    What is going on with @EE signal? Used to be brilliant but now I'm not getting signal anywhere. Missed out on MCR tickets today as couldn't get a signal.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE As a New Customer for Broadband & Phone, I’m stunned at the poor service to date 🚩Faulty equipment on arrival, no callbacks as promised 🚩Repeatedly calling to get our BB installed & set up correctly! 🚩Now over 2.5hrs on phone over 2 days to get this sorted! Sort it!

    @EE any idea why my signal has gone in Boston cant call or text anyone and need to use it for maps and getting about can’t call 150 or 360 to get it fixed need it sorted asap! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    @EE I seriously doubt it works for anyone. Please do as I have asked and log a fault on your network in NE65. I’m not the only one experiencing problems, the area Facebook page has many similar reports.

    @EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I can’t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

    @ee Why do you make it so hard to report a fault? Your mobile network in NE65 has been atrocious for the past few days. I have a business account with you and am currently unable to work. Please log the fault and restore service.
