@EE husband took out a contract but never received the sim etc but today got a bill !! Called EE to be told need to contact a different number, over hour later still on hold. Just want to cancel as no sim, a bill for nothing and poor customer service. How can he resolve this.

Oh no! @EE Our internet service has been totally cut out. Left with no idea as to when it might be resolved so clutching at straws on here to see if you might be able to help! I’m leaning out the window for one bar of 4G to send this. X

@EE hi, had to make a complaint about staff service and attitude on Boxing day towards me. Have filled in complain form and sent it via email to EE. Can you assure me please that the manager and staff instore will know about the complain thanks.

£93 to call America in 2021 from my phone for 29mins, 0:24 seconds £3.13….what an absolute trap @EE, 2021 and the correct procedure is to still buy Skype credits to make international calls. Woe betide those who trust their phone network not to rip them off. So #GoneOnRenewal

@EE never got my free gifts. Told to wait and then passed the date I could apply. I tried but samsung said was issue, went back to ee and was told will be sent text to apply, never arrived..19 years as customer and treated like this..feel you don't care about loyalty
