@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE After a week of little to no Internet, I was informed the problem was fixed on Monday. Since then I've had a text every day to say there are problems in my area which will take up to 7 hours to fix so still not getting service for parts of the day. This is one for ofcom I think
