@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@MohamedAbdulwa @EE Same here mate I’ve been with EE for 15 years and they won’t match an offer from another network. Orange was amazing in retaining loyal customers but EE is all about profits. I have like 5 phones with them I’ll be moving them all next month

@EE I have been a customer for 20 years with T-Mobile then EE. Vodafone offered me a better deal which is only £49 over 2 years less than EE but surprisingly they couldn’t match it! EE provides good service but they’re the worst in rewarding loyalty of 20 years! I’m appalled

@EE why over the last year is your service so poor in TQ7 postcode area? I’m not talking about one specific fault but the endless weekly faults/ outages or poor signal events. If your engineers are ‘working to improve the service’ why doesn’t it get better! Serious question?

Terrible upgrade service from @EE can’t make a complaint. Only take what I say as feedback and constantly just told it’s there process. Wish I just went with another provider. Paying for an iPhone 14 contract I don’t even have. #badservice #complaints

@EE hi i am trying to upgrade my phone early as it says the early upgrade fee isn't applicable at the moment but every phone I click on says there is not suitable plan please help will this happen in November when I can standard upgrade or is it an error on your system
