@EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

@EE My husband has been scammed he changed broadband to EE was told he would get free iPad with a sim he said I don’t need it they said it’s free he has only just noticed he is paying £13 a month this is a disgrace he has never took it out of box will be reporting to ombudsman

Good afternoon @EE ! Please help, I’m in London to run the marathon and I’m unable to connect to EE WiFi-Auto when travelling on the Tube/Lizzy Line - it’s never been a problem before on my device - rebooted phone twice - it now asks for a username & password? What should I do!

@EE I am having the emergency calls only again on my phone this is the second time this month. Started between 4-6pm yesterday and still continues. Took sim card out and put it back in. It is getting frustrating now as I cant receive or send calls/texts.

@EE Your recent price increases are unconscionable and nothing more than naked profiteering. I recommend that anyone looking for mobile phone service look elsewhere. Do not get locked in with EE as they will gouge you as soon as possible.

So my gran died a couple of weeks ago and my dad is trying to cancel her broadband but because it’s under his name because she was bed ridden with dementia @EE are trying to charge £90+ to cancel the contract

@btsport app as usless as #manutd Started watching, the app kept closing down. I didn't know the score then. Then after loading app for the 3rd time, it tells me Utd were humiliated. Thanks @bt_uk and @EE for ruining the match

Don’t you follow up complaints @EE I’ve had nothing but poor service from your broadband team, promised the earth and failed to even call me back when scheduled to do so. Really disappointed and frustrated with your poor customer service
