Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@Stevieboys7 @EE I’m on 4G and it went to 3G then nothing and later I saw where the EE logo is said EE EDGE and next to the signal strength I got E, even with 3G I couldn’t get on the internet I could text my son and called him his phone is on my plan he said his fine

@EE I need help asap, my phone signal and roaming isn’t working in Canada, I’ve tried everything on the forums but it’s still not working, i have worldwide roaming fyi and it works in Europe.

Thanks to @EE we used an extra 20 miles worth of fuel tonight getting out of Manchester! The entire day they’ve been down. Pay for a service and can’t even use it. What if there was an emergency!? #pissedoff

@5odayja @EE They located the account, found a home telephone number on there. They couldn't give me the contact details so customer service called their home phone and apparently spoke to the owners dad. The father called his daughter, whose phone it was at the office.
