    @hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

    @hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

    @hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

    @EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

    @hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

    @EE Very very annoyed! I’m in a foreign country trying to unlock my phone which isn’t working even after the 24 hours. Call your customer service at my expense - because you charge £2/min - and get hung up on after 20 minutes.

    @EE your cheltenham branch is a waste of time very unhelpful glad I’m with @VodafoneUK would never buy a phone from EE if that’s the help I’m going to get!

    @EE - not been able to make or receive calls since NYE daytime until 3 pm today. EE store can't help as no nano Sims in-store. Your tech support can't help to cancel contract £700 fee. On a phone I couldnt use or u can't access tech help @MartinSLewis @MarcAllera

    @EE hey, I’m having trouble activating my data roaming - I’m in Spain and don’t have any network in order to text 150 to turn roaming on, and I can’t seem to activate it in my account settings on the web or app, any advice?
