@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE hello, I’ve tried getting through on the phone but don’t have time to be put on hold, I don’t understand why my 4g is not working outside my house away from my wifi? I have 5.8 left out of 6 and if renews itself on 1/4/21 so I’m wasting so much as not using it - any ideas ??

@ShinyQball @DJCElijah @EE I had this issue all morning- then chanced asking a relative once I gave up, who landed one for me right away on their account. Since EE claim there is no 'issue' (with the only advice being to clear your cache, etc)- this is obviously discriminatory in some way shape or form.

@EE my grandma has the family plan and she’s my bill payer. On her myEE app we can’t see the data gifting option. When I go to my myEE app on my phone it’s not there either. Please help?
