@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE Yeah we have looked into it with EE previously and kind of learned to live with it. Luckily I’m in work most days so it’s not a massive issue for me but it could have been.

@EE We have it in HX3 (Halifax) but not where our house is. Looking at the map it seems to be all around but not there. We have poor phone signal anyway so I am thinking it’s a poor connection around it
