@EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE Hi, I was in Dunoon on holiday last week and had no signal for two out of the five days. Back in Glasgow now and not had any further issues.

@EE Sell your brand only thats what advertising is or should be nothing more concentrate on improving your network had to leave you as signal is pish but yet prices increase nah mute yourselves
