    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE Support required. Business support is closed. I can’t log into my account for over a year since you upgraded my account to business (known issue). Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.

    @EE @MarkyTalk This is the same play they gave me, moved to EE Home broadband, was awful, cancelled within 14 days and moved back to Sky!!

    @EE I transferred my phone to another provider, you sent me a refund cheque, and have now sent me a bill for what looks like a whole month. I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?

    @EE The rude person I was speaking too dropped the call. Been on and off hold for almost 2 hours. They where meant to be the person to sort out compensation! No call back.

    @EE nearly every day in my area in wales there’s an issue. We rely on EE mobile internet for WiFi calling and internet. Yet everyday there’s an issue. And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.
