@EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

@EE you have the worse customer services in the country, and your robbing people aswell, I put £20 for 10gb data 2 days agai and it’s all gone and I haven’t even used my internet, absolute joke mate, and I’ve been on customer services for 45 mins on hold, @EE your a joke

@Buckfire1 @EE @EE be honest with your customers. Long and short of this is that EE don't have an answer and each case is having to be manually adjusted and the 'back office' wouldn't hear it until after the 14 days, despite all adverts stating 14 days. Consider a complaint / OFCOM submission.

@EE It’s virtually impossible to contact Brightstar over the phone. I have an ongoing trade in issue that’s been going on since November and I just want it sorted. You say to call them, they say to call you. There’s no resolution!
