    @EE Got new contract phone but realized don't need new phone so wanting to return phone and cancel contract.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @mblacky78 @EE Pity you were not a passenger in my car tonight’s journey from work. You would have noticed how infrequently the signal was sufficient to make or receive a call. Makes me laugh how people with no fkin idea can be so ballsy.

    @EE I have been in touch that is my point. They have told me there is an issue in the area and engineers are working on it this weekend. So the text message makes no sense

    @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

    @EE @kingseany94 I am in the same position as Sean and now been told it will be 9 days without internet access before an engineer can look at it. Very poor service.

    Getting by fed up with @EE as the television and internet is constantly dropping in and out. Has been an issue since installing but getting ridiculous now.

    @EE Thanks but that is just routing me as per 2 calls I’ve already made this evening, so I don’t expect a different outcome really. A dedicated route for raising a complaint would be preferred,

    @EE since Monday, I have used the text service as told only way to report issue. Everytime I get “ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help. Call to cancel to be told I will have to settle contract, even though you aren’t meeting your promises, never again
