    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE I will dm but want to point out I have spoken to ee on chat function and on phone various times in the last 6 months. This is the 5th time we have had this issue in 6 months. The only solution for me is to be released from contract. I don’t want any more money off.

    @EE I think @ADT_UK are looking into it, (unlikely they’ll take ownership to be honest) either way.. that’s a farce from both of you! Customer services, when most of the call was on hold the max was 4 mins of a 29 min call… and it costs £22.18. Merry Christmas to me eh?!?

    @EE after years of loyalty I’m disgusted at the way I have been treated. Store sales agents are talking themselves out of jobs by blindsiding the customer. Complaints here we come!

    @EE are the worst company ever, after making a purchase the amount was taken from my account twice, was supposed to be refunded in 3 days, still waiting, now my bank is overdrawn, My DD’s haven’t been taken and still no further forward!! Avoid at all costs !!

    @EE I am in Cyprus with no signal. I have covid, and am being moved to a quarantine hotel and split from my husband. I have no way of receiving calls. This is an emergency. Please can you help get signal on my home?

    @EE no coverage YET AGAIN in BN14. Service is an absolute piss take but I bet I’m expected to cough up 100% of the bill again this month. Joke of a network 🤡
