@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@torchlight_xd not been able to login using mobile data on @EE . Is this a known issue? My security controls are all disabled.. it’s a bit frustrating only being able to use Wi-Fi!

@EE what’s the point in me ordering online if I have to ring you cos you need more info? I’m an existing customer. If this is just to try and convince me to take the insurance I’m leaving EE. I tried to ring and gave up after 10 minutes of waiting.

@EE Hi. I've been calling one of your stores relentlessly as I need to find out if they have a part in stock for a same day repair but they never pick up. Is there anyway to find out other than driving over/paying parking etc only to find out they don't?
