@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE What is going on with your network? 4 times in the past 30 minutes my calls have been cut off when the signal is at full then drops to nothing and says ‘call failed’ The data also goes from 4G to E. so annoying.

@EE Spend time sorted no out the ongoing signal issues for real customers please, before making stupidly expensive adverts that do not represent the service that most of us receive. It’s rather insulting to see this when I pay £260/ month and I can’t even make a phone call

@EE I'm with O2 in Norwich brillaint well in with giffgaff (runs on O2) I tired EE was really bad and prices are steep
