@EE terrible trouble, which I understand due to the number of people in the stadium. BUT this was well after crowd departed, and internet STILL lousy. Can you make it better?

@EE just had yet another sms from EE saying problems in the area. 2 days to fix but I can use wifi call, blah blah. No I can’t in the middle of a field on the farm. Maybe a reduction in the bill for this issues which is probably the fifth or sixth recently, would be a better idea?

  • Running_Fat_Man Mike B (@Running_Fat_Man) reported

@EE Big event is we've arrived in Singapore but my wife's phone is locked so we can't use a local sim. The unlock service says it has an issue. Can you confirm? As the imei I enter is correct.

  • piombo scumbly blythe (@piombo) reported

@EE No, your automated line wouldn't accept my account number, and your call centre was shut/broken. An internet company ought to have a working website anyway.

  • Johnryder48 JR (@Johnryder48) reported

@EE Very disappointed that despite coming into your store last week to close my deceased's wife phone down I get a link to my new EE online account and it's all still in her name. I was assured it had all been sorted. Very disappointed and upset.

  • RealSoupyTwist Ed (@RealSoupyTwist) reported

@EE EE is the best network for reception, but if you aren't fussed about wi-fi calling you might as well pay Plusnet for the same service, starting at £6 a month. You'll get free roaming too.

  • Zarabluebox Zara (@Zarabluebox) reported

@EE After waiting 30 mins , he was but that is not the issue. Staff should know basic cable stuff. Next time I will just order of Amazon and not visit the high street as that’s wasted my time and was double the price also .

  • Andybedfordblue Andy Sexton (@Andybedfordblue) reported

@tarmac112 @EE You will soon regret going to 3, they are cheap for a reason. Poor signal, poor customer service and no loyalty.

  • Ben75986510 George (@Ben75986510) reported

@EE Hi my internet data is very slow,
