@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

@EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his📱 as it was out of contract only to find the 📱 he got didn't even have a charger. His old 📱 was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

@EE Called 150, they confirmed my request to cancel in March, and my chase up in June and July. And confirmed they didn’t bother every time and continued to charge me. They claim they have credited the value overcharged. But refused any credit for the number of hours I’ve wasted.

So tried @EE sim and oddly no phone signal at train stations or on trains, and burnt through 300mb of data in under an hour, compared to @O2 I have signal on trains once I get away from crowds but nothing at the football. Pity can’t combine the 2…

@EE Is it company policy to ignore customers wished when they ask REPEATEDLY to be removed from any lists for promotional calls? And then tell the customer to “SHUT UP!” I hate EE and cannot wait to ditch EE in the gutter where you belong!

@EE Went to your Solihull touchwood store to collect my new phone as part of my upgrade around 12:00pm. Unfortunately your store was closed and shutters were down!! Pretty gutted considering it should have been open until 5:00pm. Rang the store and no answer. Any ideas?

@CLEVERCLOGS_SI @EE I’ve been with EE since it’s inception, and Orange before that. My loyalty has been rewarded time & time again. Free additional data when I had broadband issues, offers when it’s time to renew, etc. I’m a business customer however, perhaps that makes a difference. Can’t fault EE.

@sydkerrigan2018 @EE Vodafone is cheaper and in some places better then EE and if the signal goes down they will give you money back with ee they don’t do that
