@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

Here we go again @EE I long for the day I can bin this company off. MyPlace update: Just to let you know, we have a problem near Home which may be affecting service in the area. Everything should be back to normal within 15 hours. We will continue to keep you updated.

@EE how on earth were Sky, on the instructions of the person buying my flat, able to tell EE to cancel our contract, which EE did without even consulting us, the owners of the flat? We haven’t even exchanged - we can’t work we have no internet PLEASE RESPOND

@EE I was upgrading my phone and paid £50 up front fee (which has gone out of my bank). I was going collect my phone but have not received any confirmation or ref numbers. My EE account doesn’t show my upgraded contract either. Please help, looks like you’ve robbed me £50?
