    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE how is it I pay you nearly £100 but you still think it’s acceptable to charge me £120 to fix the screen? Yet I pay over £10 a month for the contract which is due to end in 6 months... no one via the phone can explain quite a few contact breaches we’ve discussed

    @EE what is happening with my mobile internet service? The last 2 days it’s been mostly off and I’m getting g emails to say there’s a problem in my area - SA10 and it’ll be down for 9hrs yesterday and 10hrs today! Getting very fed up with this awful service

    @EE Can you pls give me a Customer Service # for outside the U.K.? Not a 0800 # but a +44 number; plus the days/hours I can phone for help? Stuck abroad & no matter how often I top-up your system hits me daily w/a unknown £5.99 fee for no reason!? Now I can’t login to myEE? (1/2)

    @EE So because I have a low credit rating I need to pay EE more money? Like I said £60 a month is a lot of money for nothing, surely EE have a duty of care to help make bills more manageable?

    @EE I'm a new customer and so far unimpressed!!! I expected a call yesterday from niall in technical, he even text to confirm the call, still waiting! This is to advise an update on porting my number!!!! #poor #wishidneverchanged When will I get an update???

    Was going to take on a new contract with @EE today. But the phone I was going to get isn't available to me as an existing customer. Great news, looks like I might be buying it elsewhere
