@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE The guys laptop crashed and said could he call back in 15 mins. Around lunchtime, And I said call after 6 after but he never did

@Danny2156 @EE Really? Wow. First impressions are everything. Been with o2 for 8 years and in fairness to them, never had any issues with their customer service, only reason I was switching was for better signal at work. How hard is it to provide a working SIM card?

@EE The technical team said and I quote “We are aware of this issue and there still isn’t a solution” you have forums from Oct last year experiencing the same thing and still on going. I will complain as I have paid top money for the cellular model for a reason, can you escalate plz

@EE sorry to say the 4GEE has dropped out again and despite resets the signal keeps failing. Thankfully I have one bar on the phone. Are you doing work in the EX38 area again like earlier in the week?
