@EE Hi Suzie, yes, website and app. I’ve been in store who’ve sorted it, they said the app was down? Not sure if that’s the case, but they said another customer had had problems too.

@EE Hi Is there issue with your website? Everytime I try to upgrade got phone in my basket had security pin but at lsst stage I just get spinning wheel and can't pay or get to my basket? Will I find same deal if I phone up but I want delivery to my local store

@EE Hi, i tried to add roaming further as an add-on last night and kept getting an error message saying contact EE. After messaging 150 I got conflicting responses saying it had been added and another to say there was an issue. I fly to Canada tomorrow. Any help will be appreciated!

@EE hi there, is there a problem with the app? I’m trying to upgrade but each time I get to the payment bit the page sticks on the whirling icon, as if it’s trying to do something, and failing. I’ve tried three times on two devices, appears to be your issue.
