@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

So @EE are accusing me of lying about calling them on a number they gave me to call and have charged me £10 for. Why would I sit on hold to a number for 90mins that wasn’t EE when I was looking for help from their tech department?!
