@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@Shaunjenks I left @ThreeUK because they didn’t support the Apple Watch and went to @EE If they don’t announce something soon, I may go back. It’s quite bad form from EE.

@EE We’ve been speaking to someone from EE for the last week. Openreach thought it was a problem their end but it’s still not fixed. So frustrating :(

@Shaunjenks @ThreeUK @EE I know they do and said as much in my post. Being the only major carrier not to support international roaming at launch is a bit off. I’m hoping they will do soon.

Over 48 hours since @EE told us our internet would be fixed within 2 hours and it’s still down. Hoping this will be fixed for work tomorrow 😖
