@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE been a customer for 25 years and never felt so let let down! Ordered iPhone 24 expected it to arrive today and the expected delivery date was changed overnight. @EE didn’t even send an sms to explain why! Poor service

@EE shame that you are willing to loose a 10+year customer, spending £200+ a month over £30/40 after speaking with the worst complaints agent… Have never received such poor service from EE, ever!

@tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

@EE I am still waiting on DPD to send me an one hour time slot for today for my delivery of my new iPhone 13 pro max but it’s gone past 11.30am and I am getting worried I am not going to receive my phone today what’s going on I am not happy with this at all please help 😞

Day 10 of the Wi-fi going off during the day. Three have kindly responded and were optimistic that yesterday would be the last day of problems. I contacted @EE a few days ago, but they can’t be bothered to reply. I would add a gif but my BT broadband can’t cope with such demands.

@DirectTechYT @EE Had the same issues mate. Ordered mine at 13:05 and was told definitely today. Yet told last night they don’t know, then called this morning but said it’s out for delivery but they do t have tracking, but they use DPD who are the best. Joke
