@EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE Ten days after getting a new handset and the network still isn't activated on the sim provided, bounced from previous provider and back again with no way to contact your company as the number isn't recognized via your automated responses when calling is shambolic...

@murdo_fraser @EE if you log into your EE account you can get notifications of any problems in your area. It's kind of depressing though; they seem to get problems every 5 minutes

@EE trying to get thru to discuss an upgrade... doesn't even ring before cutting out. Prices have now rocketed, no discounts for long term custom now. What a farce. About to lose a customer.

@madeesonn @EE I’m the same I can’t ring 150 of any other number on there website to call , I just got a upgrade from iPhone 12 Pro to iphone 13 pro , not sure if you have that may be the problem

@EE I would do that if I could get through. Plus the new router I was sent at my contract renewal is awfully poor and terribly bad. I haven't got the time to stay on the phone.
