Women’s refuge. Having no phone is dangerous! No one listening or doing anything! Very frustrated! 😩 please help!

So far not working (getting signal but no data) already try to reset phone and change cellphone networks. And in PAYG and was using it in the UK just yesterday. Please an assist? Thanks
