@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

@EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE signal problem for over a year not just in one place but in general. I also received a new SIM for myself and my wife but still very weak signal with calls dropping in and out. I've checked coverage both inside and outside the house as there is a mast just up the road from us

@tigercumpsty @EE I was using an old Tmobile/EE contract samsung S5, never seemed to drop speeds. But at the same time, I don't really need high speed Internet in my phone. So maybe just never noticed.

@EE I have paid your loss and damage insurance on my fone for 3 years. Mic broke. Claim denied. Totally disgraceful. Your insurance is a tangle of loopholes and red tape allowing you to rip people off.

@EE For some reason I can’t log into the EE iOS app version 4.56.1, even though I can log into the website just fine. I’ve been having this issue since Friday which coincides with the release of this iOS app version.
