    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    If you are thinking of having @bt_uk or @EE fibre installed My experience has been the worst you can imagine The disorganisation has been of the highest level of incompetence

    @EE I recently upgraded my sim plan to an All Rounder plan which includes watch data, so I added on the watch plan…was told this would be discounted down to £0, I’ve just been billed for this.

    @KingRDF @EE @WeAreOpenreach KingRDF EE EE's X support can be slow; they prioritize phone/app channels. Try calling 0330 123 1105 again for escalation on your duct issue. If no luck, file a complaint via Ofcom or switch providers. What's the latest from Openreach?
