@EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

@EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

@EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

@EE At the moment it's 4 greens, but as soon as a I make a reply or tweet it goes to one green and flashing red. The problem has occurred when new ultrafast broadband was installed in the street.

@EE Hi, in June I took out a 160gb plan that was double data offer on your 80gb plan. Last month I got 160gb after only getting 80gb at the start of the month after I mentioned it, but it’s just renewed and I’ve only been given 80gb again. Can you help with this? Thanks.

@EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE
