@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Absolutely despicable company I added 3 sims to my ac for my elderly mum and in-laws, my Mum has passed away 🥲 it’s taken me 5 months to be able to cancel her no to be told by EE I have to give 30 days notice and pay an early termination fee of £66 she died not changed provider

Hi @O2 outstanding customer service today. First you increase my bill (didn’t mention that during the fancy new upgrade) then I’m on hold for 35 mins? I ask your staff about a data issue then they hand up? I should have went with advise & gone with @EE

@SkyHelpTeam All the time. iPhone 12 Pro spends 30% of my battery performance searching for a signal! At home on wifi the best it gets. Even in Norwich city centre I’m on 5G 3 bars & can’t load web pages or even send/receive texts or emails. I’m disappointed & considering going back to @EE

@foreverbluetoo @EE Be careful though, I was with EE for nearly 10 years then changed to 02 2 years ago and had nothing but connection problems, the phone networking is so poor and the 5G Internet is like something back in 2001, everyone at Wembley/etc can get coverage apart from me on 02👎
