    .@EE My elderly father rang me from his landline in a panic because his mobile phone wouldn’t dial out. Turns out it’s just your network that’s rubbish. Please sort it out! 😠😠😠

    @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

    Can't believe after 18 years, I'm going to have to leave @EE for my phone and broadband because Virgin have a much better offer on their Broadband and TV - over a £15pm difference for like for like basis! Retentions unable to come down any more.

    @EE Gonna cost me £££££ maybe £20 to get a service you should provide for your customers who maybe just in this type of situation.

    @EE I had called 150, £67.49 was the best price you could reward a loyal customer. So they loyal customer get charge more for your new ones

    @EE I am utterly appalled at you. Shifted early July as @BTGroup encouraged me to. Loads of issues have come up, still no fibre & appt moved 3 times, & when I’ve tried to call to speak, no way at all. Went to complain, could only do via AI and it kept stopping me from typing 😡
