    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour itโ€™s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as youโ€™ve said no issue

    @EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and Iโ€™m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

    @EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his๐Ÿ“ฑ as it was out of contract only to find the ๐Ÿ“ฑ he got didn't even have a charger. His old ๐Ÿ“ฑ was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

    @EE How incompetent are you people, had an account for 15yrs with 2 numbers, you still send the important information the the secondary number and not the primary one. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO FIX IS IT

    @virginmedia Great to hear a you problem in my area cant be fixed until at LEAST tomorrow afternoon. No TV, no WiFi and not even a land line phone. Thank the @EE gods for my mobile data๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป Not so good for my 80 year old parents now๐Ÿ™„

    @EE think you should think about changing carrier you use #DPD been wait for the iPhone 16 i upgraded. Driver was running behind. Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window. This was yesterday. Got a new time slot today and hoping the iPhone 16 gets delivered

    @EE iโ€™m off EE having a better service being a long-term customer here and Iโ€™m paying 300 pound for my phone bill and now youโ€™ve increased it by an extra 4 pound is very cheeky. I know April have an increase every April but as a long-term customer, should my bill get cheaper
