  @EE your customer service is terrible. Your representative was extremely pushy and made me feel uncomfortable when I tried to cancel my wifi. The process is also extremely difficult for no reason

  @EE Sadly my phone is not receiving calls or sending texts and as your system is down I was informed nothing can be done until late tomorrow at best. No way of contacting to explain problem as no email contact - letter only which you will receive. The day I moved to you was a mistake

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @EE Yes, however your contact system is so poorly configured that, having fought through the very poor AI to get to a human, they always appear unable to do anything after 30 minutes of identification and account checks

  @EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .
