Hi @EE I have just learnt you have been charging me £129 per month for unlimited for two years although I only average 16gb per month, which seems either like a scam or at the least shocking customer service and lack of oversight. Also you are charging me for a second line 1/2

Told the issue is resolved and it not being. Told on two separate occasions that someone will call me that day to hear nothing. Someone literally gave me their email address in case it still didn’t work and when I emailed them guess what? They didn’t bother calling me @EE

@EE here we go again!What’s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

@EE I’ve given you all details and you’ve not resolved my issue, now saying that my reply to security has timed out! I am not glued to my phone waiting for your reply. You have my details. The issue is simple, you’ve not credited my account with data
