@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE have been charging us for a phone that hasn't been in use for nearly a year. Won't give us a penny back despite asking to cancel it and have evidence their end it's not been use. Hideous company.

@EE Yes I am , as you know nothing technical is available at the weekend - I still have no network and I remain on call !!! This is an utter let down - customer services can provide nothing at the weekend - please stop asking whether it is fixed and actually fix it ??!

@EE I also had to correct one of your call handlers for saying my name wrong and she had a cheek to be rude about it. I had to reminded her that at the start of the call I provided my name which was said correctly. There was no apology from that particular handler.
