@EE Whilst i knkw the social media channels were down, we had no broadband from just after 5 until 10pm last night, nor was your appp working. It has been fine all day today.

@Antihippy @EE Yes, because it was not insured @ee would offer to fix it if I paid them but they would wipe the phone... So over a barrell. I had to pay to get the screen fixed independently or also lose all the baby photos on the phone. What a racket.

@EE I have an contract I’m happy with but keep getting constant sales calls trying to offer me “discounts” which are just the sales person relaying the offers you already have listed online. I keep asking to be removed from your list. What is going on? Not happy with this service

@EE Thank you. Service has now been restored. But there have been too many outages in SW London lately, yet no information from EE. If it really was an upgrade 10 days ago, rather than an unplanned outage, why weren’t customers notified?
