@EE why do you lock your network on mobile internet so I can’t change my NAT type to moderate? Close to loosing a internet customer because of this as it restricts feature on game consoles! Really annoying as the service is pretty good!

@EE in the BS3 area of #Bristol Since the new mast went up by the football stadium the signal has been ropey to say the least. Today it’s impossible to make or receive calls. I haven’t been able to work as we rely on phone signal as not in office on landline. What can we please?

@EE so, in the last 12 months you have sent me 38 notifications of problems via My MyPlace updates. The service you provide to users is terrible. I again have no signal whilst trying to run my business from home. I sometimes wonder why my business stays loyal to your poor service

@EE I got no help at all. The first person suggested changing my payment date and couldn't understand why that wouldn't be helpful to someone who's lost 2 thirds of their income. She also suggested I should cancel my contract even tho it runs till April 30th.

@EE That cost is surely reflected in the original price paid. Customers aren't a charity for your network infrastructure projects and future profits. I took a contract 2 months ago the price has gone up 4.5% illegally manipulating customers under the guise of inflation. Worst network
