@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

How come my cheapest upgrade for 3 GB sim with @EE is £21.50 p/m, yet I can get the same gig with @Plusnet for £7 p/m ? and.....Plusnet uses the EE network ? total rip off & no brainer really. Sorry EE you have lost a long standing customer #EE #Plusnet

@EE I sent a complaint last week, and have attempted to contact you numerous times to no avail. If I don't receive some assistance from you, I will be making a report to the FCA as I am one unhappy (now former) customer.
