    What is going on with @EE signal? Used to be brilliant but now I'm not getting signal anywhere. Missed out on MCR tickets today as couldn't get a signal.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @Hepworthclare @EE It’s called “customer service”, apparently. It’s sadly lacking in some companies & yet they talk about it enough. As with so much else, it’s just words. 😩

    @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

    @EE why is your App so rubbish. I try to pay my bill and I get an error, I don't know if it is paid or not. Every month it's the same problem. I can't find anywhere to contact customer services if it even exists. Such poor service.

    @EE I managed to log in by the website, but something again went wrong. The item is still in my basket but you have taken the money. Can you fix this nonsense please?

    @EE I've tried this and it doesn't work. Have been into a store today, they thought it was the sim but after changing it, still no service. Tried activating an eSim and this has now failed too. Still can't get access to live chat or anything.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the mobile signal or outage as I can't ring my dad on sky network or my mum on @EE and they can't call out to.

    Why are the simplest things ALWAYS the most difficult to sort out. Been trying to sort my Internet out for days now either a new contract or just a simple renew with my current provider @ee. It's true no loyalty in absolutely anything these days so **** @ee and hello @VodafoneUK

    @EE why is your wifi so bad? Told you it would be when i joined. But as usual your bit doesnt understand and no humans. All i wanted was to add another extender At least BT were mostly helpful, even their autobots sometimes. Ee now help whatsoever
