@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

@EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesn’t work.! I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

@EE won't be upgrading with you again. Misleading customers into buying unnecessary products isn't good service. Always check your bill... what appears FREE maybe not be.

@EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

@EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

@EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

@EE I spent GBP 10 buying the SIM, it asked me to add another GBP 10 so I could connect to 4g. Now it says I pay for an addon (at least 20???) to have internet. Horrible horrible XP.

Men is Black is on the TV now and I think Will Smith's partner is the spit of officer 357 at the @metpoliceuk Police all the evidence on this local @EE private network in this area the main route into London. This was the case. All the evidence over a 6 year steak out.

Yesterday, I spoke to mobile network operator @EE on the phone a few times. At the start of one of the calls, before the call taker asked me security questions, I asked him my own security question: 'Can you please confirm EE's registered company number with @CompaniesHouse?'. The operator said 'I can Google it' and then gave the number. On a further call a very berserk female refused to provide EE's company number to pass my security check. She then refused to transfer me to her manager over ten times. I kept repeating 'You haven't passed my security check, I don't trust what you are saying, please transfer me to your manager'. During the calls they kept spamming me with text messages.

@EE Our smart hub plus is stuck on a green light, with no internet access. I've reset it by taking out the power cable and pushing the reset button, but still stays green. Is there anything else I can do, or is it broken and we need a replacement sent out?
