@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE 😕not a happy customer.. I had brilliant signal 4-5 bars always then was sent a message that works were being done in my area to improve the network and now I can’t get above 2 bars. Sadly not sure I’ll be renewing now….shame, I had high hopes.
