@EE I am furious. What a let down EE is. On top of providing faulty hardware that stopped working after a month after I took out the contract you would rather save a few pennies by using snail mail to send me a replacement SIM card than provide me with a decent service.

@EE Kristen I have been paying the direct debit the whole 5 years but not made a call or text. Nobody from EE contacted me to enquire why, did I want an upgrade, was there a problem? Nothing until I cancelled the DD. No call back from a manager nothing but a debt agency. Disgraceful

What a joke @EE are: poor customer service and despite an "excellent" score with @Equifax @EE have chosen to decline my application for a pay monthy contract! Guess what you're not the only telecoms co. I will take my business to Co. who want my business!
