  • REACHHomes1 @NO.TO.BREXSHIT (@REACHHomes1) reported from Sheffield, England

@EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

  • AckroydKim Kimberley Ackroyd (@AckroydKim) reported from Doncaster, England

@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

  • kippa_10 ANDREW TAYLOR (@kippa_10) reported from Tickhill, England

@EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

  • Dannyajones1867 Danny Jones🦉🦉 (@Dannyajones1867) reported from Hoyland Nether, England

@EE my EE app not working just keeps saying there is a fault

  • JustCraigyp Just Craig (@JustCraigyp) reported from Sheffield, England

If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

  • danowl16 Dan (@danowl16) reported from Sheffield, England

@EE It lets me sign in but doesn’t have my EE 6 months attached to my account

  • Grumpy0ldSod Reesy 👑&🇬🇧 (@Grumpy0ldSod) reported from Sheffield, England

@Emerald88793138 @EE Oh sorry, was actually replying to ee's response. I'm completely with you, it's beyond the joke. Had my mate 20 pro over a year now and in that time have had 2 security updates. IIRC ee was extremely slow on the uptake with 9.1 as well, I didn't get it until May released Feb 🤔

  • sewingyorkie JuneC (@sewingyorkie) reported from Doncaster, England

  • RegT1996 Reg Turner (@RegT1996) reported from Sheffield, England

@EE hi just wondering why in the past 10 minutes my WiFi has cut out 4 times, even though it says there are no issues in the area. We had problems before and a tech came out but nothing was done, and it’s now just getting worse.

  • AaranBrown Aaran Brown (@AaranBrown) reported from Rawmarsh, England

@EE Full of great ideas me! Keep me updated! But there’s always ‘new customer offers’ everywhere you look! But very little ‘longer term customer offers’ I strongly believe businesses are missing a trick with that! If you don’t award loyalty customers will leave to take advantage of

  • perksy1 Bridgette Perks (@perksy1) reported from Doncaster, England

@EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

  • kippa_10 ANDREW TAYLOR (@kippa_10) reported from Tickhill, England

@EE Hi, still the same problem.

  • DannyFarrar1987 Daniel Farrar (@DannyFarrar1987) reported from Rawmarsh, England

@EE @MarieDawn83 They will help @NHS with unlimited data but not a temporary phone so they can use the data and keep in contact

  • Danny_Gartside Danny Gartside™ (@Danny_Gartside) reported from Sheffield, England

@davidhaslehurst @EE It was probably instore, her 2yr contract has just come to an end which was £15 for 250mb and about 150mins and 500 txt which was shocking anyway so I’ve told her I’d arrange a sim only but the store have sold her a shit one again, £12 for 1gb data and locked in for 12mnths! 😡

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • andrewjscott Andrew J Scott 🐧 (@andrewjscott) reported

Calling to cancel my Broadband account with @EE involved keypad mobile number entry twice, 2 people, 2 security checks & 3 transfers That is not efficiency I'm unconvinced Corporates don't understand the analytics of their customer services

  • steenbras Mike Raath (@steenbras) reported

@EE Yes I understand that :) My suggestion is that this could be done via your web portal - instantly - without the need for the 1 day delay from ordering to receipt of the pack. You could generate the QR code in the secure environment of the self-service portal.

  • GarethECoates Gareth Coates 💙 (@GarethECoates) reported

@EE I will do, David... when 150 is working again. I've just tried it and been told "this service is temporarily unavailable". It's been a good morning all round, really!

  • GarethECoates Gareth Coates 💙 (@GarethECoates) reported

Absolutely shocking service from @EE this morning. My phone is within warranty and not charging; the Tech team want it for 20 days with no temporary handset and suggested I buy a burner phone! Nowhere's open, so they transferred me to Insurance, who want to charge me £100 excess!

  • steenbras Mike Raath (@steenbras) reported

Here's an idea @EE - self-provisioning for eSIMs. Let the user request an eSIM swap - commit to an additional charge - then provide them with the QR code on the web portal. No need to post, reduce inbound calls, happy customer, win/win.

  • Stephenhallll Stephen Hall (@Stephenhallll) reported

@EE Long standing customer losing all faith. Early Jan my internet speed falls every night. Wife is a teacher and it impacts her classes. 6 engineer visits, 9 calls, official complaint and I'm 2 weeks since anyone got in touch even though I was promised urgent action.

  • RachelADarke Rachel Darke (@RachelADarke) reported

@ee I am online chatting to one of your agents but he isn’t replying. I can only do this while my broadband is up. But the service is intermittent

  • ciki_mac Ciki Mac (@ciki_mac) reported

@virginmedia is quite literally THEEEE worst #broadband service I have ever used 😩 Wish I could get @EE in my area. They were amazing. Never had any issues when I was with them for two years 💔

  • GarethECoates Gareth Coates 💙 (@GarethECoates) reported

@EE I don't, unfortunately... my old Samsung was replaced because it was giving up the ghost. If I had an old phone available, I'd be less frustrated with the whole experience. That was why I enquired about going down the insurance route.

  • GarethECoates Gareth Coates 💙 (@GarethECoates) reported

@EE I'm doing that in another browser tab, Kristen, but this doesn't solve the fundamental problem; it will be 1-3 days before I even get a box to send the phone to Apple in and I can't be without a phone. How would school contact me in an emergency?
