@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Why are you charging me for using my home phone when I've never used it? You suggest I've called a mobile which I have not and I don't recognise the number. If I was to call anyone I'd use my mobile. My landline is only used for incoming calls from my elderly parents

@EE honestly have no idea how you claim to be the best broadband provider & mobile network. I have both & I pay you lot of money each month for a **** service on both sides. It wasn't this bad when I was with BT & I regret moving over to you.

@EE yet again no signal can’t speak to anyone on the online chat need to ring can you explain how I can ring without signal, I know about wifi calling but would need wifi for that what’s the point of a mobile if need to be on wifi!

@v_dubster @gffcontwitch @EE Yup, I am having the same issue. Looking on downdetector, the following services are affected: BT Sky EE Plusnet Vodafone TalkTalk YouFiber Virgin Media Trooli Utility Warehouse Zen Internet There may be more, but I don't have the effort to search for them.

@bt_uk @EE don't send me a survey " how did we do" after nearly 2 hours on the phone trying to sort out a bill and a cancellation, left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing comes to mind! Sort your **** out !!!!
