@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE @abbie_smithhh I've had constant signal problems since I signed up in October, can't even make a phone call. They won't fix it but will reply with endless 'we know how important it is to stay connected' blah and ask you to dm them. Check their timeline. I'm leaving.

@EE atrocious service from EE. Was sold a damaged iPhone 12 from store, the store said they couldn’t help and advised me to call 150 and the team on 150 advised it’s a store issue, have turned up at the store prior to the advised closed time and told they have gone home.

@EE shall I get a pidgin and write a note? I don’t know why I pay £80 a month for a phone that can’t even make or maintain a phone-call without it being cut off every 3 seconds and having full signal but no apps can open or work 👍🏻👍🏻

@EE I am being told by Openreach that your 4G network can provide USO capable broadband in Abergavenny… it can’t, it is dire, at best 1.5mbps. Could you use your 5G network to tell them that, or do I simply have to relocate to Yr Wyddfa
