@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

@EE awful processes and customer services for the statutory 14-day returns period. Wasted 5+h on getting a faulty device within 5 days of receipt,to be returned. Shunted from pillar to post. EE seem to run down the clock and make statutory returns as difficult as possible. Shame

The @EE supervisor that I just spoke to should be ashamed of herself. Telling someone to “cancel your DD so that you miss the bill, you’ll receive a text to pay. Call up & discuss how you can lower your bill” - this is how people end up with terrible credit! #poorcustomerservice
