@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

@EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

@EE wtf is wrong with your website??? Its embarrassing 🙈 the mobile app and browser are actually shocking!!! Trying to upgrade, browser won't even log me in, just says 'you've successfully logged out' the app can't do anything!!!!

@EE anything wrong with the network in Knaresborough HG5. Trying to log onto phone app and EE router, but nothing working it won’t let me in to check data etc… saying I’m temporarily locked out for 20mins. Phone lines not open either. Need phone for work!!

Hi @EE. Are you any better at solving issues on here than on your phone line? You sent me a PAYG SIM a week ago that was disabled because it hadn't been used for over 9 months?, and the only way to fix it is to go in to a shop at my own expense...

@EE That sounds like a follow up query to a message that you forgot to send... The primary issue has been resolved now, but there remains the question of poor customer service. I have put in a complaint through your webform though, so we shouldn't need to go over it here as well.

@EE hey. Our broadband has been down for a few days now with a known issue. I’m aware of your compensation scheme but do you offer free 3G/4G to keep connected? I have ee mobile. My location is CT12 4AR
