    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    What is going on with @EE signal? Used to be brilliant but now I'm not getting signal anywhere. Missed out on MCR tickets today as couldn't get a signal.

    I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

    @EE @EE 150 is exactly where I already got nowhere that’s the problem. Charged £4/min and now refused a refund. I’m raising a formal complaint, and if it’s not resolved it goes to the Ombudsman. I’d rather sort it here please DM me.

    @EE I thought that too, but unfortunately the delivery doesn't appear there&I still can't access any PIN. I'm a bit at a loss now because I'm uncomfortable with phone calls, yet that's the only solution I've been given. I'd really appreciate any help.

    @EE It’s to do with GFast. Why are you allowed to break contract and cut my service to a quarter to what I’m getting now? Can you imagine if I asked that about price or ending my contract early? This is now allowed. How can I take this further?

    @EE just following up on the month of constant outages, in my area that your own service checker says hasn't been serviced since 2021. It's still happening, it's still terrible, and I'm still waiting until the 27th for a fix, after I was lied to about the last "fix" other week.

    @h1xone @EE The same ee signal always crap where i live , went to smarty £7 a month as opposed to £24ish with ee , both sim only plans i still get unlimited calls and texts and 6 times the data i had with ee , now get 24gig

    Best network 25 years running" @EE my plan is £25/month. This bill: £137. I called Jamaica. Didn't realise it was £4 PER MINUTE. £116 in out-of-plan charges with zero warning, no spending cap, no alert. Just a £137 bill hitting my Direct Debit on the 28th. How is this fair?

    @EE your billing system is a bit broken?? Logged in to an "overdue " alert.. of MINUS 3 pounds, as in im in credit, yet big red note on my account. Paid 3quid, now 6 quid in credit. No biggie, but js letting u know
