  @EE I will do this tomorrow :) thanks. Don’t know where I stand, as I know water damage isn’t covered, but it truthfully hasn’t had any water damage so I don’t know if there’s a broken sensor or something like that?

  @MsVespertilio @EE EE are awful they charged me 270 pounds for a supposed breach of contract , they admitted that they have no proof but I had to pay in protest!! 15 years as a customer down the drain never again with @EE

  @Hepworthclare @EE I do hope you get some satisfaction soon Clare, the Worlds gone mad with all this technical stuff. Could you perhaps contact the Ombudsman? I hate the system we have to plough through just to get a civil answer to a problem these days. They call it progress I’d call it regress.
