@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE @origionalSaz Also I can’t actually see how much in texts or phone calls I have left. So when my data ran out my texts and calls now say standard charges apply which is stupid because I have 10 days left on my current top up.

Sat with a friend last night, we both went to google something we couldn’t remember the name of, she starts swearing at her phone because of the **** signal, whilst she’s sweating I find the answer, thank god I had @O2 with good signal whereas she had a very poor 1 bar on @EE

@EE Are you having system problems with logging in at the moment? I've tried to login to my account a couple of times in different browsers and I get a "Login error - Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."

@EE my EE account shows I have no minutes or texts allowance plus only 100 mb of data left yet I’ve no used any this month so far? Does EE have a technical issue?
