@EE There's definitely not. I would recommend everyone to never upgrade with EE direct instead go to a third-party with more choice across all networks and you will get a much better deal and avoid EE because they're only going to change the prices based on any lie they can find!

I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

@EE That's Ok, I am aware that it's a "thing". I just wondered why it was... Shouldn't every sim have the same strength of signal? It gives the impression that you get a premium service on contract, why isn't that clearly stated?

@EE It was ordered via the text message customer service team/process.

Switched my mobile to @EcotalkMobile and my broadband to @SkyUK (Sky Digital has been carbon neutral for a decade or something). Both previously with @EE one of the worst offenders on sustainability policies in the telco industry. 4/

@EE hello, could I speak to someone regarding a EE broadband issue please

Borris the Panda
(@borristhepanda) reported
@Audskye @EE The technical reason is that EE doesn't let their PAYG customers use VoLTE (4G calling), so your phone needs to drop down to 3G or 2G for calls. Because of that, they don't let PAYG customers use their 800MHz 4G signal (which provides good coverage due to its low frequency).
