@EE Your Customer Service phone line is utter sh***!! Double hard to speak to anyone. Call to get a TEXT to get a CODE just to be able to call 150 AGAIN and get through??? WTF? That's the end of me having 3 phones with EE. You can f+ck off.

Message from a friend who can't use her #phone as someone has hacked it. She’s paying for @EE service for a person who's hacked it, changed it pay as u go! Little help from @EE when I rang for help, as she can't use her phone. We went to an @EE store (#Brixton) but it was useless

@LifeByStills @EE @GarySaddler2 No they don’t but given inflation is what it is including energy and fuel price rises their costs will have risen. Will be interesting to see what increases are for new contracts. It begs the question as to what is a fair increase for them and the customer.

@EE @MartinSLewis are you aware EE aren't just increasing their prices by the rate of inflation but adding an extra 3.9% on top, claiming it is to fund improvement in their service despite the BT group who own EE making huge profits in the last financial year? #EE #CostOfLivingCrisis

Took a day off for @EE to install super speedy broadband for the engineer to not show up - no update or anything. Not filling me with confidence abt changing provider. Have been a loyal mobile customer with them for umpteen years, too. Expected better

@EE PLEASE ditch that GOD-AWFUL system you've put in place when I call 150. Who on earth thinks customers want that? Call 150 for help Get a text Follow link Select from 3 pages of menus Get a code Insert code Redial 150 and go into queue! Aaaarrrgggghhh!
