Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Burton in Lonsdale and nearby locations:

  • JoeBourne @joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, England

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

Thanks to the customer support team at @EE who are prioritising the issue with my (shielding) father's internet connection. He depends on internet so much at the moment - including food shopping - and the response so far* has been really positive. *it's not fixed yet

  • jamadan_dev Jamadan (@jamadan_dev) reported

@EE Could do with a way of ordering a new esim online without being charged? I just signed a new 2 year contract and am changing phones. Don't really expect to be charged for something digital that facilitates my use of the network. No biggie tho, phone call sorted it

  • Anamaggiemal1 Anna Malone (@Anamaggiemal1) reported

@EE in Barbados and my phone won’t connect to any signal, been here for over 10 days and still nothing. Turned phone on and off, tried to choose networks, no joy. Can you please help?

@EE I've been looking through the ee app and clicking on upgrade as I'm due a free upgrade in 3 days time but I'm looking at paying £50+ just for the handset but £65-75+ per month, but If I look at new customer looking closer to £50pm, even ID mobile and virgin are cheaper than ee
