  • JackCooper92
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

  • ThisIs_GameOver
Scott Edwards (@ThisIs_GameOver) reported from Witney, England

@EE Have already reported after speaking to your extremely helpful Customer Services team on the phone when I thought something smelt fishy 🐟 just thought I would share and make others aware! 😁 Many thanks!

  • Random6287
Jonathan (@Random6287) reported from Haywards Heath, England

@EE hey EE, just had a call with Jo in your Wales office (tech support, I think) who was beyond helpful and polite. Hopefully you can pass on my gratitude.

  • Lolloloves
Jo 'Lollo' #FBPE πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡ΊπŸŒˆβ€πŸ’›πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œπŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί (@Lolloloves) reported from Urmston, England

No network signal again @EE And yes, I know there's cricket on nearby. These issues with overloaded masts need sorting out. Football and cricket run throughout the year and everytime, we lose network coverage altogether. And no, I don't want to use WiFi calling

  • lisa661974
lisa lou (@lisa661974) reported from Tottenham, England

@EE not impressed with your signal coverage of late. Never have had a problem until these past few months. πŸ˜•

  • kearneykd
Kieran (@kearneykd) reported from Brentford, England

@EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)

  • KirstyB3108
Kirsty (@KirstyB3108) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@EE Everywhere I go, I’m worried in case it’s a problem with my phone

  • KBLyon
Barry Lyon (@KBLyon) reported from St Helens, England

@EE So basically you're calling your own 4g network rubbish and you've been lying to us all these years.

  • fozzy2670
john frosdick (@fozzy2670) reported from Grimsby, England

@EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

  • badmannerslisa
lisa manners (@badmannerslisa) reported from Plymstock, England

@EE My EE is down and so are calls and texts.

  • Lolloloves
Jo 'Lollo' #FBPE πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡ΊπŸŒˆβ€πŸ’›πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œπŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί (@Lolloloves) reported from Urmston, England

@EE Robyn, this is essentially useless as this conversation has been had again and again. EE need to rectify this issue without me having to have repeated, pointless conversations only to be told the masts can't cope.

  • OurCowMolly
Visit #OurCowMolly’s Open Farm Sunday 9th June (@OurCowMolly) reported from Sheffield, England

    @1GarethWynJones @EE Don’t forget you’ve 30 days to cancel.
