    @EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

    @hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

    @hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

    @hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

    @carlsmith_88 @EE Prob switch providers and get a sim.only deal soon so they cant **** about my bills.

    @hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

    Hey @EE just to let you I'm cancelling my direct debit & contacting ofcom. The signal in hu7 has been abysmal for the best part of a year but you're quite happy to take £50+ a month off me for the privilege. I can't even call to complain as I have no signal 🤬

    @EE how long till this "essential" maintenance is over (Birmingham)? before it started about 3 or 4 days ago i could watch 3 twitch streams and play xbox at the same time, now i can hardly do either because the wifi is being so bad cuz of the maintenance

    @EE @EE hi I added extra data on and selected £8.99 option but just checked my bill and it’s £20 unlimited! I only needed a little extra! What can I do? As I don’t want unlimited and never have!
