@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

  • thompsonmark_ Mark Thompson (@thompsonmark_) reported from Greenock, Scotland

@EE please remove the customer service message in the North East accent. Even coming from that area, it sounds terrible. Please use a neutral voice.

  • rossgrosvenor Ross. (@rossgrosvenor) reported

@matt_bromage @EE Christ. Mine were 5G too by the way, so well below what you'd expect from 5G? Could be an issue locally maybe? That's abysmal.

  • Baloo_bear Baloo (@Baloo_bear) reported

@ee How can I terminate all my services with you? Defective handset and no way to sort anything apart from being shouted at by your Worcester store manager.

  • dan_fuzz Dan Fuzz (@dan_fuzz) reported

@EE 16 minutes on the phone, with two different people, to try to find a resolution - and I get cut off?! Fine, I’ll just end the contract then...

  • M3th0sx Bruno Alves de Sousa (@M3th0sx) reported

@EE @CaptSauve as a long term ee/Orange customer, think it’s time to start considering other mobile operators. When a company goes back on their word, means they don’t care about their customers, just the bottom line.

  • gsvalentine Gordon S Valentine (@gsvalentine) reported

So @EE guess everyone will be moving over to @O2. Since they will not be doing EU roaming charges! I will join them, unless my bill goes down by at least 10% each month!

  • HowieMac77 Howie Mac™ ©️ (@HowieMac77) reported

@EE Yes Difference Is I’m An Existing Customer Other Networks Are Not Holding Existing Customers To Ransom So Leas Of Your “Win Win”

  • alexmcknight Alex McKnight (@alexmcknight) reported

Come on @EE , reintroducing #roaming charges, seriously #disappointed with you. Try focusing on 'Our top priority is to provide great customer experience' @BTGroup put your weight behind banishing this #embarrassment

  • ChristianM23 Christian Morrison (@ChristianM23) reported

@EE My internet speed is terribly slow, are there no other reports in my area?

  • strictlylondon uǝʌǝʇs (@strictlylondon) reported

@SkyHelpTeam hi - Sky mobile uses 02 network right? Does this mean you are not introducing roaming charges? 🤞 just checking before I switch from @EE to you guys
