    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    @mouthwaite @EE Never would I use EE again, they are the worse network I have ever been with. Go all the way with this, I think it’s worth it

    Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

    On paper @EE have great customer service but the promises and delivery side have really let me down. No internet for 3 days, then promised a new modem by today. Wasted a day's leave and Royal Mail are still yet to receive the package that should be with me today 👍

    I think @EE just lied to me on the phone, called for transfer of ownership as the accounts name is my mother's from when I lived with her years ago but the email, phone number and everything else is in my name and they told me there would be an £800 fee....what ********?

    Just got home from a 12 hour shift and my @EE broadband isnt working 😔, hopefully it starts up again by tomorrow or won’t be able to video call the wife 😭. Strange as was working perfectly this morning and this is the first big outage I’ve ever had in all the years I’ve had it

    @EE You must be joking! There is no way I am going to join a phone queue to listen to loud canned music for ±30 minutes to help you sort out your tech issues. I am reporting it. If you can't forward it on for investigation, it's bad customer service (par for the course for BT)

    @EE @EE and yes, this is in relation to cancelling the useless paired watch plans, I guess cancelling is the lowest priority for your customer support team?
