@SocialTechHD @stuartjbull @EE They'll have in some clause that these speeds are estimates as they will never guarantee a minimum speed...otherwise if it goes down they'll have to refund everyone all the time. We both know they'll be dodgy small print 👍

@EE Dear Bob. I did eventually but they weren’t able to help as the security questions rely on my mother being able to remember things she’s no chance of remembering. The alternative being a text to the list phone or an email which, of course, she’s only got on the lost phone… 🙄

@rab1dkorndogg @stuartjbull @EE I live in a town and had full fibre for years and that's incorrect you get your own fibre cable from the ducts and also a allocated speed won't affect anyone else on the same network wouldn't offer it if capacity wasn't there it's so much different to FTC which does affect speeds

@rab1dkorndogg @EE FTC is fibre to cabinet. I think this is advertising FTTP fibre to premises. Pointless advertisement either way. Its only in selected areas and saying its coming is a let down in Most areas they are probably 2 years away. The one person i know who has it says its amazing though.

@EE what's happened to your app. For the last 2 weeks, it says there's a problem and to retry later. Still no luck. Updated phone apps, just in case. Still no joy. Any answers?

@SocialTechHD @stuartjbull @EE We can only hope, if we have to pay over the odds they'd better give a good service. But I don't trust EE or BT one iota
