@EE I upgraded on Sunday and was promised my phone would be delivered yesterday, but it didn't arrive, I got in touch with EE via the text service and was told the phone I ordered was actually out of stock, so I changed it to a different colour and was told it was be delivered today

Dear @EE, I've a conundrum for you. An old Orange PAYG SiM has stopped being registered on your network so we can't call you from it for help and it looks like it's been like that for months... My elderly Mum would very much like to use her phone. What can she do?

@EE @HSpencer2000 Interesting this was also helpful to me. I am an EE customer; so If i add the PS5 to the plan, than call in after a few days and cancel the agreement - am I than able to pay the upfront cost? As this would be preferable ?

@EE thanks for messing up my ability to use my phone. Ordered esim hasn’t seemed to work when installing,lady on customer services put the phone down on me at 9pm sharp. Now I have no phone and no call centre is closed. Let’s hope I don’t miss any important calls
