Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

Anybody else having major issues with @EE? Their my ee app won't let me do anything and I can't buy data through their add on link because I'm "forbidden" and I can't buy any through text either. Almost like they don't want my money

@EE is the worst phone provider I’ve ever experienced… such a bloomin nightmare … constantly failing, bad communication and support is a total pain to contact. Can’t wait to ditch it.

@DeputyGrocott @EE I’ve been with EE or predecessors since mobiles were a thing. I tell them I’m going to leave! I got my a14 for same cost I was paying my a11 with 25 GB data by trading in and getting £12 discount a month along with long service discount.
