    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE Can I raise a formal complaint on this matter and arrange a refund. I have tried several numbers. Nobody is interested in helping unless it relates to a phone issue. It has now been 6 working days with no information, with a promised 1-3 working day delivery.

    @EE hi. I bought a TV from your online shop last Thursday which had a delivery of between 1-3 working days. I still do not have a tracking number or a delivery date and I am going away. I have called your office but nobody can help. How can this be tracked

    @EE glad it is not just me with signal issues! Been passed from pillar to post with how to resolve my network and data issues. I was even told that because my garden is in the middle of 2 masts my phone struggles to connect as it doesn’t know which one to connect to. Embarrassing

    @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

    Trying to watch a 480p video on my iPhone whilst out with 3 bars of 5G and it just won’t play. @EE are beyond **** nowadays they do f**k all work on their network. Pathetic service. Do NOT reply EE. Not interested.

    @EE why for the last few months does my plan never renew when I'm always in credit think it's time for me to move on...not going into a store every month to solve it 🤬🤬🤬
