    @EE @RitaOra Crap been trying to contact u for 2 days via phone and chat but canโ€™t get through but yet 3 days ago at my upgrade u bent over backwards to contact me now u have miss sold me something and I cannot contact u xx

    .@EE My elderly father rang me from his landline in a panic because his mobile phone wouldnโ€™t dial out. Turns out itโ€™s just your network thatโ€™s rubbish. Please sort it out! ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

    @EE EE mis sold me a broadband contract. I cancelled my contract with EE but they poached me back by misrepresenting the deal. Furious! My complaint registered but complaint closed yesterday without them even ringing me. I will not be renewing with EE

    @EE I have to say your support is exceptionally poor. For months now, I have been trying to resolve an issue with your app and now I cannot access TNT support. I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.

    @EE its crazy that since March 9th I've been trying to upgrade and had to take complaint to exec team, just rang up as nobody has addressed the complaint, the person I just spoke to done the upgrade with 0 issues, oh well you got me for another 3 years ;-)

    @EE Your customer service is appalling - why have I been contacted by Advancers about a debt towards you when I told your CS to cancel it two months ago for free Additionally when I have tried to pay the bill it has told me that EE servers are down and to try again.

    Once your contract term is done the service on @EE becomes poor. I've experienced it every time my contract runs out. Despite still paying for the service on a rolling contract. Why is that?
