Unable to reply to email, help on the app gives contact number but that cuts out saying this number is no longer available - what’s happening ?

I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I had to walk up the road and basically shout my account details at someone to try and fix it. What would happen if there was an emergency? I couldn’t call 999.

Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.
