@EE are absolute jokes. I was meant to receive an upgrade Thursday and still haven’t and now there saying I can’t cancel my upgrade until they receive the upgrade back. Someone wasted a day waiting on for this only to not receive it

@EE Hi, yes, it’s been nearly a week now and all calls fail and I get text message saying I’ve missed a call (despite my phone not ringing). I chatted with your team a couple of days ago and they did some changes to my account but still unable to make calls

@EE for the past 5 days, my mobile data doesn’t seem to work in my home area. Is there an issue in Brixton SW9 6NX area? My data never seems to work when I’m home but its completely fine when I I’m out in central London for example.

@EE Why bother your company is a lair about its signal your not number 1 in the uk for 8 years false advertising when people are getting a text a day saying network fault @MarcAllera won’t respond to tweets of false marketing and network issues because he’s ignorant to customers
