    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE I’m a T-Mobile customer and I exist, that it is a legacy contract means nothing! This company exists, we exist, we still pay you, trying to push me and others off this contract through shady practices won’t work.

    Dear @EE I took out a contract with you mid December which came with a TV. Just opened the TV (as was a present) and its broken (screen protector still on) Your customer services aren't prepared to do anything about it. I shall not be renewing my contracts #ee

    @EE This is disgusting, a giant corporation trying to squeeze people out of legacy contracts by not offering any help or support to the many existing customers on these contracts.

    Shout out to @EE. After Dad died in Jan, 83 yr old Mom constantly on phone to my (EE) mobile and overshot allowance, as she thought it unlimited? Bill was nearly 20x expected. EE have moved plan to unlimited and waived ‘excess’ charges for her. This is proper customer service.👍
