@thatbeetle @EE I did too! Had nothing but grief with EE service. Maybe they’ve improved since but I have had a wonderful time on Vodafone, they couldn’t be better imo

@EE the mobile data doesnt work due to such poor signal nothing like Rita ora said on tv or the man that keeps saying how great it is... is it worth contacting Ofcom?

@EE How I wish I had went @EE with my Mrs and son and hadn’t stuck with @VodafoneUK Been in Wales and then Morecambe for 2 consecutive weeks and their 4g signal much better. Just about to go to Mull and finding they have better signal here too And you charge less

@OpenreachHelp Hello, you are the provider for our @EE broadband. Internet has been down in the CM1 area for approx 4 hours. The green light on the router was flashing, now it’s a steady yellow. The LOS on the wall box is red. Have restarted it a few times but still the same.
