Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE Hi there. That seemed to work, but I logged out of the app using the log out within settings, then next time I opened the app it wanted me to go out to the website to log in again. This is a huge problem for me. Can you please DM me so that we can take this offline?

@EE I just want to know why the signal is and always has been very poor in these areas. Is your company switching off or lowering the output on your masts in certain areas? No DMs, I just want a straight answer from your hierarchy.

@EE The trouble is one tries all these things and looks up the instructions on the internet and does EXACTLY what is asked and still the problem is not sorted out and this doesn't just apply to mobile phones.

Is @EE down? Had no 4g for a good 30mins now. Text come through ask to reset phone to sort data out. Done that. But since then it's been terrible 😔
