@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

@EE hi I've got the Samsung a71 and there seems to be a problem with it charging I've had a few phone calls with yourselves and Samsung and received a new charger from them but the problem is still persisting I got the phone in July I think

@Ghawkins7 @EE A lot of iPhones 12 have this issue. From day one @Apple promised a software update to fix this issue. We’re 4 months later and there still isn’t a fix. More people are convinced this is a hardware issue, because some devices have this green tint and others don’t. We’re screwed.
