@SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

@cherrytreeFF @EE It also happen my account for 2month and I tried contacting support service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with @Recoverycenter7 on Twitter they were the one who got me back into my account they will help you with your account

I've a friend that left @EE December last year, they sent debt collectors for £129 they said she owed (in March) Despite that they've now sent her another bill for £47 saying they've now suspended the account that was cancelled last year... Anybody else have problems with #EE?

@EE You know what,I'll change service provider! I spent all yesterday morning exchanging Direct Messages with one of your Team! I answered all security questions correctly & he told me he had removed it! he hasn't!!!!
