This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.

À𝕓á𝕪ọ̀𝕞í (@TheDealEnvoy) reported🚨 Scam alert. Be careful out there. Hackers are getting really sophisticated. Just had an unsolicited call from 01438 989236 claiming to be @EE customer service. Sounded professional. Said they had a promotion that would bring my monthly bill down. Asked for my last name, then said I’d get a code from @EE and should read it out to “verify” I was the account holder. Checked the number that called and the number that sent the text. Instantly knew it was a scam. Called @EE myself on the official number and reported it. Never give anyone a code sent to your phone. Hang up and call the company directly.

Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.
