@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE the fact that I contacted EE around 9am this morning to find some help and they still haven’t done ANYTHING at 1pm, confirms that I am going to use another provider. Clearly lots of complaints to be had if you only respond with a sentence once every hour!

@MarcAllera @EE I'd love to upgrade to a pixel 6 pro, but justifying only offering 10% discount to a customer of 19years, and refusing to price match fellow networks by because @EE is a "premium network" is madness, especially when I struggle for 3G 🤔
