reliably! If my house gets robbed because the alarm isn't working, you will be in court!
