This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). Iโm stuck on 3G, Iโm on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks ๐๐ป

I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.
