I’ve upgraded the broadband an extra £6 a month. All the new equipment arrived on Saturday and the EE guy was supposed to come today and install it. Man alive, why do they tell you they’ll come then just don’t bother and let you down. I could have put money on that hppening. @EE

why is @EE so bad at giving a simple answer the chat on the app and website is useless. You cant speak to a human, No one mans the X chat just automated messages !

Not even a month into my contract with @EE and there has been a blackout with their service. Gotta wait for up to 6 hours, never had this before with @bt_uk so if it happens again then I’m leaving for another provider.

@EE Hi the callback system is not working,no texts are being received,it’s pretty poor tbh that you have to call and call and hope to get through it never used to be this bad

@EE @MechanicalMash Not bad for a communications company eh? Instead of multi-channel, customer focused methods of communicating with EE, taking account of multiple preferences & disabilities, EE dictates a frustrating doom-loop of phone based auto-options that rarely gets you the help needed. #EE
