.@EE My elderly father rang me from his landline in a panic because his mobile phone wouldn’t dial out. Turns out it’s just your network that’s rubbish. Please sort it out! 😠😠😠

@EE I’m a bit sceptical of this. AppleCare as standard from Apple or @VodafoneUK also covers the 2 incidents of accidental damage (Per 12 months) for £79, or £29 for screen damage. Why is EE excess so expensive / why isn’t Apple accidental damage included, or is it not mentioned?
