@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I get a My Place update about 'engineering problems at Exton (Somerset) most weeks. Are there any plans to just replace the transmitter, and get it sorted once and for all? I used to be able to use my phone in the house, now it's one or two places in the garden.

@greensyncro @EE Utter crap service. Kept blaming my handset. Four handsets later......same issues. Next they blamed the sim card. *** a replacement. Still the same **** service. Joke this lot.

@EE Good morning, I have recently left EE and ported my number out (sorry). But I am still receiving my place service updates, I can’t log in to turn them off as my number is no longer a valid EE number, can you help?

@EE are you having issues in West Wales (Pembs) today. Our 4g broadband was off for an hour yesterday and today it keeps dropping out every few mins. #fault

@EE I've had a number of complaints logged with @EE. None of them have been resolved. On Friday I was told that someone would get back to me Saturday about ongoing issues, but no. I can understand that a technical issue is difficult to resolve and may take time, but... 1/2
