Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Burton in Lonsdale and nearby locations:

  • JoeBourne @joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, England

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE Yet my EE signal keeps buffering in NI

  • Welsh18John John Welsh (@Welsh18John) reported

@EE given your decision to bring back roaming charges in Europe, can I cancel all my contracts with you?

  • Don_LImmortale l'Immortale (@Don_LImmortale) reported

@EE @Princess902102 No good enough EE. You made a very clear and concise statement in January and your customer expect you to honour it, not stab them in the back. And please don't **** them off with "reinvestment" nonsense.

  • JASONSPENCER K.S. Roebuck (@JASONSPENCER) reported

@AnnaJerzewska @petersketch @EE Introducing these extra charges is a fundamental change in the terms, which would give you the option of terminating the contract. That's why it's only on new contracts and upgrades. The problem is, where to go?

  • adamh888 Adam Holdaway (@adamh888) reported

    @KayBurley @EE Never mind.

  • sleuthsome Sleuth (@sleuthsome) reported

@EE @woodcock_miss Hats off to you if you have decided, since December, to invest more in customer services and network. Otherwise it would have been better to say: “We will reimpose roaming charges but only when the dust has settled”.

  • krbeveridge Kevin 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇺🇸 (@krbeveridge) reported

I’m happy enough to cancel my @EE contract when it’s up for renewal after what must be 20 years. Shove roaming charges where the sun don’t shine #EE #RoamingCharges

  • Nick_Collins_86 Nick (@Nick_Collins_86) reported

@EE @Kb19031160 O dear, which social network admin will be having a discussion with management tomorrow.

  • CrantockQuarry John Holt (@CrantockQuarry) reported

@TurnipRail @EE “New and upgrading customers only” so perhaps not an issue. Would you like a lovely upgrade sir? £2 per day doesn’t seem too bad for short visits.
