@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

@EE been in que for customer services and it kept saying use WiFi calling, text 150 with message WiFi calling and it would let you about it, I did that ages ago and still waiting for answers

@EE our little white box that is connected to the broadband router to allow us to make phonecards has failed!🥺🥺so no phone calls! Tried to contact customer services, but can't get through!😡😡 My daughter has her phone on another network and has no problems using it!!

@EE All is ok thanks. @EE did not hang up. The signal dropped out after being on hold in a call for the 24 mins. I was not moving and the call was on speaker. Just randomly ended with the signal bar gone. Usually 4 bars...

@EE - this is not looking good. I upgraded to 5G, since 13th Jan there has been a service outage, occasionally & if I’m lucky I’ll get 3G. You refunded my two contracts for Jan, thank you, but we are soon in Feb. I don’t want refunds I want a service I can use. Please advise

@EE Congratulations on the worst customer experience! Complaining of poor service since October still nowhere with "tech" support. Happy to be talking to disconnections and paying £1k to be free to find a provider that works and has customer service you can rely on.

My @EE landline is down again. I’m sick to death of having no signal, then I go to use my landline there’s no dialling tone. This isn’t the first time either. Yes, I know the property is owned by BT but it’s becoming too frequent now.
