    @orange @EE Thanks, I have spoken to @ee and it’s not something they can help with. This is an internet line issue with my property in France. Our phone line works but not internet line. Live box 5 has white flashing light on internet symbol.

    @EE Hi Peter, just keep getting the message that it’s busy but have checked from 8am onwards over the last few days. Tried the text service too but haven’t had a response from that either.

    @EE I have 5g EE SIM and 5g phone yet it doesn't matter how many places I go in Plymouth, I never get 5g? Why am I paying extra for 5g?
