@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE OK...reimbursement from October as its when took my upgrade, & I will return my phone, early release from mu contract and EE explain why I have had poor service from March 2020

@EE I spoke with your webchat as lines were busy and was told that I wouldn’t have success as 3rd parties can be lower. Same as what you mentioned. Just feel bad as been with EE for over 10 and just wanted to change phone. Thank you by the way.

@EE network connection has been appalling all week, had dial up speed (yeh, remember that?) yesterday and since 2pm absolute outage. Not a jot...I am supposed to be working at home due to Covid...WHAT IS THE PROBLEM and WHEN WILL YOU FIX IT????

@EE actually there is, my signal lately has been terrible but I can't seem to find anything wrong, I've reset and constantly check the signal in my area but there are no issues apparently.

@EE Nope -No order placed -won’t get the 45 mins of life back either - wasted Complaint raised Got to wait 72 hours for a call ???? Not feeling much customer service - after before a customer over 21 years & a very racked off daughter! Great start to the weekend 😡
