@EE Can you guys fix the bug on your top up text service? When trying to buy data, it doesn't recognise you have sufficient funds and you have to top up again just to be able to buy data! I just wasted £30!

Nervous about when my Ghost of Yotei Collectors Edition is going to ship. It’s ready to dispatch. If it’s Evri I’m screwed. Had issues with @EE yet again for my iPods pro 3 today after years of same issue around contact details My GOY controller is with Shopto so should be ok

Terrible service from @EE - pre ordered my new phone on 12th September, still no sign of it and no updates. Can't get through to speak to anyone, always busy. 12 years I've had this contract, not happy

@EE just got a call from 01274054449 claiming to be from you and saying my SIM card was expiring but they will send me a new one!! Needless to say when I refused to give info he got frustrated and rude!! Please block the number for your customers to keep them safe
