Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

@JamesKennedyUK Zen is terrific for t’internet. @EE twice bricked my phone when abroad despite my buying an add-on for such use because they didn’t like me being on a legacy T-Mobile plan. (Tried a Giffgaff SIM the second time; it was fine so not a phone issue.) Horrifically irresponsible.

@EE having intermittent issues with mobile data - I have full 5G signal but sometimes there is no connectivity. Issue occurs across multiple apps (Facebook, Discord, Chrome). Any ideas? Phone is 5 months old.

@EE Yet another day of very very slow mobile internet in the TQ7 area and still no answer or detail as to why this is happening or when it will be resolved. What's happening EE before I start to ask for some money back!

Had text fm @EE to say monthly payment was more than doubling & giving more data that I use in a year. So got new phone & deal with Sky. Your greed of making me takedeal I didn't want or need has lost you a customer that had been with Orange/EE since 1997.
