@EE Your mobile broadband is terrible and have been waiting for over an hour for Lesley to get back to me. You make flash TV adverts claiming to be able to land a jumbo jet from a living room but fail to repair masts.

@EE And that's the level of help I've come to expect from EE. No, I wasn't able to speak to anyone as your team leaders are hiding / fobbing people off / non existent...? Not sure which. Your service is AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Excuses on every channel.

@EE so you don't fix any phones just because I replaced the plastic back on mine and I bought it 2nd hand from a store u won't touch it i think u need to advertise it that

@EE Sure, failure to move my service to my new address, then when I called I got told it was my own fault for not responding to an email that I have not received (I’ve checked my junk). When I responded to this I got hung up on.

@AlanSmith156 @EE Same has happened to me, they’ve put my bill up by £30!!! No email no letter nothing, just gone out of my account and signed into the app to see the message on there! Customer for over 10 years disgusting

@DgtmooreNft @EE Goodluck Im still waiting for a deadlock letter to escalate a complaint about a lady called ashely making malicious calls to emergency services possibly costing someone's life by failing to read the word history in a conversation. They really don't care about customers only staff

@EE wondering if you can help, for some reason I can't access my banking app for santander. It just display a message saying can't connect to server. It works fine if I switch to WiFi. Spoken to santander and its nothing at their end.
