  @EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

  @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

  @EE hi there, you sim only deals say unlimited calls and texts but when you click on the detail it it costs 65p a minute to uk numbers 😱 can you confirm which is right? As a non EE customer it’s impossible to use your chat or phone lines to ask...!

  @EE why can't I call from my mobile?? Checked balances all ok. Can't even call 150 to speak to someone and the live chat on your website isn't working. I rely on my phone heavily for work and this has come at a terrible moment. Please help???

  Absolute nightmare with @EE - trying to cancel a contract, on hold for half an hour only to be told to call back later. Tried again later, half an hour again only to be cut off. Twice. Hour and a half of this nonsense today.
