@EE WC2R1JA. All London West End is bad and has been since I upgraded to 5G. I was told it was much better with more a capacity for calls and data. We are in a lockdown with hardly anyone around and it’s very bad.

What an absolute shower of **** ee are! 3 times my phone is meant to be delivered first they don’t dispatch it second the wrong address and now I have to wait till an investigation is done to have it again when I was told it would be today 🤬🤬 thanks @EE

@EE My iPhone 12 keeps switching off and reset the phone with second line support advice but no joy now being told to return to the EE store to return it and request a replacement (it’s closed!!) can someone here help not really interested in the inner workings of EE just want help!
