@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@MFC_Steve @EE I have the same problem. I spoke to someone today who confirmed it’s a known issue since 18th December. Now that I’ve logged it with them, it should be resolved in 72 hours. I’ll believe that when it happens.

@Ash_1248 @dpd @EE I have had numerous issues with phones delivered via DPD for EE (none stolen thankfully). I’ve reported every instance (we’re a business) and get told by their staff “yes we know they’re awful, we take calls like this all the time”. Yet they still use their them. Mind blowing

@EE my account been frozen im trying to pay but for 2 weeks it keeps saying there's a problem with payment system, can I do promise to pay immidiatly once I can ring my bank as I have funds I don't know why card being declined @HalifaxBank
