@EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

@NatWest_Help Can someone help me gain access to my account, please. I'm not in the UK currently and good ol' @EE aren't activating international roaming services, so I am unable to access online banking with my UK #. Cheers.

@EE The pack was already set to renew the day it ended old pack expired sat 13 at 00.00 new pack should have started at sun 14 at 00.01 but the dont. Its a very broken system if i have to force a renew a day early because the packs dont kick in automatically back to back

@EE can someone explain the logic of packs ending at midnight and new packs starting at 8am? Topped up lastnight at 10pm for pack to carry on sent a text at 12.03 and got charged for it. Now i dont have enough credit for the pack to start.... broken system or a con
