@EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

  • Bassimorigin Peter. (@Bassimorigin) reported from Minster Lovell, England

    @EE is the worst WiFi.

  • Hatwell88 Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England

@carlsmith_88 @EE Prob switch providers and get a sim.only deal soon so they cant **** about my bills.

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@zepzepzepzep_ @VOXI_UK @EE Vodafone customer service is shocking but I figure if I go onto a rolling monthly SIM I can change whenever I like 😬

  • Hatwell88 Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England

@EE whats happening with your signal in the Oxfordshire area the last 24 hours? It keeps dropping out?!

  • ThisIs_GameOver Scott Edwards (@ThisIs_GameOver) reported from Witney, England

@EE Have already reported after speaking to your extremely helpful Customer Services team on the phone when I thought something smelt fishy 🐟 just thought I would share and make others aware! 😁 Many thanks!

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

  • Rollsyoufc Shane Rolls (@Rollsyoufc) reported from Chipping Norton, England

@smh85 @EE Mine been **** for a week. A lot of things not working without being on WiFi

How is it that EE can't provide any decent Internet connection? @EE I'm paying a fortune for speeds less than a third of what I could get in a desert. Its my 3rd year with these guys and the last 3 months have been so bad I'm ending my direct debit until I get what I'm paying for

  • ReiverGeoff Geoff Hetherington (@ReiverGeoff) reported

@ee For 2nd time today, in CT15 5LA, the internet connection suddenly dropped off (circa 20:05hrs), this time during an on-line course I was taking part in. After switching off wifi on my iPhone and logging into the EE app via 4G, I see no problems recorded (again).

  • KBfartoowavy Keira 🐝 (@KBfartoowavy) reported

@hen10freeman @EE as a woman, why are you sat on twitter complaining about an advert that was clearly made in support of women? the advert was spot on. Hell is hot and hell is forever baby, keep being hateful 💞

  • stamf0rd Patriotic Bear (@stamf0rd) reported

@McstayCathal @EE And exceptionally stupid with it.

  • scottjorton Scott Orton (@scottjorton) reported

Dear @EE the network is terrible today....did some cellular towers melt?

  • perks0fsue 🌼🌼🌼 (@perks0fsue) reported

@EE It’s fine at the moment , but I think I’m going to swap to O2 or TESCO because I’ve had enough of paying 18O for three phones for me my brother and dad , and getting crappy signal

  • lee__field lee field (@lee__field) reported

@EE Shame it’s diabolical anywhere near countryside. Had change my work phone from EE to o2 as it was that bad as soon you leave a built up area

  • teddsmedia04 teddsmedia04 (@teddsmedia04) reported

@talktalk I requested to cancel my broadband on the 28th of June. It’s now the 20th July, and it’s still not cancelled and you’re blocking @EE from taking over the line.

  • TrevorHaydock64 Trevor Haydock (@TrevorHaydock64) reported

@EE Hello Can I report a faulty hub? It's been going down internet connection since 17:30 yesterday. Connection only last two minutes approximately. Done checks and reset button. Still goes on and off like a Belisha Becon. Regards

  • thomasm789 Thomas Mason (@thomasm789) reported

@ThreeUK After being a customer 13 years, today I changed over to a rolling monthly deal in preparation to leave. Not being offered anything for my commitment nor the high roaming charges I'm going to encounter. Loyalty seems to mean nothing anymore. @O2/@EE what can you offer?
