  @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

  @EE @WeAreOpenreach since we have had no service since the 14th August why don’t you pull your finger out and sort the issue out!! The client Journey has been a disgrace, lie after lie, I even got told I can’t speak to the cancellation team and I can’t cancel. @Ofcom

  @EE That’s total nonsense. One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?

  @EE Of course I’ve already done that I’ve spent 6 hours on chats this morning. I’ve been through the base level AI you have and constantly get to, I want technical support and it states you. Can’t message them you have to ring them. I CAN’T RING THAT MY ISSUE!
