    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    So I’ve just been told the PS5 I ordered yesterday with @EE never got added onto my account and I will not be receiving one......why I had to find this info out myself I’ll never know.

    @ee pls can you advise why the service in my area keeps dropping out -it always seems to be down to “maintenance work” but it’s happening far too much!! I’m working from home and can’t take/receive calls- I’ve reported it to you again and you say you’ll respond in 48hrs?! M45

    @KyleRWillis1988 @EE They don't. I've been registering my interest since before the first pre orders in multiple retailers and never once did I get an email or notification of any kind.

    @EE Hi is there any signal issues in the TR11 area at the moment? I used to get great signal inside my home, now I have to go upstairs and lean out of a window.
