@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE @DPDgroup_news messaged to say may upgrade was being delivered today. I followed the tracking. At 7.15pm the driver (have the name) said it had been handed to walton at 8.00pm. No delivery has been made at all. This is terrible service from DPD
