    .@EE My elderly father rang me from his landline in a panic because his mobile phone wouldn’t dial out. Turns out it’s just your network that’s rubbish. Please sort it out! 😠😠😠

    @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

    @EE Many thanks for your reply but the issue has now been sorted & restrictions removed. It was an error made by your billing department & so I was told a missing zero of my credit limit when it was redone

    @MCFC2012 @EE Not sure where you are based but we are in Cheshire with BRSK. Never had an issue with the Wi-Fi since we changed to BRSK.

    @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than Β£100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!

    @EE The DD was setup but money moved to another account as it's paid from my billing account. How long does it take them to retry? It's been a week now. So, you're also advising me to call the number that doesn't work. I give up. Thankfully my contract is up in October.

    @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.
