@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE The Web address you gibe for Samsung rewards doesn't work and Samsung's rewards page gives different eligibility dates.

@O2 Thank you for your response. I will dm you but tbh I am getting exasperated by this. 22 years with @EE and only have to change as moved house. Nothing but errors and mis information. Really annoyed

@EE I need someone to help me. I have topped up my Wifi mini but I cant get it added on to my data. It keeps telling me to connect to EEwifi and I cant do it from my phone as its a giffgaff sim. It wont let me from the laptop either

@EE Hello, I resolved a complaint in the last month and asked to receive the compensation through a cheque in the post, but I haven't received anything yet. Is this something which could be chased up please.

Spoke to someone in @EE store, and they said they if get less than an 8 on the rating after their service, it impacts their pay. This seems pretty agressive.
