@EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

  • RPBlackburn Richard Blackburn (@RPBlackburn) reported from Fleetwood, England

Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

  • NoLeggedNinja1 Jay Baldwin (@NoLeggedNinja1) reported

@Chrisbax8 @EE Embarrassing!! They’re a multi billion pound company! Hitting their customers pockets is rubbish!! Then when you try and cancel as you can’t afford it they say well an early termination fee will be applied. They’re worse than the government

  • ScottishLachlan Scottish Lachlan (@ScottishLachlan) reported

@EE Already done by EE the only suggestion was wifi calling which is absolutely no good when I'm outdoors most of the time, I've talked about this 3 times now and was told I couldn't cancel, I will be and @CitizensAdvice will be contacted.

  • lynseypads1 Mrs P 💙 (@lynseypads1) reported

  • kirstythealien kirsty👽 (@kirstythealien) reported

Never ever ever get a contract with @EE WORST customer service I’ve ever had. Been lied to and messed around all week. Still unresolved.

  • MRossi86 Michael (@MRossi86) reported

@EE what does this 9% extra cost per month actually get me apart from the norm? Poor service and being told lie after lie to the point I really cannot be bothered to go any further with the issue.

  • loulouxyz Louise (@loulouxyz) reported

@EE @tishtoshtess You believe it’s justified?? Ask the customers whether it’s justified? Do they think your service is worth an extra 4.4% above the CPI (since CPI is 4.9% and not the 5.4% you seem to think!)

  • KarolKeenan Karol Keenan 💙 (@KarolKeenan) reported

@EE Thanks Neil. Just out of interest while you’re replying could you outline your profit over the last year? And as an aside saying the rises are needed because people rely on the network is daft. They relied on it before didn’t they? 9.3% is not justifiable
