@EE No offence. I have been going round in circles for the last week. I know what your tech teem says but the facts speak for themselves. So going to more to another network which knows what it is doing.

Sorry to go on about it, but the first officer I spoke to didn’t know it was a thing. And I panicked and called 999 like an idiot. They told me to report to @EE and they told me about the ‘scam’… seems like a weird scam: what do they get out of it?
