@EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

@EE It was something to do with the green box further down the road. But got told it would be sorted the same day, in which it hasn't and now i'm waiting for them to turn up today... really hope it gets sorted today.

@EE Really got to love how you advertise add to plans but yet you can’t add anything to plan as the website doesn’t let you and says you must be within the first 17 months of a contract which I am great customer service first class NOT!
