@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Spent 3 hours now in a DM conversation with @TalkTalk (whilst tethering to @EE to enable said conversation) who whilst acknowledging the issue is their network related will not confirm that I won’t have to pay for an engineer to check the line. Mindboggling

@EE why does my Internet keep reseting itself?!?? Happened the last few nights now, and keeps happening tonight!! Poor service, I've already had to pay out £150 on WiFi boosters since switching to EE... Won't be staying at this rate!!!

@EE Got a text message looks like no phone service in Coventry for 3 days does that mean I get a refund for those days? Also the price increase of MSE is it the usual RPI price rise or more please?

If someone has a pay as you go phone is there anyway you can remotely 'top-up' their phone (as they are currently unable to) to ensure they are able to keep in contact? @EE (stupid the things that cross your mind & keep you awake when there are far bigger issues)
