@EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

@EE The post code is the middle of town rather than where I live. It seems that the influx of tourists has overwhelmed the network, is there a chance capacity might be increased to resolve this?

@EE I've just been shocked by charges on my phone bill. Calling an 0844 cust service number, on hold all day (not EE's fault) but have been hit with a 68 pence/minute access charge from EE. Total bill £108. How can you justify this charge? Certainly not clear to your customers!

@EE I understand that you may have a technical problem which is hard to fix. It can take a while, but 6 weeks is enough. I asked for a replacement and it was not offered. If it's true (and you haven't denied it) there are 500k customers paying for service and it's not working....
