@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

Absolutely horrible customer service from @EE Most other retailers have had #PS5 stock drops multiple times, nothing from EE. Their social media post the same generic replies to customers queries. Their chat agents have advised stock will be available today but guess what 🤬

@SonyUK @EE @Android I'm intermittently being locked out of my XZ2 (phone requiring PIN; PIN confirm button not showing; PIN registering after 4 digits, which is too few) - is this a known issue? Any advice?

@KingDreMMA @EE Yep. I was on their chat service & was advised stock would be available from today but their twitter is saying no stock. It seems like @EE think it's fine for their staff to lie to customers 🤬

@ellagoodchild2 @EE Definitely go Tesco then! At least if there’s any problems you can actually easily speak to someone and the contracts are so simple to keep track of! I really hope your dad manages to get some sort of refund from it all eventually!

@EE EE network down for the 2nd day in a row meaning I've misses important medical calls today. I've turned Wi-Fi calling on now (doesn't work when I'm out on my walk though)but wish I knew in advance - disappointed! Hope we'll get discount on our bills for lack of service?
