-=🍋🍋 King_Monkey 🍋🍋=- (@WhiteHart_Lad) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is £26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

Nikki (@shortyn2201) reported from Flore, England@EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.
-
Flyfour (@flyfour) reported from Milton Keynes, EnglandSo frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.
-
Diane Skinner (@dwea40) reported from Weedon Beck, England@EE Hi, is there a problem in the NN7 area? We have had very slow/intermittent or no WiFi recently. It makes working from home impossible. We are paying for a service we are not getting!
-
Sue Bennett 🌻🐈🧡🙋♀️ (@Saintbelle2016) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.
-
DAWN4IoE (@Dawn4Io) reported from Milton Keynes, England@NoServiceHereUK hardly any signal (not even 3G) in MK shopping centre. @EE
-
becky smith (@beckytilli) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE Thanks I’ve sent a pm I think! Called ee and they said they can’t help unless we change ownership!
-
Allister (@AlSoprano) reported from Milton Keynes, EnglandAn @ee customer service rep called me a ****** today. That's a first.
-
Gavin Peacock’s Gilet (@korsikoff) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE Oh dear. Another corporate standard response. Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Just a little acknowledgement of the problems there and a note to say you would look into it would do wonders
-
clare wood (@clare1181) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE I am absolutely appalled by the customer service that you provide and how your staff think they can talk to me as if I’m thick. I know exactly what interest free means and don’t try to then justify your actions by selling me something that is £40 dearer than Amazon and
-
CamHam (@CamHamTT) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE awful 4g all day in London ! Nothing loading at all, disgusting the price you charge for such shocking service !!!
-
Nikki (@shortyn2201) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.
-
Mitch (@1AustinMitch) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE No bud, basically your network is really bad and am paying to be on that rubbish network... where’s @giffgaff when you need them!
-
Gavin Peacock’s Gilet (@korsikoff) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE Interesting response. I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.
-
Gavin Peacock’s Gilet (@korsikoff) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE I commute into Euston every day M-F. It’s the same EVERY morning and evening. My EE phone doesn’t work, my work O2 phone is excellent. No issues elsewhere, so maybe look at improving your service in around Euston.
-
The Jockeys Rest (@thejockeysrest) reported from Milton Keynes, EnglandDisgrace once again by @EE the phone signal around the Birmingham area is a joke. Then secondly you approach me about taking up a joint EE and BT broadband package and still charge me since March then I'm just told you will only refund me 6 months worth of the money you've

-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Helen (@HParf) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.
-
Ian Dickerson (@WanderingIan) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Most people have a cordless phone in their home. If the power went out it becomes useless. Only corded phones work in a power outage
-
Phoenix Rahman (@Phoenixrahman) reported@VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. I’ve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead it’s higher costs and poor customer service.
-
mikeyjcs - trading 🇬🇧 (@mikeyjcs) reported@hevvuhh @EE they’re terrible, customer service worst I have ever dealt with. moved to Virgin, got gigabit and only pay £28 odd quid a month!
-
Union Jack 🇬🇧 (@jeffmar9999) reported@CallaghanK79781 @EE It's a constant since they all got rid of 3G but they all treat us like we are stupid. They should pay us for using their networks now as we are ripped off for a service they don't provide anymore. I am lucky if I get 1 bar on a 4G signal. We now have to rely on shops wi-fi 😡
-
Chris Ross-Lewin (@crosslewin) reported@EE So can I use for free as a mobile not home broadband customer
-
Caecilius (@shardcreek) reportedDay three of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting
-
Adam Chetter (@adamchetter) reported@EE Tried this but keep getting told the issue has been going on years and it won’t be resolved soon. What can I do?
-
Ciaran (@CiaranDerry) reported@EE Not having any issues i just want to know why @ITV where you RECORD a programme to watch later and prevented from skipping Ads. I would be interested to hear from @ITV about this as they seem to be the only commercial station that does this
