    @EE Got new contract phone but realized don't need new phone so wanting to return phone and cancel contract.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    I upgraded my phone on 16th August to new Pixel 11 Fold pre order they were realesed on 20th August so when are they being dispatched because I haven't had anything by email, I can't check on website because it's been broken for many years @EE

    @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.

    @EE Do you access to accounts in your high street stores? I’ve just been on phone for 25 mins and eventually spoke to a lady but still the same issue

    What on earth are @EE doing…clearly a significant problem with European connections and yet they have not advised anything to customers, business users or otherwise. In France unable to call the U.K…an hour and waiting on the online chat or non-chat in this case…hopeless

    @_Deano__ @EE I've been with EE broadband twelve months and it goes down four or five times per day and it probably goes when we're all asleep but we don't know, was great to begin with but horrendous now.

    @EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!
