  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

  • Hatwell88 Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England

@carlsmith_88 @EE Prob switch providers and get a sim.only deal soon so they cant **** about my bills.

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@zepzepzepzep_ @VOXI_UK @EE Vodafone customer service is shocking but I figure if I go onto a rolling monthly SIM I can change whenever I like 😬

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

  • Bassimorigin Peter. (@Bassimorigin) reported from Minster Lovell, England

    @EE is the worst WiFi.

@EE Hi there, I’ve travelled to the US and through the inactivated roaming by texting ROAMING and ROAM INT to 150, received a text to say it was active. Now I’m in the US I can’t connect to any mobile network. This is REALLY frustrating.

  • Morley_94 Morley_94 (@Morley_94) reported

@EE been with you more than 10 years and can honestly say this is the worst state your network has ever been in! Nothing loads.... My aunt on o2 can load a 4k video faster than I can get 480p to load what is that all about? Uks best network my ***

  • FullSen70316301 FullSend (@FullSen70316301) reported

@mmackay65 @EE @VodafoneUK They sent me a SIM card that didn’t work and had been no service for three days and didn’t offer no compensation

  • amchowdhury2012 Abdul Chowdhury (@amchowdhury2012) reported

@EE Poor network and poor customers service so think twice to use EE. It’s my last 4 years experiences feedback.

  • mmackay65 Mike Mackay (@mmackay65) reported

@henrybackhouse2 @EE @VodafoneUK Their broadband is **** as well, had to cancel that because it was averaging 10-20% of the minimum promised speed for a good few months, changed and had no issues since.

  • sazzlesmithy Sarah Smith (@sazzlesmithy) reported

My mum lives on her own, is vulnerable 73 yr old and diagnosed short term memory problems, @EE refuse to cancel a new contract (8 days) and have her hand back the phone, tablet and broadband package even though she can’t use them as she’s incapable of using them 😓

  • mmackay65 Mike Mackay (@mmackay65) reported

@henrybackhouse2 @EE @VodafoneUK So that justifies them charging more for the same products ? And my wife has changed to Vodafone recently and her phone works everywhere, mine struggles to get signal in my house, work or any building in our town really

  • Fletchmeister81 Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reported

@ee @bt_uk i will never purchase one of your products again and will be cancelling everything with you if its not sorted by 5pm today

  • garlictimes (@garlictimes) reported

@TalkTalk really disappointing customer service. Internet down since Thursday. Engineer sent today with no prior warning - we were out. Will not be renewing our contract at this rate. Service with @EE and @VirginUKHelp was much more responsive and seemed to get the urgency!

  • SlowPsycho SlowPsycho (@SlowPsycho) reported

Hi @EE I am helping an elderly contract customer of yours who is getting a new "non-smart" phone. She had mobility issues so does not get out much To save her having to get her into a town to an EE Store for a replacement, can I just get a Prepay sim and use that to transfer?
