    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    Best of luck switching to @EE with their bait and switch £50 deposit mentioned literally nowhere until you get your first bill and which they will hold “until you establish good payment history” which means indefinitely. FOH. Cancel it quickly please.

    Did anybody else get the government emergency alert at 2am this morning and again at 7am. @EE This was in top of the original one at 7pm a night!

    @EE @mynameisAndyJ @EE I’ve had this emergency alert 12 times now. My partner who has the same iPhone but on Sky mobile has only had it twice, why am I getting it so many times?

    Heads Up! I have finally seen sense, and ditched @EE , for my Broadband, which was costing me £50 per month, for a very slow connection. Certainly not the "UK's Best Network". I have a final bill for £44, just received, but @EE have passed it onto debt collectors, demanding £59.

    @EE Hello. I'm paying £10 a month extra for your WiFi extender but I've had nothing but trouble with it from the beginning. For the last few weeks, I've had to just turn it off. How do I get a refund and remove this from my plan?
