    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE I haven’t got it yet, I need my old sim reactivated. I haven’t got another phone to call customer service and WiFi calling isn’t working. How do I resolve this? As I don’t currently have a working phone.

    @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping

    @EE I’m having problems with my broadband, tried to sort using the App but won’t resolve the issue. I work from home and dont really have time to be spending sorting out broadband issues. I’m new to EE following migration from BT and would appreciate some assistance with this

    @EE why has my app not worked for a while now no longer able to add additional lines or look at new sims yet advisors on phone can , how hard is it to fix this rather than telling me they will do it on phone always get a better price via the app
