@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE Yeah sure. Because your service doesn’t work properly you send out an ELECTRONIC sim BY POST, 3 days later it arrives and doesn’t work. So then you say you can send out another or we can travel to a store. So left completely without service. It’s not good enough.

Gotta say that in the last 6 months my @EE data service has declined massively. Two bars of 4G on an iPhone doesn’t give you any throughout. Please don’t send me another text telling me how your improving my service - your not!

@EE My boyfriend's phone bill should have already been generated yesterday but still nothing although he has been told 2 completely different times (it should have updated by 2pm yesterday or by midnight today) by your customer service team.
