Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

1st world issues and all but I've just come to realise that @EE and @VodafoneUK cap mobile data speeds for some tarrifs! I personally think it's disgusting, especially in the current financial climate! Here have 100GB data, but it's capped to only 25mbps!

@EE It appears that I'll be saying goodbye after 23 years (and more - previously Orange) as a loyal customer as you can't match another providers monthly quote and benefits. Such a shame that customer loyalty now means nothing.

Still to this day I stand by the fact @EE is the best network to use but I can never get over how AWFULLY BAD the website is.. For the best network it has the worst website without a shadow of a doubt

@BlondeHistorian What an awful experience had a mini taster with @EE … I have some cognitive impairment and their advice for reasonable adjustments when I couldn’t follow their complex instructions was to approach a stranger in the cafe and get them to talk to @EE and set my phone up

@EE Cheers, i have tried a setting change , guess the fact I live in a bit of Glasgow with poor signal of any kind won’t help.
