    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE can anyone help I have ordered a new phone of Sunday, I’ve received an order confirmation and then nothing, tried to track my order and there isn’t anything there? I was told my new phone should be with the delivery company within 24 hours, it’s now been 4 days!

    @EE terrible customer service! You made an error on my contract meaning I’ve been paying an item in duplicate, I’ve noticed it and manager stance was ‘we’re a bit stuck on what we can do but we will disconnect it’. No offer of a refund for money I’ve paid for 7 months in error?!

    @EE disgusted with price rise. Almost 10%. No justification been a customer since one to one days over 20 years **** Turpin wore a mask when he robbed people. Now looking for a new mobile provider

    A 5G mast just been put up down the road from me and the 5G signal is 4X worse than the 4G signal @EE Need to sort it.

    @EE We already did that. Maybe the storm has caused an issue (depending on where you’re based I guess)
