Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

@EE bloody useless mobile provider that you are. I’ve been trying to get in touch all day as your full works plan has failed to work!! But no response from a complaint or several telephone call attempts. Avoid EE at all costs...

@EE Unfortunately the Doro is a sim free phone so she doesn't actually have a SIM in the first place (even though she is on a SIM only contract) but thank you for trying to help Peter

@EE Hi - I have just upgraded my pay monthly plan to a £74 per month deal. As this deal is advertised at £74 per month I assume that includes VAT as I am not a business customer? I have DM’d you guys but nobody has responded!

@EE She has a number and the SIM only contract but never received a SIM that I am aware, the Doro phone is SIM free and was set up for her in store when she took out the SIM only contract. She doesn't mind getting a new SIM but wanted to be in a SIM only contract rather than PAYG
