@EE shocking customer services from your Broadband team, no compassion, empathy or understanding at all, when a family lose a member to Cancer they want support not to be treated the way you have treated us! Really disappointing!

@EE @bt_uk absolute joke, broadband been down since 1pm Thursday 14th and cannot be looked at until Tuesday 19th. Not interested in resolving sooner.

@EE I have managed to get through to that help now. It’s trusting though as it’s saying it’s an outside fault and will take 2 business days to fix, meanwhile I have 1 bar of 4g signal

Been a @skytv customer for years and recently went over to @EE because I didn't feel like I was being valued as a loyal customer with sky. But im not a fan of EE tv at all so a jump back may be on thr cards if the offer is worth it! Got sold a dream and a load of messing about!

@andrew_m_toms @EE Please would you share how to complain to Ombudsman? I am a long time BT customer suffering endlessly with EE for 2 and half months of very poor erratic Internet that is costing me my job and money. No fibre in my area. BT copper wire broken down.
