@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE @flossie_36 Your estimates are a joke. 7 days ago I was told should be next day, but because of supply could be 7. Yesterday I called and was told another 7. Today I am told 21. Awful service.

@EE can you pls clarify what your free EE lifetime warranty actually is? Took daughter's phone to your Richmond shop and they didn't seem to know about it and told me they would charge me to look at it (screen not working, phone less than 2 years old and in contract)

@EE We already discussed it. NW London area, and you apparently use same masts as Three, so as a back-up for their diabolical service, EE is often useless too, and I have to slave my phone - ridiculous. Should I bill EE for my O2 payments?
