Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his📱 as it was out of contract only to find the 📱 he got didn't even have a charger. His old 📱 was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

@SkyHelpTeam I'm abroad, you charge £2 a day for some passport to "roam". Apparently there's a cap on spend on my account & you can't activate said passport, how am I meant to use my phone? Partner is with @EE and he has had none of these problems. Help.
