@EE I'm going to be cancelling both my EE and BT lines in January (because you'll have broken the contract) and at the end of my contract respectively. Not staying with a company that wants to rip off their customers
-
Rich M (@RichM1195) reported
Hi @EE your Live chat on the web appears to be down right now. Pay monthly customer approaching contract end and want to switch to a SIM only deal. All the ones on the App & web appear v uncompetitive. Is that all you have or any customer retention offers you keep quiet about?

Mrs Szy (@MySzyVoice) reported
Hi again @EE live chat isn’t workjng and you appear to not be responding on here. I am unsure why your CS is so poor. Can you please reply.

@EE Yes it’s my daughter’s phone you should tell people before they insure that you insist on turning off find my phone which you can’t do if the phone is broken

@EE what's going on with the signal at SS7 3XP it's been down for 2 days now, the website just says you are aware of the problem

paul smith (@psmith_uk) reported
@EE Not convinced. I am regularly receiving Floodline alerts. Each one says in my area the river in question is unlikely to flood (and never has). Now even more waste of time alerts.
-
J3ff (@J3ffWode) reported
@EE @BoyceBailey Weird how those pressures weren't crippling when we were in the EU isn't it? You (BT) had a bad 6 months till September last year due to corona, yet still made 10bn in revenue and 1bn in profits. Chancers.

Couple of tweets I’ve sent asking for help haven’t been answered. Disappointed. Hoping this @tescomobile SIM card works in my mums phone @ee

@EE DO NOT take out telephone insurance with EE because they make it too difficult to claim. I have called 5 times been into a shop but they insist on you erasing a phone which you can't do when it is broken. Ridiculous
