    @mouthwaite @EE Never would I use EE again, they are the worse network I have ever been with. Go all the way with this, I think it’s worth it

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    @EE further to earlier post. Rang 150 spoke to guide. Pass appears to be active. Talked me through selecting network. Done that. Says I'm registered on network. Still can't get online. You're ruining my holiday. Spent £25 and more that 6 hours on this. Just refund the money.

    @caffyhank @EE I dont know, it happens all the time. They aren't allowed to stop the service unless you request it, even though the original term gas came to an end

    @EE What is going on with your shocking broadband? All week at 21:00 it goes down everything freezes cannot download ANYTHING to watch and your system checker is saying it’s fine! It definitely isn’t… if it was it would be working. I want to make a formal complaint!

    @EE need some help, currently out of the country with no roaming. I was talking to a customer service guide this morning via the app. apps crashed on me and logged me out. I can’t get back into the app as it says I need a passcode which you’ll send to me. But I can’t receive it

    @EE APPALLING installation service from @BT. This was exactly why I was so reluctant to change my hub. And provider,BT. Totally incompetent engineer. Now needing third party permission?? total joke. I’ve had an ok service from BT for 11 years at this address.sort your lives out.

    @EE I thought connecting with @bt_uk would improve everything. Instead it’s got worse. I’ve just driven for 2 hours, visited two stores spoken with customer service to get my mobile broadband fixed. I’m a business customer. I’ve now been told you’ll take two days to fix my hub?

    3rd month in a row im unable to view my @EE broadband bill and customer service have been no help! According to them everything is correct..... even though im unable to veiw my bloody bill! Worst network ever why @bt_uk moved me over I'll never know 😪
