    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE I beg you to get in touch with me - I am now approaching three weeks with no land-line, no broadband, no mobile, intermittent wifi, multiple engineer call outs, no resolution. Back to work Monday and I really need this to be fixed.

    @EE Still a large hole in your 4G network in SN1 (central Swindon) - 3 years on I’ve given up reporting it and useless in Wiltshire villages. God knows what the rest are like if you’ve won it!
