    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE My iPhone 12 has literally just went blank, switched off and won’t charge up. Perfectly working fine and then nothing. Any help here?

    @taadelodun Na so I entered @EE contract with my mobile number and I don't enjoy the service and value promised and value provided is at variant and not commensurate. I requested the contract to be cancelled and they are asking me to pay £159. I just tired. The 14 days window is not enough

    @jonoread @nickrf1966 @EE Seems to work fine now! I thought it was a problem with the modem chip in the phone which they've conveniently changed in pixel 7 pro. Who knows! 🤷🏻

    @Ofcom Will you please investigate @EE Where I live, near Oban, we have regular outages with their mast, the only network that works in our area. It often takes days to fix. I believe they are wilfully denying us the service we pay them for.

    Hey @EE, I’ve had zero reception now for 2 months where I live where it used to be a good 4G, you keep making excuses about the mast and it’s not getting fixed, is this the service I expect from you? I don’t want monthly bill refunds, I want a working service

    @EE DebbieI sent a reply but it seems to have gone missing. The main problem I have is poor reception in context to other suppliers. My wife with 3 will have reception in the same building but I won’t.

    @EE @Siobhan_Evans absolutely shocking customer service ….yet again!!!! Never got the call bk promised initially then to be Constantly on hold trying to correct an error caused by EE only to be cut off and told to email someone else to escalate the issue.
