    .@EE My elderly father rang me from his landline in a panic because his mobile phone wouldnโ€™t dial out. Turns out itโ€™s just your network thatโ€™s rubbish. Please sort it out! ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

    yet another day wasted and no support from @EE calling 150 with a texting issue thatโ€™s been going on for months with no promised call from tech support in 15 mins what a joke you are ! You canโ€™t respond to their BS texts if your texting issue intermittent ๐Ÿ™„

    @hridoyreh @OrevaZSN Similar with @EE. Locked out. Wonโ€™t receive SMSs or calls. They took my โ‚ฌ for top up (I thought that was the cause of no SMSs). I canโ€™t get to the website. Password not recognised. Canโ€™t change it because the SMS never arrives. Luckily it is not my primary number. Good bye EE.

    @EE Have a peek at the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014 - your colleague thought this was too old to apply! Key point is, you are charging me over ยฃ20/month more than the advertised cost of your service. It's not a good look.

    @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying ยฃ48.11 per month. Not an additional ยฃ24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

    @EE Thatโ€™s no good I can text and it wants me to respond to texts that I get. Iโ€™m exasperated you have a horrendous use case for you users specifically geared to less people on the phones help customers. Disgraceful
