    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE Live in York. I cannot get to the internet, via my 4GEE. Two phone calls involving technical support and four hours of waiting on phone. No change, no call backs. I work at home. Sorry, but very frustrating.

    @EE Hi Michael, sadly your prices for the upgrade to the iPhone 13 pro max, even as a loyal customer, is miles away from what other providers can provide. I’ll try them again but you’re double the price at the moment
