John Ford (@for59j54) reported@Neil_BIM @EE I left @EE for same reason. Had a minor issue & after 3 attempts & 160mins of my life lost later, i cancelled. Even paid the last 4 months. Had enough. Before I sign with any contract service now I ring their help line at least twice to see if they actual have an after service.
