    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @EE I have a broadband account with you, but no mobile account. Your phone line keeps hanging up on me. I need to amend my contract for work purposes. How to I connect with you. Very frustrated customer!

    @EE I’m having trouble logging in to the my EE app following the update. Basically it rejects email and password. I can log in to the website with the same information. Any thoughts ?

    It's a real shame that after being an @EE customer for 27+ years and spending £25 - £30,000 that no one tried to help (I did get a small credit as I wasn't advised that Upgrade Anytime comes with big costs). I no longer feel valued and have 3 lines out of contract,

    @EE hi I had a massively frustrating and lengthy (40 mins+) and time consuming chat on txt 2 weeks ago to get to the point of getting VAT receipts emailed - I don’t have an EE phone - so can’t call you for free. It’s a EE dongle. I also want to cancel. I’ve received nothing.

    @EE For some reason I can’t log into the EE iOS app version 4.56.1, even though I can log into the website just fine. I’ve been having this issue since Friday which coincides with the release of this iOS app version.

    @EE Oh I need your help ! Your customer services have a novel way of responding to customers who tell them they have been overcharged - “just pay up anyway” I have been trying with no luck to resolve an issue for 4 months . Now they can’t find any trace of me
