    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @EE Hello and happy new year. There seems to be a problem with password reset emails from the MyEE app - or rather a lack of them. I'm not the only person experiencing this and it has been going on for a while. Needs fixed.

    Anyone else having issues with @EE broadband? The performance seems to have been ropey for the past few weeks - and the 5Ghz band particularly bad.

    I get my upgrade from @EE next week. The new customer offers are lot better then upgrades. Am I better giving my notice and going elsewhere or starting a new contract??

    @EE my partner is with EE. We have just moved house and he can’t glide his internet or make calls without going outside and up the road. He isn’t sure if he’s still tied in with you. What can we do please. I’m with O2 and have no issues. We aren’t rural or anything

    @EE This is beyond a joke @EE! Over weeks and still no resolution, continuous disconnections despite an #openreach engineer coming out. If you think I’m paying for this you’ve got another thing coming!

    @EE Are you really?? I have tweeted twice about issue with MyEE and no response! Not able to top-up via MyEE or SMS and effectively without a service if I need to call or use data outside home!
