@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

@EE thanks Olivia. Is there some sort of network guarantee like @VodafoneUK have where if i dont like it i can leave. Last time i was on EE it was PAYG and my phone was regularly on GPRS or Edge which is obviously not good

@EE Tbf @ThreeUK ive never had problem with them in Shropshire and always had great signal in town. I live in the rural area and get just enough signal to use indoors. Where as EE my tablet S7+ can't get EE in ldoors at all, and drops several times in Shropshire

@EE I got an email from you about an unpaid bill which is.. odd, I’ve tried calling customer services on your website but I can’t get through to anyone. I’m no longer an EE customer, didn’t call the number on the email cause scams are getting pretty elaborate these days
