@EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

@mouthwaite @EE I've been with EE since they were created (T-mobile for years before that) and have never had an issue. The only complaint I have is the range available for upgrade, Nokia needs to be added as I prefer them..

@mouthwaite @EE Regardless of their customer service, there are global shortages and delays on all things technology. 7 days is lucky, a lot of people are waiting much longer so a bit of patience is needed 👍🏻

@mouthwaite @EE Do feel true customer service is lost on a lot of stores & people. Back when I worked in a competitors retail store, was known for exceptional customer service, word of mouth used to bring them in to see me. Taught the rest of my staff to deliver the same standard.

@mouthwaite @EE EE are awful like you was a customer for many years & when I switched to @bt_uk the EE customer service rep said why am I moving to a crap provider…. I did ask him does he know who owns EE… most unprofessional unlike BT who have proved that I was right in moving over too!

@mouthwaite @EE Been with them since 2000 (Orange), never had an issue. In fact, called yesterday and was through in 20 seconds and my enquiry was answered efficiently and swiftly with a callback planned forThursday when I will have made a decision.
