Why is it that having upgraded your @EE app, you are no longer able to access the app? Even in the days of One2One, it wasn't this bad. More like a 'downdate' rather than an 'update' yo me. Access now only via web

@EE app not working so re-downloaded. Now it doesn't recognise email or password. Web page works fine and can log in. Can I get assistance with the app please.
