@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE so I was erroneously sent a text day after starting new contract saying my plan was going up!! Then told £100 paid for phone would be added to my account as apology. Now, £85 gone from my account. Complain & assured it would be sorted. Now told complaint closed.Wth..

@EE hello I just wanted to check if I have roaming included in a certain country as I have the roam abroad as an inclusive extra in my contract and now my phone is apparently set-up for roaming worldwide!! Please help!
