    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his📱 as it was out of contract only to find the 📱 he got didn't even have a charger. His old 📱 was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

    @EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

    @EE my 4G service has been down since Thursday! Your network checker says it’s a service issue in the area (ME15). What’s going on? Really frustrated with the lack of updates.

    When you come out of lockdown and need your unlimited data but it's not there and it can't be accessed so you call @EE and the call handler hangs up because she can't find the problem, it's pretty infuriating..

    @EE My WiFi has cut out about 5 times this evening (often coming back online after about a minute wait). It's not good enough! I just renewed my contract with you after 18 months of good service. What will you do to make sure this doesn't keep happening?

    @EE super fast broadband isn’t so fast. The best bit is there’s no one to call. At least when we had Sky there was always someone in hand to help. 😡

    @EE why is your 4g network so slow in Devon? I’m getting less than 1mb/s consistently. That is not 4g speed and not what I should be paying for?
