@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Worst phone company ever, you must be giving yourself that award, never get a signal and my phone freezes constantly yet I’ve been told if I want to change phone even to downgrade it will be £600. Absolute fraudsters.

Got completely led down the garden path by @EE, to be stopped by a referral to underwriters - and they declined me for no reason?! I'm now completely screwed for internet because my current speed is non-existent. So ******* fed up with this country and ******* credit agencies!!

@EE Yeah thank you. He was very helpful but it seems tech support just told him to tell me go and unpair and try again using mobile data, when in reality it was solved today quickly on the phone. Anyways, have a nice day

@Elizabe39857817 @EE Vodafone works well at UHW and across S and Mid-Wales. Probably cheaper deals with companies that piggy back onto their network though.

@mags_louise I ****** all the big companies off and went with @EE. Hardly ever get any issues and when I do, they diet them pretty quickly. Reasonably priced too, I think I've got the 2nd highest package with unlimmtted Internet and its around £26 a month
