@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE hi sorry to bother you. I managed to get a Xbox series x this morning. I paid the ten pounds and got the order is on its way email. I haven’t had anything else since then. Would I of had something by now if it was being shipped for tomorrow say. Thanks for your help.

@EE is 01915161645 a legit EE number? They called me 3 times over the past week, I answered and they started asking for personal details for "security reasons". I put the phone down for 30 seconds to Google the number and they hung up on me. If it was EE then it is poor service.

@EE spoke to a ee representative today and said about My data disappearing and got no help at all.. I've been with ee for years and years and felt unhappy with the service I got.. thinking of changing providers now..
