    @EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!

    @EE your website tells us all how we can spend more money with you but nothing that allows us to take a contract payment holiday because of loss of earning, unable to get furloughed or universal credit and may not be able to meet next months payment please help

    @EE Hi I am a business customer with 1 x telephone & 1 x night hawk sim ending with 432 purchased on 12 May. I’ve spent more than 3 hours today getting no where. The last EE business rep I spoke to said I have been sold the wrong product..

    @EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

    @EE I love your service. But in my flat I can only get wifi in my living room where the wifi base is in my bedroom I need to move it right next to the door from the living room and keep my bedroom door open. A bit of a pain in th backside

    @EE I decided to upgrade my phone and I got a watch and a new phone. Both of which I had to have replacements for as the phone was scratched and the watch was not working. I was told on two occasions that I would get a call back from agents and I never did

    @EE I called the upgrades team because they are the ones that deal with this request, they pretty much couldn’t help, it was also simple to get my pak code from them, there wasn’t a real sense of urgency to retain me as a customer or offer me anything, not bean.....

    @EE Hi there, I have the BT Sport smart benefit as part of my tablet package which has worked fine for over a year. However, now when I try use to it states "we're unable to find an active BT Sport sub on this account". But the benefit is still active. Please help.

    @EE good morning. Is there a problem with Wifi in the NP151HE area..for the third time in two weeks it has stopped working meaning i have to go into the office. "EE down" says there is no problem but i assure you there is.

    @EE I am so hurt as a customer and extremely disappointed with the service from EE. The worst service I have ever had. I would recommend you stay away as they have no value for their customers. Over the last two weeks I have had such a stressful experience with EE.
