    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    What is going on with @EE signal? Used to be brilliant but now I'm not getting signal anywhere. Missed out on MCR tickets today as couldn't get a signal.

    @EE The worst customer service for business I have ever come across, no one wants to do their job, go to a store sir done that, got told it was a complete waste of time by a member of staff, you need to call the small business team, go back to them and get told to to a store.

    I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

    @EE between store snd your repair centre there has been damaged caused to my phone yet all denying it and saying ive caused the damage yet it wasnt logged when booked in!! Won't let me complain! COVER UP!!!

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

    @DerekAllan61 @EE I use Tesco the piggyback off O2 network. Never had any issues aff them and if you have a clubcard ye get a discount on monthly and fone rental, they do it as 2 separate contracts so can change the usage package you use when needed

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE good morning We have an engineer appointment for this morning but I’ve now been informed that it has been cancelled and booked for tomorrow. Yet EE say this is not a missed appointment, how can that be? We have broken phone cables since Tuesday.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE My phone broke and couldn't switch on so phoned and got a new one and when it got delivered the delivery driver said I needed a code, guess where they sent the code 🤦 explained to them that my phone is broken and they said it can only be delivered with the code texted to me 😭
