@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Their customer service is disgraceful, charged me £240 for PlayStation games purchase (I don’t have a PlayStation) said I had to contact PS for a refund, PS couldn’t refund me cause I didn’t have an account.

@LouiseScot51918 @MarinaPurkiss @EE Yes it has. I rang them to upgrade my wife’s sim only contract. After an hour being passed from pillar to post by offshore customer service people, I almost lost the will to live.
