JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I canโt book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

Since then your service has been nothing short of disgusting. Ive phoned again this morning and have been "promised" a call today.....

As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.
