    Can I give a MASSSIVE Thank you to the team from @EE customer service in Newcastle? I called twice for two different contract renewals and I ended up saving almost 15 monthly for much more benefits.

    @EE absolutely useless! Report faulty product and not even offered a replacement.. Oh and they like to hang up the phone on you too

    If anyone wants to be actually able to work from home don’t waste ur time money or effort going with @EE it’s honestly been the most useless service I’ve ever had the unfortune to ever deal with. Multiple days of work missed with faults with their service being absolute 💩

    @EE I haven't yet, since it's still 8 days till I get a standard upgrade. But I've been looking at prices for a while and you guys are by far the most expensive. I don't want to leave since the service is so good but still. Prices are steep

    @EE As usual crap @EE connection... so I paid my bills but I have to use my phone data - the best part is they don’t allow me to cancel the contract without paying a penalty when they haven’t fix the issue that I first reported in 2020! #joke #neveragain #useless

    Left on hold for 30+ minutes with absolutely no answer or solution. Engineers who are due to show up to fix faults on the WiFi and either don’t show up, or show up at the complete wrong time then don’t bother their arses even coming back. Absolute disgrace of a company @EE
