    .@EE My elderly father rang me from his landline in a panic because his mobile phone wouldn’t dial out. Turns out it’s just your network that’s rubbish. Please sort it out! 😠😠😠

    @EE Morning folks, I've been trying to pay my bill via your app on 3 different devices but keep getting greeted with an error message of 3ds failed or something similar. Online chat is useless and won't connect me saying they can't help (lol) and ringing 150 isn't connecting. 1/2

    @rootmetrics @EE Seriously? So why am I getting fluctuating signal which is 3G and not 4G despite being in a 4G area and also why despite 5G towers being up for 3yrs that they haven’t been turned on? Even though workmen said they would’ve been 2 weeks after they were installed 3yrs ago!

    @EE It appears to be an issue with both. Just checked and it’s an issue in the area. I have signed up for SMS updates now to keep up to date with when it is resolved. Currently just says “taking longer than expected to resolve”

    I was asked why I was leaving. I described the above. So James from @EE went on to, on THREE separate occasions tried to sell me their product, telling me I could save money. I asked to make a complaint, I was informed that #EE doesn't have a complaints department.

    @EE I'm getting billed by you but don't have a SIM, Phone or BB. How do I raise an indemnity claim to stop this and get my money back? Obvioulsy I cant login online, as I don't have an account or mobile number Please help

    I offered to hold while he found a supervisor. The calls are recorded I hope. I’ve never felt so annoyed, disgusted and insulted by a company. If people are not well enough to deal with your aggressive sales strategy -STOP IT! #LongHaulers have enough to deal with. @EE

    @EE had barely any 4g signal from around 8pm onwards. Really struggling to load anything. Has coincided with my three broadband going down too. Coverage checker says everything is fine?
