    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

    @EE It's a cancellation, not a PAC. As mentioned I did call to speak with your team over the phone, with a line that worked, and after being on hold for over 30 minutes on an international call you hung up on me saying that you couldn't hear me. How can I cancel my SIM?

    @EE Basically anything under 2 bars with 5G it’s pretty much non existent. It’s been an issue ever since I went to 5G 2 years ago. Have been back and forth have had new SIM cards and get asked to make a note of when and where (which I did) but nothing ever changes.

    @EE absolutely livid. Power cut to the area at 7:20am. When power returns, EE broadband now knackered. Actioned several power cycles and online diagnostic, confirmed outside problem. Raised fault. Fault report closed 30 seconds later, stating resolved. Still no Internet.

    @EE any chance of explaining what is going on with your broadband services? It’s getting beyond a joke now. It’s down again for the 2nd time this week, and supposedly wont be fixed until 14th August. What exactly am I paying for?
