Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE ee customer service is one of the worst in the business. you have to waiting in the line for nearly 20 min. when to hounslow ee shop they where not help at all.

@georgia_coan @O2 @EE have been great, I left O2 after 20 years and they couldn’t do anything to improve the signal issues I had in my area. Best decision I’ve made regarding phone providers.

I'm used to no phone signal in the Dales & Lake District, but was in London last w/e & no signal in High Holburn either. I have a new 5G phone, but have rarely had a 5G connection, ocasional 4G, usually 3G & often zilch. Why is it so crap still @EE ?
