@EE my husband has just experienced very shocking customer service, 2 mistakes were made, luckily 1 was rectified but then was given wrong information confirmed by the upgrade team leading to several contracts being messed up, not 1 apology was made and was spoken to very poorly!

@EE You were here last week. It took 10 days for @openreach to appear - they were arguing among themseloves because it was an internal engineer and an outside fault. It is a rubbish service and pathetic broadband.

@ee we upgraded two mobile phones 10 days ago and both phones need recharging by 6pm. After little use in the day @SamsungMobile galaxy s21. Surely this isn't good enough? Can you help at all?
