@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Hi Jess, thanks for that. However I have already wasted 1 hour 43 mins 28sec talking to EE customer services over the past few days and not really any further forward. I had explained on 31st October that it appeared to be a router issue, but I'm only a customer, what do I know?

@EE when people try to ring me they’re been told my number doesn’t exist! I can ring out fine! 🫤🫤 21 years with EE and I can probably count on 1 hand the amount of time I’ve experienced a network outage!

Hi @EE I've already paid my bill for this month & I also have a pending transaction as I believe that I have accidentally paid for it twice (1 gone through & other pending). Can someone help me sort out the pending transaction?

@EE Thanks Jess, at the moment, i am already waiting several call backs, they very rarely happen in my experience. I really can't see what someone else can do that has apparently already been done. Just poor service and provision from EE really, and i am not expecting that to change.

@EE After 24+ years with Orange / EE i think it's time to move our mobile and broadband accounts. Can't cope with the poor signal / service / stability any longer. EE really did used to be the best for evertything. And it's a shame BT is destroying you.

Worse than this, repeatedly made me feel like it was my own fault, talked down to me and kept giving smug looks over to his colleagues while doing so to the point I had to walk out. Do better @EE.
