Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I can’t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etc… are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!! Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.
