  • brindy Chris Brind (@brindy) reported from Sandbank, Scotland

@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

@EE @MarcAllera In the process of writing to @MarcAllera at EE head office regarding the degrading and unlawful way his customer service staff at EE have treated me. I am in bits every day at the moment. They really are such cruel people. I just hope as CEO he will have at least some decency.

  • Smiiint Y (@Smiiint) reported

Absolutely dreadful network connection the last few days from @EE The last month or so has been shocking. Can't even watch the football on the BT Sport App that you promote. @btsportfootball

  • kevwright kevwright (@kevwright) reported

@EE I do still need help but an in weak signal area, will try a DM now.

  • TheSnakesVenom TheSnakesVenom (@TheSnakesVenom) reported

@ee I give you a months notice to cancel my plan I’ve now received a letter saying you haven’t cancelled it and I’ll be still getting charged I phoned up to cancel it and a moth ago

  • jmcomms Jonathan Morris (@jmcomms) reported

@iandeeley @EE Yes, but EE and Three only has 5MHz of spectrum and it's pretty awful. Both use it as a last resort (phone will seek to use 1800MHz first). Vodafone and O2 has twice the bandwidth, plus 900MHz. 700MHz gives 10MHz of 5G (or 4G on Three) and should complement 800 brilliantly.

  • DannyCosmos5 Danny (@DannyCosmos5) reported

@EE @jonathancusick What does near future mean? Why were EE the only major Uk network not listed in the apple presentation?

  • RichChubb Richard Chubb (@RichChubb) reported

@EE ..so I no longer need it with you. Please cancel BT sport and ensure I’m not charged.

  • SoperSusan Sue Soper (@SoperSusan) reported

@EE these people are lying and deceitful. They don’t do as they say and charge you money for the pleasure! Can’t provide a service, steer clear!

  • FlyingScotsManJ The Flying Scotsman 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@FlyingScotsManJ) reported

@VodafoneUK and I couldn't even get money off my Apple Watch despite having a phone with yourselves, so you'll have to be able to offer something spectacular or I'll just move my business to another network. @EE @O2 what can you offer? I need an iPhone 13 Pro for around £40 w/ lots of data!

  • charclemx Charley (@charclemx) reported

@EE hello. My account was closed today because I have ported my number to use with another network. My new number hasn’t been carried across yet. Are you able to confirm whether my account was closed because you’re aware of the switch to another network. Thanks
