@EE hi, every time a call comes in on my iPhone I can’t hear anything. When they call back straight after, I can. Phones fine, tried resetting phone. Can you help?

I am not usually one for a Twitter rant but MY GOD @EE has pushed me to the edge today. For the FOURTH day in a row, EE has gone down in Dickens Heath - no calls in or out. Hilariously, the live chat agent advised me to "speak to my boss and not use my phone for work matters".

Since I upgraded with @EE this is by far the worst thing I done after 8 years of loyalty. Unlimited data my arse mobile data don't work even in 5g area . Stuck for 24 months

@EE wife got phone for me believing it was plus size (not shown phone in store )which I need due to poor eyesight ..tried to return it today told she can’t so stuck with useless phone for 2 years
