Excellent day of customer service today. Workforce in the road cut off our phone and internet this morning. Within an hour @EE (our mobile and broadband provider) had boosted my data by 50GB so we could keep working from home and within 6hrs @OpenreachHelp had fixed the fault.

@EE After looking around online, I've seen that EE are the only provider that lock their routers down this way. You're stuck without the ability to set a VPN, are stuck on rubbish NAT types and can only use IPv6. Honestly, had I know this I wouldn't have taken the service from EE.

@EE why is your website trying to say my sony experia 5 isnt compatible with 4G, 3G or even 2G???? And then saying visit shop to buy a phone that is??? Signal has gotten alot worse in my entire area n checked for problems

@EmMaria87 @EE I started out working in retail and most of my jobs have been customer related. I wouldn't dream of not taking a booked appt seriously. Not just that, turning away commission doesn't make sense
