    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE Got new contract phone but realized don't need new phone so wanting to return phone and cancel contract.

    @SamKompfner @EE There’s is absolutley no need to be unpolite Sam, we should be thankful there is even somone still working at 7pm at night. To get the correct answer about your outage they would require a private dm with your lost code to give you a correct update.

    @_JonathanStreet @EE Nothings working on my phone, took me 10mins to load twitter. All apps and mobile Internet not working. All devices connected to run off phones Internet cannot connect either.

    @EE is definitely down here in Huddersfield town centre. Extremely slow or not working at all on 5G or 4G.
