Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

Just had a problem switching my sim to my new phone, called @EE tech support, told me to turn it off and on again, I did that, it worked. Feel like a total idiot now ahahahahaha Cheers to @EE, absolute great customer support as always!

@EE please help I’m trying to set up my mums new iPhone SE, was surprised I had to trim the sim you sent, to get it to fit. Inserted it and it says no sim. And I can’t call you on her phone to ask for advice as no sim and I don’t know the number so can’t get through the automated

SCAM ALERT!! 07881841442 Claiming to be from @NCA_UK and unbelievably they will with immediate effect be suspending my National Insurance Number. Good luck with that! @EE please block the number from using your network.

@richardmadden @EE So disappointing when you want to stay with a network, but do nothing to help 😞😞😞 They used to provide deals depending on usage and length of time you’ve been with them. Wish they would go back to that 😞 xxx
