@EE how come when you ring EE and everything is good you get a survey by text straight after but when it goes wrong and you mention the word complaint you don’t send a survey ?? Looks like figures fiddling to me . The UK’s No 1 ??? #fishy

@EE Complaint now in. I have just been on the phone for over an hour and am no further forward. I had no choice but to end the call as the person I was talking to didn’t appear to have a clue what she was doing. The noise in the background was also unbearable. This is disgusting.
