Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

Hm. Power just went out briefly @yoursse. Also, mobile net now says 'no mobile data service: temporarily turned off by your operator' (hi, @EE). Someone tripped over the power cord? :)

@EE Yeah Connor, I’ve done all the troubleshooting things with it. It seems the latest update was the issue. It’s down to Apple and I know they do this on purpose.

@EE just once, I’d love it if I could stop getting calls from Bob who is clearly not called Bob and trying to sell me **** or rip me off. Why am I getting several calls a day from your “EE Promotional department”. I don’t want it 🙄
