    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE my internet connection has been awful since 9pm last night (15/09/2021) the upload&download speed is still bellow 5 when I go throughout wifi speed test!!!

    @lerrosja @EE If its one of those small rechargeable box types it might be worth trying a reset. If its a home style router id try connecting a pc via ethernet to see if its the wifi part thats not working.

    @EE every time you notify me that I’m running out of data, it becomes difficult if not impossible to connect to a Wifi network. Am I missing something?

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @EE I’ve had no signal or data for 6 days due to work being done to the network in my area. It came back for a single day and now received another message saying I’ll be without it again for 7 days. It’s making my work very difficult
