Now into at least week 2 with nothing, zilch, no signal whatsoever inside or outside our house. Heard a rumour you are aware of an issue, sadly no rumours you are doing anything about it!

You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!

No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?

I was with BT but they couldn’t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but it’s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best

I was a loyal customer for 10 years, until they started fake billing me, then because I refused to pay for their wrongful billing they started adding late fees, I about cussed them out. I went down there and pulled a full grade A karen meltdown. They took me over to a "supervisor" and she looked at every one of my bills, fixed the error and removed all the late fees. I paid my bill and canceled service. F these pos companies.
