  @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

  @EE What's going on? I have been trying since about 2pm to talk to someone to change my phone contract. Being consistently told there's a problem with the system. So no-one can help at this time. Not acceptable at all. Can someone explain what's happening please?
