    @EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.

    @EE Hi, for the last few days my broadband has had intermittent access. Not helpful when trying to work from home. I've tried resetting it but it doesn't seem to help
