  • spontaneous_ant Tony (@spontaneous_ant) reported

@EE @albanianstokie For **** sake STOP YOUR BULLSHIT EE! Apologies for my frank response but you always reply with that crap! Put simply if you have more and more customers then they are paying for the investment in to your business as well as your existing customers! It’s not rocket science!

@EE Hello, I have today lost my job 🥲 I have been a customer for nearly 10 years…please can you offer any help?? 🙏🏻

  • casparfield Caspar Field (@casparfield) reported

@EE @Takariistorm Your accounts on Companies House show that you made a net profit of £1.1b in the year to March '22. You could maybe use a little bit of that to help? And you might have few less 'vulnerable customers' if you didn't hike prices by 14-15% in a cost of living crisis!

  • JayMalt34 Jas (@JayMalt34) reported

@adam_feather09 @EE If you only signed up last week you got 14 days to cancel it. Do it.

  • pgw1 Paul Williams🦁 (@pgw1) reported

@SarahWhe78 @EE I think everyone will have sympathy with Sarah and a major % of customers will be looking for a change. It will be hard as I've been a customer 25years, but this is robbery.

  • MattyBrault Matthew Brault (@MattyBrault) reported

@EE It won't get sorted. Been through it before. It is a fundamental issue with the app, which you won't be able to sort through DMs. Not your fault.

  • Irishdave1980 Irishdave (@Irishdave1980) reported

@EE poor customer service requested a call call 7hr later still nothing

  • stephen501 Stephen (@stephen501) reported

@ee gone from 10/10 to 1/10. 7000 hoops to get through to talk to customer service. Roaming abroad up from £10 a month to £15. No justification for such a huge increase. Will now just turn on for the exact time I am abroad. #EE #roaming

  • andy_cov93 Andrew (@andy_cov93) reported from Coventry, England

@EE It’s 2023 it doesn’t cost an extra 14-17% a month for you to provide me with 1 bar of 4G internet and claim you’re the UKs best 5G network but you’re charging it anyway
