  • paddyr650 Paddy R (@paddyr650) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

I've just been told that @EE is not going to fix the broken mast near my home until the end of November. The end of bloomin' November! I really hope that this is a joke as it's already been broken for over 2 weeks! Surely @EE that time frame isn't correct. What am I paying for?

  • Totaljamie Jamie Clarke (@Totaljamie) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@EE I got the watch paired no issue, it’s just that I can’t turn my mobile plan on. It just tells me it’ll take 24 hours (it’s been a few days) and to contact EE and quote code 030 😂 if that helps

  • _captainscience Captain Science (@_captainscience) reported

@Lego_Scientist @EE @O2 That's not a bad plan. I have 2 SIMs because I live in an area with poor coverage. Giffgaff is amazing value if you buy a phone. And I get really cheap mobile coverage with my broadband from EE.

  • Lego_Scientist 🐀 Ruth: Mother of (lab) robots, first of her name (@Lego_Scientist) reported

@RosemaryJDyson @EE @O2 yeah. I told them what o2 could offer me (and I have since seen better deals advertised by another network) and they could drop my plan by £2.50 a month to lose data, which still came in as more expensive as the other network.....

  • Lego_Scientist 🐀 Ruth: Mother of (lab) robots, first of her name (@Lego_Scientist) reported

@_captainscience @EE @O2 tempted to leave for a couple of months and try a rival network with a view to being able to go back if I find the alternative is crap....
