@EE morning, I'm a pay monthly mobile customer and hoping to add on broadband. I'm not moving to my new property until first week of June however when I try to buy it doesn't give me an option to order for the future. Can you advise? Thank you.

@EE Sorted now. Switched from Safari to Chrome and it worked fine. I’m on an iPad Pro running IPad OS 14.4 - latest version of Chrome. Might help other users.

  • Khush23 Khushali Patel (@Khush23) reported

@EE Shame your stupid call handlers can’t even say good night - they just hang up mid call without handing over or resolving the issue 🤬🤬🤬

  • padraic90 padraic 🇮🇪 (@padraic90) reported

@RomeoPapa60 @EE Our work phones are EE and up in the Pennines they're a bit rubbish so much that I just give up and use my Vodafone personal one. Now equally it could be the crap phones the job is giving us.

  • SwitchJam Jonathan Smith (@SwitchJam) reported

I think you need to take a look at your online shop @ee - experience is terrible. Slow to the point of being unusable and the UX is baffling. I was trying to renew but do you know what? I think I might look elsewhere.

  • taylor_t100 Tom Taylor (@taylor_t100) reported

@EE Hi is there a broadband issue in the M18 area? Been having random cut outs this evening

  • stevecounsell Steve Counsell (@stevecounsell) reported

@EE Thanks but you are apparently stuck in some sort of legal difficulties with the site / tower that provides service to Crick. @EE are not really doing all you can to resolve the issue of service. Why not work with a Crick based landowner to install a new tower?

  • connor_fawcus Connor Fawcus (@connor_fawcus) reported

@EE Had your rude executive team someone called Wendy call and clearly she needs to read your own terms and has misadvised your legal team also clearly cannot read and lack competence I have sent you DM with my contact details
