@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE Just had a text to say my broadband is now ready in my new home. That's great - except I don't move until Friday and now have no service at my current/old address. Order on your website says 9th July and had a text from you on Sat with the correct date.

@EE Yep, got though to them. Apparently there’s an outage in my area so not much they can do. @OpenreachHelp are trying to fix it.

@EE Had this issue since yesterday. Scanned QR code for eSim, didnt work. Displayed the number as 00000000 etc

Is there any chance @EE will call me back & address some major issue that they have put through to level 2 for call back within 48 hours. Which since this beginning they have done a total of 7 times & I’ve only been called back once, after highlighting it on Twitter previously.

@EE No service since last Friday. All computers and EE mobiles down. Again unable to work so am being forced back into office. EE promised regular updates to my husband - nothing. Looking to cancel EE completely and get refund for abysmal service. Paying £200+/month for no service.
