  @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

  @dazzabird @htc @EE @Qualcomm No issues with drop outs. At one point it was switching between 4G & 5G quite a lot but kept the connection fine.

  @EE If you want to see how it should be done take a look at the O2 app. I would have been able to find what I needed in seconds rather than multiple attempts. It’s really poor.

  @EE very impressed with a member of staff at your woking store on Tuesday. Went to help my partially sited aunt to upgrade her phone. Sam was fantastic help. He spent ages talking her through it all and setting the phone & tablet up for her so she would be able to see it.
