@EE Yes fully reset the router few times when it happened and also when I was told to do it last time. Last night did full reset after the 2nd drop out and well then was stable since. (No Monitoring emails to say nets gone down)

@EE After the third visit my husband and I gave up. We are both EE customers looking to renew contracts. Sadly this experience does not bode well for future renewals. Do you know what the problem was in store today?

@EE my internet been down all night and still is tried ringing up no answer since this morning as too busy, all it says is to reset the router which has been done multiple times. Help me 😢
