@EE Yes fully reset the router few times when it happened and also when I was told to do it last time. Last night did full reset after the 2nd drop out and well then was stable since. (No Monitoring emails to say nets gone down)

@EE Hi sorry I contacted customer support via 150 they may "potentially" fixed the problem I have to wait untill 8.30 tonight to download e sim cheers .

@EE At the time of this message no internet at all and waiting maybe 4 minutes it connected and working again. Then maybe no more than 10 minutes later happened again. Since then I’ve had no alerts from my monitoring software say it’s been down again.

@EE my internet been down all night and still is tried ringing up no answer since this morning as too busy, all it says is to reset the router which has been done multiple times. Help me 😢

@EE Thanks for getting back to me. Basically it doesn’t auto connect. I have to manually select the wifi at each station. Auto connect tab is on, I’ve restarted my phone multiple times, makes no difference. It doesn’t allow me to ‘forget the network’.

@EE There are so many postcodes that have awful 5G, I don't have enough time to list them all. & nothing will be done about it. I will be just referred to some future plans with an ambiguous deadline date. Prices have gone up although my phone has stayed the same & service is worse.

@EE do you intend on permanently fixing the signal issues in North Tyneside any time soon? I have had numerous isues for the last year or so, Coverage has been terrible I have been with EE since they merged with orange and feel it's time to look at other providers. Disappointed!
