Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE rubbish signal in Gateshead tyne and wear, checked coverage earlier and it said there was a problem but now says its fine but network not working! Seems to be a common issue this evening and needs resolved ASAP! Luckily my WiFi is with virgin!

@EE why is my 4g not working? And my phone won't let me connect to the WiFi, yet everything else in the house is working with the WiFi so it's not an issue with that!!

@EE what is up with ur internet I’m on 4g and it’s down for nearly 2 hours I can’t access anything I can send a message on normal and call that’s about it
