@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@mouthwaite @EE I have been a customer with ee for years but the coverage in the area I live is declining and now resorting to making phonecalls at the front door of my home or my in my downstairs loo. I will be changing contracts when I can next month.

@mouthwaite @EE Whatever you do don’t go to 3 I was with them over 20 years during lockdown my contract on 2 devices came to an end they told me I couldn’t cancel so I cancelled the DD so they sent it to a debt collector put in a complaint but still got nowhere now with sky cheaper and better

@mouthwaite @EE I was with EE! As soon as I could upgrade I left! They are awful! I went to @tescomobile ! Been with them for over a year and i have never had a problem.

@mouthwaite @EE When my monthly rolling contract with EE ran out their customer service on the phone refused to cancel the contract. Their store said I could only cancel by phone, and months later they told me I’d racked up a £300 debt which they then passed over to a debt company! Awful company
