    @EE just want to pass on how impressed I have been with a member of your staff called Simon Scullion. His customer service has been fantastic from start to finish.

    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    @mouthwaite @EE Never would I use EE again, they are the worse network I have ever been with. Go all the way with this, I think it’s worth it

    @Plusnet promised a call that didnt happen! Phoned them on Mon, explained I was planning on leaving @EE if they didnt fix my problem by Tues. EE haven't, so was going to pull the trigger with +net and go with them today but my promised call didn't come!

    @EE your website is the most shittest website I've been on. every time I have to use the app or website I feel like im using dial up connection. For a company thay brags about having tbe best service etc its a shame your website is such a piece of ****

    @EE - takes 3 weeks to sort voice calls on broadband - you then cancel direct debit - then threaten to restrict service unless I pay - so I’ve paid full amount including a none existent voice service - you’re really good aren’t you #poorservice

    @Tesco @CivicLilly1 Problem is most major companies are the same & the lack of an efficient help desk is a rich feeding ground for the fake accounts who pry on the upset disgruntled frustrated customer - I’m trying to get a simple answer from @EE and had multiple fake accounts try to trap me

    @EE is one of the worst services for upgrades I’ve had to deal with what do you mean I can’t change the upfront cost on a phone, and then tried to make me pay nearly triple my upfront cost over 2 years when I finally increased it. God they are shocking

    @R3stored @EE EE is by far the worst network. My wife can't use data in the house AT ALL and has to have Wi-fi calling enabled so she's able to make calls
