  @MarinaPurkiss @EE Excellent news, given that EE normally stop at nothing to extort money from their unfortunate customers, of whom I am sadly one. I will never use them again once my current contract expires.

  Hard to believe it was possible to receive the level of customer service received today from @EE Three hours of me phoning them. Spoke to 11 different people. All very apologetic about the mistakes made. Told what my options were. Made my decision. They’ll get back to me.

  @MarinaPurkiss @EE What’s so sickening about this story - as well as the appalling treatment of your mum - is the thought that there must be a lot of people - whose daughters/sons aren’t public figures - who have never been given a refund by a phone company.

  @RalphUpton @EE They used to be good. Can’t get thru to anyone now. Before my bill is due they have stopped my data even though I have unlimited everything. Very very poor. Leaving them. Disgusted
