    @EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is £26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

    @EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesn’t work.! I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

    @EE I commute into Euston every day M-F. It’s the same EVERY morning and evening. My EE phone doesn’t work, my work O2 phone is excellent. No issues elsewhere, so maybe look at improving your service in around Euston.

    @EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

    @EE Oh dear. Another corporate standard response. Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Just a little acknowledgement of the problems there and a note to say you would look into it would do wonders

    @EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

    It's not my handset, it's their lousy coverage. I even showed them @rootmetrics maps showing how bad it is round here. "Sorry we can't rely on that data"... So it's goodbye @EE and hello @VodafoneUK

    @EE won't be upgrading with you again. Misleading customers into buying unnecessary products isn't good service. Always check your bill... what appears FREE maybe not be.

    So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

    @EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

    @EE Not recently, Helen, but my office is on Kingsmill Ind Est EX15 1BS, & quite often when I make/receive calls, the call quality is poor & I have to switch to the land line. In fairness, I haven't noticed a total drop out in some time but it is 2021 & expect clear calls at least. J

    @StephenBrownWF @EE Can't even get a decent phone signal where I live in Redditch and live just outside the Town Centre. Also Broadband is so weak and slow due to old cabling etc. Suppose we'll have to wait a lot longer to solve these problems.

    A system error at @EE's end left me with no broadband. Brilliant service by Matt in the customer service team who took the time to thoroughly investigate before refering the matter up the line and giving me 50GB of data to keep me going. Top notch, thank you!

    @EE 3x faster than everywhere else too!! I used to be with Orange/ee for a long time and nothing beats the signal!!! Sadly I made the mistake of signing up with 3 for their incredible deal but with 8 months still remaining on my contract I wish I hadn’t 🙄🙄🙄

    @EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

    @EE Since half of London is either in Cornwall or Norfolk, perhaps you coût co centrâtes your attention on improving reception there, then boast about it @ee or nothing anywhere as I call you. And I’m a long term customer.
