@EE trying to upgrade online, getting to the checkout stage and filling in the pin but when I click submit the website seems to freeze. Have tried on laptop and phone. Are there techie issues?

@BalogunnerAFC @EE mine took 2 days from tracking to delivery. its not EEs fault i think. EE has instructed DPD to pickup your package but i think DPD could be having capacity issues and can only do so many pickups a day....

I honestly thought when I left @EE A Little over a month ago to join @O2 that my customer service experience nightmare was going to improve dramatically. how wrong was I ? 😭How can UK customer service be so bad ?
