@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@gbc123 @EE We'll be lucky if they offer us a pound ffs No text or warning about it And when I rang operator I spoke too said there's nothing wrong with service must be your phone, then tech guy said service is down, so was told straight lies

@EE Hi Michael, all that does is give me the equivalent of INFO. It does not give me the PAC I need to switch network. I've been on hold to 150 for nearly 20 minutes.

@christesla @EE I’ve used their roaming loads of times prior to this, so it definitely is. My husband is on EE too & called them before we travelled to enable roaming and purchase the add on. His isn’t working either. Seen lots of other people on here with the same issue too.
