@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@davidroachcouk @EE Vodafone is no better, getting through to their cust service is hard too many options to press before you get through to a human and especially when your signal is bad, cust service can’t hear you well so they drop the call and never call you back. One good thing, free roaming.

... didn't 'need to do anything' told solve my query and started throwing accusations at me when I pointed out her attitude was really bad. So disappointed - this is not what I expect from @EE. Why should my Mum pay £10 because their engineer didn't call her? Rubbish service...

@AndyNeilWhite @EE Yes I saw yours when I looked to see if anybody else had similar issues. They seem to have replied to others with the same issue but haven’t admitted there is an issue or done anything about it.

@EE if I’ve found a better upgrade option via a different website with your network, can you match it so I don’t have to go through the faff of ordering through them and then changing my number over?! Would love to speak to someone but no answers when I call????

@EE why am I now no longer able to access my skybet fantasy football league over the 4/5g network. I was able to access it yesterday no issues. But today I keep getting access denied on this server. How do I turn it off on Android. Any help please.

@EE service in Hampshire appalling and been to Isle of Wight today is even worse. @NokiaMobile G50 owned for 7 months, very laggy, slow, battery only lasts for half a day. Not fit for purpose. Would like a response please and to give notice on EE account
