Ian Bennett (@bernifresh) reported@ee Why can I not get 5G+ access on we business sim only. Just upgraded only to find out that even on an all-rounder tariff you cannot have access. I will have to cancel this upgrade and move network after 30 years (orange to ee account).

I spent 90 mins last week on the phone for two calls in the same day to diagnose a fault and now you’ve forgotten to send one of the items you said was faulty. Of course I can’t speak to a human!! Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@chocoranges @EE Keep a record of everything, make a formal complaint. Ask for compensation. If they are not reasonable go to comms Ombudsman. I would say £25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth
