@EE really disappointed with the service in Beverley I have struggling for months with a reception at my home - I work for a charity on an emergency support calling one day a week and I can’t ever take calls without loosing signal - can I cancel my husbands and mine contract pls?

@nessyhm1982 @EE Do it Nessy. I left EE after 17 loyal years with them. They really do not value good custom. They lost me as a customer forever. I'm now with Virgin and cannot fault them. Good luck 👍🏼

@EE Hi - the signal light is blue for a second then turns red. All other lights are blue. Yet on my iPhone and my laptop it is saying that the wi-fi is connected (albeit weak connection). When I try to connect to the internet or any apps it says ‘no connection’
