    @EE I recently upgraded to a Google pixel 7. I was given a lovely reward card as part of the upgrade deal. This reward card is now non-functional for no apparent reason. I held up my end of the bargain in this contract. Why don't you sort this out as it's a poor reflection of EE.

    @EE what on earth is going on with your MOBILE coverage, I'm less than a mile from a mast and rarely get over 1 bar.. I am SUPPOSED to get 5G, I have never seen it, been going on for around 4 months now, I cant wait to have the money to buy myself out of my contract!!!!!!!!!

    @EE I'm awaiting a new sim card that was supposed to arrive yesterday — I've now been blocked from MyEE so I can't check where it is / whether it's definitely on route. Can you help?

    Hey @EE i know you said you would cover my Dec bill which you have, but its been 10 further days since Andy discussed the Level 2 complaint. Yet in the status it says "We're on it. We expect good service within 16 hours, but some fixes take a little longer." - #NOSIGNAL
