Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE Why the need for a dm? It's obvious to see from your other messages that there is an issue with your service in Manchester. Rather than wasting individual customers time, please just send a tweet letting everyone know about the issue & when you will resolve it.

Okay I'll admit, I was ready to rip my hair out with @EE broadband but as soon as I got in touch with them its been fixed within 2 days and I'm back up to having stronger WiFi than ever before - stellar customer service!! 🥳🤍

@EE has anything changed on your network for broadband customers regarding VPN connections? Several of our teachers on your network now unable to connect to our work VPN despite port clamping being enabled. Changing from your DNS improves from no connection to intermittent.

@EE something is seriously wrong with my new bill. Been charged £150 for a contract which should only be £70 meaning me total bill for the two phones is over £200. This is not right and causing me severe anxiety. Please help
