  @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

  @EE I recently ordered full fibre with digital home phone incl a handset. The hub arrived last week with a note saying the handset would follow due to stock levels. Our service is now up and running, order marked as complete and the handset is on our bill but still not received.

  @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
