    @EE Got new contract phone but realized don't need new phone so wanting to return phone and cancel contract.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE @paulmatt86 EEs standard response....visit coverage checker.....which does nothing.....standard of service has definitely got worse over the years...

    @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

    I’ve just spent the morning doing one of my worst jobs. Install a new router that came with an upgrade from @EE still got some kit that’s not yet connected.

    @EE Thanks for the response. If I use the right control it just keeps every half an hour. In order to look at days ahead I have to hold the right control down and skip through the half an hours until I get the day I want. Very slow. Was hoping to skip a day at a time

    I upgraded my phone on 16th August to new Pixel 11 Fold pre order they were realesed on 20th August so when are they being dispatched because I haven't had anything by email, I can't check on website because it's been broken for many years @EE

    Hey @EE your engineer has been & fitted new broadband at my in laws today. Despite your assurances over the phone your engineer was the smarmiest, clever arse **** who ever walked & it would seem incredibly rude to boot . And the TV & telephone don’t work either.

    @EE Can you please tell me who to contact re damage caused by Openreach contractor who was connecting EE WiFi but drilled through a water pipe. NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?
