@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

@EE No because you just want to hide it. You have 5 masts down. I have no signal and there are the facts. The only resolution is for your engineers to fix the problem. It’s new year and I can’t even send a text!!!!!

@EE Oh yes. I need FIVE masts to be fixed. No 4G router. No phone signal. Currently messaging from the next town where I have to drive to .. to even make a f*****g phone call!!!!!!

@EE customer for 20yrs & the service is awful. No signal on mobile or broadband. Never loads & times out. Paying £150 a month for services I can't use. Told maintenance is taking place, text always states issue in area. How do I cancel my services? I will not be paying costs
