I got the order number today and £10 has come out

Jamie Webster (@weluvmc) reported@EE Ill be moving to another network then, I didn't pay £800 for a new phone to be told I have to be tied down with a contract, all other networks offer 5g payg sims, pretty poor considering it was EE that launched 5g in the UK, not happy

Chris Drury (@christobelle81) reportedHaving a problem with our @EE internet... insofar as it's shite! Anyone else having the same problem? We upgraded to a 'faster' tariff and still having connection and lag problems. I can't say i'd recommend them at the moment.
