    @EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

    @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

    @EE I have an English number with @VodafoneUK but I am currently living abroad. Because of their changes, I want to leave them. But I would like to keep this number. Is it possible to keep it but changing the service to you? And how can I do it please? (Especially, at distance).

    @char_trendell @EE I’d just move to another provider Charlotte, it’s more expensive for them to loose you than acquire a new customer; vote with your feet, if they can’t give decent customer service but insist on taking payments on due time then so be it, adios

    @EE @EE so Christmas done and back to work and guess what still no 4G signal. Time to move to another provider I think. Only been a month - looks like top level incompetence - either that or they just don’t care?

    @EE Morning. Hope you are well. I just need a bit of help. I’m looking to upgrade to a 5G SIMO Plan but unsure how to do it. Ive gone onto your site and logged into my account but unsure if I’m changing my current cost, or having a whole new plan?
