We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.
