@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE @SalGooner I’m having the exact same problem with the seal tab broken but I’m being refused a replacement. Why is it different for me but this customer is able to get a replacement and it’s the exact same issue?

@the_welder_p32 @EE This is why I had to leave EE, no point having a phone you use at work "OR NOT" when their mast is constantly down. Be careful if you move to another provider, they'll lock your phone to them and blame everyone else for your phone being made redundant.
