@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE Is it possible for you to advise if you use the same mobile mast as Vodaphone & O2 in my area? I have trouble with both networks, and now they are saying the mast is faulty so do you guys us the same one? I’m looking to transfer my service, thanks

@EE its bye bye EE. Years with the company no loyalty or a care in the world when it comes to upgrading. All about how much you can swindle from customers. Happy to move to @virginmedia more reasonable deals. Trust pilot reviews are poor for a reason it seems.

@EE your e-sim activation process is wrong. If your old SIM/E-sim is broken you can’t receive the activation code. Wasted 2h on call/chat/store, and you lost £20+ in costs. Why not have an escape process with @onfido + Login/Pass to send the PIN? Faster for me. Cheaper for you…

Typical. So, this week, I’ve had issues with the internet not working on my MacBook at uni (@ueait, any update on this?) & now my @EE broadband plays up for the second time in two weeks. What I would do to have something that is not going to constantly kick me off the internet…
