    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP………..bots that answer your calls are hopelessly frustrating and it have taken me almost 2months to get everything working in my home since my so called UPGRADE!!! Two hubs because of a problem with initial hub, likewise with extenders!!! APPALLING!

    @EE @TomTugendhat Ditto in SW London, usually only get one bar of signal and frequently have issues with calls cutting off or breaking up.

    Looking at getting 5G fail over internet device from @Ubiquiti 5G max offers up to 3.4Gbps downloads over 5G and there’s my @EE only getting 65Mbps.

    @EE @TomTugendhat @EE I’m with you - signal is often non-existent when you are out of a town in the North East and Noth Yorkshire - extremely poor service.
