-=🍋🍋 King_Monkey 🍋🍋=- (@WhiteHart_Lad) reported from Boughton, England@EE @keswickcook How don't cancel my contract im not happy with the increase. As I pay for my phone separately am I entitled to change my plan to a cheaper option?
-
WordsFromAPen (@WordsFromAPen) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

Very Smug Fat Git in a New Hat (@bartsboy) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE You really are a bag of shite aren’t you? Glad I don’t have to use your service for my own use. Tried calling on behalf of an old person today no fecking chance of getting through #FFS
-
clare wood (@clare1181) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE I am absolutely appalled by the customer service that you provide and how your staff think they can talk to me as if I’m thick. I know exactly what interest free means and don’t try to then justify your actions by selling me something that is £40 dearer than Amazon and

Savvi 🤑🛍 (@TweetAtkinson) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE HiGlen. I got the watch order changed so that’s sorted. When in the last 12 or even 24 months have you not been busy? That’s my issue. Either the management need to fix it or stop making excuses.

-=🍋🍋 King_Monkey 🍋🍋=- (@WhiteHart_Lad) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is £26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

Sue Bennett 🌻🐈🧡🙋♀️ (@Saintbelle2016) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.
-
Gavin Peacock’s Gilet (@korsikoff) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE Interesting response. I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.
-
Ry Ry (@Ry_R0se) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE virtually no 4g signal in MK109AA what’s happened? Used to be good for signal here and now nothing
-

Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company 👍
-
Ian Dickerson (@WanderingIan) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Most people have a cordless phone in their home. If the power went out it becomes useless. Only corded phones work in a power outage
-
Emma-Jane 🇬🇧 (@Cadisbikes) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE This has been forced on my father. So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Aldo (@AP196779) reported@WeAreOpenreach They have been trying to raise this issue with you for 5 weeks now. I’m just going round in circles. @EE are saying it’s a problem at your end and you’re saying it’s something that @EE has to do
-
beth (@loisgriff_) reported@charmed_og @EE To be fair I don’t have a lot of problems with them except service problems
-
Darren Stokes (@Stokesy88) reported@ArgosQueryDpt I'm experiencing Wifi problems atm, and I'm trying to work... @EE you're in the firing line now!
-
Andy (Honk Honk) Robertson (@AndyRob04327914) reported@ee why are so utterly terrible. BT want even this bad. You've added a layer of extra awful to what was already a very expensive service.
-
Alex Burns 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@RaPiDkIlLzZz) reported@CharlesSav66 @EE Its a nightmare thr money they make out of us and the app if terrible, like hokng bavk in tome to when apps used to be bad tonuse
-
VisionsofGold (@VisionsofGold) reportedSo @ee after calling 150 the answer is no. 18 years of customer loyalty gets you nothing. Couldn't even waive the early upgrade fee. A real shame. Better to wait until the end of the contract and leave? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp
