@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE I have never been able to get London Underground Wi-Fi to work since I've been with EE. Is this a known problem? It just says something about no longer needing the login but my Wi-Fi settings asks for security settings?

@EE @AyeBorders I'm a business customer (for 22 years with you) who also works in spain. was told by your staff that I had no choice with roaming and that your competitors would install same policy, they didn't. find these chats very inflexible and my contract is up soon. what you gonna do?

@EE can anyone tell me why the signal is so patchy in redditch and bromsgrove? It's either all or nothing?
