    @EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

    A system error at @EE's end left me with no broadband. Brilliant service by Matt in the customer service team who took the time to thoroughly investigate before refering the matter up the line and giving me 50GB of data to keep me going. Top notch, thank you!

    @EE hi, I've ordered a sim from you and received an email on Wednesday saying it's being sent by royal mail, but also says to have ID ready for dpd. I haven't received any tracking info, so don't know when to wait in. Can you help?
