@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE ok guys right I know your network is down fair enough. However it would be good to actually put up a message explaining the actual issue. Then rather than sticking a message up that people cant access online text your customers and tell them the service is down.

@EE I had a text from you saying my network settings have been updated and could I restart my phone which I duly did. Now it won’t get any connection to anything, 4G, 3G, internet, so thanks for that!

@EE come on now, this is beyond a joke. I pay for two contracts and WiFi through your company..not even a clue as to why its not working. Seriously thinking about ending the contracts.
